As-Salaam Alaikum. Menene hukuncin sanya zoben da aka surka
azurfa da zinare a cikinsa?

Wa Alaikumus Salaam Wa Rahmatul Laah.
Amfani da zoben zinare dai haram ne, saboda hadisai sahihai
masu yawa da suka zo a kan hakan. Daga ciki akwai maganarsa (Sallal Laahu
Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) cewa
« مَنْ
كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَلاَ يَلْبَسْ حَرِيراً وَلاَ ذَهَباً
»
Duk wanda ya kasance yana yin imani da Allaah da Ranar
Lahira, to kar ya sanya tufan alharini, haka kuma zinare. (Ahmad: 22248, kuma
Al-Arnaa’ut ya ce: Isnadinsa Sahih ne).
Amma idan zoben na azurfa ne, to ya halatta, domin ya tabbata
a cikin hadisi cewa: Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya ga wani
daga cikin sahabbansa sanye da zoben zinare sai ya kau-da-kai daga gare shi.
Sai ya yar da shi ya ɗauki
zoben baƙin
ƙarfe,
sai ya ce masa: ‘Ai
wannan ya fi sharri, wannan kayan adon ’yan
Wuta ne.’ Sai ya yar
da shi ya ɗauki
zoben azurfa. Sai ya yi shiru bai ce masa komai ba. (Ahmad: 6518, kuma
Al-Arnaa’ut ya ce: Sahihi ne).
Sannan shi kansa ma ya yi amfani da zoben azurfa, kamar
yadda Anas Bn Maalik (Radiyal Laahu Anhu) ya riwaito a cikin Sahih Al-Bukhaariy
اتَّخَذَ
خَاتَمًا مِنْ فِضَّةٍ نَقْشُهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ . كَأَنِّى أَنْظُرُ إِلَى
بَيَاضِهِ فِى يَدِهِ .
Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ya ɗauki zobe na azurfa, aka
karta: Muhammad Manzon Allaah ne a jikinsa. Kamar dai yanzu ga shi ina kallon ƙyallinsa
a hannunsa. (Sahih Al-Bukhaariy: 65).
Amma malamai sun yarda idan akwai larura, to ana iya amfani
da zinare dan kaɗan.
Saboda hadisin Arfajah Bn As’ad (Radiyal Laahu Anhu) wanda aka sare masa hanci
a wurin yaƙi,
sai ya yi amfani da hanci na azurfa, sai ya riƙa yin wari! Shi ne Annabi (Sallal Laahu
Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya umurce shi da ya yi amfani da hanci na zinare.
(Abu-Daawud: 4232, da At-Tirmiziy: 1770, da An-Nasaa’iy: 5161 suka riwaito shi, kuma Al-Albaaniy ya inganta
shi).
A kan haka ne malamai suka ce: Ya halatta - ko ma mustahabbi
ne - a yi amfani da wani abu kaɗan
na zinare a babin larura, kamar a wurin ɗaure
haƙora
da shi da makamantan hakan.
Amma idan babu irin wannan larurar, to amfanin da zinare
yana na a matsayinsa na haramci kome ƙanƙantarsa. Ba za a yi amfani da shi kamar a
adon tufafi ba, ko a matsayin warwaro ko igiyar agogo da makamantan hakan ba.
(Sahih Fiqhis Sunnah: 3/26).
A ƙarƙashin wannan bayanin, ban ga halaccin yin amfani da zoben da
aka surka zinare da azurfa a cikinsa ba, domin ban ga wata larura da za ta
halatta yin hakan ba.
Amma fa lallai a gane cewa, wannan hanin da ya zo a cikin waɗannan nassoshin suna
magana ne a kan zinare ko azurfar da suke na asali yadda aka sani ne. Ban da
inda ake shafa wa ƙarfe ko tasa ko tagulla waɗansu
sinadarai a ɗakunan
bincike, har kuma su riƙa ƙyalli kamar zinare ko azurfa! Sai a kiyaye da kyau.
