HUKUNCIN RIƘE ALQUR'ANI A LOKACIN DA LIMAN YAKE KARATU A SALLAH

Malam idan liman Yana karatu a sallar tarawihi ko tahajjud muna bayansa muna riqe Alqur'ani (Mus-haf) muna dubawa ana sallah, shin yin haka ya halasta?

𝐀𝐌𝐒𝐀❗️

Yafi dacewa ga mai koyi da liman (Mamu kenan) a sallah kar ya riqe Qur'an a lokacin da liman yake karatu a sallah. Yafi kyau mamu ya natsu ya riqa sauraren karatun liman.

An miqa tambaya ga babban malami Shaykh bin Baaz (rahimahullah) cewa "Meye hukuncin mutum dake bin liman sallar taraweeh amma yana riqe da Al-qur'ani yana dubawa?"

Sai Shaykh bin Baaz (rahimahullah) ya amsa da cewa; Ban san wani asali (na Sunnah) ba ga yin hakan. Yafi dacewa ya natsu ya samu khushuu'i a sallar, kar ya riqe Qur'ani (Mus-haf), sannan ya dora hannunsa na dama akan na hagu akan qirjin sa domin yin hakan Sunnah ne. Wannan shi ne ra'ayi mafi kyau. Amma riqe mus-haf (Qur'ani) zai hana shi aiwatar da wannan Sunnah. Kuma idonsa da zuciyarsa zasu riqa kallon rubutun dake a shafukan mus-haf ɗin, yin haka zai hana shi sauraron karatun liman. Abinda nake tinani shi ne rashin riqe Qur'ani ga mamu shi yafi dacewa da sunnah, sannan ya yi sauraron karatun liman da kyau ba tareda ya riqe Mus-haf ba. Idan yanada ilimin Qur'ani, zai yiwa liman gyara idan ya yi kuskure a karatu. Idan kuma shi baida hadda mai karfi toh wasu mutane (sauran mamu) zasu yiwa liman gyara idan ya yi kuskure a karatu. Idan kuma aka rasa Wanda zai yiwa liman gyara idan ya yi kuskure, toh babu laifi. Daman kuskure acikin fatiha shi ne matsala, sabida Fatiha rukuni ce acikin sallah kuma sallah bata inganta saida cikar Fatiha. Idan aka bar ayah acikin karatun matuqar ba acikin suratul Fatiha bane, toh babu laifi idan babu mai iya gyara masa acikin mamu.

Idan acikin mamu babu wanda zai iya yiwa liman gyara idan ya yi kuskure ko tsallake acikin karatu, toh anan babu laifi mutum ɗaya ya riqe Qur'ani (Mus-haf) domin ya riqa yiwa liman gyara saboda larura ne. Amma idan kowane Mamu ya riqe Qur'ani (Mus-haf) toh wannan ya saɓawa Sunnah.

An sake tambayar Shaykh Bin Baaz (rahimahullah) akan cewa; "Wasu daga cikin jama'a (Mamu kenan) suna buɗe Qur'ani (Mus-haf) suna bibiyar karatun liman a sallah, shin akwai laifi a hakan?"

Sai ya amsa da cewa; Abinda ya bayyana agareni shi ne kar suyi hakan. Yafi kyau su maida hankalisu su kuma natsu ga sallah. Su dora hannayen su a qirjin su. Sannan suyi sauraron abinda liman ke karantawa. Saboda fadar Allah acikin Alqur'ani;

وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ.

Kuma idan an karanta Alqur'ãni sai ku saurara gare shi, kuma ku yi shiru; Tsammãninku, anã yi muku rahama. (Suratul A'araaf Aya ta 204).

ﻗَﺪْ ﺃَﻓْﻠَﺢَ ﺍﻟْﻤُﺆْﻣِﻨُﻮﻥَ. ﺍﻟَّrﺬِﻳﻦَ ﻫُﻢْ ﻓِﻲ ﺻَﻼﺗِﻬِﻢْ ﺧَﺎﺷِﻌُﻮﻥَ.

Lalle ne, múminai sun sãmi babban rabõ. Waɗanda suke acikin sallar su mãsu tawãli'u ne. (Suratul muuminun aya ta 1-2).

ﻭقال ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ: ‏ﺇِﻧَّﻤَﺎ ﺟُﻌِﻞَ ﺍﻹِﻣَﺎﻡُ ﻟِﻴُﺆْﺗَﻢَّ ﺑِﻪِ ﻓَﺈِﺫَﺍ ﻛَﺒَّﺮَ ﻓَﻜَﺒِّﺮُﻭﺍ ﻭَﺇِﺫَﺍ ﻗَﺮَﺃَ ﻓَﺄَﻧْﺼِﺘُﻮ

Kuma Manzon Allah (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) yace; An sanya muku liman domin kuyi koyi dashi, idan ya yi kabbara kuyi kabbara, idan yana karatu kuyi shiru (Kuyi sauraron karatun sa). (Majmu'ul Fataawa na Al-Shaykh Ibn Baaz, 11/340-342).

WALLAHU A'ALAM

HUKUNCIN RIƘE AL-QUR’ANI (MUS-HAF) GA MAMU YAYIN DA LIMAN YAKE KARATU

Tambaya:

Mene ne matsayin shari'a game da mamu wanda yake riƙe da Al-Qur’ani yana dubawa yayin da liman yake karatu a cikin sallar Tarawihi ko Tahajjud? Shin hakan ya halatta, ko kuwa yana rage ladan salla?

Amsa:

Dukkan yabo da godiya sun tabbata ga Allah Madaukakin Sarki, Wanda Ya saukar da Al-Qur’ani a matsayin shiriya da haske. Tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata ga Shugabanmu Annabi Muhammad (S.A.W), wanda ya koya mana yadda zamu natsu mu kaskantar da kanmu a cikin salla.

Wannan dabi'a ta riƙe Mus-haf yayin da liman yake karatu ta zama ruwan dare a masallatanmu na yau, musamman a cikin watan Ramadan. Sai dai idan muka duba maganganun malamai da hujjoji na Sunnah, zamu ga cewa natsuwa da barin riƙe komai a cikin salla shi ne mafi dacewa da ruhin ibada.

1. Asali Shi ne Natsuwa da Khushu'i

Babban makasudin salla shi ne bawa ya kasance yana fuskantar Ubangijinsa cikin kankan da kai da natsuwa. Allah Madaukakin Sarki Ya bayyana siffar wadanda suka rabauta a cikin salla da cewa:

قَدْ أَفْلَلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ

Lalle ne, mũminai sun sãmi babban rabõ. Waɗanda suke a cikin sallarsu mãsu tawãli'u (natsuwa) ne. — (Suratul Mu'uminun: 1-2)

Riƙe Al-Qur’ani a hannu yana bukatar motsi da yawa: budewa, juya shafuka, kallo da idanu, da kuma riƙe shi da hannu daya ko biyu. Wadannan ayyuka suna rage natsuwar da ake bukata, kuma suna hana mutum aiwatar da wata sunnah mai muhimmanci, wato dora hannun dama akan na hagu a kan kirji.

2. Umarnin Yin Shiru da Sauraron Karatu

Allah (S.W.T) Ya umarci dukkan wanda ake karanta Al-Qur’ani a gabansa da ya yi shiru kuma ya saurara domin ya samu rahama. Allah Ya ce:

وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ

Kuma idan an karanta Alkur'ãni sai ku saurara gare shi, kuma ku yi shiru; Tsammãninku, anã yi muku rahama. — (Suratul A'araf: 204)

Haka nan, Manzon Allah (S.A.W) ya jaddada matsayin mamu yayin da liman yake karatu, inda ya ce:

إِنَّمَا جُعِلَ الإِمَامُ لِيُؤْتَمَّ بِهِ فَإِذَا كَبَّرَ فَكَبِّرُوا وَإِذَا قَرَأَ فَأَنْصِتُوا

An sanya liman ne kawai domin a yi koyi da shi; idan ya yi kabbara ku yi kabbara, idan kuma yana karatu ku yi shiru (ku saurara). — (Sahihul Muslim da Sunan An-Nasa'i)

Wannan hadisi yana nuna cewa babban aikin mamu shi ne sauraro da natsuwa, ba bibiyar rubutu da idanu ba.

3. Maganganun Malaman Musulunci

Mafi yawan malamai, ciki har da Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Baz (Rahimahullah), sun tafi a kan cewa barin riƙe Al-Qur’ani ga mamu shi ne mafi kusa da Sunnah. Sheikh Bin Baz ya bayyana cewa:

Babu wani asali a cikin Sunnah da ya nuna sahabbai sun kasance suna riƙe takardu ko littafi suna bin karatun Annabi (S.A.W) a salla.

Riƙe Mus-haf yana hana sanya hannaye yadda ya kamata (dama kan hagu).

Yana shagaltar da zuciya da kallo maimakon tadabburin ma'anar abin da ake ji.

4. To Yaushe Ne Ya Halatta A Riƙe Al-Qur’ani?

Duk da cewa gaba daya an fi so a bari, malamai sun halatta hakan a wasu lokuta na musamman (saboda larura):

1. Ga Liman Kadai: Idan liman ba shi da hadda mai karfi, zai iya riƙe Mus-haf idan har babu wanda zai yi masa gyara, domin ya cika karatunsa yadda ya kamata.

2. Mamu Daya Wanda Zai Yi Gyara: Idan an san cewa liman yana yawan kuskure, kuma babu wanda yake da haddar da zai gyara masa a cikin mamu, to ya halatta mutum guda ya riƙe Al-Qur’ani domin ya tsare karatun liman. Idan liman ya yi kuskure ko ya tsaya, sai ya bude masa.

Amma idan kowa ya dauki nasa Al-Qur’anin, to wannan ya saba wa koyarwar natsuwa a salla. Kuskure a cikin karatun sura bayan Fatiha ba ya bata salla, don haka babu bukatar kowa ya zama mai gyara. Idan kuwa kuskuren ya faru a cikin Fatiha, to anan ne gyara yake da matukar muhimmanci domin ita rukuni ce.

5. Illolin Riƙe Mus-haf Ga Mamu

Motsi Mai Yawa: Juya shafuka da riƙe littafi a salla babban motsi ne wanda idan ya yawaita ba tare da larura ba yana iya taba ingancin salla.

Rage Khushu'i: Maimakon mutum ya rufe idanunsa ko ya kalli inda yake sujjada, sai ya shagaltu da kallon rubutu da kwalliyar littafi.

Rage Karfin Hadda: Bibiyar liman da Al-Qur’ani yana sa mutum ya kasance rago wajen haddace abin da yake ji, domin koyaushe yana dogara da dubawa.

Kammalawa

Mafi dacewa da Sunnah ga mai sallar Tarawihi ko Tahajjud shi ne ya tsaya ya dora hannunsa na dama akan na hagu akan kirjinsa, ya natsu, ya mayar da hankalinsa ga karatun liman. Yin hakan shi ne yake kawo kuka saboda tsoron Allah da kuma samun sakon da Al-Qur’ani yake conveyswa zuwa ga zukata.

Idan kai ba kai ne kake gyara wa liman ba, to ka bar Al-Qur’anin a kan rago ko a cikin aljihunka, ka saurari maganar Ubangijinka da kunnuwanka da zuciyarka.
