Alaikum. Idan Sujudul Ƙabliyyah
ta samu mutum, kuma ya manta bai yi ba har sai da ya yi sallama, yaya zai yi?

Wa Alaikumus
Salaam Wa Ramatul Laah:
Asali dai idan
mutum ya yi ƙari a cikin sallah Sujada Ba’adiyyah yake yi. Idan kuma ragi ne ya yi, ko ragi da ƙari
a haɗe sai ya yi
Sujada Ƙabaliyyah.
Sannan idan
mutum ya manta da Sujadar Ba’adiyyah malamai sun yarda cewa, lallai ya yi ta a
duk lokacin da ya tuna. Haka ma Ƙabaliyyah
da ya manta bai yi ba sai a bayan sallama ya tuna, malamai sun yarda ya yi ta a
bayan sallamar, ta zama Ba’adiyyah kenan.
Ko ba komai
dai, akwai malaman da suka yarda da halaccin yin kowanne daga cikin Sujadar ko Ƙabaliyyah ko Ba’adiyyahi
a kan kowace irin Rafkanuwa:
Al-Haafiz Ibn
Hajr ya ce:
وَرَجَّحَ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ طَرِيقَةَ التَّخْيِيرِ فِي سُجُودِ السَّهْوِ قَبْلَ السَّلَامِ أَوْ بَعْدَهُ وَنَقَلَ الْمَاوَرْدِيُّ وَغَيْرُهُ الْإِجْمَاعَ عَلَى الْجَوَازِ وَإِنَّمَا الْخِلَافُ فِي الْأَفْضَلِ وَكَذَا أَطْلَقَ النَّوَوِيُّ.
Al-Baihaƙiy ya rinjayar da hanyar
zaɓi a cikin Sujudar
Rafkanuwa kafin sallama ko a bayan sallama. Kuma Al-Maawardiy da waninsa daga
cikin malamai sun ciro ijma’in malamai a kan halaccin hakan. Sun yi saɓani ne kawai a kan wanda
ya fi. Haka kuma shi ma An-Nawawiy ya faɗi
maganar a sake. (Fat-hul Baariy: 3/94).
Shi kuma
An-Nawawiy ya ce:
قَالَ الْقَاضِي عِيَاضٌ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى وَجَمَاعَةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا: وَلَا خِلَافَ بَيْنَ هَؤُلَاءِ الْمُخْتَلِفِينَ وَغَيْرِهِمْ مِنَ الْعُلَمَاءِ أَنَّهُ لَوْ سَجَدَ قَبْلَ السَّلَامِ أَوْ بَعْدَهُ لِلزِّيَادَةِ أَوِ النَّقْصِ أَنَّهُ يُجْزِئُهُ وَلَا تَفْسُدُ صَلَاتُهُ وَإِنَّمَا اخْتِلَافُهُمْ فِي الْأَفْضَلِ، وَاللَّهُ أَعْلَمُ .
Al-Ƙaadiy Iyaadh (Rahimahul
Laah) da waɗansu
daga cikin malaman mazhabarmu sun ce: Babu saɓani
a tsakanin waɗannan
malaman da suka saɓa
wa juna da waɗansunsu
cewa, ya wadaci mutum idan ya yi sujada kafin ko a bayan sallama domin ƙari
ko ragi, kuma sallarsa ba ta ɓaci
ba. Saɓaninsu dai
kawai a kan wanda ya fi ne. (Sharhun Nawawiy: 5/56-57).
HUKUNCIN WANDA YA MANTA DA SUJJADA KABLI KO BA'ADI

Assalamu alaikum Tambayata ita ce shin mene ne hukuncin wanda ya
mance sujada kabli ko ba'adi yayin da ta kama shi?
𝐀𝐌𝐒𝐀❗️
Wa'alaikumus Salam Warahmatullahi Wabarkatuhu.
Imam Mardaawi (Rahimahullah) ya ce a cikin Al-musannaf (2/154)
na Ibn Ƙudamah: A rankon sajadar mantuwa Akwai sharadi guda biyu.
1. Ya kasance cikin masallaci.
2. Ya kasance aikin baiyi tsawo ba. Ma'ana ba a samu tazarar
lokacin yin mantuwar da tinawa ba.
Wannan shi ne ra'ayi mai kyau kamar yadda Al-Mardaawi yace.
Imam Ahmad (rahimahullah) yace; Zai yi sajadar ne idan ya tina anan kusa. Koda
kuwa ya fita daga masallacin ne. Kuma ya ce zai yi sajadar koda bayan lokaci
mai tsawo ne ya tina, ko kuma ya yi magana, ko kuma har bayan ya fita masallaci
ne. Wannan shi ne ra'ayin da Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah ya zaba.
Al-Ikhtiyaaraat al-Fiƙhiyyah, Shafi na 94).
Idan mutum ya manta sujudar mantuwa wacce zai yi kafin sallama
(Sajadar Ƙabli ke nan), har ya sallame bai tina ba, toh zai yi sujudar ƙablin
ne anan take kuma wajibi ne yinta (idan ya tina anan kusa).
Amma idan kuma ya sallame kuma Bai tina ba har sai bayan an ɗauki
lokaci mai tsawo, ko ya fita daga masallaci, ko alwalarsa ta warware. Toh anan
babu bukatar yin sajadar mantuwa, kuma sallasa ta inganta. Al-Rawd al-Murabba’
Sharh Zaadal Mustaƙna’ (2/461)
MISALI: Idan mutum ya manta tahiyar farko, anan sajadar ƙabli
ta kamashi, toh sai ya manta ya sallame batareda ya yi ƙabli ba, toh zai yi ƙablin
ne idan ya tina nan take.
Amma idan bai tina ba anan kusa har sai bayan wani lokaci mai
tsawo ko ya fita masallaci, toh anan bazai yi sajadar ƙablin ba kuma sallarsa tayi.
Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah ya ce zai yi sajadar ne idan ya
tina, koda ya tina ne bayan lokacin mai tsawo. Saboda hakan zai zama cikon abin
da ya bari ne a sallarsa.
Amma Ra'ayin da ya fi kyau shi ne ra'ayin Mawallafin
(rahimahullah) Wanda shi ne idan bai tina ba sai bayan lokaci mai tsawo, toh
bazai rama sajadar ba kuma sallarsa tayi. Idan kuma ya tina anan kusa zai yi
sajadar.
