Zance mafi inganci shi ne ya halatta ga mai azumi ya sumbaci (kissing) ɗin
matarsa, amma da sharadin idan za su iya control ɗin
sha'awarsu ta yadda hakan ba ze sa su yi jima'i ba ko maniyyi ya fita.
An karɓo hadisi daga Aisha (r.a) ta ce:
“Manzon Allah ﷺ ya kasance yana sumbanta alhali yana
azumi, kuma yana runguma alhali yana azumi, amma shi ya fi ku mallakan
sha'awarsa”. Bukhary da Muslim.
Wannan hadisin na nuna mana: Halas ne mutum ya rungumi ko sumbanci (kissing)
ɗin iyalinsa a cikin watan Ramadan
matukar zai iya kare kansa daga jima'i ko fitar da maniyyi.
Runguma da sumbanta ya halatta, amma ba jima'i ba.
Wanda ya sumbanci matarsa kuma maniyyinsa ya fita, to azuminsa ya lalace,
kuma zai kame bakinsa daga ci da sha har sai rana ta fadi, kuma zai rama
azumin, bayan ya nemi gafarar Allah da tuba zuwa gare Shi.
Amma idan madziyyi ne kawai ya fita, to azuminsa bai lalace ba kamar yadda
mafi yawan malamai suka yi bayani.
Don haka, sumbanta na iya karya azumin mutum matukar maniyyinsa ya fita.

ƘARIN BAYANI
Tambaya
Shin ya halatta ga mutum ya
sumbaci matarsa yayin da yake azumi? Wane ne hukuncin sumbatar aure yayin azumi
a shari’ar Musulunci?
Amsa
Wa alaikumus salam wa
rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. Wannan tambaya tana da muhimmanci sosai, domin tana
shafi hakkin aure da ibadar azumi, wanda Musulunci ya tsara da hikima da nufin
tsarkake zuciya da jiki. Don haka yana da kyau mu fahimci hukunce-hukunce daga
Hadisi da fahimtar malamai kafin mu yanke hukunci.
1. Sumbatar matarsa yayin azumi a
Hadisi
• A cikin hadisi daga A’isha
(RA), ta rawaito cewa Annabi Muhammad ﷺ yana sumbatar matarsa
yayin azumi:
Arabic:
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يُقَبِّلُ عَائِشَةَ
وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ
Hausa:
Manzon Allah (SAW) yana sumbatar
A’isha yayin da yake azumi.
(Sahih al-Bukhari)
• Wannan ya
nuna cewa sumbatar aure yayin azumi ba ta karya azumi kai tsaye, domin Annabi
(SAW) ya aikata ta, kuma wannan yana daga cikin hakkin aure da soyayya.
• Amma,
A’isha (RA) ta kara da cewa:
Arabic:
وَإِنَّ أَفْضَلَ مَا عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَكْفُ
عَنِ الشَّهَوَةِ
Hausa:
Amma abin da yafi dacewa shi ne
mutum ya kiyaye sha’awa yayin azumi.
• Wannan yana
nuni da cewa barin sumbata yayin azumi yana da lada, domin yana taimakawa wajen
tsarkake azumi da sarrafa sha’awa.
2. Illolin karya azumi yayin
sumbar aure
• Sha’awa mai
ƙarfi
na iya haifar da karya azumi idan ya kai ga jin jininsa da wuce gona da iri.
• Malamai sun
yi sharhi cewa:
o Sumbata kawai ba ta karya
azumi, sai in har ta kai ga sakamakon jin jininsa wato fitar maniyyi.
o Idan har an fitar da maniyyi
yayin sumba, to azumin rana ya zama bai cika ba kuma zai buƙaci
qada’a (azumi na
mayarwa).
• Wannan yana
nuni da cewa: azumi yana nufin tsarkake zuciya da jiki, don haka ya fi dacewa a
kauce wa sumbar aure mai sa sha’awa mai ƙarfi idan mutum yana azumi, domin kiyaye
tsarkin azumi.
3. Shawarwari daga malamai
1. Halal amma da hikima:
o Sumbatar aure yayin azumi halal
ne bisa ga sunnah, amma mafi alheri shine a kiyaye sha’awa domin azumi ya
kasance tsarkakacce.
2. Guje wa abin da zai kawo karya
azumi:
o Idan mutum yana jin cewa sumbar
aure zai iya haifar da fitar maniyyi, ya kamata ya guje ta har sai bayan azumi.
3. Niyya da tsarkake zuciya:
o Azumi yana da nufin ƙiyayewa
daga sha’awa da zina,
don haka yin sumbar aure da ƙauna ba tare da ƙara sha’awa ba zai kasance mafi
dacewa.
Allah ya ce a cikin Al-Qur’ani:
Arabic:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا
حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ الْخَيْطُ الْأَبْيَضُ مِنَ الْخَيْطِ الْأَسْوَدِ مِنَ
الْفَجْرِ
Hausa:
Ya ku waɗanda suka yi imani! Ku ci ku sha har sai da ya
bayyana muku wayewar fari daga wayewar dare.
(Qur'an)
• Wannan ayar
tana nuna tsaurara sharuddan azumi da gujewa duk wani abu da zai karya azumi.
4. Kammalawa
1. Sumbatar matarsa yayin azumi:
o Halal ne kuma Annabi Muhammad ﷺ ya aikata.
2. Mafi dacewa:
o A guji sumbar aure idan akwai
haɗarin karya azumi
saboda sha’awa mai ƙarfi.
3. Sumbata ba tare da jin jin:
o Yana daga cikin hakkin aure da
soyayya, kuma baya karya azumi idan ba ya kai ga fitar maniyyi.
4. Niyya da hikima:
o Azumi ya fi dacewa a tsarkake zuciya da jiki, don haka tsayawa daga sumbar aure mai jawo sha’awa yana da lada.
