Wannan maƙala mai taken Magungunan Hawan Jini a Mahangar Al’adar Hausawa, maƙala ce da take magana kan magungunan ciwon hawan jini a kimiyyar magungunan gargajiyar Bahaushe. Shin magungunan Hausawa na gargajiya suna tasiri kan ciwon hawan jini, wane irin tsirrai ne da ganyayyakin Bahaushe yake amfani da su kan ciwon hawan jini, ta wace hanya Bahaushe kan sarrafa magungunan ciwon hawan jini. Hanyoyin da aka bi don tattaro bayanai sun haɗa da nazarce-nazarce, hirarraki da masana magungunan gargajiya a wasu garuruwan ƙasar Hausa da maƙotanta. Amfanin wannan maƙala shi ne za ta taimaka matuƙa gaya wajen kawo sauƙi ga masu fama da wannan ciwon, da kuma bunƙasa tattalin arzikinsu tare da na iyalansu ko masu taimaka musu wajen neman magani da musu hidima. Magungunan sun haɗa da ganyayyaki da tsirrai da ‘ya’yan itatuwa da suke kewaye da ƙasar Hausa da Hausawa.

1.0 Gabatarwa

Ciwon hawan jini wani daɗaɗɗan ciwo ne da ya addabi al’umar Hausawa tun da daɗewa, Hausawa a jiya sun fi ƙiransa da suna baƙin ciki, yadda hawan jini yake kisa a yau haka baƙin ciki yake kisa a jiya, amma a yau an fi ƙiransa da hawan jini. Hausawa sun aminta da magungunan gargajiya don warkar da cututtukan da suke kewaye da su. Hasali ma, akwai Hausawa da dama waɗanda ba sa amfani da maganin asibiti, don kuwa zuciyarsu ba ta aminta da ire-iren waɗannan magunguna ba, Sallau (2010, sh. 12).

2.0 Ma’anar Magani

Masana da manazarta da ɗalibai da dama ciki da wajen Hausa sun bayyana ra’ayoyinsu dangane da ma’anar magani. A fagen kare-kai da buƙatun zuciya da cutarwa da warkarwa da camfi ko kiwon lafiya, kalmar magani sananniya ce ga kowane Bahaushe. Dangane da haka ga abin da masana da manazarta suke cewa: Magani shi ne yin amfani da itatuwa ko rubutu ko addu’a ko surkulle, don warkar da wata cuta, ko neman wani amfani, ko gusar da sharri, ko haddasa wani abu saboda biyan buƙata” (Alhassan da wasu, 1982, sh. 66). Magani shi ne duk wani abu da za a yi, ko wata hanya, ko kuma wata dabara da ake yi don gusar da wata cuta daga jikin mutum ɗungurungum, ko kuma kwantar da ita don kawo jin daɗi ga jiki ko zuciya da sauwaƙa duk wahala da damuwa da ita cutar kan iya haifar” (Ahmad, 1984, sh. 6). Magani hanya ce ta neman kawar da cuta ko wace iri, ko kuma neman kariya daga gareta ko kuma neman gwanewa da ƙwarewa kan wani abu” (Ingawa, 1984, sh. 25). Magani shi ne duk wani abu da ɗan’Adam kan yi don samun warkarwa da buƙata da ɗaukaka a rayuwarsa ta kullum. Don kuwa ɓangaren rayuwar ɗan’Adam duk tafiya take wajen fafitikar neman maganin warkewa daga cututtuka da kwantar da damuwar zuciya, in ya samu, sai kuma ya shiga neman maganin ɗaukaka da kariya wajen abokan hamayya. Haka kuma rayuwar ɗan’Adam take tafiya kullum. In ya yi maganin wannan yana buƙatar maganin wancan” (Tukur, 1988, sh. 14-15). Magani wata hanya ce ta warkar da ko kwantar da ko rage wata cuta ta ciki ko ta waje ko wadda aka samu ta haɗari. Ko neman kariya ga cuta ko abokan hamanyya ko neman ɗaukaka ta daraja ko ta buwaya ta hanyar siddabaru da sihirce-sihirce na ban al’ajabi” (Bunza, 1990, sh. 134). Bunza, (1995) ya yi ƙoƙarin fito da nasa ra’ayi a kan ma’anar magani.

Wannan ma’ana da Bunza, (1995) ya ba wa maganin gargajiyar Bahaushe ta fito da cikakkiyar ma’anar magani a sarari, don kuwa a kan ma’anar magani, an feɗe biri har jela.

Hakan yana nuni da “Magani” kalma ce mai iya ɗaukar ma’ana mai faɗi. Magani shi ne duk wata hanya da za a yi amfani da ita domin rage kaifin cuta ko rage raɗaɗinta ko kawar da ita gaba ɗaya ko walware wata matsalar rayuwa. Irin wannan hanyar tana iya zama ta kimiyyar zamani ko gargajiyar Bahaushe, misali; Bori da jiƙo da tsafi da duba da tsubbu da siddabaru da bokanci da dai duk wata hanya da al’umma take bi don neman magani.

Kalmar “magani” ba hatsin bara ba ce Hausa ce babu wani alamun aro a ƙirarta ko furucinta. A fagen nazari masana da manazarta da ɗaliban al’adun Hausawa sun kawo ra’ayoyi mabambanta dangane da ma’anar wannan kalma kamar haka:

Magani shi ne duk wani abu da za a yi, ko wata hanya, ko kuma wata dabara da ake yi don gusar da wata cuta daga jikin mutum ɗungurungum, ko kuma kwantar da ita don kawo jin daɗi ga jiki ko zuciya da sauwaƙa duk wahala da damuwa da ita cutar kan iya haifar” (Adamu, 1983). Wannan manazarci ya yi tuya ya manta da albasa don cikin ma’anar da ya kawo bai nuna yadda wani lokaci Bahaushe kan yi magani don kawai ya cutar da wani ko ya nakasa shi, misali, kamar; karya tambaya, ko kurciya, ko sammu, ko haukatar da wani da dai sauransu.

A ra’ayin mai nazari, magani na nufin duk wata hanya da za a bi a sami sauƙi ko waraka ga jiki ko zuciya muddin ba ta saɓawa addini ko al’ada ba, shi ne magani.        

3.0 Magungunan Ciwon Hawan Jini

Bayani kan magungunan hawan jini da kimiyyar sarrafa su don neman waraka daga ciwon hawan jini a tunanin Bahaushe, ga yadda suke da kuma yadda ake amfani da su kamar haka:

3.1 Yazawa

Yazawa bishiya mai ‘ya’ya da ake sha kuma ake amfani da madarar da ake samu a ƙwallonta tilon zane a fuska ko ajiki, wanda idan ya bushe sai wajen yay i baƙi kamar an tsaga, ko Kashu, CNHN (2006, sh. 482). A samu kwallon yazawa mai kama da gyaɗa ana ci ko a samu yazawa a matse ruwanta a ke sha sau biyu a rana yana magance ciwon hawan jini da yaddar Allah.

3.2 Ganyen Ayaba

Ayaba wani irin ice mai falafalan ganye wanda ya fi yi a wuri mai laima, ‘ya’yansa yawanci bayansu kore ne kafin su nuna, amma sukan zama rawaya-rawaya, idan sun nuna; akan ɓare ɓawonsu kafin a ci, CNHN (2006, sh. 23). A samu ganyen ayaba a tafasa shi ake sha sau uku (3) a wuni yana maganin hawan jini duk irin yadda hawan jinin ya hau zai sauƙa a samu lafiya da Izinin Allah.

3.3 Soɓorodo

 Soɓorodo, ɓawon kwanson yakuwa, ko zoɓorodo, (CNHN, 2006, sh. 397). A samu Ganyen soɓo a dafa kar a samar sukari ko wani abu makamancin haka ake sha sau uku (3) a rana da yardar Allah sauƙi zai samu ga mai fama da hawan jini.

3.4 Ganyen Garahuni da Ganyen Gwanda da Ganyen Goba

Ganye tohon da ke fitowa a jikin reshen bishiya, ya kan zama mai faɗi ko siriri, (CNHN, 2006, sh. 157). Gwanda wata irin bishiya doguwa mai ganya kamar na zurman, tana yin ‘ya’yan da suka yi kusan girman Kabewa, masu zaƙi da ake sha, (CNHN, (2006, sh. 182). Garahuni, wani irin tsiro mai yaɗo ya hau danga; ana yin fate-fate da shi kuma yana maganin Ciwon ciki, (CNHN, 2006, sh. 157). Goba, wata irin itaciya wadda ake cin ‘ya’yanta masu zaƙi, gwaba ko gwaiba, CNHN, (2006, sh. 169). A samu ganyen garahuni a busar da shi a inuwa da ganyen gwanda shi ma a busar da shi a inuwa da ganyen goba shi ma a busar da shi a inuwa su bushe a daka a guri ɗaya ake zuba ƙaramin cokali a ruwan ɗumi ana sha har tsawan wata guda (1) da safe da dare, da safe in an sha za a yi awa ɗaya kafin a ci komai, da daddare za a sha awa ɗaya kafin a kwanta, duk mai fama da hawan jini ko ciwon sukari da yardar Allah zai samu sauƙi.

3.5 Sassaƙen Kukkuki

Sassaƙe, ɓawon itace, musamman wanda ake yin magani da shi, (CNHN, 2006, sh. 393). Kukkuki, bishiyar ƙaro mai kama da kuka, (CNHN, 2006, sh. 252). A samu sassaƙen kukkuki a daka shi ya daku sosai sai a tafasa shi tare da jar kanwa ake sha da duminsa sau uku (3) a wuni ko rana har na tsawon sati uku (3) wato safe, da rana, da dare Insha Allah za a samu sauƙi ga masu ɗauke da ciwon hawan jini.

3.6 Tafarnuwa da Zuma

Tafarnuwa wata aba ƙarama dangin mabunƙasa-ƙasa mai kama da albasa mai wari, wadda ake sawa a abinci ko a haɗiya don maganin sanyi, musamman mura, Larabawa suna amfani da ita a wajen toye-toye kamar yadda ake yi da albasa, (CNHN, 2006, sh. 41). Zuma Wani ƙwaro dangin ƙuda sai dai ya fi ƙuda girma, launin ikinsa fatsi-fatsi; yana fitar da wani ruwa mai zaƙin gaske da ake sha, kuma yana da ƙari da yake harbi da shi, zaƙi da wannan ke samarwa, CNHN, (2006, sh. 496). Amma zaƙin da wannan ƙuda yake samarwa ake nufi a nan. A sami tafarnuwa rabin mudu, a dake ta a wankakken turmi, sai a nemo zuma da ba ta da haɗi kimanin rabin galan a haɗe su waje ɗaya a sha cokali biyu (2) da safe biyu (2) da dare har tsawon kwana bakwai (7).

A wata hanyar, a nemi tafarnuwa (kulla) a dake ta yi gari, a zuba a cikin zuma mai kyau, a yamutsa a sha sau uku (3) a rana na tsawon kwanaki. (Zauro, 2019, sh. 44-45).

3.7 Zogale da Kuka da Bagaruwar Ƙasa da Citta

Zogale, wata bishiya da ake shukawa ko dasawa a gida ko a gona, wadda ake tsirkar ganyenta ana dafawa ko a kwaɗanta a ci ko a yi dambu ko fate-fate ko a yi miya da shi, (CNHN, 2006, sh. 494). Kuka wata irin bishiya ƙatuwa wadda ake miya da ganyenta, ake kuma tukka igiya da ɓawonta kuma ake yin kwalaba da nono da ‘ya’yanta; ƙwami ganyen wannan bishiya, CNHN, (2006, sh. 252). Bagaruwar ƙasa, wani tsiro da ake haɗa magunguna da shi, CNHN, (2006, sh. 28). Citta, wani irin tsiro mai ‘ya’ya mai yaji; watau citta mai yatsu, wadda ake samun ‘ya’yanta cikin kwanso, CNHN, (2006, sh. 78). Dakakken ganyen zogale cokali biyar (5), dakakken garin kuka cokali biyu (2) da dakakken bagaruwar ƙasa cokali huɗu (4), da dakakken garin citta rabin cokali (1\2) sai a haɗa su guri guda sai ake zuba ƙaramin cokali guda biyu (2) a kunu safe da yamma, kar a yi amfani da ruwan ɗumi ko shayi. Za a samu waraka da ikon Allah.

3.8 Ganyen Garahuni

Ganye tohon da ke fitowa a jikin reshen bishiya, ya kan zama mai faɗi ko siriri, CNHN, (2006, sh. 157). Garahuni, wani irin tsiro mai yaɗo ya hau danga; ana yin fate-fate da shi kuma yana maganin Ciwon ciki, (CNHN, 2006, sh. 157). A samu ganyen garahuni ɗanye kamar kunnuwansa guda biyar (5) a wanke shi ya wanku sosai a sai a samu kofin ruwa matsakaici sai a haɗa shi da wannan ganyen a dafa shi ya dahu har sai ya canja kala wato ya dahu sosai sai tace ake shan ƙarimin kofi safe da dare bayan an ci abinci har tsawon sati uku (3) da yardar Allah za a rabu da hawan jini.

3.9 Kanya da Soɓorodo

Kanya, wata irin bishiya mai ‘ya’ya masu zaƙi da kae sha, (CNHN, 2006, sh. 232). Soɓorodo, ɓawon kwanson yakuwa, barewa ko karasu ko zoɓorodo, CNHN, (2006, sh. 397). A samu kanya a wanke ta in ta wanku sai a shanya ta a inuwa in ta bushe sai a daka ta ko a niƙa ta sai a tankaɗe ta a ware gari da tsaki, da garin za ake amfani da shi, sai a samu soɓorodo a jiƙa shi in ya juƙu sai a tace shi, a samu kofi ɗaya na soɓorodo da rabin cokalin garin kanya a kaɗa a sha kofi ɗaya (1) da safe ɗaya da yamma tsawon kwana biyar (5) za a samu sauƙi da yaddar Allah.

3.10 Baƙin Algahrib, Dogon Yaro, Zoɓarodo Ja, Tagargade, Tafarnuwa da Kanufari

Algarif, waɗansu irin ƙwayoyi masu launin ja ko baƙi dunƙule wari ɗaya ko tsabarsu da aka fi samu a wurin ‘yan koli ko masu sai da kayan yaji, ko ‘yan masu ganye; ana magunguna da yawa da shi, (CNHN, 2006, sh. 12). A samu garin baƙin algahrib kofi ɗaya, garin dogon yaro kofi ɗaya, garin zoɓorodo rabin kofi, garin tagargade rabin kofi, garin tafarnuwa rabin kofi, garin kanumfari babban cokali biyu. Idan an tabatar da an sami dukkan waɗannan abubuwa, sai a haɗa su waje guda a cakuɗa su, su haɗu sosai. Sai a zuba su a mazubi mai tsabta (an fi son kwalba) a ajiye a wuri mai tsabta kuma mara zafi ko laima, kuma babu hasken rana. Ana ɗiban haɗaɗɗen magani cikin ƙaramin cokali a zuba ba tafashashshen ruwa kofi guda, a rufe shi ruf a bar shi har zuwz minti sha biyar (15) sannan a tace shi a zuba zuma babban cokali biyu (2) a sha. Za a yi haka ne sau biyu (2) kullum, safe da yamma, har zuwa wata guda. Ana shan maganin, ana kuma auna jinin mutum. (Kibiya, 1990, sh. 13).

3.11 Aduwa

A samu ɓawon ƙwallon aduwa ake samowa bayan an ɓanɓare ɓawon daga jikin aduwar, sai a dake shi ya zamo gari a riƙa yin turare da shi. (Kura; 2011, sh. 123).

3.12 Kabewa da Kurna

Kabewa, wani irin tsiro mai yaɗo da ‘ya’ya manya-manya da ake miyar taushe da su. CNHN, (2006, sh. 221). A haɗa garin ‘ya’yan Kabewa da na kurna a daka su zama gari, sai a haɗa a gauraya su. Sai a riƙa ɗiban ƙaramin cokali na garin maganin a haɗa shi da ruwan madara rabin kofi a riƙa sha, safe da yamma, har tsawon kwana bakwai. Haka kuma za a iya shan maganin da ruwan zuma cokali bibbiyu sau uku (3) a kullum. (Kachako, 2006, sh. 17).

3.13 Lemon Tsami da Tafarnuwa

Lemon Tsami. Wata irin itaciya mai ƙaya wandda wani nau’inta yana da ‘ya’ya masu tsami wani kuma zaƙi, CNHN, (2006, sh. 305). Tafarnuwa wata aba ƙarama dangin mabunƙasa-ƙasa mai kama da albasa mai wari, wadda ake sawa a abinci ko a haɗiya don maganin sanyi, musamman mura, Larabawa suna amfani da ita a wajen toye-toye kamar yadda ake yi da albasa, CNHN, (2006, sh. 41). A sami lemon tsami da tafarnuwa. A yayyanka tafarnuwar kamar cikin tafin hannu biyu sai a zuba a cikin kwalba mai kyau, sai kuma a matse lemon tsamin ruwan za a zuba a cikin kwalbar har sai an cika ta. Sai a shan ya kwalbar a cikin rana (daga hantsi zuwa rana tsaka) har tsawon kwanaki biyu (2). Da sassafe a ɗibi cikin cokali biyu (2) a sha, kafin Karin kumullo. A ci gaba da yin haka sai har an warke. (Jinju, 1990, sh. 33).

3.14 Zoɓarodo

Soɓorodo, ɓawon kwanson yakuwa, ko zoɓorodo, CNHN, (2006, sh. 397). Za a sami jan zoɓarodo a shanya ya bushe sosai, sai a jiƙa a ruwa. Idan ya juƙu launinsa zai zama ja kuma ɗanɗanonsa zai zama mai tsami, sai a dinga sha na tsawonwani lokaci. (Mahmud, 1990, sh. 18).

3.15 Gwanda da Mangoro da Goba

Ganye tohon da ke fitowa a jikin reshen bishiya, ya kan zama mai faɗi ko siriri, CNHN, (2006, sh. 157). Gwanda wata irin bishiya doguwa mai ganye kamar na zurman, tana yin ‘ya’yan da suka yi kusan girman Kabewa, masu zaƙi da ake sha, CNHN, (2006, sh. 182). Goba, wata irin itaciya wadda ake cin ‘ya’yanta masu zaƙi, gwaba ko gwaiba, CNHN, (2006, sh. 169). Waɗannan ganyayyaki in aka haɗa su aka dafa ana sha yana maganin Hawan Jini, Ciwon Sukari, Gyambon Ciki (Ulcer) da Zazzaɓin (Typod) da wasu cututtuka da suke damun jiki, da yaddar Allah.

3.16 Kwakwa

Kwakwa wata irin itaciya dangin dibino wadda aka fi samu a kurmi; tana da ‘ya’ya manya, waɗanda ake fasawa a ci, ‘ya’yan kwakwa cikinsa fari, mai tauri-tauri, wanda ake ci, ko a yi wani abu da ake ci, CNHN, (2006, sh. 261). A samu ruwan kwakwa ake sha da sassafe kafin a ci komai ba maganar sati ko sati biyu a dinga amfani da shi tsawon lokaci, yana magungunan ciwo ko cututtuka kamar haka: Hawan Jini, Ciwon Daji na Cikin Jini, Yawan Futa Fitsari, Ciwon Gaɓoɓin Jiki, Ciwon Sukari, Tsakuwar Ƙoda, Matsalar Ƙiba ko Timbi, duk masu waɗannan matsaloli su lazamci shan ruwan kwakwa da safe kafi Karin kumullo da Izinin Allah za a samu waraka.

3.17 Ɓawon Kanya da Baƙin Soɓarodo

Kanya, wata irin bishiya mai ‘ya’ya masu zaƙi da kae sha, CNHN, (2006, sh. 232). Soɓorodo, ɓawon kwanson yakuwa, barewa ko karasu ko zoɓorodo, CNHN, (2006, sh. 397). A samu ɓawon kanya a daka shi ya daku a tankaɗe shi, sai kuma a samu baƙin soɓorodo a dafa shi ya dahu, sai a ɗebi kofi ɗaya (1) na dafaffen soɓarodo da cokali ɗaya (1) na dakakken garin ɓawon kanya a haɗa a gauraya a ke sha safe da yamma, za a ga tasirin maganin ga mai fama da Hawan jini. Indan kuma ulsa ce sai a gauraya dakakken garin kanya da zuma ake sha cokali ɗaya da safe ɗaya da rana ɗaya da yamma.

3.18 Kukkuki

A nemi kukkuki ƙosasshe a dafa, a sha, a yi wanka yana maganin hawan jini. A wata hanyar, a nemi sassaƙen ban kukkuki a jiƙa a ruwa, in ya kwana sai a yi kunu da ruwan nasa a riƙa sha sau biyu (2) a rana. (Wamba, 2012).

3.19 Dabino

Dibino, wata irin doguwar bishiya mai mai kama da giginya mai ‘ya’ya ƙanana masu zaƙi da kwallo a ciki, CNHN, (2006, sh. 22). A nemi dabino wanda bai bushe ba, a ci ƙwara goma (10) da safe, goma (10) da yamma na tsawon kwana biyu (2), yana saurin saukar da hawan jini, ko kuma a nemi dabino ƙwara ko kwaya bakwai (7) sai a sanya zuma wadda ba ta da haɗi kamar cokali biyu (2) a sha tun da safe kafin a ci abinci (Zauro, 2019).

3.20 Ayaba da Zuma

Ayaba wani irin ice mai falafalan ganye wanda ya fi yi a wuri mai laima, ‘ya’yansa yawanci bayansu kore ne kafin su nuna, amma sukan zama rawaya-rawaya, idan sun nuna; akan ɓare ɓawonsu kafin a ci, CNHN, (2006, sh. 23). Zuma Wani ƙwaro dangin ƙuad sai dai ya fi ƙuad girma, launin ikinsa fatsi-fatsi; yana fitar da wani ruwa mai zaƙin gaske da ake sha, kuma yana da ƙari da yake harbi da shi, zaƙi da wannan ke samarwa, CNHN, (2006, sh. 496). A nemi ayaba nunanna a samu zuma mai kyau wato mara haɗi a haɗe su waje ɗaya a kaɗe, a sha tun da safe kafin a yi karin kumullo da kuma da dare bayan an ɗauki lokaci da cin abinci, har kwanaki bakwai (7).

3.21 Albasa da Zuma                

A samo albasa a markaɗe ta a (blander) ko wani abu bayan an markaɗe sai a hada da zuma ana sha kullum safe da yamma.

3.22 Leman Tsami

A samu leman tsami a hada shi da ruwa mai ɗumi rabin kofi ana yin (juice) wato ana malkaɗa su ana sha sau uku (3) a rana.

3.23 Zuma

A samu zuma mai kyau ana shan babban cokali 1 ko 2 safe da yamma kar a yi da zuma mara kyau don ta kan haifar da wata cuta da sauran wasu matsaloli na daban.

3.24 Gwanda

A samu gwanda ana sha safe da yamma amma in an sha kada aci komai sai bayan awa biyu (2) tsawon sati uku.

3.25 Tafarnuwa da Man Kwakwa

A samo tafarnuwa mai yawa a daka ta a san ya ta a man kwakwa a rufe a ajiye shi cikin rana na kwana arba’in (40) bayan kwana arba’in (40) sai a ɗauko a juya ana shan babban cokali duk rana, har sati biyu.

3.26 Kankana da Karas

A samo kankana da karas a haɗa su a markaɗe su wuri guda a (blander) ko wani abu ana sha safe da yamma in an so za a iya saka zuma a ciki, har sai an samu waraka.

3.27 Ganyen Na'a -Na'a

A samo ganyen shayin na'a -na'a a dafa shi idan ya dahu ya fara kamshi sai a sauke a tsiyayi rabin kofi a haɗa da zuma mai kyau babban cokali 2 da ruwan kahl fari karamin cokali a haɗe su guri guda ana sha kullum da safiya.

3.28 Ƙwan Sallawa

A samo ƙwan salwa guda ɗari biyu da talatin da bakwai 237 ana shan guda uku (3) kullum ga mai shekara 3 zuwa 6 mai shekara 6 zuwa10 kuma sai ya rika shan guda 3 daga ranar farko zuwa rana na uku daga rana na hudu kuma sai a rika shan guda 4 ga mai shekaru sama da haka kuma sai ya sha guda uku (3) daga ranar farko zuwa rana ta uku daga rana ta hudu kuma sai ya rika shan biyar (5) ko shida (6).

3.29 Irin Kankana

A samo irin kankana a shanya in ya bushe sai a dafa ruwa kofi daya a zuba a ciki a bar shi har na tsawon awa daya sannan a sha cokali hudu a rana, zuwa sati uku.

3.30 Attaruhu

A samo attaruhu masu zuwa dogaye koraye ana dafa abinci da shi ko a rinka yin salad da shi safe da yamma, har sai an samu waraka.

3.31 Man Zaitun

A samo man zaitun ana dafa abinci da shi safe da yamma a rika shan cokali ɗaya safe da yamma, a ɗauki tsawan lokaci ana yin haka, da yaddar Allah za a samu waraka.

3.32 Habba da Zaitun da Zuma

A samo garin habbatus sauda'a da zaitun da zuma a hada da ruwan sama ko na zamzam ana sha safe da yamma, da yaddar Allah za a samu waraka.

3.33 Ganyen Goba da Soɓorodo

A sami ganyen goba ɗanye a wanke a kirɓa shi in ya kirɓu sai a samo soɓorodo a haɗa guri ɗaya a dafa su in sun dahu sai ake sha sau biyu (2) a wuni wato safe da yamma tsawon sati uku da yaddar Allah za a samu sauƙi, wannan mujarrabi ne.

3.34 Lalle da Zuma

A samu lalle mai kyau da zuma mai kyau mara gauraye da sukari a haɗa su guri ɗaya a dafa ake sha sau biyu (2) a rana tsawon sati biyu (2) yana maganin hawan jini da bugun zuciya sosai don an jarraba anga fa’idar hakan.

3.35 Lalle da Man Lalle

A samu lalle da man lalle a kwaɓa su wurin ɗaya a cakuɗa sosai ake shafawa inda mai ciwon hawan jini ya samu shanyewar ɓangaran jiki har sai ya samu sauƙi.

3.36 Ganyen Maskuret (Masƙuared)

Ganyen Masfirin yana nan kamar ganyen mangoro zaka gan shi a gidajen attajira suna adon gida da shi yana da tsayi sosai. Bayan maganin hawan jini yana maganin ciwon sukari. A samu ganyen Masfirin guda ishirin (20) a dafa da ruwan zafi ya dahu sosai a sha sau uku (3) a rana wato safe, rana da yamma na tsawon kwana uku (3) da yaddar Allah duk yadda jini ya hau zai sauƙa. Ganyen Masfirin yana nan kamar ganyen mangoro zaka gan shi a gidajen attajira suna adon gida da shi yana da tsayi sosai. Bayan maganin hawan jini yana maganin ciwon sukari.

3.37 Ganyen Zogale, Citta, Tafarnuwa, Habba Da Kurkur

A samu ganyen zogale dakakke rabin gongwanin madara, citta rabin gongwanin madara, tafarnuwa rabin gongwanin madara, habba rabin gongwanin madara, da kurkur rabin gongwanin madara a haɗa su guri guda a gauraya, in akwai koren ganyen shayi a haɗa da shi, ake sha ƙaramin cokali safe da rana da kuma yamma wato sau uku a wini (3) da tafashenshen ruwan zafi, yana maganin ciwon hawan jini, ciwon sukari, zazzaɓi, matsalar ido, ulsa, da duk wata cutar da take cikin jini tana magance su da yardar Allah.

3.38 Ganyen Mangoro da Ganyen Maskurin (Masƙuared)

A samu ganyen mangoro guda ishirin (20) da na maskurin guda ishirin (20) a wanke da ruwa mai kyau a haɗa su huri guda a tafasa in ya huce ake sha safe da yamma kafin a yi karya da safe kofin shayi matsakaici da yaddar Allah hawan jini da ciwon sukari za a samu waraka,

4.0 Kammalawa

Kashi casa’in da biyar na hawan jini da yake addabar al’umma gado ne. Idan ɗaya daga cikin mahaifanka ko kuma ɗan uwanka shaƙiƙi yana da hawan jini, to akwai yiwuwar kai ma za ka iya kamuwa da hawan jini, amma bai zama wajibi ba. Wannan maƙala tana magana ne dangane da magungunan ciwon hawan jini a mahangar al’adar Hausawa, da farko an yi bayani ne kan ma’anar magani daga bakin masana da manazarta da suka tofa albarkacin bakinsu ko kuma fashin baƙi dangane da ma’anar magani a tasu fahimmatar, da kawo magungunan hawan jini a tunani ko kimiyyar Bahaushe, abubuwan da suka haɗa da itatuwa da tsirrai da ganyayyaki da kayan marmari da Hausawa suke amfani da su yau da kullum kuma suke kewaye da su, waɗanda suke mutuƙar tasiri dangane da ciwon hawan jini.
