Hukuncin sa shi ne
yana wajaba akansa ya kame daga dukkan abubuwan da suke ɓata azumi, domin baya
halasta ga mutum Musulmi baligi mai hankali wanda zai iya azumi da ya aikata
duk wani abu da yake ɓata azumi da rana ba a
cikin watan Ramadan, sai dai kuma wannan kamewan ba zai wadatar masa ba
amatsayin ya azumci ranan farko na Ramadan ba, saboda bai kwana da niyya ba,
kamar yadda Manzon Allah Sallallahu alaihi Wasallama ya ce " Duk wanda bai
kwana da niyya ba gabanin ketowar alfijir to bashida azumi".
Dan haka dole zai
rama azumin wannan ranan, wannan shi ne fatawar gabaɗaya Malamai, Ibnu
Abdulbarri da Ibnu Ƙudama sun hakaito wannan ijma'in a cikin littatafan
su".

WANDA BAI SAN AN GA WATAN RAMADAN BA SAI BAYAN KETOWAR ALFIJIR, KUMA SHIN
KAMEWA DAGA ABINCI A RANAR YA ISHE SHI AZUMI?
Tambaya:
Wani lokaci ana samun jinkiri
wajen sanar da ganin jairin watan Ramadan, ko kuma mutum ya kasance a inda
labari ba ya isa gare shi da wuri. Idan mutum ya wayi gari ba tare da sanin yau
azumi ne ba, har ya kai ga ya ci abinci ko bai yi niyya ba kafin asuba, menene
matsayinsa a shari'ance? Shin zai ci gaba da cin abincinsa tunda bai yi niyya
ba, ko kuwa akwai wani nauyi da ya rataya a wuyansa?
Amsa:
Wajabcin Kamewa (Imsaki) Da
Kuma Ramakon Rana Ta Farko
Musulunci ya gina ibadar azumi ne
a kan abubuwa guda biyu: Niyya da kuma Kamewa (Imsaki). Idan mutum bai samu
labarin ganin wata ba har sai bayan gari ya waye, to shari'a ta tanadi matakai
guda biyu da zai bi don kiyaye alfarma da kuma ingancin ibadarsa.
1. Wajabcin Kamewa (Al-Imsaki)
Domin Mutuncin Watan
Duk musulmin da ya tabbatar da
cewa yau Ramadan ne, koda kuwa bayan alfijir ne ya ji labarin, to wajibi ne a
kansa ya daina cin abinci, shan ruwa, ko saduwa da iyali nan take. Wannan
kamewa ana kiranta "Imsaku li Hurmatil Shahr" (Kamewa don girmama
alfarman watan). Ba ya halatta ga musulmi ya ci gaba da cin abinci da rana a
watan Ramadan alhalin yana da lafiya kuma yana gida (ba tafiya yake ba), koda
kuwa ya riga ya karya kafin labarin ya iske shi.
Allah Madaukakin Sarki ya ce:
فَمَنْ شَهِدَ مِنْكُمُ الشَّهْرَ فَلْيَصُمْهُ
“Wanda duk ya
halarci watan (Ramadan) a cikinku, to ya azumce shi.” (Suratul Baqarah: 185).
Wannan aya tana nuna cewa da
zarar watan ya tabbata ga mutum, umarnin "ya azumce shi" ya hau kansa
kai-tsaye.
2. Wajabcin Ramako Sakamakon
Rashin Niyya
Duk da cewa mutum zai kame daga
cin abinci a sauran ranar, wannan kamewar ba za ta maye gurbinsa a matsayin
azumi ingantacce ba. Dalili kuwa shi ne rashin Niyya wadda take daya daga cikin
rukunnan azumi, kuma dole ne a kulla ta kafin alfijir ya keto (ga azumin
farilla).
Manzon Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) ya ce:
مَنْ لَمْ يُبَيِّتِ الصِّيَامَ قَبْلَ الْفَجْرِ،
فَلَا صِيَامَ لَهُ
“Duk wanda
bai kwana da niyyar azumi ba kafin alfijir, to ba shi da azumi (a wannan
ranar).” (Sunan an-Nasa'i da wasu daga cikin ma'abota Sunan).
Saboda haka, tunda wannan bawan
Allah bai samu damar yin niyya ba kafin asuba, azuminsa na wannan ranar bai
inganta ba a matsayin farilla, koda kuwa bai ci komai ba kafin labarin ya iske
shi. Malamai irin su Ibnu Kudama da Ibnu Abdulbarri sun ambata cewa akwai
ijma'i (haduwar kan malamai) akan cewa mutum zai rama wannan ranar bayan
sallah.
3. Hukunci Idan Mutum Ya Riga Ya
Ci Abinci
Idan mutum ya riga ya ci abinci
ko ya sha ruwa kafin ya ji labarin ganin wata, babu laifi a kansa (domin ya yi
ne cikin jahilci), amma da zarar labari ya zo masa, dole ne ya dakatar da cin
abincin nan take. Zai kammala ranar cikin "Imsaki" (kamewa), sannan
kuma zai rama ranar bayan watan Ramadan ya kare.
4. Matsayar Malaman Fikhu
(Mazhabobi)
Mafi yawan malaman mazhabar
Malikiyyah, Shafi'iyyah, da Hanbaliyyah sun tafi akan cewa:
Wajibi ne: Mutum ya kame daga
abinci da zarar ya ji labarin.
Wajibi ne: Mutum ya rama wannan
ranar daga baya.
Wasu kalilan daga cikin malamai
(kamar wasu daga cikin Hanfiyyah) suna ganin cewa idan bai ci komai ba kafin
labarin ya zo masa, zai iya yin niyya a lokacin kuma azuminsa ya wadatar. Amma
zance mafi inganci kuma mafi aminci shi ne wanda mafi yawan malamai (Jumhur)
suka tafi akai na wajabcin ramako, domin hadisin "Mubayyitun Niyyah"
(Kwana da niyya) ya shafi azumin farilla ne baki daya.
Kammalawa
Musulmi ya kamata ya zama mai
lura da daren da ake neman watan Ramadan. Idan kuma hakan ta faru cewa labari
bai zo ba sai da rana, to mutum ya kiyaye alfarman watan ta hanyar daina cin
abinci, sannan ya sanya a ransa cewa zai rama wannan ranar bayan sallah. Wannan
shi ne ya fi dacewa da takawa da kuma kiyaye ka'idojin ibada.
Allah ya ba mu ikon ganin watan
cikin lafiya da amincin imani.
ﺳُﺒﺤَﺎﻧَﻚَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻬُﻢَّ ﻭَﺑِﺤَﻤْﺪِﻙَ ﺃﺷْﻬَﺪُ ﺃﻥ ﻟَﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻪَ ﺇِﻻَّ ﺃﻧْﺖَ ﺃﺳْﺘَﻐْﻔِﺮُﻙَ ﻭﺃَﺗُﻮﺏُ ﺇِﻟَﻴْﻚ
