HUKUNCIN LIMAMAI HUƊU SU YI LIMANCIN
SALLAR JANA’IZA GUDA

Wa Alaikumus Salaam
Wa Rahmatul Laahi Wa Barakaatuh.
A cikin sallar
janaza, ba a riwaito maimaita sallar a bayan liman ya sallame ta ba, sai ga
wanda bai samu damar yin ta a tare da limamin farko ba. Ko shi ɗin ma sai idan shi ne
limancin ya hau kansa a asali, kamar babba ko shugaban limaman wurin. Kamar dai
yadda Manzon Allaah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya yi a kan sahabi
ko sahabiyar nan mai kula da masallaci, wacce ta rasu kuma suka rufe ta ba tare
da sun sanar da shi ba. (Sahih Al-Bukhaariy: 458, Sahih Muslim: 2259).
Domin abu ne sananne
cewa, ita sallar Jana’iza farilla ce alal kifaayah, wacce idan dai wani sashe
na al’umma sun yi to ta wadatar, ba dole ne sai kowa da kowa ya yi ba.
Shiyasa har wanda ya
rasu a wani gari nesa da inda jama’arsa su ke ma, watau mas’alar salaatul
ghaa’ib, maganar da ta fi inganci ita ce: Ba za a yi masa sallar ba matuƙar dai an riga an yi
masa sallah a garin da ya rasu.
A taƙaice dai wannan surar
ta maimaita sallar jana’iza da limamai mabambanta har guda huɗu a wuri guda a kan
gawa guda, ban san dalilinsa a cikin wani littafin Hadisi da Sunnah ba. Ina dai
tsoron hakan ya zama daga cikin sababbin bidi’o’in da malaman yau ’yan duniya
suka ƙirƙira ne kawai, domin samun abin duniya daga wurin dangin
mamaci, ko dai wani abu makamancin hakan.
Mun riga dai mun san
maganar Manzon Allaah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) cewa:
« وَكُلُّ
بِدْعَةٍ ضَلاَلَةٌ »
Kuma kowace bidi’a ɓata ce. (Sahih
Muslim: 2042).

SALLAR JANA'IZA DA LIMAMAI MASU YAWA A KAN GAWA GUDA

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah.
Malam mene ne hukuncin wannan al'adar da take faruwa a wasu wuraren, inda za a
ga an yi sallar jana'iza guda daya, amma limamai har guda hudu ko fiye da haka
kowa ya zo ya ja tasa sallar daban-daban a kan gawa guda? Shin wannan yana da
asali a Musulunci ko kuwa bidi'a ce?
𝐀𝐌𝐒𝐀❗
Wa alaikumus salam wa
rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.
Wannan mas'ala tana bukatar
bayani ta fuskoki guda biyu: bangaren abin da shari'a ta nuna a matsayin asali,
da kuma bangaren abin da mutane suka kirkira wanda ya saba wa koyarwar Manzon
Allah (SAW).
1. Sallar Jana'iza Farali ce na
Kifaya
A ka'idar shari'a, sallar
jana'iza tana matsayin Fardul Kifayah. Ma'ana, idan wasu sashe na Musulmai suka
yi ta, to sauran sun kubuta daga nauyin yin ta. Manufar sallar jana'iza ita ce
yin ceton (shafa'ah) ga mamaci da rokar masa gafara a wajen Allah. Idan an yi
sallah daya karbabbiya tare da jama'a, to an cimma wannan manufar.
2. Shin Akwai Asalin Maimaita
Sallar Jana'iza?
A cikin Sunnah, ba a samu inda
Manzon Allah (SAW) ko Sahabbansa suka tsara cewa limamai da dama su rika jeruwa
daya-bayan-daya suna jan sallah a kan gawa guda a wuri guda ba.
Asalin sallar jana'iza ita ce a
yi ta guda daya karkashin limami guda wanda ya fi cancanta (kamar shugaba ko
babban makusancin mamaci). Maimaita sallah yana faruwa ne kawai a wasu
kebantattun yanayi:
• Ga wanda bai samu sallar farko
ba: Idan aka yi jana'iza aka gama, sai wani makusancin mamaci ko wani babban
mutum ya zo wanda bai samu sallar ba, ya halatta ya yi tasa sallar shi kadai ko
tare da wadanda ba su samu ba.
• Sallah a kan Kabari: Kamar
yadda Manzon Allah (SAW) ya yi wa matar nan da take share masallaci; bayan an
binne ta ne ya ji labarin rasuwarta, sai ya tafi har kabari ya yi mata sallah.
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً سَوْدَاءَ كَانَتْ تَقُمُّ الْمَسْجِدَ فَفَقَدَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ
صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلَ عَنْهَا فَقَالُوا مَاتَتْ قَالَ أَفَلَا
كُنْتُمْ آذَنْتُمُونِي... فَأَتَى قَبْرَهَا فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهَا
Daga Abu Hurairah (R.A):
"Lalle wata mata bakar fata ta kasance tana share masallaci, sai Manzon
Allah (SAW) ya nemi bayanta (bai ganta ba), sai suka ce: 'Ta rasu.' Sai ya ce:
'Ashe ba za ku sanar da ni ba?' ... Sai ya tafi kabarin ta ya yi mata sallah."
(Sahihul Bukhari: 458, da Muslim: 956).
Wannan hadisi yana nuna cewa
maimaitawar tana zuwa ne saboda buqata (ga wanda bai samu ba), ba wai don
al'ada ko neman lada ta hanyar tara limamai da yawa ba.
3. Matsayar Malaman Mazhabobi
Malaman Musulunci sun tafi akan
cewa maimaita sallar jana'iza ba abin so ba ne (Makruhu) muddin dai an riga an
yi sallar farko tare da limamin gari ko makusantan mamaci.
• Mazhabar
Malikiya: Suna ganin cewa ba a maimaita sallar jana'iza gaba daya muddin dai
wanda ya ja sallar farko yana da ikon yin hakan.
• Mazhabar
Shafi'iya da Hanbaliya: Sun ba da damar maimaitawa ga wanda bai samu sallar
farko ba kawai.
Amma maganar cewa a hadu a lokaci
guda, a jera limamai su rika yi daya bayan daya, wannan ba shi da asali a
dukkan mazhabobin hudu.
4. Hatsarin Kirkire-kirkire
(Bidi'a)
Wannan al'ada ta jerin limamai
hudu tana daya daga cikin abubuwan da malamai suke kira da Bidi'ah Idhafiyyah
(Bidi'ar da aka lika wa wani aikin ibada). Akwai tsoron cewa ana yin hakan ne
saboda wasu dalilai na duniya:
1. Neman Abin Duniya: Don dangi
su rika raba wa kowane limami kudin gaisuwa ko sadaka.
2. Riya da Jiji da Kai: Don a
nuna cewa "wane fa manyan malamai ne suka yi masa jana'iza."
Manzon Allah (SAW) ya yi gargadi
mai tsanani game da kirkirar abubuwa a cikin addini:
مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ
مِنْهُ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ
"Duk wanda ya kirkiri wani
abu a cikin wannan al'amari namu (addini) wanda ba ya cikinsa, to an maida masa
(ba karbabbe ba ne)." (Sahihul Bukhari: 2697, da Muslim: 1718).
Kuma a wani hadisin ya ce:
وَكُلُّ مُحْدَثَةٍ بِدْعَةٌ، وَكُلُّ بِدْعَةٍ
ضَلَالَةٌ، وَكُلُّ ضَلَالَةٍ فِي النَّارِ
"Kuma kowane kirkirarren abu
bidi'a ne, kowace bidi'a bata ce, kuma kowace bata tana cikin wuta."
(Sunan al-Nasa'i: 1578).
5. Abin da Ya Fi Dacewa
Abin da sunnah ta nuna shi ne:
• A hada
dukkan jama'a a karkashin limami guda.
• Idan jama'a
sun yi yawa, a raba sahu-sahu (ana son akalla sahu uku).
• A yi sallah
guda daya cikin kankan da kai da rokon gafara ga mamaci.
• Bayan an
gama, a tafi da gawa a binne ta ba tare da bata lokaci ba, domin Annabi (SAW)
ya ce: "Ku gaggauta da jana'iza."
𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐚
Hukuncin yin sallar jana'iza da
limamai hudu daya-bayan-daya a kan gawa guda a wuri guda bidi'a ce kuma ba ta
da asali a Musulunci. Yin hakan saba wa Sunnah ne kuma bata lokaci ne ga
mamacin da ake son a gaggauta kansa zuwa kabarinsa. Ya kamata Musulmai su
kiyaye, su san cewa lada yana cikin bin Sunnah ne, ba cikin yawan limamai ko
tsawon lokacin sallah ba.
