Muhimmancin marubuta waƙoƙin Hausa a cikin al’umma ya fi gaban a bayyana,
mutane ne da Allah ya yi wa baiwa da basira da ilimin sanin yadda zasu isar da
saƙo
ga jama’a ta hanyar waƙoƙinsu.
Don haka wannan aikin an raɗa
masa suna da “Yabo Fitilar Mawaƙa: Tsokaci Daga Waƙoƙin Siyasa Na Alhaji
Kamilu Ɗan
Almajirin Mawaƙa Nguru.”
An yi ƙoƙarin
nazarin yadda mawaƙin ya yi amfani da jigogin Yabo, a waƙoƙinsa na siyasa da aka
nazarta. Binciken ya fito da jigogin yabo da yadda mawaƙin ya yi amfani da su
domin isar da saƙoninsa, ga masu sauraro da kuma masu nazari. Dabarun da aka bi
don gudanar da wannan aikin su ne, leƙa wasu Littattafai da Kundaye da kuma Maƙalu da
suke da alaƙa
da wannan aikin, haka kuma an tuntuɓi
sha’irin dangane da waƙoƙinsa da aka yi amfani da su a wannan aikin. Manufar wannan
aikin ne ya fito da hanyoyin da sha’irin
yake bi, wajen yabon iyayen gidansa da ma jam’iyyar da ya ke yi wa waƙa. Aikin ya gano sha’irin ya yi amfani da kyawon
hali, da jaruntaka, da riƙon amana, da asali, da kyauta, da iya mulki, da son jama’a,da kuma tausayi na
gwanayen nasa wajen ya yaba musu.

Gabatarwa
Ɗaya daga cikin hanyoyin da ɗan Adam yake more wa harshensa,
shi ne furta kalamai ta sigar waƙa. Sauran hanyoyin kuma sun haɗa da wasa da kuma bayani a zube.
A ƙasar
Hausa amfani da waƙa domin isar da saƙo
na addini ko na siyasa ko na wani abin da ya shafi rayuwa ba baƙon
abu ba ne, musamman bayan zuwan Musulunci a cikin ƙarni na sha
tara da na ashirin har ya zuwa yau (Idris 2010:1).
Waƙa a ƙasar Hausa,
aba ce da ta jima sosai tana rayuwa tana bunƙasa har zuwa yau. A cikin ta ne mawaƙa ke bayyana al’amurran da suka shafi rayuwar Hausawa
wanda ya haɗada lele (yabo), ko faɗakarwa
(ilmantar da al’umma). Waƙoƙin Alhaji Kamilu Dan Almajirin Mawaƙa, suna ɗauke da irin waɗannan
jigogina yabo.Jigon yabo shi ne madubin dubawa a wannan makalar. Don haka ne,
ake hasashen muƙalar ta
share fage, ko kuma ta zamo ƙari, wanda
aka ce ya fi ƙara a fagen
karatu.
1.1 Taƙaitaccen
Tarihin Alhaji Kamilu Ɗan
Almajirin Mawaƙa Nguru
An haifi Kamilu Hussaini a shekarar 1980[1]a
ƙauyen
Beta, da ke Ƙaramar
Hukumar Sumaila a jihar Kano a Tarayyar Nijeriya. Cikakken sunan shi ne Kamilu,
amma sunansa na alkunya shi ne “Almajirin Mawaƙa”. Sunan mahaifinsa
Malam Hussaini, wanda shi ne Na’ibin Limamin Masallacin Juma’a na ƙauyen
Beta a wancan lokaci, kafin daga baya ya yi ƙaura zuwa Ƙaramar
Hukumar Nguru da ke jihar Yobe.
Alhaji Kamilu yana ɗan
shekara huɗu
mahaifinsa ya tura shi Ƙaramar Hukumar Nguru, da ke
jihar Yobe inda ya fara karatun Alƙur’ani mai girma a wurin Malam
Sani Dogon Ƙwami.
Bayan ya fara tasowa ne, sai ya shiga neman ilimin littattafai. Ya yi karatu a
wurin Malam Hamidu da ke ƙauyen Mamuda a ƙasar
Wudil da ke jihar Kano.Daga baya ya koma Ƙaramar Hukumar Nguru. Bayan ya ɗauki kamar shekara goma sha
biyar, sai mahaifansa suka yi ƙaura suka koma Nguru.
A ɓangaren
sana’a kuwa, bayan ya gama karatun Alƙur’ani mai tsarki da wasu
littattafan Addinin Musulunci, sai ya fara sana’ar ɗinki, inda ya ƙware
matuƙa,
har ma yana da yara a ƙarƙashinsa. Ta
fuskar waƙa kuwa, Kamilu taka-haye ya yi, domin bai gaje ta daga iyaye
ba, sha’awa ce ta sanya shi fara waƙa, inda kuma ya fara a shekarar
2008, amma bai iya tuna waƙar da ya fara ba. Kamilu ya dai
tabbatar da cewa, akwai waƙar da ta fito da shi duniya aka
san shi, wato waƙar da ya yi mai taken “Kai Ka
Zagi Bala”.
Bugu da ƙari, Kamilu ya bayyana cewa, waƙa
ta yi masa riga da wando a rayuwa, domin a dalilinta sunansa ya ɗaukaka, ya je aikin hajji. Ya
mallaki kayan more rayuwa na duniya. Yanzu haka shi ne mai kamfanin Beta Studio
da ke kan kwanar Total, Titin Zoo Road, sannan yana zaune a Birnin Kano
tare da iyalansa. Ya yi waƙoƙi
da dama a ɓangarori
daban-daban, amma sunansa ya fi shahara a ɓangaren waƙoƙin siyasa (Adamu, 2014).
1.2 Yabo
Ɗangulbi (2003) a cikin Suleiman
(2017:81) cewa ya yi, “Yabo shi ne faɗar wasu abubuwa ko kalamai nagari
game da wani mutum ko wata ƙungiya ta mutane waɗanda idan aka ji su za a so
mutumin ko mutanen ko a ƙara ganin girmansa da ƙwarjininsa”.
Shi kuma Tsoho (2011:87) ya fassara yabo kamar haka “Yabo na
nufin ba da shela mai kyau game da mutum bayan ya yi wani abin a yaba, na
burgewa ko kuma ana so ya aikata abin burgewa ko na a yaba”.
CNHN (2006:476) Yabo faɗar wata kalma mai daɗi ga wani mutum da ya aikata
wani kyakkyawan abu.
Yabo a cikin waƙar siyasa abu ne da ke da
tasirin gaske, musamman wajen fito da kwarjinin ɗan takara, ko jam’iyya ga magoya
bayansu. Wannan yabo da marubuta waƙoƙin
siyasa ke amfani da shi cikin waƙoƙinsu,
ya shafi ƙwarewa
ga iya siyasa na wasu gaggan ‘yan siyasa da kuma irin ƙarfin
da jam’iyya take da shi a cikin faɗin
ƙasa.
Haka kuma ana yaba wasu shugabannin jam’iyyu ko masu riƙe
da muƙamai
daban-daban a cikin majalisun ƙasa tun daga ƙananan
hukumomi har zuwa kujerar shugaban ƙasa.
Mawaƙin ya yi amfani da jigon yabo a waƙoƙinsa da aka yi nazarinsu kamar
haka:-
1.2.1 Yabon
Jaruntaka
Jaruntaka itace aikata wani abu wanda ke buƙatar
sadaukar da lafiya ko ma rayuwa. Dunfawa, (2011:136)
Sha’irin ya yi amfani da wannan dabara wajen yabon jigonsa a waƙarsa
mai suna “Tilas Na Je Wajen Gwamnan Kebbi”. Ga abinda m ya ke cewa a wannan baitin
bt. 3: To yanzu zana fara bayani Gwamna
da gaskiya ɗan
Bagudu,
Tafiya da jarumi nasara da azaba
da tsanani ba ya gudu,
Noman shinkafa a kwari yake dawa
tafarnuwa kuma a tudu,
Na yi binkice na tarihin Kebbi kuka da tsamiya ba sa ƙaya.

A wannan baiti bayyana jaruntakar Gwamnan jihar Kebbi Atiku
Bagudu yake yi, cewa
ya yi mutum ne da ba ya gudun talakawansa, duktsanani da azaba yana tare da su.
Ya sake amfani da yabon jarumtaka a waƙarsa mai taken “Taraba Mutanenka Ne”. inda yake
yabawa wani ɗan takaran kujerar gwamna a jihar Taraba. Ga abinda mawaƙin
yake cewa a
wannan baiti
bt. 7: Komai ya faɗa munafuki wancan gaibu ne,
‘Yan uwa kad da mu bi shi masu ƙarya
a Taraba ne,
Miƙe gaba jarumi
ka bar wancan tsugune,
Ina Contact zo ka ja mu don kai
mai son mu ne,
Lema mun bar ta tun da dai layin
tsubbu ne,
Akwai magana ta da na faɗa kalma a bayyane,
Waɗancan mu guje su tun da ‘yan
gizo da ƙoƙi

kai dodonsu ne.

A wannan baitin yabon wani ɗan takaran kujerar gwamnan jihar Taraba yake yi, dangane
da jaruntakarsa. Da farko kira ya yi wa talakawan jihar Taraba, da kada su amince
abokin adawarsu,sai ya nuna cewa
gwaninsa jarumi ne don haka shi ne a gaba, abokan adawa na baya. Bai tsaya a
nan ba sai ya danganta abokan hamayyarsu da gizo da ƙoƙi wato marasa
gaskiya ga zalunci da ha’inci da yaudara da sata da wayo da sauransu kamar
yadda aka san halayen gizo a tatsuniyoyi.
1.2.2 Yabon Riƙon
Amana
CNHN (2006:15), an bayyanaamana da
cewa, ba mutum ajiyar kaya ko wani abu yadda zai adana shi kamar nasa ba tare
da wani abu ya salwanta, ko wani abu ya same shi ba.
Riƙon amana wani ginshiƙi
ne na ginuwar al’umma, kuma shi ya sa Bahaushe yake ƙarin tabbatar
da muhimmancinsa a cikin zukatan mutane. Mawallafa waƙoƙin siyasa kan yi amfani da
wannan dabarar wajen yabon gwaninsu su nuna wa talakawa cewa yana
da riƙon amana don haka a
zaɓe shi.
Don haka, Mawaƙin
ya yi amfani da wannan dabararwajen yabon wasu gwanayensa kamar yadda aka tsinto a cikin
wasu baitocin waƙoƙinsa
kamar haka:
An sami yabon riƙon amana a
waƙarsa
da ya raɗa
wa suna “Mai Mala Buni”. Ga abinda sha’irin yake cewa a wannan baiti:

A wannan baiti, marubucin yabon Janaral
Buhari game da riƙon amanar
jiha, a matsayinsa na gwamna bai ci amana ba, bai saci kuɗin
jihar ba, bai taɓa dukiyar da aka ba shi don amfanin jiharsa ba. Sai
sha’irin ya ƙara bayyanawa talakawa a Hukumar Tattara Rarar Man Fetur
(Petroleum Trust Fund) da ya shugabanta bai yi ha’inci ba. Har ila yau, bai saci kuɗaɗen jama’a ya kai ƙasar
Landan
don ya ɓoye
ba kamar yadda wasu mahukunta suke
yi. Daga ƙarshe sai
ya yi kira ga
talakawa da su
shigo jam’iyyar APC.
1.2.3 Yabon Asali
Asali na nufin “Mafari ko tushe ko salsala”. CNHN,
(2006:20). Sanin asali ya sa kare cin alli in ji Hausawa. Mawaƙan siyasa kan yi amfani da asalin gwanayensu ko jigoginsu
su yaba musu. Wani
lokaci har hannunka-mai-sanda suke yi wa abokan adawa, su kushe su ko su ɓata su a idon
talakawa.
Sha’irin ya yi amfani da mafarin
gwaninsa ya yaba masa, an sami hakan a wataw aƙarsa mai taken “Mai Mala Buni”. Ga
abin da ya ce a wannan baiti:
bt. 18 Mu je Kano Kwankwaso jijiyar
Arewanmu ne,
Rabi’u Musa mai tallafin
mutanenmu ne,
Yana da aiki mai agajin
mutanensa ne,

A wannan baiti bayan yabon Gwamna Kano Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso da
ya yi,
dangane da irin
tallafawa talakawa da yake yi. Bayan haka, ya bayyana
yadda gwamnan ya gyara
garin Kano fes-fes. Sai ya koma yabon Nasiru Gawuna da Gwamna Rabi’u Musa
Kwankwaso kasancewarsu ‘yan asalin jihar Kano ne. Mawaƙin
bai tsaya a nan ba,
sai ya yi
wa zambo ga abokin
hamayyarsu, ya
kira shi da Duna[2] sai ya ƙara
da cewa in an bincika asalin abokin adawan nasu ba ɗan
Nijeriya ba ne, ɗan
ƙasar
Chadi ne ba ɗan
Najeriya ba ne, uwa uba ba ɗan asalin jihar
Kano ba ne.
Daga nan sai ya ƙara da cewa ya
ma ji mutanen
Jamaina ma sun ce ɗan
garinsu ne.
1.2.4 Yabon Kyauta
CNHN (2006:27) an bayyana kyauta ta fuskoki guda biyu:
a. Kyauta bai wa mutum wani abu don ra’ayi ba tare da ya yi
wani aiki ba
b. Kyauta yin abin kirki
Hausawa sun ce “yaba kyauta tukuici”. Yin godiya domin
kyautar da aka yi wamawaƙi ba ƙaramin abu ba
ne, ganin duk wanda yaba da kyauta yana duban godiya ta biyo baya. Rashin yin
godiya ga kyautar da mutum ya yi kan haddasa yankewar wannan kyauta daga
lokacin da aka ba da ita. Yin godiya ga kyauta naƙara jawo
kyautar da ta fi ta farko. Marubuta waƙoƙin siyasa
kanyaba
wani jigo ko ɗan
takara ta hanyar amfani da irin kyautar da yake yi wa jama’a. Baya ga haka,
sai su nuna wa
talakawa irin halin kirki da jigon ko ɗan takaran yake da shi don su amince da shi kuma su zaɓe shi.
A waƙarsa mai taken “Tilas Na Je
Wajen Gwamnan Kebbi”. Ga abin da yake cewa a wannan baiti dangane da
halin kyautar ubangidansa
bt. 21: Tun can a baya ba ka da
rowa duk wanda ya taho samu shi ke,
Fannin tsaro fa kun inganta
people cika sahun sallah ake,
Duk san da ka taho jarman Kebbi
Gwamna a gaskiya murna shi ke,
Na Janar
Buhari nagode maka gwanda da kankana nai inkiya.

A wannan baiti mawaƙinna yabawagwamnan Jihar Kebbi Atiku Bagudu dangane da irin
kyautar da yake yi, inda ya nuna cewa haka gwanin nasa yake tun a can baya bai
da rowa kowa ya zo wurinsa da buƙata yana
biya masa, don haka sai ya yaba da wannan hali na kyauta.
An sake samun wasu kyawawan misalai na yabon kyauta a waƙarsa mai taken “Sanata Ahmed Lawan Ka
Burge Ni”.Ga
abin da yake cewa a waɗannan
baitocin:
bt. 11: Ka raba Firiji da yawa Sanata ɗan yankina,
Sannan keken ɗinki jama’a mun amfana,
A ba ka mota da kuɗin taya sai Sanatana,
Ana ta min surutai wai ba ka ban mota ba.
bt. 12: Kyautar Injin bayi ka raba don
su manoma,
Jama’a sun yi ta tafi Sanata sun
gode ma,
Almakashi mai kaifi ba ya shakkun suma,
Wannan wani ɗan saƙo na yi ba wai
zagi ba.
bt. 13: Motoci na ambulance Sanata kai
ta raba su,
Transformer birni ƙauye
ka miƙa
su,
Injin murza taliya ka raba kuma
mun gamsu,
Senate President Ahmad kai ba ka
san rowa ba.
bt. 14: Haka kyautar jari ma Sanata ya
ba da shi,
Yunwa ta kauce kowa na kwanan ƙoshi,
Ba mai kushe Sanata sai mai
halin ƙyashi,
Alkhairi danƙo
ne ni ba zan ƙi hwaɗi ba.

Daga baiti na 11-14 duk yabonirin kyaututtukan
da gwaninsa ya yi ne, ya ba da kyautar Firiji, da kekunan ɗinki,
da motoci har da kuɗin sayan tayoyi na motocin, da injuan bayi ga manoma. Har
ila yau, a baiti na 13 sha’irin ya ƙara
da cewa Ɗan Majalisar yaba da kyautar motoci na ɗaukar
marasa lafiya da transfomomi a ƙauyuka da
birane don inganta hasken wutan lantarki da injin murza taliya daga ƙarshe har da kyautar Jari ga talakawa don su bunƙasa kasuwancinsu.
An sake samun wani kyakkyawan misali na yabon
kyauta da sha’irin
ya yi amfani da shi a wata waƙarsa mai taken “Ruwa Baba”. Ga
abinda ya ce a wannan baitin:
bt. 18 Ina ta yin kiɗi na ajiye garkuwata
Mairiga zan kirawo Chairlady ta
mata,
Kyauta kuke biɗa ga ku amana ta mata,
Mairiga ‘yar halali take ta samu
gata,
Ta ba ni raguna nai yi haƙiƙa
na suna.

A wannan baitin mawallafin na yabawa da
kyautar da gwanarsa Mairiga Chairlady ta jam’iyyar APC ta jihar Yobe dangane da
kyautar raguna da ta ba shi waɗanda ya yi amfani da su a wajen raɗin
suna.
1.2.5 Yabon Kyawon
Hali
Kyawon hali shi ne kasancewar mutum managarci. Dayawa mawaƙan
siyasa kan
dangantakyawon hali ga wanda suke wa waƙa ko da kuwa sun san bai
wannan halin domin
su daɗaɗawa
masu jefa ƙuri’a
su so shi har ya kai ga su zaɓe
shi Dunfawa (2013) a cikin Suleiman (2017:97)
Marubuta waƙoƙin
siyasa kan yi amfani da kyawon halin ɗan takara ko wani gwaninsu su yaba masa don ganin ya samu
karɓuwa a wurin
talakawa. Sha’irin
ya yi amfani da wannan dabarar kyawon hali ya tallata wani ɗan
takarar kujerar gwamna a jihar Taraba.
An ga hakan a wata waƙarsa mai suna ‘Taraba Mutanenka Ne”. Ga abin da yake cewa a wannan baitin:
bt. 3: Mun yaba halinka san da kai gwamna tuntuni,
A ɗau alƙawari a
kammala wannan sai gwani,
Mu je Contact namu ba zama za ka yi gefe ba.

A wannan baitin yabon kyawon halin ɗan
takaran yake saboda cika alƙawari da ya
ke yi, “Alƙawari kaya ne" in ji masu iya
magana.A duk inda aka sami mutum mai cika alƙawari dole ne ya sami tagomashi a wajen jama’a. Cika alƙawari hali ne mai kyau ga ‘yan takara, mai wannan hali
dole ne ya sami gurbin zama a zuciyar talakawansa.
Sha’irin ya sake amfani da wannan hanya
ta yabon kyawon hali ya yaba wagwamnan jihar Yobe a wata waƙarsa mai suna “Ruwa Baba”. Ga abin da ya ce a wannan baiti:
bt. 9: Gwamna na Yobe ya sami wadata ta
zuci,
Oga Burabura ba shi da harkar ƙaranci,
Gaba dai Burabura ka yi gaban
masu ƙunci,
Gaba dai Burabura ja mu mu je
mai azanci,
Fara gare ta gashi na biɗa ba jini ba.

A wannan baiti yabon kyawon halin gwamnan jihar Yobe yake yi saboda wadatar zuci da
Allah ya ba shi, ga shi kuma bai
da ƙaranci
a rayuwarsa. Don haka mawaƙin yana shaida wa talakawan
jihar Yobe sun yi dace domin gwaninsa yana da wadatar zuci kuma ba shi da harkar ƙaranci.
1.2.6 Yabon Iya
Mulki
CNHN (2006:350) an bayyana mulki da cewa gudanar da harkokin
hukuma kan jama’a. Harkokin hukuma kuwa sun ƙunshi biyan
ma’aikata albashi, da alawus-alawus nasu, a kan lokaci da samar da tsaftaccen
ruwan sha, da samar da tsaro ga mutane da dukiyoyinsu da dabbobi da giggina
hanyoyin mota da gina makarantu da asibitoci da sauransu. Marubuta waƙoƙin siyasa kan yaba wani ko wata jigo da suke wa waƙa
ta fuskar iya mulki a wasu lokutan ma sukan nuna babu wanda ya fi su iya mulki.
Sha’irin a wannan hanyar ma, ba a bar shi a baya ba, wajen amfani da wannan dabarar wajen
yabon gwaninsa ta fuskar iya
mulki.
An ga
misali yadda ya yi amfani da yabon iya mulki a waƙarsa mai taken “Tilas Na Je Wajen Gwamnan Kebbi”. Ga abin da ya
ce a wannan baitin:
bt. 21: Tun can a baya ba ka da rowa duk
wanda ya taho samu shi ke,
Fannin tsaro fa kun inganta
people cika sahun sallah ake,
Duk san da ka taho jarman Kebbi
Gwamna a gaskiya murna shi ke,
Na janar Buhari na gode maka gwanda da kankana nai inkiya.

Ganin yadda ‘yan bindiga da ɓarayin
daji da kuma boko haram, suka hana wasu ɓangarenjihohin
arewa rawar gaban hantsi, jihar Kebbi tana ɗaya
daga cikin jihohin da abin ya shafa. Akwai wani lokaci da ya kai ga mutane sun daina zuwa masallatai don yin sallah
a cikin jam’i saboda tsoron ‘yan ta’adda. Sai ga shi yau Gwamnan ya samar da
tsaro, don haka a wannan baitin sha’irin na yabon salon iya mulkin Gwamnan ne, domin ya samar da tsaro, har ya kai ga mutane na cika sahun sallah a masallatai
kamar yadda sha’irin
ya bayyana a baitin.
Mawaƙin ya sake kawo wasu kyawawan misalai na yabon iya mulki
a waƙarsa mai taken “Tilas Na Je Wajen
Gwamnan Kebbi”. Ga
abinda yake cewa a waɗannan
baitocin kamar haka:
bt. 17: Fannin ruwa a nan a jihar Kebbi
Gwamnanmu ya yi halin a yaba,
Tsabar ruwa a daji da gari
bishiyar lafa ta dawo goruba,
Ba mu ruwa dai Baba na Bagudu mu
ko mu ɗau
maƙunshi
mu zuba,
Koyaushe dai cikin tsabta muke ba ma sayan ruwa tun bariya.
bt. 18: Fanni
na kasuwanci ‘yan Kebbi gwamnanmu gaskiya sai addu’a,
Ba wanda ke zuwa ci-rani a Legas
biɗar kuɗi ba ya zuwa,
Tattali na arziƙi
a jihar Kebbi Gwamna da ka taho ya hauhawa,
Sayayya mu je mu Birni a Kebbi hajarsu tahi daɗin tahiya.
bt. 19: Inganta lahiya mun shaida harkar
tsaro cikin tsari muke,
Asibitoci ma na jihar Kebbi
koyaushe duk cikin tsabta suke,
Yara ƙanana an yahe
musu ba a biɗar
kuɗi aiki ake,
People a gaskiya mun ƙaru da gwamanmu ɗan ƙwarai namijin
jiya.
bt. 21: Tun can a baya ba ka da rowa duk
wanda ya taho samu shi ke,
Fannin tsaro fa kun inganta
people cika sahun sallah ake,
Duk san da ka taho jarman Kebbi
Gwamna a gaskiya murna shi ke,
Na Janar
Buhari nagode maka gwanda da kankana nai inkiya.

A cikin waɗannan baitoci, mawaƙin ya fito
da kyawawan ayyuka da
gwamnaAtiku
Bagudu na jihar Kebbi ya
yi. Ya samar da tsaftaccen ruwan sha, ya inganta kasuwanci,
‘yan jihar sun daina zuwa ci-rani a jihar legas sai ya ƙara da cewa tattalin arziƙin ya haɓaka. Ya
inganta kiwon lafiya
da harkar tsaro,
an tsaftace asibitoci, ana bai wa yara ƙanana
magunguna kyauta a jihar Kebbi. A ƙarshe ya nuna iya mulkin jigon nasa ne yau
jihar Kebbi ta sami kyakkyawar tsaro.
Har ila yau, mawaƙin ya sake yaba wa gwamnan Kebbi dangane da salon iya mulkinsa a waƙarsa mai taken “Gaskiya Dokin Ƙarfe”. Ga abin da yake cewa a waɗannan baitoci;
bt. 12: Mai gaskiya ɗan Bagudu Gwamnan Kebbi ka ji
masoyinmu,
Burinsa aiki Gwamna ya ce kar a
watsa kuɗaɗenmu,
Da hawansa ya zaga ya ga tsarin
karkara da biranenmu,
Burinsa Gwamnan jahar Kebbi ne ya ga ko’ina ta ƙasaita.
bt. 13 Kebbi ƙwarai ta ƙasaita,
Batu na tsaro ya daidaita,
Harkar noma ta inganta,
Ga motocin tarakta,
Batun sufuri ya inganta,
Ga nan sabbin kwanfuta,
Ga hanyar tafiyar mota,
Kiwon lafiya ya inganta,
Batun ilimi ya inganta,
Dukkan makarantu na tsabta,
Bagudu sam ba ya sata,
Ga taimakon jama’a fata,
Dubu biyu sha tara ga nata,
Mun yarje mun lamunta,
Bagudu kai ka fi cancanta.

A waɗannan
baitocin sha’irin
na yaba wa gwamnan Kebbi Atiku
Bagudu wajen salon
iya mulki. Bayan da ya bayyana burin gwamnan na yin aikin ci gaba
a jihar da hawansa kan ƙaragar
mulki, abin da ya fara yi shi ne, ya zaga birane da karkara don ya ga yadda zai
inganta su. A baiti na 13 sha’irin
ya lissafo ayyukan da gwamnan
ya yi. Yanzu jiharta ƙasaita
ya inganta tsaro, ya inganta harkar noma, ya samar da motocin tarakta ga manoma,
ya inganta harkar sufuri, ya samar da sabbin kwanfutoci, ya inganta harkar
noma, ya inganta harkar kiwon lafiya. Har ila yau,ya inganta harkar ilimi, an tsaftace makarantu. Daga ƙarshe sai ya shelantawa talakawa gwanin nasa ba ya sata, ga shi da taimakon jama’a.
Sai ya shaida wa gwamnan
talakawa sun amince da shi, sun yarda ya zarce da mulki a zaɓen
shekara ta dubu biyu da sha tara.
1.2.7 Yabon Son
Jama’a
CNHN (2006:397) an kawo ma’anar so ta hanyoyi guda biyu
kamar haka;
- Buƙata ko ƙauna ko shauƙi
ko niyya
- Buƙaci ko ƙaunaci ko ɗaura niyya
Zulyadaini da wasu (2000) a cikin Suleiman (2017:113) an
nuna cewa, a duk lokacin da Ubangiji ya haɗa jinin mutane biyu, to farkon
abin dakan fara aukuwa shi ne, mutanen kan kasance marasa ganin ƙyashin
komai a junansu. Saboda haka, za a tarar kowa yana iya ba wa ɗan uwansa duk wani abin da ya
san zai iya faranta masa zuciya. Mawaƙan siyasa su ma ba a bar su a
bayaba wajen amfanida wannan dabarar a waƙoƙinsu
An sami misali
na yabon son jama’a a wata waƙarsa
mai taken “Na Je Buni”. Ga abinda marubucin ya ce a baitin da ke ƙasa:
bt. 1: Kowa ya yi ƙarya a ƙasarmu
walla za ya yi dakuwa,
Da mu da Baba masoyinmu walla ba
ma rabuwa,
Ko an hana mu mu zaɓe shi aiko ba ma hanuwa.

A wannan baitin sha’irin na shelantawa wani
ɗan takarar kujerar gwamna a jihar Yobe yadda talakawa ke
son sa, ya bayyana masa cewa da su da masoyinsu ba su rabuwa, ko da an hana su
zaɓen shi ba za su hannu ba.
1.2.8 Yabon Tausayi
Jin ƙayi ko nuna damuwa kana bin da ya samu wani na rashin jin
daɗi shi ake nufi da tausayi kamar yadda ya zo a cikin CNHN (2006:434)
Mawaƙan siyasa kan yi amfani da tausayawa da jigonsu yake da shi
ga talakawa su yaba masa a waƙoƙinsu kamar yadda wannan sha’irin ya yi amfani da wannan
dabarar a waƙoƙinsa.
An sami wannan misali da Sha’irin ya yi amfani da yabon tausayi da jigonsa yake
da shi a waƙarsa
mai taken “Sanata
Bangon Madara” Ga abin da ya ce a wannan baitin.
bt.1: Tuƙin tuwo na
gayya da ma in za a zuba sai dai masaƙi,
Magana a wajen jama’a da yawa
wata tai shuɗi
wata ta yi baƙi,
In ka ji ana magana ta naɗi ƙarshe
za a yi sabon sarki,
Tausayi da kulawa
shi na tuno Ahmad Sanata gatan kowa.

A wannan baiti yabon ɗan Majalisar Dattawa Sanata Ahmad Lawan yake yi dangane da
halinsa na tausayi da kulawa da talakawa kamar yadda ya faɗa a baitin.
1.2.9 Yabon Alƙawari
CNHN (2006:13) an bayyana alƙawari
da ambaton nufin yin wani abu ko niyya.
Alƙawari wani babban al’amari ne
wanda siyasa ta gada shi ne ɗaukar
alƙawura ga jama’a na irin kyawawan ayyuka da za su yi matuƙar
an zaɓe
su. Yawanci akan dubi abubuwa da suka fi ci ma talakawa tuwo a ƙwarya
ne a ce da zarar an kafa gwamnati, za a gaggauta magance musu waɗannan matsaloli. Alƙawuran
da ‘yan siyasa suka fi ɗauka
su ne kyautata harkokin ilimi da lafiya da al’amurran noma da abin da ya shafi
muhalli da ayyukan yi da al’amuran da suka shafi addini irin su aikin Hajji da ƙaddamar
da shari’a da ayyukan gayya da sauransu.
Marubuta waƙoƙin siyasa kan
yi amfani da alƙawura da gwanayensu ko da jam’iyya ta ɗauka
su yaba musu da waɗannan alƙawura nasu don
mutanesu so su. Hakan ya sa wannan sha’irinyin amfani da wannan dabarar kamar yadda za mu
gani a waɗannan
baitocin a waƙarsa mai taken ‘Bana Runhu An Yi
Furen Banza”. Ga abin da yake cewa a waɗannan baitocin:
bt.11: APC in ta hau mulki za ta gyaggyara
mu mu san dama,
Taki da iri ta raba kyauta don
inganta mu batun noma,
Ilimi kyauta da wutar NEPA APC
ka yi a bar nema,
Bore hole bore hole ta gina da yawa don inganta mu batu na
ruwa.
bt. 12: Kulil haƙƙa
walau kana murran gaskiya mai maganin ƙarya,
Burin APC ta yi aiki manufar
jaki ya ɗau
kaya,
Jama’a a gare ku na yi kira ga
kanya kar ku ɗau
ɗinya,
Shawara zan ba ku yayuna Hausawa duk da Yarbawa.

A waɗannan
baitocin Sha’irin na
yabon kyawawan alƙawura
da jam’iyyar APC ta ɗauka
wa talakawa har idan ta ci zaɓe,
ya ce, jam’iyyar
tana da burin gyaran ƙasa, za ta samar da taki da irin noma
kyauta ga manoma don inganta harkar noma. Har wa yau zata ba da ilimi da samar
da hasken wutar NEPA kyauta, kuma zata samar da tsaftataccen ruwan sha.
2.0 Kammalawa
Wannan muƙala wani yunƙuri ne na
hasko yadda Alhaji Kamilu Ɗan Almajirin Mawaƙa Nguru yake Yabo, a wasu waƙoƙinsa na
siyasa. Takarda ta fito da jigogin yabo kamar yadda mawaƙin ya yi amfani da su domin isar da saƙo ga mai sauraro da nazari waƙoƙinsa. Wannan
takarda ta bayyana ma’anar
yabo sannan takawo
ire-irensa
tare da misalai
daga baitocin
waƙoƙin
sha’irin. Aikin ya gano sha’irin yakan yi amfani da kyawon hali, da jaruntaka,
da riƙon amana, da asali, da kyauta, da iya
mulki, da son jama’a,da kuma tausayi na gwanayen nasa a masayin tubalan da mawaƙin yake amfani da su wajen gina baitocinsa a yayin yaba gwarzayensa.
