Sujjada Kabli Da Ba'adi

Assalamu alaikum warahmatullah. Malam barka da yamma, so nake don Allah malam a qara mana bayani kan qabli da ba'adi, da kuma dalilan da ke sa a yi su. Allah ya saka wa malam da alkhairi.

Wa'alaikumus Salamu.

SUJJADA QABLIYYA: ita ce sujjada guda biyu da ake yi kafin a yi sallama ta dalilin rage wani aiki daga cikin ayyukan sallah da mantuwa.

Sujjada qabliyya sunnah ce ba farilla ba. Ana yin sujjada qabliyya ce bayan mai sallah ya kammala karatun tahiya, kafin ya yi sallama sai yayi kabbara ya yi sujjadu guda biyu, daga nan sai ya sake yin tahiya ya yi sallama. Wasu malaman kuma suka ce ko bai sake yin tahiya ba, zai iya yana gama sujjadan ya yi sallama.

Idan kuma mai sallar da sujjada qabliyya ta same shi ya mance bai yi ta ba har sai bayan ya yi sallama, to babu laifi, sai ya yi sujja ba'adiyya (sujjada bayan sallama) a madadinta.

Amma ba duk ayyukan sallah ne idan aka mance aka rage su ba ne sujjada qabliyya take isar masu ba, sujjada qabliyya tana isarwa ne kawai a lokacin da mai sallah ya mance da sunnah ɗaya ko biyu ko fiye daga cikin sunnonin sallah, misali mutum yana sallah sai ya mance da kabbarori biyu, ko ya mance da faɗin 'Sami'allahu liman hamidahu' sau biyu, ko ya mance da zaman tahiya ta farko a sallah mai raka'a uku ko mai raka'a huɗu, to a irin nan ne sujjada kafin sallama (Sujjada qabliyya) take isarwa.

Wato kenan sujjada qabliyya ba ta isarwa ga mai sallar da ya mance da wani farali daga cikin farillan sallah. Wannan na nufin idan mai sallah ya mance da wani farali daga cikin farillan sallah dole ne sai ya koma ya yi wannan farali da ya mance da shi, misali mutumin da ke sallah, a maimakon ya yi sujjada guda biyu kamar yadda aka saba kawai sai ya yi sujja ɗaya, ya mance ya miqe zuwa raka'a ta biyu, to a nan hukuncinsa dole ne ya dawo ya yi wannan cikon sujjada ɗaya da ya mance da ita, sannan ya miqe ya ci gaba da yin raka'a ta gaba, bayan kuma ya idar da sallarsa sai ya yi sujjada ba'adiyya.

Wannan misali kenan a sujjada, haka hukuncin yake a sauran farillan sallah, kamar karatun Fatiha, da ruku'u, da ɗagowa daga ruku'u, da sauransu. Duka waɗannan idan mutum ya mance da su a cikin sallah, to dole ne sai mutum ya koma ya kawo su, sannan kuma bayan ya kawo su, idan ya idar da sallarsa ya sallame zai yi sujja bayan sallama wato (sujjada ba'adiyya)

Wato kenan dai a taqaice, sujjada kafin sallama ba ta isarwa ga gyara sallar da aka mance da farilla daga cikin farillan sallah har sai an koma an yi wannan farillan da aka mance da ita kamar yadda malaman Fiqhu suka ayyana.

SUJJADA BA'ADIYYA: ita ma sunnah ce. ita ce sujjads guda biyu da ake yin su bayan an sallame sallah ta dalilin wani qari da aka yi a cikin sallah da mantuwa. Misali mai sallah ya mance ya qara raka'a ɗaya ko biyu ko uku a sallar Azahur ko La'asar ko Isha'i, ko ya mance ya qara raka'a biyu a sallar Magriba, ko ya mance ya qara raka'a ɗaya a sallar Asubahi, to duk wanda ya sami kansa a ɗaya daga cikin irin wannan hali, zai yi sujjada biyu ne bayan ya yi sallama, wato sujjada ba'adiyya kenan.

Amma malaman Fiqhu sun ce: Duk wanda ya qara yawan adadin raka'o'in sallah, to sallarsa ta ɓaci. Misali mai sallar Asubahi ya mance ya qara raka'a biyu suka zama raka'o'i huɗu, ko kuma mai sallar Azuhur ko La'asar ko Isha'i ya mance ya yi raka'a takwas, ko mai sallar Magriba ya mance ya yi raka'a shida, to duka waɗannan sallarsu ta ɓaci kamar yadda Malam Abdurrahman mai littafin Ahdhari ya ambata.

Har-ila-yau, wanda ya mance ya qara sujjada ta uku a wata raka'a daga cikin raka'o'in sallarsa, ko ya mance ya yi ruku'u sau biyu a cikin wata raka'a daga cikin raka'o'in sallarsa, ko ya mance ya yi zaman tahiya a raka'a ta farko a cikin sallarsa, ko ya mance ya qara yin zaman tahiya a raka'a ta uku a sallah mai raka'a huɗu, to duka hukuncin wannan shi ne yin sujjada bayan sallama, wato sujjada ba'adiyya. Wannan dai a taqaice kenan.

WATA FA'IDA: Malaman Fiqhu sun ce: Duk wanda ya yi ragi ya kuma yi qari a cikin sallarsa zai yi sujjada kafin sallama ne, wato sujjada qabliyya, saboda ana rinjayar da ɓangaren ragi ne a kan ɓangaren qari. Misali mutum yana sallah, sai ya mance ya qara sujjada ɗaya a ɗaya daga cikin raka'o'in sallarsa a maimakon biyu sai suka zama uku, sannan da ya matsa gaba sai ya mance da faɗin 'sami'allahu liman hamidahu' da kuma wata kabbara guda ɗaya, to a nan hukuncinsa zai yi sujjada ne kafin sallama, domin ɓangaren ragi yana rinjayar ɓangaren qari ne.

Allah ne mafi sani.

HUKUNCIN WANDA YA MANTA DA SUJJADA KABLI KO BA'ADI

Assalamu alaikum Tambayata itace shin menene hukuncin wanda yamance sujada kabli ko ba'adi yayinda ta kama shi?.

Wa'alaikumus Salam Warahmatullahi Wabarkatuhu.

Imam Mardaawi (Rahimahullah) yace acikin Al-musannaf (2/154) na Ibn Qudamah: A rankon sajadar mantuwa Akwai sharadi guda biyu.

1. Ya kasance cikin masallaci.

2. Ya kasance aikin baiyi tsawo ba.

Ma'ana ba'a samu tazarar lokacin yin mantuwar da tinawa ba.

Wannan shine ra'ayi mai kyau kamar yadda Al-Mardaawi yace. Imam Ahmad (rahimahullah) yace; Zaiyi sajadar ne idan ya tina anan kusa. Koda kuwa ya fita daga masallacin ne. Kuma yace zaiyi sajadar koda bayan lokaci mai tsawo ne ya tina, ko kuma yayi magana, ko kuma har bayan ya fita masallaci ne. Wannan shine ra'ayin da Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah ya zaba.

Al-Ikhtiyaaraat al-Fiqhiyyah, Shafi na 94).

Idan mutum ya manta sujudar mantuwa wacce zaiyi kafin sallama (Sajadar Qabli kenan), har ya sallame bai tina ba, toh zaiyi sujudar qablin ne anan take kuma wajibi ne yinta (idan ya tina anan kusa).

Amma idan kuma ya sallame kuma Bai tina ba har sai bayan an ɗauki lokaci mai tsawo, ko ya fita daga masallaci, ko alwalarsa ta warware. Toh anan babu bukatar yin sajadar mantuwa, kuma sallasa ta inganta. Al-Rawd al-Murabba’ Sharh Zaadal Mustaqna’ (2/461)

MISALI: Idan mutum ya manta tahiyar farko, anan sajadar qabli ta kamashi, toh sai ya manta ya sallame batareda yayi qabli ba, toh zaiyi qablin ne idan ya tina nan take.

Amma idan bai tina ba anan kusa har sai bayan wani lokaci mai tsawo ko ya fita masallaci, toh anan bazai yi sajadar qablin ba kuma sallarsa tayi.

Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taymiyyah yace zaiyi sajadar ne idan ya tina, koda ya tina ne bayan lokacin mai tsawo. Saboda hakan zai zama cikon abinda ya bari ne a sallarsa.

Amma Ra'ayin da yafi kyau shine ra'ayin Mawallafin (rahimahullah) Wanda shine idan bai tina ba sai bayan lokaci mai tsawo, toh bazai rama sajadar ba kuma sallarsa tayi. Idan kuma ya tina anan kusa zaiyi sajadar.
