𝐓𝐀𝐌𝐁𝐀𝐘𝐀❓
As-Salaam Alaikum Wa Rahmatul Laah. Mutum ne yake neman
yarinya da aure, amma kafin a kai ga sanya musu rana sai kawai ya ji ta fita a
ransa, ba kuma don wani laifi da ta yi ba. To wai idan ya daina cigaba da neman
za a ce ya cuce ta? Kuma ko zai iya sake samun wata irinta?

Wa Alaikumus Salaam Wa Rahmatul Laah Wa Barakaatuh.
Bai kamata wani daga cikin masu neman auren juna ya jawo
abin da zai sa a fasa cigaba da neman auren da aka fara ba, sai fa in da wani ƙwaƙƙwaran
dalili ne da shari’a
ta yarda. Saboda yin hakan yana daga cikin siffofin munafukai ne. Manzon Allaah
(Sallal Laahu ’Alaihi
wa Alihi wa Sallam) ya ce:
Alamomin munafuƙi guda uku ne:
إِذَا
حَدَّثَ كَذَبَ ، وَإِذَا ائْتُمِنَ خَانَ ، وَإِذَا وَعَدَ أَخْلَفَ
Idan ya zo bayar da labari sai ya yi ƙarya, kuma idan aka
amince masa sai ya yi yaudara, idan kuma ya yi alƙawari sai ya saɓa. (Sahih Al-Bukhaariy: 35, Sahih Muslim:
59).
Amma idan akwai dalili, to ai ba ma a lokacin nema kafin ɗaurawa ba, har a bayan ɗaurawa da tarewa ma
ma’aurata suna iya rabuwa da juna kamar yadda aka sani ta hanyar saki, a bisa ƙa’idojin Shari’a. Watau dai yana iya fasa
neman aurenta, kamar yadda ita ma take iya fasa yarda da nemansa, in akwai wani
dalili na Shari’a.
Bayan rabuwarsu malamai sun yi bayanin matsayin kyautar da
ya shiga tsakaninsu kamar haka
1. Idan abin da ya bayar ya kasance a matsayin wani sashe ne
na sadakin auren, to idan auren bai yiwu ba sai a dawo masa da kyautarsa, ko da
kuwa fashin yin auren daga wurinsa ne.
2. Amma idan abin ya zama wani kyauta ne kawai a tsakaninsa
da wadda yake nema da manufar ƙara jawo hankalinta da soyayyarta kawai
zuwa gare shi, to yanzu da auren bai yiwu ba sai ta dawo masa da abin da ya
saura na kyautarsa, muddin dai fashin yin auren daga wurinta ne. Domin dai ai
bai kamata a haɗa
masa zafi biyu ba: Ga mari kuma ga tsinka jaka?! An ce ba a sonsa, kuma an riƙe
masa kyautarsa?!
3. Idan kuwa fasa yin auren daga wurinsa ne, to bai kamata
ya nemi ta dawo masa da kyautar ba, domin ai ba girmansa ba ne. Da wanne za ta
ji: Da zafin fashin auren ko kuwa da zafin karɓe
kyautarsa? Sannan kuma ga Manzon Allaah (Sallal Laahu ’Alaihi wa Aalihi wa
Sallam) ya ce: Mai karɓe
kyautarsa kamar kare ne ya yi amai kuma ya koma ya lashe shi! (Sahih
Al-Bukhaariy: 2622).
Sannan kuma fashin yin aure ai bai kamata ya zama dalilin
aukar da rashin mutunci, ko samar da gaba ko ƙiyayya a tsakaninsu ba.
A ƙarshe kuma ba za a ce wai ba zai sake dacewa da wata mace ta
gari ba a cikin rayuwarsa ta gaba, matuƙar dai ba da wani mummunan nufi na
cutarwa ne ya rabu da waccan da ya fara neman ba. wannan na Allaah ne. Allaah
ya datar da mu.
