malam ina roko
a taimaka min da amsar tambayata, malam na san idan miji ya nemi matarsa don
saduwa ita kuma ta ki, ta aikata babban zunubi, to idan mace ta nemi mijinta
shi kuma yaki, shima ya aikata zunubi ne ko ko?

Hadisi ya
tabbata daga Annabi tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata a gare shi cewa
"Idan miji ya kira matarsa zuwa shimfidarsa ba ta amsa masa ba, to
mala'iku za su tsine mata har ta wayi gari" kamar yadda Muslim ya rawaito
a hadisi mai lamba ta: 1436.
Idan shi miji
ne matarsa ta nemeshi yaƙi ya aikata Haramun, amma shi ba za muce mala'iku sun kwana
suna la'antar sa ba, dan hadisi bai zo akan shi ba; shi mijin.
Kasancewar
hadisi bai zo akan za ya kwana ana la'antar shi ba, ba shi kenuna baida laifi ba
shi mijin. Tun da haƙƙi na saduwar Aure, haƙƙi ne ' MUSTARAƘ ' ( BAINAL RUJLI WAL
MAR'AT ) , mace ta na da haƙƙi a wurin mijinta na ya kusanceta dan ya
biya mata buƙatar ɗa
namiji ba tare da ta yi sha'awar fasiƙanci ba. Haka shima yana da wannan haƙƙin a
wurin ta.
Haqiqa acikin
Qur'ani an bayyana haqqin mata akan mijinta kamar yadda aka bayyana haqqin Miji
akan matarsa. Allah yana cewa
ﻭَﻟَﻬُﻦَّ ﻣِﺜْﻞُ ﺍﻟَّﺬِﻱ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻬِﻦَّ ﺑِﺎﻟْﻤَﻌْﺮُﻭﻑِ ﻭَﻟِﻠﺮِّﺟَﺎﻝِ ﻋَﻠَﻴْﻬِﻦَّ ﺩَﺭَﺟَﺔٌ
Kuma sū matan
Sunada misalin abinda yake akansu, yadda aka sani. Kuma maza sunada wata daraja
akansu (su matan). (Suratul Bakarah,
228).
Allah maɗaukakin sarki ya ce:
Matanku sutura ne a gare ku, ku ma sutura ne a gare su. Mata suna da haƙƙi irin wanda mazaje su ke da shi a kan
mata ɗin".
Dan haka kar
namiji ya ɗauka
tunda shi, hadisi bai zo a kan za a kwana ana la'antar sa ba, shi kenan ya yi
duk abinda yaga dama. Lalle a kwai haƙƙi akansa wanda Ubangiji ( swa ) zai
tambaye shi a ranar tashin ƙiyama.
Abinda malamai
suke cewa shine: Namiji ba shi da laifi, idan matarsa ta neme shi bai amsa mata
ba mutukar ba da nufin cutar da ita ya yi hakan ba, domin namiji da mace sun
bambanta, saboda mace za'a iya saduwa da ita ko da ba ta da sha'awa, namiji
kuwa sai yana da sha'awa, zai iya saduwa, sannan yanayi da al'ada ya tabbatar
da cewa namiji ba zai iya saduwa da mace ba duk lokacin da ta name shi, wannan
yasa malamai da yawa na sharia suka tafi akan cewa ba'a yiwa namiji Fyaɗe, tun da in azzakarinsa
bai motsa ba, ba zai sadu da mace ba, mace kuwa an cimma daidaito za'a iya mata
Fyaɗe saboda kamar
tirmi take, in har an samu tabarya shikenan, wannan yasa za'a iya saduwa da
mace tana bacci saɓanin
namiji. don haka akwai bukatar ace yana da nishaɗi
kafin ya iya jima'i, idan haka ne kuwa ba zai yiwu ya sadu da mace ba duk sanda
take so ba, Allah kuma ba ya dorawa rai sai abin da za ta iya.
Kasancewar an
ce babu la'anta akansa idan matarsa ta neme shi bai amsa mata ba, ba ya nuna ya
halatta ya cutar da ita, yaki saduwa da
ita a lokacin da yake da nishaɗi.
