alaikum. Allah ya ninka suttura malam Tambayata anan shi ne: Ya matsayi matar
da ta haihu batai arba'in ba mijin ta ya sadu da ita Amma jini ya ɗauke shin hakan kuskure
ne , Sai dole tayi arba'in zai kusanceta ? Allah ya saka da alkairi ameen

Wa'alaikumus
salam, malamai sun bayyana cewa; shi jinin haihuwa ba shi da qarancin kwanaki,
matuqar ya ɗauke wa
mai haihuwa ko da kafin ya cika kwana 40 ne, to za ta yi wankan tsarki ta ci
gaba da yin ibada, sannan kuma mijinta zai iya saduwa da ita. In ma ya qara
dawo mata ne, to sai ta dakata da ibada, da zarar ya cika kwana arba'in (40) ko
da bai dakata da zuwa ba, to shi kenan sai ta yi wankan tsarki ta ci gaba da
yin ibada, kuma mijinta zai iya saduwa da ita. Kwana arba'in shi ne iya tsawon
kwanakin jinin haihuwa (nifasi), da zarar ya cika kwana 40 bai ɗauke ba, to shi kenan ya
zama gurɓataccen
jini, babu laifi idan mijinta ya zo mata tana wannan jini, tun da ta cika
kwanaki arba'in. Wato dai cikin kwanaki arba'in ɗin
nan ne ba a yarda miji ya zo wa matarsa ba.
Al-Imaam
Abu-Daawud da Al-Imaam At-Tirmiziy da Al-Imaam Ibn Maajah duk sun riwaito
hadisin da Al-Imaam Al-Muhaddith Al-Albaaniy ya hassana shi a cikin Al-Irwaa’u
(lamba: 201), daga Sahabiya Ummul-Mu’mineen Ummu-Salamah (Radiyal Laahu Anhaa) cewa
A zamanin
Manzon Allaah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ita mai jinin haihuwa
tana zama a cikin jininta har zuwa kwanaki arba’in ne. Kuma ba ya umurtan ta da
rama sallolin da ba ta yi su a halin tana jinin haihuwar ba.
Al-Imaam
Abu-Isaa At-Tirmiziy a ƙarshen riwayarsa ga wannan hadisin ya ce
‘Malamai
ma’abuta ilimi daga cikin Sahabban Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa
Sallam) da Tabi’ai da waɗanda
suka bi bayansu duk sun haɗu
a kan cewa: Ita mai jinin haihuwa tana barin yin sallah na tsawon kwanaki
arba’in ne, sai dai ko in ta ga tsarki kafin hakan. Daga nan sai ta yi wanka ta
cigaba da sallah. Idan kuma ta ga jinin a bayan kwanaki arba’in ɗin ne, to mafi-yawan
malamai masana ilimi sun ce, ba za ta bar yin sallah a bayan kwana arba’in ba.
Wannan kuma shi ne maganar mafi-yawa daga cikin malaman Fiqhu, shi ne maganar
Sufyaan At-Thawriy, da Ibn Al-Mubaarak, da As-Shaafi’iy, da Ahmad, da Is’haaq.’
Shaikhul
Islaam Ibn Taimiyah (Rahimahul Laah) ya ce
‘Jinin
haihuwa ba shi da iyaka ta fuskar ƙaranci ko ta fuskar yawa. Don haka, idan
aka ƙaddara
cewa wata mace ta ga zuban jinin fiye da kawanaki arba’in ko sittin ko saba’in kuma a yanyanke, to dai jinin haihuwa ne. Amma idan
a haɗe da juna ne,
to shi jinin istihaalah ne, kuma a lokacin sai a ce: Bakin iyakan kwanakinsa
arba’in ne, domin shi ne iyakan kwanakin yawancin mata, kamar yadda hadisi ya
nuna.’ (Tamaamul Minnah: 1/144).
Ibn Qudaamah
Al-Maqdisiy a cikin littafinsa Al-Mughnee: 1/392 ya ce
‘Idan
jinin haihuwa ya zarce kwanaki arba’in sai kuma ya dace da lokacin al’ada, to
shi haila ne. Idan kuwa bai dace ba, to shi Istihaalah ne.’
Game da matar
da ta tsarkaka daga jinin haihuwa kafin kwana arba’in, daga baya kuma sai jinin
ya dawo mata kafin cikan kwanaki arba’in ɗin,
shi ne Al-Allaamah Ibn Al-Uthaimeen (Rahimahul Laah) a cikin As-Sharh
Al-Mumti’: 1/450 ya ce: ‘Sai ta lura da alamomin jinin: Idan ta ga siffofin
jinin haihuwa a tare da shi, to jinin haihuwa ne. Idan kuwa alamun ba su nuna
shi jinin haihuwa ba ne, to ita mai tsarki ce.
Allah ne mafi
sani.
