Assalamu
Alaikum Wa Rahmatul Laah. Mene ne hukuncin ƙyalle ko yadin da yakan rage a wurin tela
bayan ya gama ɗinka
kayan da aka biya shi kuɗin
aikinsa cif? Ko ya halatta ya tattara irin waɗannan
ƙyallayen
ya ɗinka ƙananan
riguna na yara, ya riƙa sayarwa?
𝐀𝐌𝐒𝐀❗️
Wa Alaikumus
Salaam Wa Rahmatul Laah Wa Barakaatuh.
A asali haƙƙin
musulmi ne a kan ɗan’uwansa
musulmi cewa kar ya kuskura ya ci dukiyarsa sai da jin daɗin ransa. Ko da kuwa wani
abu ne ƙanƙane,
balle kuma wani abu babba. Allaah Ta’aala
ya ce:
یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ
ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَأۡكُلُوۤا۟ أَمۡوَ ٰلَكُم بَیۡنَكُم بِٱلۡبَـٰطِلِ إِلَّاۤ أَن تَكُونَ تِجَـٰرَةً عَن تَرَاضࣲ مِّنكُمۡۚ
Ya ku waɗanda suka yi Imani! Kar
ku ci dukiyoyinku a tsakanin da zalunci, sai dai idan kasuwanci ne a bisa
amincewa da yarda a tsakaninku. (Surah An-Nisaa’: 29)
Kuma Annabi
(Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya ce:
« الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ ، لاَ يَظْلِمُهُ
وَلاَ يُسْلِمُهُ »
Musulmi ɗan’uwan musulmi ne: Ba ya
zaluntar sa, kuma ba ya bari a zalunce shi. (Sahih Al-Bukhaariy: 2442, Sahih Muslim:
6706)
Wannan laifin
yana ƙara
girma idan ya kai shi ga yin rantsuwa domin ya ci haƙƙin musulmi da zalunci.
Manzon Allaah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya ce:
« مَنِ اقْتَطَعَ حَقَّ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ بِيَمِينِهِ فَقَدْ أَوْجَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ النَّارَ وَحَرَّمَ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ » . فَقَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ : وَإِنْ كَانَ شَيْئًا يَسِيرًا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : « وَإِنْ
قَضِيبًا مِنْ أَرَاكٍ ».
Duk wanda ya
yanke haƙiƙin
wani mutum musulmi da rantsuwarsa, to tabbas Allaah ya wajabta masa shiga Wuta,
kuma ya haramta masa shiga aljannah. Sai wani mutum ya tambaye shi: Manzon
Allaah! Ko da wani abu ne ɗan
kaɗan? Ya ce: Ko da ɗan ita cen araak ne na
yin aswaki. (Sahih Muslim: 370)
Daga nan muke
fahimtar cewa:
1. Bai halatta
musulmi ya cuci musulmi ba ko da ɗan
ƙanƙanen
abu ne, balle kuma babban abu?
2. Wajibi ne
ya mayar masa da abin da ya cuce shi a kai, kuma ya nemi gafararsa a kan haka,
bayan ya tuba ga Allaah.
3. Idan abin
ba zai samu ba a yanzu sai ya nemi ya fiyarsa kafin mutuwarsa ko mutuwarsa.
A ƙarƙashin
wannan wajibi ne tela ya tattara dukkan yankakku da gutsurarrun ƙyallayen
da suka ragu, ya haɗa
da ɗinkakkun tufafin
ya bayar ga mai kayan. Amma idan shi da kansa ne ya yarda cewa ya riƙe waɗannan yankakkun, to
shikenan.
Sannan kuma:
Idan al’adar mutane a wani gari ko wani wuri ta gudana a kan cewa, ba a dawo wa
mai kaya da irin waɗannan
yankakkun ƙyallayen,
to babu wani laifi idan tela ya tattara irinsu ya ɗinka ƙananan kayan yara da shi.
Kamar yadda a ƙasarmu
aka saba cewa, bayan manomi ya gama kwashe amfanin gona, yana ƙyale
masu roro su shiga su yi. A irin wannan roron wani kan iya samun kusan buhu
guda ko ma fiye. Wannan ba laifi ba ne, matuƙar dai ba a shirya wata ciwa-ciwa domin
cutar da mai gona ba, kamar a lokacin girbi a riƙa ɗiba
ana ɓoyewa ko ana
zubarwa da gangar.
Don haka, a
nan ma matuƙar telan bai yi wannan abin da manufar cutarwa ga mai yadin
ba, ba za a ce ya yi laifi ba, muddin dai wannan yankakkun ƙyallaye
ko yadin da suka bari al’adarsu
ce cewa ba a dawo da su.
