Hukuncin Ƙarin Gashi Na Roba Ko Na Zare

    Assalamu alaikum. Dan Allah Mace ya kamata ta yi wa mijinta kitson roba attach? Idan me son gashi ne ita kuma ba ta da shi?

    Asali dai ƙarin gashi haramun ne a Musulunci kamar yadda hadisai ingantattu da dama suka tabbatar da hakan, daga ciki akwai hadisin Nana Asma'u ƴar Abubakar Allah ya ƙara mata yarda inda take cewa: Wata mata ta zo wurin Manzon Allah sai ta ce masa: Ya Manzon Allah lallai ɗiyata amarya ce, ciwon fata ya same ta sai gashin kanta ya zube, shin zan iya ƙara mata da wani? Sai Annabi ya ce: "Allah ya tsine wa mai ƙarin gashi, da wadda ta nemi a ƙara mata". Muslim 2122.

    Sai dai malamai sun yi saɓani game da ma'anar wannan hadisi, amma sun haɗu a kan fahimtar cewa idan mace ta ƙara gashinta da gashin ɗan'adam to wannan ƙaɗ'an haramun ne, babu saɓani a kan wannan fahimtar saboda hadisan haramcin ƙarin gashi.

    Sannan kuma suna fahimtar cewa idan mace ta ƙara gashi mai najasa, wato gashin mataccen dabba, ko na dabbar da aka haramta cin sa, shi ma wannan haramun ne saboda za ta riƙa yin sallah da najasa.

    Amma wasu malaman suna ganin cewa idan gashin da mace ta ƙara mai tsarki ne, kuma ba na ɗan'dam ba ne, ya halasta matuƙar da yardar mijinta ne ko shugabanta, su a fahimtarsu gashin ɗan’adam ne ake nufi, wasu kuma suka ce bai halasta ba, saboda su a fahimtar su duk wani gashi da aka ƙara ya shiga ciki, amma Imamun Nawawiy a nan sai ya rinjayar da fahimta ta farko, wato halascin ƙarawa idan ya kasance mai tsarki ne, kuma ba na ɗan'adam ba ne idan da yardar mijinta ne ko shugabanta. Amma kuma idan ba ta da miji bai halasta ta ƙara wannan ɗin shi ma.

    Alƙadhiy Iyad ya ce: Malamai sun yi saɓani game da matsalar ƙarin gashi, Malik da Ɗabariy, da wasu masu yawa sun ce: An hana ƙarin gashi da kowane irin abu ne, dai-dai ne da gashi ne aka yi ƙarin, ko da fata, ko da zare, sun kafa hujja da hadisin Jabir wanda Muslim ya ruwaito da Annabi ya tsawatar da mace a kan kada ta ƙara wani abu a kanta. Amma Allaithu bin Sa'ad ya ce: Wannan hanin da manzon Allah ya yi ya keɓanta ne kawai ga ƙarin gashi, babu laifi idan ƙarin da na fata ne ko na zare da makamantansu.

    A taƙaice dai matuƙar gashin da aka ƙara na ɗan'adam ne, kai tsaye wannan haramun ne babu saɓani. Amma idan gashin da aka ƙara na abu mai tsarki ne, malamai sun yi saɓani a kansa. Haka nan idan na zare ne ko na fata ko na roba da makamantansu, shi ma wannan babu laifi a zance mafi zama daidai tun da su ba gashi ba ne.

    Allah ne mafi sani.
