wannan lokaci shin ya halatta matar da ta haifi yara guda tara ta tsaida haihuwu
saboda halin yau da gobe?

Wa'alaikumus salám, malamai sun
bayyana halascin dakatar da haihuwa zuwa wani lokaci saboda wata buƙata ko
lallura, kuma ya halasta a dakatar da haihuwar ta din-din-din idan masana kiwon
lafiya suka tabbatar da cewa cigaba da haihuwa ga mace zai haifar da rasa ranta
ko wata matsala makamanciyar haka, amma in ba haka ba, to bai halasta a dakatar
da haihuwa ta din-din-din ba tare da wata matsala ba, kamar yadda aka bayyana a
Amsoshin Tambayoyinku na 032.
Malamai suna kafa hujjar dakatar da
haihuwa saboda wata buƙata da hadisin da Sahabin Manzon Allah ﷺ Jabir ɗan
Abdullahi ya ruwaito cewa: "Mun kasance muna yin azalu, Alƙur'ani yana
sauka".
Albukhariy 5208, Muslim 1440.
Azalu shi ne zubar da maniyyi don
hana shi shiga cikin mahaifar mace a lokacin saduwa. Abin da yake nufi da suna
yin azalu alhali Alƙur'ani yana sauka shi ne: A lokacin Alƙur'ani na sauka amma
ba a hana su ba, in da haramun ne da za a saukar da aya a hana su, tun da
alokacin ba a gama saukar da Alƙur'ani ba.
Game da matar da ta haifi ‘ya’ya da
yawa, sai take ganin idan ta ci gaba da haihuwa tarbiyyar ‘ya’yan zai gagare ta
saboda yawansu, to ita ma malamai sun bayyana cewa ya halasta ta dakatar da
haihuwa saboda ta iya samar wa da ‘ya’yanta ingantacciyar tarbiyya kamar yadda
waɗannan malaman suka tabbatar:
Asshaikh Abdul'aziz bn Baaz ya ce:
"idan ya kasance mace tana da ‘ya’ya da yawa a gabanta, kuma yana ba ta
wahala wurin yi masu tarbiyya ta Musulunci saboda yawansu, to ba abin da ke
hana yin abin da ke tsara ɗaukar ciki saboda wannan babbar maslaha ɗin, har
zuwa lokacin da ɗaukar cikin zai zama a yana yin da ba zai cutar da ita ba, ba
kuma zai cutar da ‘ya’yanta ba, kamar yadda Allah ya halasta azalu da abin da
ya yi kama da shi".

Asshaikh Ibn Uthaimeen ya ce: "Asalin
hana ɗaukar ciki halas ne; Saboda Sahabbai Allah ya ƙara masu yarda sun kasance
suna yin azalu a zamanin Manzon Allah ﷺ ba a hana su hakan ba, sai dai hakan saɓanin
abin da ya fi ne; Saboda yawaita ‘ya’yaye al'amari ne Shar'antacce abin
nema".

Saboda haka ya halasta ga macen da ‘ya’ya
suka yi mata yawa, kuma ta ga lallai yawansu ba zai bar ta ta samu damar ba su
ingantacciyar tarbiyar da Musulunci ya wajabta a kanta ta ba su ba ta yi tsarin
iyali saboda wannan maslahar, kamar yadda malaman nan suka faɗi.

Wannan ɗaya ne daga cikin fatahowin Musulunci da aka gina su kan Ƙur’ani da Hadisan Manzon Allah (SAW) waɗanda ake samu a shafukan Tambayoyi da Amsoshi na Sheik Malam Khamis Yusuf a Facebook, Telegram, da WhatsApp. Za ku iya bibiyar shafukansa domin karanta ƙarin fatawowi.
Wannan tambaya tana daga cikin muhimman batutuwan da suka
shafi rayuwar iyali a Musulunci, musamman a wannan zamani da ake fuskantar
ƙalubalen tattalin arziƙi, tarbiyya, da lafiyar uwa. Shari’ar Musulunci ta zo
da hikima da sauƙi, tana kallon maslahar bayi tare da kare manyan manufofinta,
kamar kiyaye rayuwa, addini, hankali, da zuri’a.
Da farko, ya kamata a fahimci cewa asalin haihuwa da yawaita
‘ya’ya abu ne abin so a Musulunci, domin yana ƙara yawan al’ummar Musulmi.
Manzon Allah ﷺ
ya yi nuni da wannan a cikin hadisi ingantacce inda ya ce:
« تَزَوَّجُوا الْوَدُودَ الْوَلُودَ، فَإِنِّي
مُكَاثِرٌ بِكُمُ الْأُمَمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ »
Ma’ana: Ku auri mata masu ƙauna da yawan haihuwa, domin
lallai ni zan yi alfahari da yawanku a gaban sauran al’umma a ranar Alƙiyama.
(Abu Dawud, lamba: 2050; Al-Albaniy ya sahhaha shi)
Sai dai wannan so na yawaita ‘ya’ya ba wajibi ba ne ta
kowanne hali, musamman idan hakan zai kai ga wata babbar cuta, wahala, ko tauye
haƙƙoƙin da Allah ya ɗora wa iyaye.
Malaman fiƙhu sun bayyana cewa ya halatta tsara haihuwa
(dakatarwa na ɗan lokaci) idan akwai wata buƙata ko maslaha ta gaskiya, kamar
tsoron lalacewar lafiyar uwa, tsananin wahala, ko rashin ikon cika haƙƙin
tarbiyya. Hujjarsu mafi ƙarfi ita ce abin da Sahabbai suka aikata a zamanin
Manzon Allah ﷺ,
ba tare da an hana su ba. Jabir bn Abdullahi (Radiyallahu Anhu) ya ce:
« كُنَّا نَعْزِلُ وَالْقُرْآنُ يَنْزِلُ »
Ma’ana: Mun kasance muna yin azalu (zubar da maniyyi don hana
ɗaukar ciki) alhali Alƙur’ani yana sauka.
(Bukhariy: 5208, Muslim: 1440)
Azalu, kamar yadda malamai suka bayyana, wata hanya ce ta
hana ɗaukar ciki na ɗan lokaci. Idan da wannan aiki haramun ne, da Allah ya
saukar da wahayi ya hana Sahabbai yin sa, musamman ganin cewa Alƙur’ani yana
sauka a lokacin. Wannan ya nuna halascin dakatar da haihuwa na wucin gadi idan
akwai buƙata.
Game da dakatar da haihuwa ta din-din-din (wato katse haihuwa
gaba ɗaya), malamai sun yi bayani a fili cewa ba ya halatta sai idan akwai
larura ta gaskiya, kamar idan likitoci ƙwararru, amintattu, suka tabbatar da
cewa ci gaba da haihuwa zai jefa rayuwar mace cikin hatsari ko wata mummunar
cuta mai tsanani. Wannan ya koma ga ƙa’idar shari’a da ke cewa:
« لَا ضَرَرَ وَلَا ضِرَارَ »
Ma’ana: Babu cutarwa, kuma babu rama cutarwa.
(Ibn Mājah: 2340, Al-Albaniy ya sahhaha shi)
Haka kuma Allah Maɗaukakin Sarki ya ce:
وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا أَنفُسَكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ
اللَّهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا
Ma’ana: Kada ku kashe kanku. Lallai Allah Mai jin ƙai ne gare
ku.
(Suratu An-Nisā’i: 29)
Wannan aya tana nuna wajabcin kiyaye rayuwa, kuma idan
haihuwa za ta kai ga hallaka ko cutarwa mai tsanani, to tsayar da ita ya zama
halas ko ma wajibi.
Game da macen da ta riga ta haifi ‘ya’ya da yawa, kamar tara,
kuma take tsoron cewa ci gaba da haihuwa zai hana ta ba su tarbiyya ta addini
da kulawar da ta dace, malamai sun bayyana cewa wannan ma ingantacciyar maslaha
ce da za ta halatta tsara haihuwa na ɗan lokaci. Domin Allah bai halicci ‘ya’ya
kawai don a haife su ba, ya halicce su ne a tarbiyyantar da su bisa Musulunci.
Allah ya ce:
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قُوا
أَنفُسَكُمْ وَأَهْلِيكُمْ نَارًا
Ma’ana: Ya ku waɗanda suka yi imani! Ku kiyaye kanku da
iyalanku daga wuta.
(Suratu At-Taḥrīm: 6)
Idan uwa ta ga cewa yawan ‘ya’ya zai hana ta cika wannan
umarni, to yin tsarin iyali domin cimma wannan wajibi yana cikin hikimar
shari’a.
Sheikh Abdul’aziz bn Bāz (Rahimahullāh) ya bayyana cewa idan
mace tana da ‘ya’ya da yawa, kuma hakan yana hana ta kula da tarbiyyarsu ta
Musulunci, babu laifi ta yi tsarin hana ɗaukar ciki na ɗan lokaci, saboda
wannan babbar maslaha ce, kamar yadda shari’a ta halasta azalu. Haka nan Sheikh
Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (Rahimahullāh) ya jaddada cewa hana ɗaukar ciki halas ne, amma
abin da ya fi shi ne yawaita ‘ya’ya idan babu wata matsala.
Saboda haka, amsar tambayar ita ce: Eh, ya halatta macen da
ta haifi yara da yawa ta dakatar da haihuwa na ɗan lokaci idan akwai buƙata ta
gaskiya kamar wahalar tarbiyya, rashin lafiya, ko tsananin ƙunci. Amma ba ya
halatta ta dakatar da haihuwa gaba ɗaya sai idan akwai larura mai tsanani da
masana lafiya suka tabbatar. Dukkan wannan kuma ya kamata ya kasance da yardar
miji, domin haihuwa da tsarin iyali haƙƙi ne da ya shafi ma’aurata gaba ɗaya.
Allah S.W.T ne mafi sani, Shi ne Mai hikima da tausayi ga
bayinsa.
