Ya tabbata a cikin Bukhari da Muslim Annabi Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ya ce: (Mafi soyuwar Azumi awajan Allah shi ne irin azumin Annabi Dauda, kayi Azumi yau gobe ka sha ruwa).

Wannan babu makawa watarana sai ya dace da ranar asabar ita kaɗai, awani azumin nasa, sai afahimci idan azumin ya yi dai-dai da ranar asabar a al'adar azuminsa, kamar Ashura ko arfa ko shittu shawwal, to babu laifi mutum ya yi azumin sa ranar Asabar. ko da shi kaɗai ne.

Ibnu hajar ya ce: Hani ya yi togaciya ga wanda Yasaba azumi da wanda haka kawai yakebe asabar ya azumta.

ƘARIN BAYANI: HUKUNCIN AZUMI RANAR ASABAR

Assalamu alaikum Dr. Zan so in ji hukuncin yin azumi ranar Asabar. Malami ya ce: idan mutum ya dace ya yi azumin Alhamis da Juma’a, to me ake cewa game da azumin ranar Asabar? Shin akwai hani a yi azumin wannan rana ne?

Amsa

Wa alaikumussalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.

Batun azumin ranar Asabar yana daga cikin muhimman batutuwan fiqhu da malamai suka yi ta muhawara a kai, musamman idan ya shafi azumin Sunnah, wato na nafila. Wannan batu yana da alaƙa da hadisan Annabi da kuma yadda malamai suka fahimci tsarin azumin Annabawa.

1. Hadisin da ke hana azumi Asabar kai tsaye

Hadisin da aka rawaito daga Annabi yana cewa:

«لا تصوموا يوم السبت إلا ما فرض عليكم»

(Sunan Abu Dawud, Hadisi No. 2423)

Hausa:

Kada ku yi azumi ranar Asabar sai abin da aka farlanta muku (wato azumin wajibci).”

Wannan hadisi ya nuna cewa azumin Asabar ba a son a yi shi a matsayin azumin nafila kadai, sai dai idan yana hade da wani azumi da aka farlanta (wajibci ko na Sunnah mai hade da ranar).

Malamai sun bambanta ra’ayi kan ingancin wannan hadisin:

o Wasu sun ce hadisin karya ne, kuma Abu Dawud ya rawaito shi daga Imamu Malik.

o Wasu sun inganta shi, amma suna da shakku kan wasu kalmomi a ciki.

2. Hadisin da ke ba da halaccin azumi Asabar idan akwai azumin Juma’a

A gefe guda, akwai hadisi mafi inganci daga Bukhari da Muslim:

«لا يصوم أحدكم يوم الجمعة إلا أن يصوم يوما قبله أو يوما بعده»

(Bukhari, Hadisi No. 1884)

Hausa:

Kada wani ya azumci ranar Juma’a sai in ya azumci rana ta gaban ta ko ta bayanta.”

Wannan hadisi yana nuna cewa azumin ranar Juma’a yana hade da ranar Alhamis ko Asabar, wato idan mutum ya yi azumin Juma’a, to azumin Asabar ko Alhamis ya halatta.

Wannan yana ba da shaida mai karfi cewa azumin Asabar bai hana mutum yin azumi na Sunnah idan yana hade da azumin Juma’a ko Alhamis.

3. Bayani daga tsarin azumin Annabi

Annabi yana azumtar mafi yawan Sha’aban cikin ranaku daban-daban, kuma hakan yana nufin cewa Asabar tana shiga cikin azuminsa a wasu lokuta.

Haka kuma Annabi ya halatta irin azumin Annabi Dawud: “azumi yau, gobe kar ka ci,” wato azumi a kullum da ranakun da suka zo daidai.

o Idan mutum yana yin wannan azumi, Asabar zai zo a cikin tsarin azuminsa.

o Wannan yana nuna cewa azumin Asabar ba a haramta shi gaba ɗaya ba, musamman ga wanda yake yin azumi na Sunnah ko tsarin azumin Annabi Dawud.

4. Ra’ayin malamai

Miliyoyin malamai sun yi bayani mai kama da haka:

1. Azumin Asabar ba a hana shi gaba ɗaya ba.

2. Yana halatta ga wanda ya yi azumi ranar Juma’a ko Alhamis domin yana hade da azumi na Sunnah.

3. Wannan ra’ayi yana tabbatar da ka’idojin fiqhu kan azumin nafila da azumin Annabawa.

Misali: Tahzibu Sunani (Abu Dawud, 1/469) ya bayar da hujjar wannan fahimta.

5. Ka’idojin amfani da wannan azumi

1. Idan mutum zai yi azumi na Sunnah ranar Asabar:

o Ya fi dacewa a hade shi da azumin Juma’a ko Alhamis.

o Wannan yana bi da umurnin Allah da sunna, kuma yana kauce wa sabani da hadisin da ke hana azumi Asabar kadai.

2. Azumin wajibci (Farilla):

o Wajibi ne a yi azumin ranar da aka farlanta (kamar Ramadana), ba a shafi wannan ka’ida ba.

3. Azumi na nafila daga tsarin Annabi Dawud:

o Yana da halala, kuma Asabar tana iya shiga tsarin.

o Bai sabawa Shari’a ba, idan har mutum yana bin tsarin azumi na Sunnah ko Annabi Dawud.

6. Kammalawa

Hadisin Abu Dawud ya nuna hana azumi Asabar kadai, amma hadisin Bukhari ya ba da damar azumi Asabar idan an hade shi da azumi na Juma’a ko Alhamis.

Azumin Annabi Dawud da tsarin azumin Sha’aban suna tabbatar da cewa Asabar tana shiga cikin tsarin azumi na Sunnah.

Don haka, azumin Asabar yana halatta ga wanda ya yi azumi na Sunnah a ranar Juma’a ko Alhamis, ko wanda yake yin azumi na tsarin Annabi Dawud, kuma babu wani laifi a ciki.
