Abstract


Since the initiation of Northern Literacy Competition organised by Translation Bureau in under the leadership of Dr. R. M. East, the effort became the miles-stone of hatching idea in the transformation of modern Hausa literature particularly “Writing Literature”. This noble effort led to the emergence of the first set of Hausa Written Prose. From there more competitions followed in 1978, 1980, etc. some of these books contain messages either as major or minor themes on wars and violences or violent related problems. The concern of this paper is that these signals cannot be just for mere leading leisure sake, but for the communities to be on the alert and prepare for any uncertain eventualities. This paper looks into making some analysis on this issue with reference to some selected Hausa Prose.

1.0 Gabatarwa

Ganin irin yadda Ƙasashe ke ta famar yunƘuri wajen ganin an murƘushe Ƙungiyoyin sa-kai masu ra’ayin tarwatsa tsaron Ƙasashen duniya musamman Gabas ta tsakiya da Afirka kamar ISIS da Asshabab mai iƘirarin zama reshen Alqaeda da Boko Haram a Nijeriya wadda ita ma ta yi iƘirarin yin mubayi’a ga ISIS ga Asshabab a Somaliya ga Almurabitun a Mali, duk waďannan sun yi tsayin alihi na sai sun ďaiďaita tsaron Ƙasashe a duniya. Su kuma shugabannin Ƙasashe irin su Janar Muhammadu Buhari sun yi tsayin alihi na sai sun ga bayansu. Ganin irin yadda Ƃarna mai yawa ta auku, sai dai a lura domin kariyar gaba. Wannan shi ya sa aka yi tunanin raďa wa wannan muƘala taken “Ishara ga Al’ummar Nijeriya Domin Tabbatar Da Tsaro: Waiwaye Cikin Wasu Litattafan Zube Na Hausa”.

1.1 Ishara


A Ƙamusun Bergery, (1934:480) ya bayyana Ishara gargaďi a kalami ko nuni da wata gaƂa ta jiki. Sai dai Ƙamusun Hausa, (2006:208) ya bayyana ma’anar kalmar Ishara a kalmomi biyu wato tana nufin nuni ko kuma sanarwa. Sai kalmar al’ummar Nijeriya, Ƙasar Nijeriya Ƙasa ce da ke cikin jerin Ƙasashen Afirka musamman Afirka ta Yamma. Ta yi iyakoki da takwarorinta irin Nijar da Chadi da Kamaru da Benin, sannan a yammacinta ta yi iyaka da tekun Atilantika . Ƙasar Nijeriya ta samu ‘yancinta daga mulkin mallaka da Ingila ta yi mata ranar 1-10-1960, a halin yanzu tana da yawan al’umma fiye da miliyan ďari da saba’in (170, 000, 000) . Al’ummar Nijeriya al’umma ce da ta Ƙunshi Ƙabilu iri-iri fiye da 500, sai dai fitacci uku daga cikinsu su ne Hausawa da Yorubawa da Igbo. Manyan addinanta su ne Musulunci da Kiristanci da Gargajiya .

1.2 Tsaro


Tsaro abu ne da ke da muhimmanci ga cigaban al’umma da bunƘasar Ƙasa ko yanki. Bari mu ga irin yadda marubuta Ƙamusoshi suka kawo bayanai dangane da ma’anar wannan kalma ta tsaro.
Ƙamusun Bagery, (1934:1031) ya ce na nufin “Lura ko kulawa da wani abu”. Sai Ƙamusun Hausa, (2006) wanda ya danganta ma’anar tsaro da Ƙofa ko Ƙyaure. Sai Ƙamusun Turanci na Oxford Advanced Learners (2008) wanda shi kuma ya bayyana ma’anar tsaro da cewa wannan kalmar na nufin kare Ƙasa da muhalli daga wani hari ko bala’i. shi ma Ƙamusun Turanci na Catherine,(2006) ta ba da ma’anar tsaro har nau’i bakwai sai dai bayanai biyu ne suka shafi wannan muƘala, sauran kuma sun danganci harkokin kotu da shari’a. Ƙamusun ya ce ‘tsaro’ na nufin “Ɗaukar matakan kariyar abu daga hare-hare” wata ma’ana mai biye mata a ciki Ƙamus ya nuna a wani Ƙauli tsaro na nufin “Ƙarfin soja ko makamai domin kariyar Ƙasa .
Ƙamusun Newman, (1977) ya bayyana ma’anar kalmar tsaro da tsaro na Ƙasa ko sojojin tsaron Ƙasa ko kwamitin sulhu da dai sauransu. Bayan waďannan akwai bukatar a dubi ra’ayoyin masana tsaro da falsafa da gargajiya game da ma’anar kalmar tsaro. Misali DasuƘi, (2013) ya nu na cewa tsaro shi ne al’umma ta kasance ba ta fuskantar wata barazana ta shiga yanayi mai haďari ko fargaba ko ruďu ko kiďima ko rashin tabbas”.
Sa’ad, (1987) bayani mai alaqa da ilmin falsafa, ya danganta matakan tanadin tsaro da Bahaushe kan yi kusa da bishiyoyi cewa yana da manufa ta samun kariya ta tsaro daga Aljannu, domin duk inda bishiyoyi suke da yawa nan aka fi samun Aljannu . A ra’ayin masana al’ada, muƘalar ta dubi ra’ayin Bunza, (2015) inda ya bayyana ma’anar tsaro da cewa:
“KuƂutar da Ƙasa ga barazanar mazaunanta na rigingimun Ƙabilanci da Ƃangaranci da siyasa da addini, da hana na wajenta da suka ďuru ciki kutsawa cikinta da baƘar yadiya. Tabbatar da Ƙoshin lafiyar jikin ‘yan Ƙasa da murƘushe musu cutuka, da maƘure annoba da tsare musu hankulansu da wayewarsu. Samun gaggarumin Ƙarfin Soja da matakan tsaron Cikin gida na magance tunzura da harzuƘa da zanga-zanga da tawaye ga matakan cikin gida da ingantattun makamai, da dakarun luguden wuta ga masu tawaye, da masu ďaukar fansa, irin wannan shi ne tsaro, abin da ke Ƙasa ga haka yana buƘatar tsaro.”
A ra’ayin muƘala, tsaro: shi ne kiyaye wani abu domin ba shi kariya daga hari ko barazanar da zata iya haddasa halaka ko lahani.

2.0 KakkaƂar Gara


A da can shekarun baya lamarin ta’addanci na zubar da jinin mutane barkatai bai yawai ta ba sai dai a ji su a wasu wurare masu nisa da Hausawa. Kodayake akwai matsaloli na rikice- rikicen addini da na Ƙabilanci da na siyasa da faďace-faďacen manoma da makiyaya lokaci-lokaci.
Sai a 2010 ne kalmar Boko Haram ta fara yawo a cikin al’ummar Nijeriya da sunan barazana ga tsaro. A shekarar 2012 akai mumunan harin bom a Kano kuma mutane 18 suka halaka sai a shekarar. A shekarar 2014 ne Boko Haram suka kai hari a ofishin Majalisar Ɗinkin Duniya na Abuja, mutane 23 suka mutu. A shekarar 2014 suka shiga cikin makarantar mata suka yi awon gaba da ’yan mata 206.
Ranar 31/12/14, jajibirin shekarar 2015 suka shiga garin Maimalari suka yi awon gaba da yara 40 mata da maza da shekarunsu ba su wuce 10-12 ba. Bayan an yayyanka iyayensu da ‘yan uwansu. A halin yanzu abin da ya fi damun wannan muqala shi ne makomar ’yan ‘yan Boko Haram da ke cikin mata da ‘yan mata fiye da 15000 da suka sace waďanda sojoji suka ‘yanto suna a sansanin gudun hijira daban-daban wasu an haife su wasu na ciki ba a haife sub a tukuna.
Dole hukuma ta ďauki babban mataki domin tattarasu wuri ďaya domin yi musu tarbiyya, idan kuma ba haka ba to tsugunne ba ta qare ba domin ba a san makomar ďabi’unsu ba da aƘidunsu da kuma yanayin tunaninsu game da Ƙasa da jama’ar Ƙasa.

Bisa ga wannan ne, wannan muƘala ta hango cewa marubuta zube sun daďe suna yin ishara ga matsalolin tsaron Ƙasar nan amma hukumomi sun nuna ďabi’ar ko oho, shi ya sa wannan muƘala ta shiga cikin litattafan zube domin fitowa da misalan wannan isharori.

Waďannan kalmomi suna nuni ga ayukkan da kan zama barazana ga tsaro da rashin zaman lafiya a duk wuraren da suke aukuwa. Duk Ƙasar da ke fuskantar wasu daga cikin matsalolin da suka gabata, haƘiƘa wannan yankin yana fuskantar barazanar tsaro. Sannan yana bukatar mataki na gaggawa domin magance yaďuwar matsalar a wannaan wuri.

6.0 Ishara Daga Marubuta Zube


Kamar yadda ya gabata marubuta kan yi amfani da hanyoyin salo iri-iri domin ishara ga jama’a. A kan jigogin rubuce-rubucensu ƘarƘashin salon marubuta, suna da hanyoyi na gina labaransu, bayan salo irin na Ƙawata labari da giďaďa shi ta hanyar sa masa armashi adon harshe ko ya kasance akasin haka ya zama raggon salo, to marubuta na amfani da salon wajen ba da labari da isar da saƘo. Mukhtar, (2004:14-43).
Wannan muƘala ta dubi hanyoyi biyu wajen nazarin isharar marubuta wato hanyar jigo da hanyar salo. Kuma an zaƂi litattafai kamar ‘Idon Matambayi’ na Muhammadu Gwarzo da littafin ‘Da’u Fataken Dare’ na Tanko Zango da littafin ‘Ƙarshen Alewa Ƙasa’ na Bature Gagare da littafin Ilya Ɗanmai Ƙarfi
Ra’ayin wannan muƘalar shi ne, mawallafa labaran zube sun daďe da hango alamomi na rigingimu da tankiyar da Nijeriya ta ke ciki wataƘila bisa ga hikima da basira tsinkaya ko kuma ilmi na tafiyar rayuwa ta yau da gobe suka hango a matsayinsu na ‘yan Ƙasa na gari kuma ba su yi kawaici ba, domin sun yi amfani da hikimar da Allah (SWT) ya ba su ka rubuta tare da nuni da ishara ga jama’a da hukumomi su yi wa kansu Ƙiyamullaili da wani yanayi da za a iya kasancewa a watan wata rana domin yin kandagarki.
6.1 Ishara Kan Ƙungiyoyin Ɓarayi da Kisan Gilla
Wani lokaci ma mawallafan sukan fito Ƙarara su faďi matsalar rashin tsaron sannan su ba da maganin matsalar, amma har yanzu idan an karanta an ji daďin labari sai a rufe komai a ta shi. Wannan ďabi’a ta rashin nazari da ďaukar mataki tun matsalar tsaro na Ƙarama har sai ta kai matakin in ba ka yi ba ni wuri ya zama ďabi’a ba hukumomin Nijeriya ba har ma a ‘yan Nijeriya. Wannan ya saƂa wa al’adar Bahaushe wanda ko tafiya ta kama shi bai rasa makami a hannunsa. Shi ya sa ko cikin nau’o’in auren Bahaushe akwai “Auren Ɗauki Kwarinka” da “Auren Dangana Sanda”. Idan muka ďauki littafin “Idon Matambayi” na Gwarzo, (1934) yana da taurari fitacci su uku wato Idon Matambayi a matsayinsa na uban tafiya da Ɗauke da Ƙwace kuma su ne maƘarabansa. Ƙungiya ce ta Ƃarayi, sannan kisan mutum ba komai ne ba a gare su. Akwai bukatar a lura da abubuwa biyu da suka danganci mabambantan isharori kan tsaro.
“Yana ta ja da baya suna bin sa, har ya sami dama ya zaro wuƘa daga kube. Ya riƘe ta a hannunsa. Sai Sarkin gadi ya yi kusa da shi zai kama shi. Idon matambayi ya soke shi da wuƘa a Ƙahon zuci. Sai Sani ya faďi matacce. Sauran ‘yan gadi kuma suka ta gudu”.
A cikin wannan bayani muna iya fahimtar isharori kan barazana ga tsaro saboda ga Ƃarayi ko ‘yan fashi suna ba-ta-kashi da jama’a har da kisan kai. Sannan muna iya fahimtar ishara kan tanadin tsaro saboda ga Sani ‘yan gadi wato kamar shugaban ‘yan banga amma ba makami. A wani bayani da wata ishara mai kama da wadda ta gabata daga Muhammadu Gwarzo:
“Ɗangadi ya kai wa Idon Matambayi duka da sanda ya same shi. Idon Matambayi ya yi fushi ya yi maza ya zare takobi ya fille kan ďangadi ya faďi matacce.
A nan ana iya fahimtar cewar barazanar Ƃarayi ta tilastawa mutanen garin yin Ƙungiyar tsaro da kuma ďaukar makamai na kariyar kai. Wannan ishara ce mafi yawan al’ummomin duniya duk suna amfani da Ƙungiyoyin tsaro na sa kai domin su taimaka wa jami’an tsaro na gwamnati. Ko yaƘin da ake yi da Boko Haram irin waďannan Ƙungiyoyi sun haďa Ƙarfi da sojoji (Civilian J.T.F.) kuma sun taimaka an yi galaba a wurare da yawa. Ƙasashe da yawa suna suna amfani da Ƙunyiyoyi ‘yan banga irin waxannan kuma suna taka rawar gani musamman idan akwai fahimtar haďin gwiwa tsakaninsu da jami’an tsaro. Kamar dai abin ya faru tsakanin ‘yan bangar J.T.F. da sojojin Nijeriya a yankin arewa maso gabascin Nijeriya.

6.2 Ishara Kan Fashi da Makami


Idan muka dubi isharar ta gaba a cikin Zango, (1959) ya nuna cewa: “Yana fitowa gaban mutane sai ya zama Iska, ya tashi. Bai tsaya ba sai dajin tsakanin BilƘaratu da Rafin yashi wai shi Ihunka banza. A nan ya kafa bukka ya shiga fashi. Saboda yawan tashi da bin dare sai sunansa Jibirin ya vace, sai dai Da’u har ma akan Ƙara masa da Fataken Dare”
Isharori da ya kamata a lura a nan su ne irin barazana a tsaro da kuma irin shahararren dajin da Da’u ya Ƃoye ya na fashi. Muna irin yadda varawo kan zama alaƘaƘai ga al’umma, ga sata ga kuma kisan mutane. Irin wannan ishara ce ke tuna wa ‘yan Nijeriya hatsabibin ‘yan fashin nan da aka yi 1988 mai suna Lawrance Anini a wanda tun alokacin jami’an tsaro a Nijeriya sun camfa shi da cewa idan an rutsa shi ya kan rikiďa ko ya Ƃace. Jami’an tsaro a lokacin Gwamnatin Janar Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida sai da Ƙyar aka kashe shi.
Wata ishara abin lura anan ita ce ta maƂoyar ‘yan ta’addan, wadda mafi yawa sun fi zama a daji mai sunƘurun ita ce kamar yadda Tanko Zango ya nuna Dabar Da’u. Akwai irin wannan ishara a littafin Ingawa, (1968) wato Ilya Ɗan Mai Ƙarfi inda Ahmadu Ingawa ya nuna cewa:
“Can ya shiga cikin wani SunƘurun daji mai duhu. Ba zato sai ga shi gaban ‘yanfashi.”
Idan mutum ya dubi waďannan isharori kai ka ce dazukan nan ana kwatance ne akan irin su dajin Sambisa ko dajin Rugu ko dajin Birnin Gwari ko dajin Falgore inda ‘yan Boko Haram da Ƃarayin shanu da sauran ‘yan ta’adda ke sheke ayarsu.
6.3 Ishara Kan FasaƘwabrin Makamai da YunƘurin Tawaye ga Gwamnati
Idan muka koma ga Marubuci Bature Gagare, (2000) wanda littafinsa ” Ƙarshen Alewa Ƙasa” na Ƙunshe da isharori na miyagun ayyukan da ke damun al’ummomi ba Nijeriya kawai ba har ma da sauran Ƙasashen duniya. Matsalolin da ke cikin littafin baki ďayansu matsaloli ne na ta’addanci. Ta’addanci kuwa shi ne abin da shugabannin Ƙasashen Afirka da Amurka da Turai da Asiya da Gabas ta tsakiya suka ďaura ďamarar domin yaƘarsa.
Babban tauraron littafin da ake kira Mailoma ya bar gida ne ya shiga duniya saboda mutuwar matarsa Tayani daga Ƙauyensu Tsaunin Gwano bai zama ko’ina ba sai birnin Ikko inda ya kafa Ƙungiyar ta’addanci. Ba su da aiki shi da mutanensa sai fashi da makami da sace-sace da ina – da - kisa. Wannan ya sa aka shiga farautarsu a birnin Ikko abin da ya tilasta musu komawa Ƙauyensu da shi da yaransa Muchacos da Duburi da Gadu da Chuk da Barnabas. Mailoma ya haďa da shi da wani laftana Mati da wani Markus ďan simogal suka riƘa shigowa da makamai da suka yi amfani da su suka riƘa tayar wa al’umma da hankali. Ga dai wasu daga cikin batutuwan da muƘala ta ďebo domin fayyace isharorin marubucin. Misali ga Mailoma ya haďa yaransa yana caji: ” Ƙara tsara ƘaƘa! Ga ta riƘaƘƘun matsiyata har guda biyar. Cikinsu kuwa ba wani abin da ya haďa musu kai har suka tare da juna abu ďaya ne. Wannan kuwa shi ne rashin tausayi. Domin duk cikinsu sun ďauki ran mutum kamar na Ƙwaro ne” Gagare, (2000)
Isharar marubucin ana ita ce, hukumomi su yi kafa-kafa da matasa masu jini a jika musamman wajen samar musu da aikin yi. Wannan ya yi kama da irin zantuttukan da tsohon shugaban Ƙasar Nijeriya Goodluck Ebele Jonathan ya yi ta iƘirarin faďi a 2014 cewa yana da masaniyar akwai ‘Yan Boko Haram a cikin jami’an tsaron Ƙasa da ‘yan siyasa. Ga Mailoma na gabatar da yaransa ga laftana Mati da kuma shirin da suka sa a gaba:
“Zamu zama manyan ‘yan fashi da makamai, Ƙusoshin ‘yan Simogal ďin bindiga da kayan faďa na zamani”.
Wannan bayani tamkar ishara ce ga hukumomi bai kamata a miƘe Ƙafa a askance da cewa jama’an na iya kiyaye amanar jama’a ďari bisa ďari ba domin. Har ma ga harkar mai wanda tsaron da tattalin arzikin Ƙasar duk yana akansa, shi ma sai da Gagare ya yi manuniya kamar haka:

“Aikin Gadu shi ne ya riƘa kula da harkokin satar Manfetur, idan ya amso kuďi daga wajen Bos daga idansa, sai ya je ya yi cuku-cuku wajen Sojojin da aka haďa shi da su. Su kuma su karƂi kuďin su sato durorin manfetur daga kamfaninsu, idan ya karƂa sai ya zuba a kwale-kwale, sai a shigo da shi Lagos ko Benin ko Ibadan a sayar cikin tsada”.
Marubucin ya yi isharori da dama dangane matsalolin tsaro da barazana ga zaman lafiyar al’umma. Misali inda Mailoma ke tsarin shigowa da makamai da Markus
“Ina son dogayen bindigogi guda ďari…A kwai kuma Libarbobi guda ďari da hamsin. Bayan waďannan kuma ina son ka kawo min gurnet hamsin win mills ďin nan ka taho min da yajin tsohuwa (tear gas) gwangwanaye ashirin kurum”.
A nan abin da ya shafi makamai ke nan, idan muka koma Ƃangaren fatauci miyagun Ƙwayoyi domin kuwa ta’addanci bai yi sai da maye da gusar da hankali. Ga umurnin da Mailoma ya ba Markus:
“Abin da za ka tanada mini cikin watanni takwas shi ne wiwi…. ina son buhubuhu har guda hamsin. Magana samo kafso kuwa sai mun sake shiri.“
Waďannan isharori da Gagare ya yi a cikin littafinsa abin nazari ba hukumomi ba kawai har ma ga mai karatu ko sauraro. Halin da Nijeriya ta sami kanta bayan juyin-juya halin da Ƙasar Libya ta shiga abin da ya zama sanadin kisan tsohon shugaban Ƙasa Muammar Ghaddafi. Wannan ya zama sanadiyyar fantsamar miyagun makamai a Afirka da wasu sassan Gabas ta tsakiya, wannan shi ya qara taimaka wa bunƘasar Ƙugiyar Boko Haram da yaďuwar makamansu musamman Arewa-maso gabascin Nijeriya.

7.0 Kammalawa

Haka kuma kafafan watsa labarai na taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen yekuwa da Ƙara tunatar da mutane game da shirin ko- ta- kwana da kuma yin kafa-kafa da mutanen da ba a sani ba da kuma kayan da ba a sani ba.
