Masana addinin Musulunci bakinsu ya zamo ɗaya game da halaccin sanya wa abin haihuwa laƙabin Annabi Muhammadu S. A. W., wato ABUL- ƘASIM. Sun ƙarfafa hujjarsu da hadisin da aka karɓo daga Jabir R. A., inda yake cewa:
An haifa wa wani mutum daga
cikinmu yaro, mutumin ya raɗa
masa suna Muhammad. Al’ummarsa suka ce masa ba za su lamunce masa ya sanya wa
yaron sunan Annabi S. A. W ba. Sakamakon haka sai mutumin ya ɗauko ɗansa, ya zo wurin Manzon
Allah S. A. W. ya ce: “Ya Manzon Allah, an haifa mini ɗa namiji, na sanya masa suna Muhammad, amma,
al’ummata sun hana ni na zartar da sunan. Manzon Allah S. A. W. ya ce: “Ku
sanya wa kanku sunana, amma kada ku kira kanku da alkunyata.”
An sami bambancin ra’ayi a
tsakanin malamai dangane da “Kada ku kira kanku da alkunyata, kamar yadda za a
gani ɗaya bayan ɗaya. :
Imam Shafi’i ya fassara ƙaulin
nan da Manzon Allah yake cewa: “Ku
sanya wa kanku sunana, kada ku kira kanku da alkunyata”, a matsayin rashin halaccinsa. Wato bai halatta a yi
amfani da alkunyarsa ba.
Wasu kuma sun ce ya halatta a yi
amfani da alkunyarsa. Masu wannan ra’ayin sun kafa hujjarsu da hadisin da aka
ruwaito daga A’isha R. A. a inda ta ce:
Wata mata ta zo wajen Manzon
Allah S. A. W. ta ce: “Ya Manzon Allah, na haifi ɗa
namiji, an kira shi da suna Muhammad, tare da yi masa alkunya Abu-Ƙasim,
amma wani ya gaya mini ka ƙyamaci yin haka. Manzon Allah S. A. W. ya ce: “Wa ya haramta sanya sunana,
wa ya haramta sanya alkunyata? Kuma Ibn Abu-Shaybah ya ce: “Muhammad Ibn-Al-Ashath, ɗan ɗan’uwan Aishah R. A. an yi masa alkunya Abul-Ƙasim. ”
Shi kuwa Ibn Abi Khaythamah ya
ruwaito cewa: Al-Zuhri ya ce: Na ga ‘ya’yan Sahabban Annabi S. A. W. guda huɗu da aka raɗa musu suna Muhammadu, kuma
aka yi musu Alkunya da Alƙasim, waɗanda
suka haɗa da:
i. Muhammad Ibn Talhah Ibn
Abdullah.
ii. Muhammad Ibn Abi-Bakar.
iii. Muhammadu Aliyy Ibn
Abi-Talib.
iv. Muhammad Ibn Sa’d Ibn Abi-Waƙƙas.
La’akari da wannan hadisin ana
iya ɗaukar cewa, shi
ma wata madogara ce da ke ƙara tabbatar mana da halaccin raɗa
wa yaro suna Muhammad tare da yi masa alkunya da Alƙasim. Hasali ma Annabi S.
A. W. ya ce: ”Na
umurce ku da sunnata da sunnar shugabanni shiryayyu. ”
Yayin da aka tambayi Imam Malik
game da halaccin raɗa
wa yaro suna Muhammadu tare kuma da yi masa alkunya da Abul-Ƙasim,
sai ya amsa da cewa: “Ba
a haramta yin haka ba. Kuma ban ga wata illa ga yin haka ba. ” Kamar yadda Ulwan (2001 p.
36) ya bayyana.
Malaman da suka bayyana halaccin
raɗa wa yaro sunan
Annabi tare da yi masa alkunyarsa, sun nuna cewa, hadisin da ya haramta yin
haka mai rauni ne.
Wasu malaman suna da ra’ayin
cewa, bai halatta a haɗa
sunayen biyu baki ɗaya
ba. Wato a raɗa wa
mutum suna Muhammadu, a kuma yi masa alkunya da Abul-Ƙasim. Masu wannan ra’ayin sun kafa hujjarsu ne
da hadisin da Abu-Dawud ya ciranto daga Jabir R. A. da ke cewa:
Manzon Allah S. A. W. ya ce: “Duk
wanda aka raɗa masa
sunana, bai kamata alkunyata ta kasance alkunyarsa ba. Haka duk wanda aka yi
masa alkunyata bai dace a raɗa
masa sunana ba. ”
Hadisai da dama sun tabbatar da
hanin raɗa wa yaro
sunan Annabi Muhammad, tare da yi masa alkunyarsa, wato, Abul-Ƙasim.
Daga cikinsu, Ibn Abi Shaybah ya ruwaito cewa:
Manzon Allah S. A. W. ya ce:
“Kada ku gwama (haɗa)
alkunyata da sunana, a sanya wa mutum ɗaya.
”
Kodayake wasu malamai suna ganin
cewa, hujjar ta tabbatar da hani na amfani da alkunyar Manzon Allah a lokacin
rayuwarsa ne. Sakamakon haka bayan wafatinsa, an halatta yin haka, tamkar yadda
Abu-Dawuda ya ruwaito daga Muhammad Ibn Al-Hanafiyyah da cewa:
Aliyu R. A. ya ce: “Da za a haifa
mini yaro bayan fakuwarka, zan iya sa masa sunanka da kuma alkunyarka? Annabi
S. A. W. ya ce:“E. ” Ma’ana za ka iya sanyawa.
Ke nan wannan wata hujja ce da
take nuni a kan halaccin raɗa
wa yaro suna Muhammad a kuma yi masa alkunya da Abul-Ƙasim bayan fakuwar Annabi
S. A. W. Ya zo a cikin littafin Humaid Ibn Zangawayh mai suna Kitabul Al-Adab a
inda yake cewa:
Na tambayi Ibn Abi-Uwai dangane
da ra’ayin Imam Malik game da mutumin da ya haɗa
sunan Annabi da alkunyarsa, sai ya ce: “Malik ya ce”: An hana yin haka a
lokacin rayuwar Manzon Allah, domin idan aka kira mutum da sunan Annabin haɗe da alkunyarsa, Annabi zai
iya karɓa kiran, amma
bayan fakuwarsa (Annabi S. A. W) yin haka bai zama laifi ba.
Daga abin da ya gabata kuwa, za a
iya fahimtar cewa, an laminta a raɗa
wa mutum sunan Manzon Allah S. A. W. (Muhammad), a kuma sanya masa alkunyarsa
(Abul-Ƙasim).
Hadisin da ya hana haɗa
su, ya taƙaita
ne kawai a zamanin rayuwar Manzon Allah S. A. W. An haramta ne domin kauce wa
ruɗani a tsakanin
mutumin da aka ba sunan da Annabi S. A. W., a daidai lokacin da aka kira shi.
Kodayake bayan fakuwarsa ba za a samu wani ruɗani
da zai auku ba.
