Mutane da yawa suna tambayoyin da suka haɗa da:
Mene ne hukuncin ɗaukar hoto a Musulunci?
Shin hoto halas ne ko haram?
Shin ya halatta in dauki hoto?

ya yi bayani taƙaitacce mai gamsarwa dangane da wannan matsalar. Yana cewa:
Babban abin da ya shafa bakin fenti wa Da'awar Salafiyya a Nigeria shi ne tsanantawa a kan mas'alolin da ba su kai a tsananta a kansu ba. To amma idan ka dauki mas'alar hoton da ake dauka

wannan nau'in hoto a zamanin Annabi (saw). Shi ya sa Malamai suka yi sabani a
kan hukuncinta. A lokacin da wasu suke ganin cewa: hoton na'ura ya amsa sunan
hoton da Annabi (saw) yake nufi a cikin Hadisan haramta hoto, don haka suka
haramta, wasu Malaman kuma suna ganin hoton na'uran bai amsa sunan hoton da
Annabi (saw) yake nufi ba, sai suka halasta.
To ka ga asali abin ya ginu ne a kan Ijtihadi, ba
a kan son zuciya ba. Mas'ala ce ta Ijtihadi, saboda rashin Nassi karara a
kanta.
Saboda haka ne ya sa - duk da ni na fi ganin cewa:
dalilan masu haramtawa sun fi karfi - ni ban gamsu da yin zargi a kan hoto ba.
Don ba a zargi a mas'ala ta Ijtihadi.
Kuma a Fiqhance abu ne wanda yake normal a samu

tufka da warwara a cikin maganarsa, balle a yi masa ilzami!
Ala ayyi halin, mas'alar hoto mas'ala ce ta
Ijtihadi, don haka babu laifi mu yi sabani a kanta. Kai ka fahimci cewa
hukuncin hoto (photograph) haram ne, ni kuma na fahimci halas ne. Ba tare da
kowane bangare ya zargi daya bangaren ba.
Amma abin da yake faruwa, na zage-zagen juna
tsakanin masu haramta hoto da masu halastawa ba dadai ba ne. Mai laifi a
mas'alolin Ijtihadi shi ne wanda ya zargi abokan sabaninsa, ya zage su, ya
kaurace musu. Saboda ya zama mai raba kan al'umma.
