Miyar Sure Ko Miyar Yakuwa

Sure na ɗaya daga cikin ganyayen da akan samu a muhallin Bahaushe. Yayin da sure yake ɗanye, ɗanɗanonsa na da ɗan tsami-tsami. Baya ga haka, ganyen sure yana da ɗan yauƙi-yauƙi yayin da yake ɗanye. Yana ɗaya daga cikin tsirran da Bahaushe ke shukawa musamman da damina.

Mahaɗin Miyar Sure

Akwai abubuwan da ake buƙata idan za a gudanar da miyar sure. Waɗannan abubuwa su ne kamar haka:

iv. Kayan yaji

Yadda Ake Miyar Sure

Akan samar da wannan miya daga ɗanyen ganyen sure( yakuwa) ko kuma busasshe. Idan ganyen ɗanye ne, akan wanke shi ne kawai kai tsaye. Amma idan busasshe ne, akan tafasa shi cikin ruwan zafi. Daga nan sai a wanke shi. A wasu lokutan kuma, ana iya daka busasshen sure ya yi luƙui tamkar dai garin kuka. A irin wannan yanayi, akan kaɗa shi ne, kamar dai yadda ake kaɗa miyar kuka.

Yayin samar da miyar sure, za a samu wake mai ɗan dama, gwargwadon yawan miyar da ake son yi. Za a surfa wannan wake sannan a wanke, a kuma cire hanci da ɓawon. A gefe guda kuma, za a tanadi kayan yaji a dake su tsaf. Baya ga haka, za a yi markaɗe ko jajjagen kayan miya, nau’o’in da aka lissafo a sama.

Yayin da kayan haɗi suka kammala, sai batun ɗora tukunya bisa wuta. Cikin tukunyar nan za a sanya mai, tare da albasa. Da zarar ya soyu, sai kuma a sanya kayan miyan da aka tanada (waɗanda aka gurza a dutse ko aka jajjaga a turmi). Haka za a bar wannan kayan miya har sai sun soyu sarai, sai kuma a sanya kayan yaji da aka tanada, ciki har da dakakkiyar daddawa. Daga nan sai a ɗan motsa shi na kimanin mintuna uku zuwa sama da haka, har dai sai daddawar da aka sanya ta haɗe. Daga nan sai batun zuba ruwa, gwargwadon yawan miyan da ake son samarwa.

Bayan an zuba ruwa, za a sanya gishiri. Daga nan za a bar wannan tukunya ta yi ta tafasa. Idan miyar da nama za a yi, to a wannan gaɓa ne za a sanya nama (da ma dai an riga an tafasa nama an ajiye a gefe). Haka ma idan kifi ne, a wannan gaɓa za a sanya (yayin da za a yi amfani da ɗanyen kifi, to ya kamata a tafasa shi kaɗan tare da gishiri kafin a fara miyar).

Abu na gaba shi ne sanya sure cikin miya. Za a ɗauko suren da aka yanka aka wanke tare da kanwa (domin a rage mata tsami) a sanya cikin tukunya. Haka ma idan dakakken sure ne (busasshen) to za a barbaɗa shi tare da kaɗawa. Bayan an sanya sure, za a rufe tukunya ta ɗauki kimanin mintuna talatin ko ma sama da haka. Ana son ta ɗauki lokaci mai tsawo domin ta yi dahuwa mai kyau. Akwai waɗanda ke barinta bisa wuta har na tsawon awa guda. Da zarar an kammala wannan, to kuwa an samu miyar sure.

Tsokaci

Mata masu laulayin ciki sukan so miyar sure sosai, musamman a dalilin ɗan tsami-tsamin da miyar ke ɗauke da shi. Haka ma, akan yi wa marar lafiya wanda ba ya iya cin abinci sosai saboda rashin jin ɗanɗano sosai a bakinsa. A ɓangare guda kuma, masu gyambon ciki/ciwon yunwa (olsa) ba su fiye ta’ammuli da miyar sure ba, domin kuwa ba sa son duk wani nau’in abinci mai tsami. The book “Cimakar Bahaushe” (Diets of the Hausa People) is a collection of 293 traditional and modern diets of the Hausa people. Detailed explanations of the recipes and ingredients are provided. Comments are provided on the areas of the Hausa land where specific diets are mostly found, the age categories of people that usually use it, as well as the scientific impact of some of the diets to human biology.  Data is collected from interviews with different categories of people including:  i.                    Food sellers within the Hausa land: Mainly to have an idea of recipes on the diets.  ii.                  People of older age: Mainly to have insights on traditional diets of the Hausas.  iii.               Hausa scholars: Mainly to verify and justify the validity of the information obtained as well as provide further expert explanations on the diets.  Moreover, over two hundred (200) pieces of literature were reviewed to have better insight on the topic in question as well as get scientific and professional clarifications on some key concepts relevant to the research. The pieces of literature cover major relevant phenomena such as diet and hunger. Others are on the Hausa land and the Hausas.  The book contains thirty-three (33) chapters. Chapter one is the main introduction in which a concise explanation is provided on the Hausas, their history, their land, social life, and transformations due to globalization, acculturation, and modernity. Chapter two detailly discusses the concepts of diet and food from the Hausa point of view. That includes the meaning and the usage of diets in some Hausa works of literature both verbal and written (i.e. prose, poetry, proverbs, etc.).  Chapters three and four discuss the sources of Hausa diets and their forms accordingly. Chapters five to seventeen discuss some traditional Hausa diets including hard and soft ones. Chapter eighteen concentrates on the influence of modernity and globalization on Hausa diets. It has been discovered that there have been some significant changes in the Hausa diets ranging from recipes to kitchenettes.  Chapters nineteen to thirty-two discuss modern Hausa diets. Some traditional diets are still retained with little modifications, while on the other hand, there are a lot of new ones. Chapter thirty-three discusses “hunger” from the Hausa point of view. The relationship between hunger and food is examined. Additionally, the use of hunger in various Hausa literary works is studied. It is concluded that hunger is like a disease whereby its cure is food.  7th November 2022
