Alaikum Wa Rahmatul Laah. Malam, menene hukuncin yin Basmalah a lokacin yin
alwala: Farilla ko mustahabbi?

Salaam Wa Rahmatul Laah Wa Barakaatuh.
Al-Imaam Ahmad
da Abu-Daawud da At-Tirmiziy da Ibn Maajah sun riwaito hadisin da Abu-Hurairah
ya samo daga Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) cewa
« لاَ صَلاَةَ لِمَنْ لاَ وُضُوءَ لَهُ ، وَلاَ وُضُوءَ
لِمَنْ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ اسْمَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى عَلَيْهِ »
Babu sallah ga
wanda ba shi da alwala, kuma babu alwala ga wanda bai ambaci sunan Allaah
Ta’aala a kanta ba. (Sahih Sunan Abi-Daawud: 90).
Al-Hasan da
Ibn Rahwuyah da Zaahiriyyah (Rahmatul Laahi Alaihim) sun zaɓi cewa wajibi ne yin
Basmalah a cikin alwala, ta yadda idan ya bar yin ta da gangar dole ya sake yin
alwalar.
Wannan kuma
shi ne abin da As-Shawkaaniy da Siddiq Khaan da Al-Albaaniy (Rahmatul Laahi
Alaihim) suka zaɓa.
(Mausuu’atul Fiqhiyyatul Muyassarah: 1/94-95).
Amma kafa
hujja da cewa: Harafin korewa (لَا)
a cikin hadisin Abu-Hurairah da ya gabata yana kore kamalar alwalar ce, amma ba
inganci ba saboda…
1. Masu
riwaito siffar alwalarsa (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ba su ambaci
Basmalah ba.
2. Kuma da
rashin ambaton Basmalar a cikin hadisin da Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi
Wa Sallam) ya koya wa wani baƙauye siffar alwala shuɗi uku-uku.
Waɗannan duk ba su zama
hujja ba, domin
(i) Asali abin
da harafin korewa (لَا)
yake nunawa kenan: Kore inganci da sahihancin samuwar haƙiƙanin
alwalar.
(ii) Amma
rashin ambaton Basmalah a cikin hadisan da suke bayanin siffar alwalarsa
(Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) bai isa ya rage, ko ya sauya hukuncin
hadisin Abu-Hurairah (Radiyal Laahu Anhu) ba. Domin kamar yadda malamai suka
tabbatar: Rashin ambaton abu a cikin riwaya ba ilimi ba ne, ilimi yana cikin
riwayar da take ɗauke
da ambaton abin ne. To, ta yaya rashin ilimi zai soke ko ya kawar da ilimi!
A taƙaice
dai
(i) Wajibi ne
ga duk wanda ya zo yin alwala ya yi Basmalah.
(ii) Idan kuma
ya manta a farko, to sai ya yi ta a duk lokacin da ya tuna.
(iii) Idan
kuma a bayan gama alwalar ce shikenan babu laifi a gare shi.
Kamar dai
wanda ya yi sallah da najasa a jikinsa ne, ko wanda ya fuskacin inda ba alƙibla
ba a bisa mantuwa ko rashin iko. Babu komai a kansa a bayan ya yi sallama daga
sallar.
Saboda hadisin
Abu-Zarr Al-Ghiffaariy (Radiyal Laahu Anhu) wanda ya ce: Manzon Allaah (Sallal
Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya ce
إِنَّ اللهَ تَجَاوَزَ عَنْ أُمَّتِي الْخَطَأَ وَالنِّسْيَانَ وَمَا اسْتُكْرِهُوا عَلَيْهِ
Haƙiƙa!
Allaah ya yafe wa al’ummata
kuskure da mantuwa da abin da aka tilasta su a kansa. (Sahih Ibn Maajah: 1662).
