A wannan takarda,
an tattauna matsayin makaɗi ko mawaƙi a cikin al’ummar Hausawa.
Sa’annan an yi ƙoƙarin
waiwayen wasu daga cikin alƙaluman da
tarihi ya naɗe a fagen faɗakarwa kan amfanin zaman lafiya.
Tattaunawa kan misalan waƙoƙin
da aka kalato,
domin nuna tasirin waƙar baka wajen tabbatar
da zaman lafiya shi ne ƙashin bayan wannan takarda.
An kammala da bayyana ra’ayin mai wannan takarda.
1.0 Shimfida
Idan aka waiwayi tarihin yaƙe-yaƙen da suka wakana tsakanin al’ummun ƙasar Hausa, za a iya
kallonsu ta fuskoki da dama, amma ma fi karɓuwa shi ne, domin a kara faɗin ƙasa, a samu bayi da abinci, wata daula ta mamaye wata daular. Da wannan za a ga ko a wancan zamanin da ake irin waɗannan yaƙe-yaƙe ana jikkata al’ummar da ba su da ƙarfi, wasu kuma a ƙangi na bauta suke
mutuwa; hasali ma, jelar bauta kan bi zuri’arsu tsawon lokaci. Babu shakka
da wuya ka samu dan Arewacin Nijeriya yana alfahari ko bugun gaba da
cewa shi ko iyayensa bayi ne, sai ta
kama dole ne za a faɗa, kuma ya yi shiru
domin ƙyamar bautar.
Da wannan shimfidar za a kalli yadda ƙoƙarin gina
wani sashe na al’umma ke
cutar da wani sashe na al’umma. Kuma
da haka manyan dauloli na ƙasar Hausa ko ma a ce na Afirka suka ginu.
Wannan tsokaci ba zai manta da
yanayin da Nijeriya ta shiga ba, a lokacin yaƙin basasa a tsakanin shekarun 1967-1970 wanda ya jefa al’ummar yankuna
da dama cikin tagayyara na rashin abinci da salwantar rayuka da rashin kwanciyar
hankali. Duk wannan watayar ana son a lalabo
fahimtar waƙar baka na ƙasar Hausa
kan wannan yanayi da al’umma kan
shiga na jirkidiri, da tagayyara a lokuta na tashin hankali. Kafin a waiwayi
misalan tashin tashinar da suka gabata kan wannan yanayi,
yana da amfani a san ma’anar tashin
hankali, da kuma zaman lafiya.
2.0 Ma’anar Zaman Lafiya
Zaman lafiya shi ne rashin wanzuwar tashin hankali, ko yaƙi, ko rashin jituwar
da kan iya haifar da tarzoma a cikin
al’umma. Zaman lafiya kan tsaya matsayin aminci
da salama. Idan mai rubutu ya farga da kalmomin da aka zuba domin bayyana ma’anar zaman lafiya, za a fahimci
duk abin da ba zaman lafiya
ba, to shi ne tashin hankali. Inda kuma babu tashin hankali,
to hankalin yana kwance, zukata na jin daɗin tafiyar da al’amurransu na kowane fanni na rayuwa. Ƙarin fahimta a nan, shi zaman lafiya, ana iya fassara
shi da sha’awar mutum, ko mutane,
inda za a ga cewar idan buƙatun mutum
ko na jama’a sun samu
yadda suke so, to su kam sun samu zaman lafiya. (Misali Ma’aurata)
2.1 Ma’anar Rashin
Zaman Lafiya
Tashin hankali shi ne rashin zaman lafiya.
Ko rashin samun biyan buƙatun rayuwa saɓani, rikici da tashin hankali. Idan fari (rashin abinci) a dalilin
rashin ruwan sama, ko ƙafewar teku ko gulabe ya
faru, to sai jama’a su shiga tashin hankali saboda rashin abinci. Rashin abinci kan haifar da rashi na rayuwa. A lokacin cutar murar mashako 2019 (COVID-19) al’ummar da wannan cutar ta shafa, sun tagayyara saboda tashin hankali.
Al’umma kan kasance ko dai cikin kwanciyar
hankali (zaman jin daɗi),
ko kuma cikin rashin zaman lafiya, wato tashin
hankali.
3.0 Bitar Wasu Daga Tashin Tashina na Arewacin Nijeriya
A ƙaƙashin wannan taken an bibiyi
tarihin tashin tashinar da suka taɓa faruwa a Arewacin Nijeriya, da kuma tasirin
da wannan tashin tashinar
ta haifar ga al’umma wanda wannan
al’amari ba zai rasa nasaba
da halin da Arewacin Nijeriya yake ciki ba a yanzu. Alal

Rashin jituwa tsakanin ƙabilar Tibi da ke
Jihar Binuwai da takwarorinsu 'yan ƙabilar Jukun da ke Jihar Taraba, sanadiyyar ƙasar noma da muhalli
da kuma tsoron mamaya ya kawo ɓarkewar
tashin hankalin da ya tilasta wa waɗannan ƙabilu guda biyu ɗaukar makamai domin gwabzawa a
tsakaninsu a cikin shekarar 1959. Faɗan ya sake afkuwa a cikin 1980 da 1990 da 2001.An yi
hasarar rayuka da dukiya mai tarin yawa. Joshua, (2016).

Sanadiyar matsalar ƙabilanci da bambancin addini da
tattalin arziki da sha'anin siyasar mulki , Laftanal Kanal Odumegwu
Ojokwu ya jagoranci yankin Gabas
na Nijeriya wajen yaƙin basasa da Jamhuriyar
Tarayyar Nijeriya. Yaƙin
da aka soma ranar 6 ga watan Yuli na
shekarar 1967,
sai da aka kwashe shekara biyu da wata shida da sati ɗaya
da kwana biyu ana fafatawa, kafin a kawo ƙarshensa
a ranar 15 ga watan Janairun shekarar 1970. Janar Yakubu Gowon ne ya jagoranci yaƙin daga gefen Jamhuriyar Tarayyar
Nijeriya. Shi ake kira da yaƙin Biafra ko yaƙin basasa na Nijeriya da ya laƙume rayuwar fiye da mutum miliyan ɗaya.

Wani misalin
kuma shi ne,
wani tashin hankali da ya faru
a Jami'ar Ahmadu Bello ta Zariya,
ranar 17 ga watan Afrilu na shekarar
1978, wanda
aka
yi wa laƙabi da 'Ali Must Go'. Ƙungiyar ɗaliban Jami'ar a ƙarƙashin jagorancin Mista Segun
Okeowo ne ta fito domin nuna rashin amincewarta da ƙarin kuɗin
makaranta da aka yi a lokacin. Kanal Ahmadu Ali ne Ministan ilmi na Nijeriya a lokacin, shi ne dalilin da ya sa ake kiran wannan rikici da 'Ali Must Go '. Ɗalibai 8 ne suka rasa
rayukansu da wasu Jama'ar gari.

An samu rikici a garin Kafanchan a Jihar Kaduna a
shekarar 1987, wanda ya
faru ne sanadiyar rashin fahimta
tsakanin jama'ar da ke zaune a yankin (Hausawa da sauran ƙabilun da ke cikin masarautar Jema'a, mai hedikwata a garin
Kafanchan, Jihar Kaduna).
An yi hasarar rayukan mutane 19 da Otal
169 da Coci 152 da Masallatai 5.
5.
Rikicin addini na Muhammadu
Marwa da aka fi sani da suna 'Maitatsine' a Kano ya faru tsakanin 18 zuwa 29 ga watan Disamba na shekarar 1980. A wannan rikici Muhammadu
Marwa Maitatsine ne ya soma yaƙar gwamnati,
domin abin da ya kira 'rashin amincewa da ita'. An yi hasarar
rayuka kimanin 4, 500 bisa ga ƙididdigar
gawar da aka samu a wurin ajiye gawa na asibitoci a lokacin.

Haka kuma,
an samu tashin
hankali a garin Funtua da kewaye a farko-farkon shekarar 1994, tsakanin al'ummar gari da wasu baƙin mutane da ake kyautata zaton gyauron mutanen Maitatsine ne . An yi hasarar rayuka masu yawa.

Wannan bibiyar tarihin wasu
daga cikin tashin tashinar da suka faru a Arewacin Nijeriya sun faru ne sakamakon wasu dalilai na
rashin fahimta a tsakanin jama’a, ko kuma wasu
jama’a masu halayya ta rashin son zaman lafiya su zama kashin bayan
haddasa rashin fahimtar da zai kawo
tashin tashina. Ana iya kuma amfani da ɓangaranci
na ƙabilanci, ko wata
matsala da ta faru al’umma suka koka amma ba a samu sauƙin
al’amari ba, wanda matsuwa kan sa su
yi fito-na-fito da junansu ko shugabanninsu,
ko kuma da hukuma.
4.0 Samfurin Waƙoƙin Zaman Lafiya
na Makaɗa da Mawaƙan Ƙasar Hausa
A ƙarƙashin wannan taken, an tsakuro samfurin
waƙoƙin da makaɗa da mawaƙa musamman waɗanda suka fito daga yankin Arewacin Nijeriya, suna kira ga jama’a kan amfanin

yi waɗannan waƙoƙi a tsakanin shekarun 1970 zuwa 1975 a lokacin da aka gama yaƙin basasar Nijeriya, wanda haɗin al’ummar
Nijeriya shi ne abu na farko da gwamnati ta sa a gaba.

5.0 Tattaunawa
Kusan kowace al’umma tana da tarihi.
Ko da al’ummar
nan ba su iya tuna asalin tarihin
kafuwarsu, to suna iya yin kintaci-faɗi ko
labarin kunne-ya-girmi-Kaka. Ta
kowace fuska za a bi ko ta nazarin harshe ko ta nazarin al’adun mutane, ko ta
yanayin muhallin da jama’a suke zama, ko siyasar jama’a, idan dai za a bi diddigin tarihin
duk wata al’umma da ke da al’adu a matsayin
hanyar tafiyar da rayuwarsu, to lallai sai a lalubi ƙumshiyar adabinsu
na baka, wanda waƙoƙin baka suna daga ciki. Waƙoƙin baka, da maganganun
hikima da azanci na kowace al’umma, su ne rumbun tarihin wannan al’umma. Idan za a bi diddigin tarihin
yadda al’ummar Hausawa
suka rayu tsawon
zamunna, to lallai
sai an haɗa da adabinsu na baka, musamman waƙoƙin baka.
Misali Yaƙe-yaƙen da suka wanzu
kafin kafuwar manyan daulolin ƙasar Hausa, za a tarar mawaƙan baka sun taka mhimmiyar rawa wajen zuwa filin daga na yaƙi su gwarzanta mayaka.
Haka manyan sarakuna
musamman waɗanda suka mulki daulolin ƙasar Hausa (Kabi da Zamfara)
duk suna da fitattun mawaƙa.
Fitattun mawaƙan zuri’arsu
sun rike waƙar baka
har zuwa wannan zamani. A wannan
shimfiɗa an
ga cewa tun wajen kafuwar al’umma mawaƙi yana da
nasa gurbin da babu mai
iya mayewa sai dai shi kansa ko
waninsa mawaƙi (mai
gadonsa ko mai haye). Bayan kafuwar al’ummar Hausawa,
mawaƙi ya samu
matsayin malami16 mai
wayar da kan jama’a idan kowane al’amari za
a wanzar, sai mawaƙi ya
tallatar da wannan al’amari ga
jama’a. Kowane
fanni na rayuwar al’umma za a tarar
mawaƙi kan shiga wannan gonar ya waƙe wannan al’amari, ya
karɓu ga jama’a.

rubutattu masu yin waƙoƙi da jigogi
mabambanta17
Mawaƙa
tsofaffin hannu, da na zamani sun yi iyakan ƙoƙarinsu (a
lokutta daban-daban) wajen kiran
jama’ar Nijeriya baki ɗaya kan su zauna lafiya. A ƙunshiyar waƙoƙin kamar
yadda aka gani a sama, matanin wasu daga cikin waƙoƙi ne masu ɗauke da
addu’o’i da kiraye-kiraye ga jama’a
ta sigogi da salailai masu ban sha’awa, da jigon
zaman lafiya tsakanin ƙabilun
Nijeriya masu bambancin al’adu da addinai. Waƙoƙin sun yi
tasiri ƙwarai a
wancan zamani, yanzu kuma sun zama abin
sauraro da misalai. Fashin baƙin hakan yana biye a ƙarƙashin naɗewa.
Tasirin da waɗannan waƙoƙi suka yi
an gan shi a cikin waƙar Alhaji Musa Ɗanƙwairo (Waƙar ‘Yan
Arewa Godiya dai mukai, Allah ya maimaita mana ga Jihar Arewa mai halin girma) inda ya nuna cewa
Gwamnatin Arewa ta Marigayi Sardaunan
Sakkwato, Sir. Ahmadu Bello ta kawo ayyukan
ci gaba a wasu yankuna na Arewacin Nijeriya. Misali a Sakkwato an yi Kamfanin Siminti,
akwai Kamfanin gyaran motoci na Abdallah a Gusau, a garin Kano an kafa Kamfanoni na yin kwanon
rufin gidaje da kwanonin cin abinci kuma a Kanon ake yin alewar lemu. Wannan ya nuna cewa mawaƙa suna gabatar da buƙatocin jama’arsu ga sarakuna da masu mulki. Mawaƙan kuma su
ke tunatar da sarakuna da masu mulki
na zamani a kan su cika alƙawuran da suka ɗauka na yi ma jama’a aiki. Idan aka samar da
waɗannan ayyukan to sai mawaƙan su koma
su sanar a waƙe irin hidimar da sarakuna da masu mulkin
suka yi kamar yadda waƙar ta nuna.
6.0 Naɗewa
Naɗe tabarmar wannan tattaunawa za ta ɗauki wani salo
ba na bitar abin da aka bayyana a
cikin wannan maƙala ba, sai
dai bayyana ra’ayin mai nazari
a cikin ƙunshiyar wannan maƙala. Mawaƙa na da, da na yanzu sun taka rawar gani kuma
suna kan takawa wajen ilmantar da al’umma.
Ana iya cewa kowane al’amari ba ya samun karɓuwa sai da
mawaƙa. Amma kuma
wani abin ban haushi na daga ɓangaren al’ummar Hausawa ta yanzu, duk wani abin da mawaƙi zai faɗi, ko da
kuwa na faɗakarwa
kan shiga haɗari ne, sai ka ga an yi biris da lafuzansa na hikima an kuma afka ga haɗarin.
Misali, duk kiran da su Ɗanƙwairo da Ɗanba’u suka yi, cikin lafuzzan hikima da zayyanawa, amma bai
hana al’ummar Hausawa da na Fulani suka afka cikin halin da suke ciki yanzu ba. Idan nusarwar da Ɗanmaraya Jos ya yi wa Barebari da Fulani
cewar manyan abokan wasa ne tsawon daɗewa, ga
auratayya ta shiga tsakaninsu har an mayar da su ƙabila ɗaya a
matsayin Hausa-Fulani, shin me ya kawo muguwar tsana a yanzu har suka fara yi wa juna duka da zage-zage?
Kasancewata ma’aikacin nemowa da watsa
labarai, ya saka na tsinci wasu bayanai a kan wannan sana’a tawa na ikirarin da Hausa-Fulani ke yi na cewar sun sha Arkanai (kaskanci da wulakanci da
Zalunci) a hanun wasu ƙabilu na
Arewacin Nijeriya, kamar Hausawa da Birom da Tibi da Kanuri tsawon lokacin da har aka ƙure haƙurinsu. Da tura ta
kai bango, sai suka fara kai ƙarar cin zarafin da ake yi masu ga magabata a hukumomi, duk da haka sai
shari’a ta yi musu yankan ciki da
yankan baya, da haka nan suka sake ɗaukar
matakin a mutu duk. Wato yanzu za su ɗauki fansa.
Kafin in kakkaɓe tarbarmar da na naɗo, ina son
in bayyana irin koken da Hausa-Fulani suke yi:

Gwamnatoci ba su kula da lamurran jin daɗin talakawa ta fuskar biyan buƙatun rayuwa

hanyarsu ta zuwa kasuwa, ko wurin buki ko dai wata hanya su wulaƙanta su, kuma su ƙwace wasu daga cikin dukiyoyinsu

An karɓe burtalolin da Hausa-Fulani suke kiwon dabbobinsu; an mayar da waɗannan burtalolin gidaje da gonaki
ko wajen wasu hidimomin rayuwa18

Akwai ‘yan leken asiri masu ɗauko sirrin talakawa ko wasu
al’ummu zuwa ga shugabannin da suke da mugun nufi kan talakawa
Waɗannan koke-koke suna daga cikin abin da ya sa Nijeriya ta Arewa take cikin halin da take ciki a yanzu, wanda wannan yanayi ya fi ƙarfin muryar mawaƙi wajen faɗakarwa. Babu wani amo da zai tashi sama, na waƙa da zai sa shugabanni su yi wa waɗannan al’umma
adalci. Dalilin cewa hakan shi ne,
babu waƙoƙin da za a
maimaita ko a samar, da suka fi waɗanda
