    Haka kuma, na sadaukar da shi ga dukkan malamaina, na makarantar Firamare da Sakandare da Difiloma da kumaJami’a.

    GODIYA

    Ina mai godiya ga Allah MaÉ—aukakin Sarki Mai kowa Mai komai Mai rahama Mai jin Æ™ai zuwa ga bayinSa. Tsira da amincin Allah su tabbata ga Annabi Muhammad (S.A.W.) da sahabbansa da zuri’arsa da dukkan waÉ—anda suka bi shi har zuwa ranar sakamako.

Haka kuma, ina mai miÆ™a godiya da jinjina zuwa ga mahaifiyata dangane da irin namijin Æ™oÆ™arin da takan nuna a kaina na ganin cigaban rayuwata har zuwa ranar da rai zai yi halinsa.

    Haka kuma, ina miƙa godiya da jinjina ga Malamina, wanda kuma shi ne ya duba wannan aiki nawa, watau Dr. Rabi'u Adamu Bakura, bisa jajircewa da ƙoƙarin ganin ya ɗora ni a kan hanya don samun nasarar kammaluwar wannan aiki nawa.     1.0 GABATARWA

    A cikin  wannan bincike za mu yi nazari ne a kan yanayin tsaro da ma'anar tsaro a garin Gusau da kuma rabe-raben tsaro, da irin rawar da jami'an tsaro da al'umma suke takawa a kan sha'anin tsaro. Haka kuma wannan bincike zai yi Æ™oÆ™arin kawo ma'anar ta'addanci, da kuma illoli da matakan kawar da su a garin Gusau.

    A cikin wannan bincike za a yi nazari ne a kan yanayin tsaro a cikin garin garin Gusau.

    Haka kuma za a tsara wannan aiki a kan babi-babi, a babi na ɗaya za a yi bayani a kan manufar bincike da, hasashen bincike da, farfajiyar bincike da matsalolin bincike da, muhimmancin bincike da, hanyoyin gudanar da bincike, daga ƙarshe kuma ya zo da naɗewa.

    1.1 MANUFAR BINCIKE

    Duk wani abin da ɗan Adam ya ƙuduri ya aiwatar a rayuwarsa, za a tarar cewa, lallai, akwai wata manufa ta musamman da ta wajabta masa aiwatar da wannan abu. Masu iya magana kan ce 'kowane allazi da nasa amanu, idan muka lura da wannan zance za mu fahimci cewa babu wani bincike da za a aiwatar ba tare da manufar gudanar da shi ba. Don haka manufofin gudanar da wannan bincike shi ne domin samun takardar shaidar kammala karatun digirin farko.     1.3 FARFAJIYAR BINCIKE

    Kafin a shiga bayanin farfajiyar bincike, yana daga cikin ƙa'ida ta bincike, ɗalibin bincike ya yi nazari a kan abin da yake kusa da shi, wato muhalli ko farfajiyar da yake zaune, domin samun ingantattun bayanai game da abin da yake bincike.

    Bari mu ga ma'anar farfajiyar bincike da muhalli:

    Wikepedia (2019) an bayyana muhallin bincike da cewa, shi ne wuri na musamman wanda aka gudanar da bincike a kan wani abu da ke da mazauni a wurin, kamar al'umma, abubuwa da sauransu, ta hanyar littattafai, da mukalu, da kuma tarukan kara wa juna sani, domin samun wani sakamako.

    Wannan bincike an gudanar da shi ne a garin Gusau babban birnin jihar Zamfara, za a yi nazari a kan yanayin tsaro a cikin garin Gusau, inda za a gana da jami'an tsaron domin jin yadda suke gudanar da aikin su.

    1.4 MATSALOLIN BINCIKE

    Bincike shi ne gano wani abu wanda, da ba a sani ba, ko ƙari ga wani abu wanda aka sani domin bayar da gudummuwa ko warware wata matsala da ta zama damuwa ga wata al'umma (Bunza 2017).

    Daga wannan za a iya cewa muhimmanci wannan bincike ga rayuwar al'umma baki É—aya, ya haÉ—a da abubuwa kamar haka:

    1. Kasancewarsa bincike na farko da aka gudunar a kan sha'anin tsaro a garin Gusau wanda zai taimaka wa al'umma da 'yan uwana ɗalibai manazarta domin samun sauƙin fahimtar yadda sha'anin tsaro yake ba tare da shan wata wahala ba.

    Wannan zai sa su san irin rawar da za su taka wajen bayar da tasu gudummawa don tabbatar da nasarar samun ingantaccen tsaro a tsakanin al'umma.

    Haka kuma an tsara zantawa da jami'an tsaro da ke zaune a garin Gusau, domin fahimtar yadda ake aiwatar da aikin tsaro jiya da yau da kuma dalilin da ke haifar da haka.

    Duk da irin yadda ake ganin cewa ba a yi wani abin da ya taka kara ya karya dangane da irin wannan bincike na yanayin tsaro, ba za a rasa wasu abubuwa da suka yi kama da hakan ba, musamman idan aka yi la'akari da irin binciken da masana da É—alibai suka gabatar a kan lamarin tsaro. Wannan fasali zai waiwayi É—an abin da ya samu, domin mu ga yadda yanayin ya kasance.

    Wannan babi zai yi bayani ne a kan bitar ayyukan da suka gabata, waɗanda suka haɗa da bitar littattafan da aka wallafa, da kundayen bincike, da kuma muƙalu da mujallu, da aka gabatar a wurare daban-daban masu alaƙa da wannan aiki.

    2.1 BITAR AYYUKAN DA SUKA GABATA

Haka kuma an yi bayanin kafuwar Gusau da haɓakar ta wanda ya ƙunshi tarihin garin Gusau da mutanenta na farko da bunƙasarta da tsarin sarauta da mulki, da kuma tarihin rayuwar sarakuna tun daga jiya har zuwa yau. Haka an kawo bayanai game da ganuwar garin Gusau wadda ta kasance wani ginshiƙi na samar da tsaro a da.

    Shi kuwa Muhammad Isa Talata Mafara (1999).A cikin littafinsa mai taken: "Daular Usmaniyya" ya bayyana irin hanyoyin da sarakuna ke bi domin kare kansu daga abokan gaba, da yadda suke samar da kayan zuwa yaƙi da kuma na kariyar mutuncinsu; Wannan littafi yana ɗauke da bayani a kan yaƙe-yaƙen da Shehu Usmanu danfodiyo ya yi.

    Shi kuwa Aliyu M.Bunza (2006). A cikin littafinsa mai suna "Gadon feÉ—e al'ada" Ya kawo bayani akan "Tsaro da siyasa" Ya ce daga cikin manufar al'ada a rayuwar masu ita akwai samun tsaron kai da kaya, da gudanar da siyasar rayuwa ba cikin takurawa ba.

    Haka kuma. Waya (2000). A cikin littafinta mai suna "Kano da Masarautarta Jiya Da Yau", ta yi bayani akan asalin masarautar Kano da kuma hasashe akan mazaunan farko, da wanzuwar mutane da kafuwar mazauni a Kano, haka kuma ta kawo bayani akan hanyoyin kariyar kai.

    2.1.2 KUNDAYEN BINCIKE

    Hibbatullahi M. Da wasu (2014). Sun yi nazari ne akan matsalolin da ke haifar da ta'addanci a unguwar Sabon Fegi Gusau wanda suka gabatar a Sashen Hausa Tsangayar Harsuna Kwalejin Ilimi da Ƙere-Ƙere ta Gwamnatin Tarayya da ke Gusau Jihar Zamfara. Sun kawo ma'anar kalmar ta'addanci da kuma waɗanda ke yin ta'addanci da abubuwan da ke haifar da ta'addanci, da matsalolin da ta'addanci yake haifarwa. Haka kuma sun kawo hanyoyin yaƙi da ta'addanci, daga ƙarshe kuma sun zo da bayanin hanyoyin da ya kamata abi a samar da jami'an tsaro donmagance matsalar ta'addanci.

    Farfesa M.L. Mayanci (2019) a cikin wata muƙalarsa mai taken: "Converting the Menace of Insecurity in Zamfara State Within 100 days Governor Matawalle". Daga cikin wannan muƙala an yi bayanin mene ne tsaro, inda ya ce tsaro wani babban haƙƙine ga kowace ƙasa baki ɗaya. Ya kuma yi bayanin cewa shi tsaro ya ƙunshi tsaro na mutane da tsaro na dukiya, da tsaro na muhalli, da kuma tsaro na jindaɗin rayuwa. Haka kuma ya bayyana cewa, a cikin kundin tsarin mulki na ƙasa, na shekarar (1999) ya nuna tsaro da walwala ta mutane ya kamata ya zamo mataki na farko da gwamnati za ta yi aiki akai, wato kulawa da shi, domin yawan matsaloli na rashin tsaro da suke faruwa a cikin sassa daban-daban na Najeriya shi ya sa aka kirata da ƙasa marar tsaro, haka kuma an yi yinƙuri daga sassa daban-daban na gwamnati, don a samu a kawar da matsalar rashin tsaro.

    2.2 HUJJAR CIGABA DA BINCIKE

    Idan muka yi la'akari da bayanan da suka gabata, a inda muka yi tankaɗe da rairaye a kan nazarce-nazarcen da aka aiwatar a ƙoƙarin muna kwatanta ƙudurin wannan nazari da abin da magabata a fagen nazari suka aiwatar, za a luracewa har zuwa yanzu ba a ci karo dawani bincike da aka gudanar dangane da yanayin tsaro. A garin Gusau ba. Wanda ke da alaƙa da nawa shi ne na Wada (2014). Shima ya karkatane a garin Ɗandume.     Wannan babin ya fara ne da gabatarwa tare da bayyana irin ayyukan da aka yi bita a binciken da ya gabata, domin waiwaye kan ayyuka masu ƙarin haske, ko kuma masu shige da irin wannan aiki da suka haɗa da bugaggun littattafai masu alaƙa da wannan aiki, da kuma muƙalu, da mujallu, da kuma kundayen bincike, duk waɗannan ayyuka babu mai take guda da wannan aiki, sai dai alaƙa.

    MA'ANAR YANAYI

    Bayaro (2006 : 478) ya bayyana yanayi da cewa hali irin wanda ake ciki, kamar na damina ko sanyi, ko zafi. Haka kuma ya ƙara fassara yanayi da cewa hali irin wanda mutum ke ciki, ko a ce yana fushi, ko farin ciki, misali kamar yadda fuskarsa ya nuna wanda ake iya gani a wannan lokaci.

    Kamar yadda shi ma Ayuba T Abubakar (2015 : 496) ya bayyana yanayi da cewa, hukuncin iska, ko sanyi, ko É—umi, ko damina, ko rani, ko da fannin duniya ya shiga ko ya canza daga wani zamani zuwa wani.

     

     

    MA'ANAR TSARO

    Ayuba T Abubakar (2015: 472) ya bayyana kalmar tsaro da cewa, suna, namiji, wato kare jama'a daga abin da zai cuce su. Ma'aikatan tsaro masu aikin tsare lafiya da dukiyar mutane, haka kuma akwai tsaron ƙasa, kare ƙasa daga illa ko abokan gaba, ko kuma kare kai ko, ƙaddara.

    Bunza A M (2006 : 99) ya bayyana tsaro da siyasa na daga cikin manufar al'adar rayuwar masu ita, akwai samun tsaron kai da kaya da gudanar da siyasar rayuwa, ba cikin takurawa ba. A can da, ƙasar Hausa na fuskantar barazanar maƙiya na ciki da waje. Dalili da haka ne Bahaushe ya ƙirƙiro tsafe-tsafen tsare kansa, da garinsa, da lafiyarsa, da dukiyarsa.

    Binta Musa Hassan (2019 : 176) ta ce, Kalmar tsaro na nufin yin gadi ko kare ko kula ko kiyaye wani ko wasu muhimman abubuwa daga taÉ“uwa da za ta kawo illa ga abin. Ko kuma ajiye ko riÆ™e ko kange ko kulle  wani abu wato dai kariya "CNHN", (2006). Haka kuma kalmar na iya É—aukar ma'anar kula ko kare duk farfajiyar Æ™asa da iyakokinta da arzikinta da kuma kula da lafiyar 'yan Æ™asa da iyalinsu da tarbiyyarsu da kuma samar masu da ayyukan yi "kamar sana'o'i" da yi masu jagoranci na gari da tabbatar da zaman lafiya a tsakaninsu . Yayin da rashin jagoranci na gari da rashin ayyukan yi ga jama'a da aikata manyan laifuka da rigingimu a tsakanin al'umma kan haddasa rashin tsaro da rarrabuwar kawunan al'umma.

     Gusau da Gusau (2012 : 188), sun bayyana cewa, tsaro abu ne da kowace al'umma take da buÆ™ata da shi ; Da zarar aka wayi gari rayuka da dukiyoyin mutane suna fuskantar barazana, to abu ne mawuyaci, ko addini su iya gudanarwa yadda ya kamata. Tabbatar da tsaro ga dukiya da addini, da rayuka, da hankali, da zuri'ar mutane, abu ne da alhakinsa ya É—ora a kan shugabanni.     2. TSARON KURA RAMI

    Bunza A. M (2018: lecture) ya ƙara da cewa, tsaron kura rami, tsaro ne wanda mutanen gari ke taruwa a bakin gari, suyi rami babba musamman don hana miyagun namun daji shigowa cikin gari.

    Bunza A. M (2006:99) ya bayyana cewa tsaron kai shi ne dukkanin wani tsaro da zaka samarwa kanka, domin kariya daga wani haÉ—ari ko farmaki wanda zai iya samun rayuwarka a tafiya, ta yau da kullum. Haka kuma tsaron kai na iya É—aukar dukkanin abin da za ka yi domin samarwa kanka kyakkyawar kulawa da kariya ga duk wani abu da zai cutar da kai.

    4.  TSARON ƘASA

    Bunza A. M (2018: lecture) ya bayyana mana da cewa, wannan shi ne tsaron da ake bayar da cikakkiyar kulawa da shuwagabanni kan yi wajen kare ƙasarsu ko garurukansu daga masu tayar da zaune tsaye, ko kuma domin hana kwace wani ɓamgare na ƙasarsu. Haka kuma tsaro ƙasa shi ne duk wata gudummuwa da shugaba zai bayar domin tabbatar da kariya da bayar da kulawa ga ƙasa domin gujewa farmaki ga abokan gaba da mahawara da kan iya kawowa daga wani ɓamgare.

    5. TSARON DUKIYA

    Bunza A. M (2018: lecture) ya bayyana tsaron dukiya da cewa, wannan tsaro shi ne wanda ake yi domin ba da kulawa da kariya ga dukiyoyin al'umma, domin kare dukiya daga 'yan fashi ko ɓarayi, ko kuma masu yiwa dukiyoyin al'umma, ko gwamnati ɓarna. Haka kuma tsaro ne da aka bayar da kulawa mai muhimmanci, domin dukiya ita ce ƙashin bayan duk wata rayuwar al'umma. Bugu da ƙari, tsaron dukiya tsaro ne wanda ke da matuƙar muhimmanci, domin kare al'umma daga rikice-rikice ko faɗace-faɗace.

    6. TSARON JAMA'A

    Yusuf Wada da wasu (2014) a cikin kundin bincikensu mai taken yanayin tsaro a garin Ɗandume, inda suka bayyana cewa tsaron jama'a shi ne, kasancewar gwamnati ita ce uwar al'umma ta kanyi iya ƙoƙarinta domin ganin ta bayar da kariya da kulawa mai inganci ga jama'a, domin kaucewa rikici ko faɗace-faɗace a cikin gari. Bugu da ƙari, tsaron jama'a shi ne irin kulawar da masu mulki wato shuwagabanni ke bayarwa a kan talakkawansu tare da ƙudurin kawo zaman lafiya a tsakanin al'umma.

    7. TSARON SHUWAGABANNI

    Yusuf Wada da wasu (2014) a cikin kundin bincikensu mai taken yanayin tsaro a garin ÆŠandume, inda suka bayyana cewa tsaron shuwagabanni shi ne tushiya mafarin duk wani tsaro. Wannan shi ne irin tsaron da ake baiwa shuwagabanni tare da cikakkiyar kulawa, da kuma karesu daga mahara. Haka kuma wannan shi ne tsaron da ake ba muhimmanci domin nuna kulawa da bayar da cikkakkiyar kariya ga shuwagabanni domin karesu daga duk wani abu da ke iya cutar da su.

    MA'ANAR GARI

    Bayaro (2006: 159) ya nuna cewa kalmar "gari" na cikin jerin sunaye na maza, jam'i kuwa garuruwa a wani karin harshen a kan ce garuruka ko garurra. Kalmar na nufin wurin da mutane suka zauna suka yi gidaje.

    MA'ANAR KALMAR GUSAU

    Bayaro (2006 : 177) ya bayyana cewa, kalmar na cikin jerin kalmomin suna jinsin mace. Ya kuma nuna kalmar na É—auke da ma'anar : "sunan babban birnin jihar Zamfara.

    Gusau da Gusau (2012 : 1) sun bayyana asali da ma'anar kalmar "Gusau" an samo ta ne daga kalmar "gusa" ko "matsa" waÉ—anda ke nuna gurgusawa ko matsawa daga bagire zuwa wani bagire da ke kusa.

    YANAYIN TSARO A GARIN GUSAU

    4.0 GABATARWA

    Wannan babin zai yi bayani a kan taƙaitaccen tarihin Gusau, da bayani a kan yanayin tsaro na gargajiya da na zamani kamar yadda za mu gani a ciki. Haka kuma an kawo bayani a kan 'yan ta'adda da ire-iren 'yan ta'adda, da kuma abubuwan da ke haifar da ta'addanci a garin Gusau, da illolin da ta'addanci ke haifarwa, tare da kawo bayani game da matsalolin da hukuma ke fuskanta. Babin ba zai kammala ba, sai an zo da irin rawar da al'umma da hukuma ke takawa wajen ganin an magance matsalar ta'addanci a cikin garin Gusau, an kawo muhimmancin tsaro a cikin wannan babi, daga ƙarshe kuma ya zo da naɗewa.

    Garin Gusau gari ne mai faɗi sosai, da kuma albarkatun ƙasa, da sana'o'i kamar noma da kiwo, da kuma sauran hanyoyin bunƙasa tattalin arziki kamar kasuwanci. Haka kuma gari ne wanda yake da yawan al'umma, sannan ga ingantaccen tsarin mulki na gargajiya da na zamani, hakan ya sanya aka bai wa tsaro muhimmanci jiya da yau. A wannan babin za a yi ƙoƙarin gano ko fito da ma'anar tsaro da rabe-raben tsaro da kuma ma'anar ta'addanci da ire-iren daga ƙarshe kuma ya zo da naɗewa.

    4.1 TAƘAITACCEN  TARIHIN GARIN GUSAU

    Gusau (2014: 96) an kafa garin Gusau ne a shekara ta 1811 bayan tasowa daga 'Yandoto a shekara ta 1806.

    Garin Gusau yana ɗaya daga cikin manyan garuruwan tsohuwar jahar Sakkwato, kafin daga bisani ya zama babban birnin Jahar Zamfara a shekarar 1996. Kundin bayanin tarihin ƙasa na 1920 ya nuna, garin yana bisa kan titin Sakkwato zuwa Zariya ne; kilomita 179 tsakaninsa da Zariya, 210 kuma tsakaninsa da Sakkwato. Daga Gabas, ya yi iyaka da ƙasar Katsina daga Kwatarkwashi. Daga Arewa kuma ya yi da ƙasar Ƙaura. A yayin da ya yi wata iyakar daga Yamma, da Bunguɗu. Ta ɓangaren Kudu kuma ya yi da ƙasar Ɗansadau da Tsafe. (Gusau, 1912:7).

    Gusau (2014: 96) ya ƙara cewa, kasancewar almajirin Shehu Usmanu dan Fodiyo, Malam Sambo ɗan Ashafa ya kafa Gusau a shekara ta 1811, wanda yake shi da jama'arsa ba ruwansu da duk harkokin da suka shafi bautar iskoki ko tsafi irin wanda Hausawa ke yi kafin zuwan addinin musulunci. Watau, garin Gusau ba ya da tarihin Jahiliyya. Hakan ta sa duk al'adun Gusawa, al'adu ne irin na Musulunci. Kuma shigowar wasu mutane, wato baƙi a Gusau, ba ta gurɓata waɗannan kyawawan al'adu ba, don kuwa mafi yawan baƙin da ke tahowar Malamai ne na Musulunci da almajirai, Fulani da wasunsu, da kan taho garin don tsira da addininsu, da mutuncinsu, da kuma dukiyarsu.

    Gusau (2014 : 97), haka kuma ya nuna cewa, ta ɓangaren fada kuma, duk umarnin da zai fito daga can, zai kasance ne dabara da abin da Musulunci ya yarda da shi na kyawawan ɗabi'u da al'adu. Musamman kuma da yake, kusan duk Sarakunan da aka yi a garin Malamai ne na addinin Muslunci masu taƙawa da tawali'u. Da wannan shimfiɗa ne, al'adun Gusawa ke gudana dabara da koyarwar addinin Musulunci da kyawawan al'adu irin na Fulani da na Hausa, waɗanda ba su ci karo da Shari'a ba. Irin wancan yanayi na kwararowar baƙi da ƙungiyoyin mutane daban-daban musamman a zamanin Sarkin Katsina Gusau Malam Muhammadu Modibbo "1867 M / 1282 H - 1877 M / 1291 H" Ya sa garin ya sami bunƙasa a cikin ɗan ƙanƙanin lokaci.

    Gusau (2014: 97), ya nuna cewa, samun sukunin gudanar da harkokin addinin Musulunci, waɗanda suka shafi karatu, da karantarwa da kuma ibada ba tare da wata tsangwama ba. Samun cikakken tsaron rayuka da dukiya sakamakon ganuwa da garin yake da ita. A haka sai aka wayi gari, babu abin da ya sha wa mutanen garin kai, sai harkokin karatu da noma da kuma kasuwanci. Nan take kuwa sai haɗuwar waɗannan ginshiƙai, ya samar da wani kyakkyawan yanayi a garin, kuma ga kyakkyawar nagartattar aƙida, da yalwar arziki da kwanciyar hankali, da suka taimaka wajen bunƙasa wannan gari.

    Gusau (2014: 98), ya nuna cewa zuwan Bature da cin ƙasar Hausa da shimfiɗa tsarin ilimin Boko, ya sa wasu al'adu tsiruwa. Ana cikin haka kuma sai ga Shari'ar Muslunci ta sake kunno kai, ta godaben Mujaddadi. Wannan sabon lamari a wannan ƙarni, shi ma ya kawo canje-canje na alhairi a al'dun mutanen garin Gusau a matsayinsa na babban birnin Jiha. Mutane da yawa na halartar masallatai don tafsiri da itikafi fiye da ɗari. Kawo wa yau akwai malamai da dama da suka shahara da gudanar da tafsiri a masallatan Juma'a da wasunsu a garin Gusau.

    Gusau (2014:98) A bisa ƙididdiga da taƙaitawa, garin Gusau a daidai lokacin da ake gudanar da wannan aiki, yana da masarauta ɗaya (1); babban sarki ɗaya, uwayen ƙasa goma sha uku (13); 'yan majalisa goma sha takwas (18). Masallatan Juma'a ashirin da uku (23); ƙananan makarantun boko sittin da huɗu (64); matsakaita kuma Arba'in da uku (43). A yayin da ake da manyan makarantu guda huɗu (4).

    Gusau (2014:99). Haka kuma akwai manyan kasuwanni guda uku (3); kamfunnan kasuwanci kuma ashirin da bakwai (27). A yayin da ake da manyan Malaman addinin Musulunci tsakanin rayayyu da waɗanda suka riga mu gidan gaskiya. Bankunan kasuwanci kuma da na noma akwai guda ashirin da uku (23), a yayin da ake da attajirai, manya da matsakaita, da ƙanana, da masu tasowa kimanin ɗari da talatin da biyar (135), da sauran abubuwa da dama.

    4.1.1 KAFUWAR GUSAU DA BUNƘASARTA

    Gusau da Gusau (2012: 26: 27: 28), sun bayyana cewa, Gusau a zama na biyu, duk da matsalolin da suka kewaye Wonaka, sai da Sarkin Katsina Malam Abdulƙadir ya shekara talatin da uku (33) a Wonaka daga 1827 zuwa 1860.

    A shekarar 1860, Magajin Korau wato Sarkin Katsina na Maraɗi da Magajin Baciri wato Sarkin Gobir na Tsibiri suka yi niyyar su yi wa garin Wonaka zobe tun da safe, daga nan sai Sarki Abdulƙadir suka sami labari, don haka, suka fita zuwa Birnin Rawayya, Sarkin Katsina Abdulƙadir ya shekara biyu, daga 1860 zuwa 1862 da jama'arsa a Birnin Rawayya kafin su koma tsohon wurin zamansu na Gusau.

    Gusau da Gusau (2012: 27:28), sun nuna cewa, a yayin da mutanen Gusau suka sami zama a Rawayya, suka ga sun yi Æ™arfi, sai suka shiga tsananta wa mutanen Rawayya, suka hana su shaÆ™aÆ™at, har ta kai idan Rashi, hakimin Rawayya, ya sa aka yi shela, sai su koma su yi tasu shelar, su warware abin da Rashin ya umarta. Daga nan, sai mutanen Rawayya suka yi shawarar hanyar da za su bi don su fitar da mutanen Gusau daga garinsu. An wani daga cikinsu ya ce, tun da bamu iya cin su da yaÆ™i, ba abin da zai sa su bar garin nan sai gori. A bari sai Sarkin yaÆ™insu ya fita Æ™ilisa bayan gari a rufe Æ™ofofi, in ya yi  magana a mayar masa da baÆ™ar magana. Suka shiryar da haka, kowa ya yarda da wannan shawarar.

    Gusau da Gusau (2012:27:28), haka sun Æ™ara da cewa, bayan wannan shawara, ran nan sai Sarkin YaÆ™i Salihu ÆŠankambo cikin mutanen Wonaka ya fita Æ™ilisa da marece. Ko da ya dawo, sai ya tarar an rufe dukkan Æ™ofofi, ko'ina ya zagaya, sai ya tarar da ita a kulle. Daga nan ya koma Æ™ofar da Sarkin Æ™ofa yake a zaune, ya nemi ya buÉ—e masa ya Æ™i, sai Sarkin Æ™ofa ya ce masa, "Kai gusa ka ba mu wuri na Æ™i buÉ—e maka.  Bayan haka ana nan, sai Sarkin Katsina AbdulÆ™adir suka fita zuwa idi, sai mutanen Rawayya suka rufe Æ™ofofinsu. Mutanen Gusau suka nemi a buÉ—e masu, aka Æ™iya, har ma dai suka yi masu gori da su zarce zuwa garinsu na farko. Daga nan Sarkin YaÆ™i Salihu ÆŠankambo ya É—aura Æ™aya a sirdin dokinsa, ya jawo ta har zuwa tsohon wurinsu, wato 'Yar Gusau, ya buÉ—e hanya ga mutane, amma sai Ya gurguso gabas kaÉ—an da 'Yargusau ya zaÉ“i wuri. Da mutane suka iso aka ci gaba da gyara wuri, aka kafa wa Sarkin Katsina AbdulÆ™adir bukkokinsa, sai kuma na Malam Muhammadu Modibbo da ÆŠangaladima Usamatu da shi kansa Salihu ÆŠankambo da Liman Muhammadu Babba da sauransu. Haka dai mutanen Gusau suka dinga tasowa daga Rawayya suna zuwa suna gyara wuraren zama har suka bar Rawayya kwata-kwata. Da suka dawo wannan wuri sai suka kira shi Gusau.

     4.2 YANAYIN TSARO NA GARGAJIYA

    Tukur Ibrahim S/Rafi (2021), ya nuna cewa, a lokacin da, yadda ake gudanar da tsaro ya sha bamban da yadda ake gudanar da shi a wannan lokacin, saboda a can da garin Gusau duk wani mulki da cikakken iko da bayar da kariya ga al'ummar garin Gusau duk suna a hannun sarakunan gargajiya ne. Kasancewar akwai ƙauyuka da dama da ke ƙarƙashin kulawar garin Gusau kamar Abarma da Tungar Fulani, da Mareri, da Damba da sauransu. A kowane ƙauye akwai mai Unguwa wanda shi ke da alhakin kula da al'ummar wannan yanki, ta ɓangaren tsaron lafiya da dukiyoyinsu baki ɗaya.

    4.2.1 GANUWA DA ƘOFOFIN GUSAU

    Abdulmalik A da Murtala I Gusau (2019: 100) Kamar yadda muka samu tarihi an samar da ganuwa ne sanadiyyar yaƙe-yaƙe da hare-haren da ake fuskanta na wancan zamani. An gina wannan ganuwa da ƙofofinta a lokacin Sarkin Katsinan Gusau Malam Abdulƙadir a shekarar 1863 bayan dawowa Gusau a zama na biyu.

    Bayan mutanen Gusau sun baro Rawayya a shekarar 1862, sai suka dawo Gusau a karo na biyu kamar yadda masana suka bayyana, haka kuma a wani lokaci cikin shekarar 1863 Malam Abdulƙadir ya kai ziyara ga Sarkin Musulmi Amadu ɗan Atiku kuma suka tattauna matsalolin da Gusau ke fuskanta na rashin tsaro, Sarkin Musulmi ya yi umarni ga Sarkin Fulanin Bunguɗu da Sarkin Ƙauran Namoda da mutanen Rawayya da mutanen Kwatarkwashi, cewa su taimaki Malam Abdulƙadir a kewaye garin Gusau da ganuwa. Wannan aiki shi ya tabbatar da dawowar cibiyar masarautar Gusau da zuwa garin Gusau tare da ba da kariya ga mutanen garin, don tabbatar da tsaro.

    Bayan haka kuma a kowace ƙofa da ke a cikin garin Gusau tana da ƙyaure na ƙarfe wanda maƙera na gargajiya suka ƙera a matsayin gambun wannan ƙofa, haka kuma akwai Sarkin ƙofa wato wani mutum da a kan sanya domin kula da wannan ƙofa domin masu shiga da ficen wannan ƙofa.

    Abdulmalik A da Murtala I (2019: 101), sun nuna cewa, a kan gina ganuwa a gari ne, domin kare garin da jama'arsa daga hare-hare da suka yi yawa a wancan lokaci, dalili da haka shi ya sa bayan an gina ganuwa a kan ƙarfafa tsaronta ta hanyar gina rami a bayanta. Wannan rami a kan haƙa shi daga bayan gari kimanin ƙafa goma daga jikin ganuwar, kuma ana cika shi da duwatsu da ƙayoyi ta yadda mutum ko doki na zai iya bi ta cikinsa ba. Bayan an kammala ginin ganuwa a gari, an samar da ƙofofi waɗanda ta cikinsu ne kawai ake shigowa cikin gari, dan haka kowace ƙofa da sunan da aka raɗa mata bisa wani dalili ko munasaba. Kusan dukkan tsofaffin birane a ƙasar Hausa waɗanda aka kafa kafin jihadi ko bayan jihadi suna da ganuwa, misalin irin waɗannan garuruwa sun haɗa; garin 'Yan doto, Kano, Katsina, Alkalawa, Bauchi, Birnin Kebbi, Zariya da Daura duk suna da ganuwa.

Ginin ganuwar ya faru ne a lokacin Sarkin Katsinan Gusau Malam Abdulƙadir a zamanin Sarkin Musulmi Amadu ɗan Atiku.

    1. ƘOFAR KWATARKWASHI

    A binciken da muka yi a kan ƙofar Kwatarkwashi mun samu bayanai daga masana sun tabbatar mana da samuwar wannan ƙofa kuma sun faɗi daidai inda ƙofar take, tana nan wurin tsohuwar MTD kusa da tankin ruwa da ke sabon gari. Ita wannan ƙofa babba ƙofa ce, wadda mutanen Kwatarkwashi ke shigowa zuwa cikin tsakkiyar garin Gusau. A lokacin da aka gina ganuwa, an buɗe wannan ƙofa ne saboda mutanen Kwatarkwashi da ke shigowa Gusau domin, hulɗoɗin kasuwanci da cinikayya da sauran mu'amaloli yau da kullum, haka ya sa aka saka mata suna ƙofar Kwatarkwashi, Bello Aliyu Ɗanmaituwo (2020).

    2. Ƙofar Katsaura

    Ƙofar Katsaura ɗaya ce daga cikin ƙofofin Gusau, mazaunin wannan ƙofa yana nan cikin Unguwar Toka a yanzu. Mun tuntubi mutane mazauna wurin da dama game da wannan ƙofa, a inda muka samu ra'ayoyi mabanbanta a kan asalin sunan wannan ƙofar. Da farko mun yi hira da Alhaji Shehu Ɗan Moriki mai shekaru saba'in da huɗu (74) ya tabbatar mana da cewa ƙofar tana nan a Unguwar Toka daidai kusa da gidan Baba Ɗan kantoma. Ya bayyana mana cewa asalin kalmar Katsaura sunan wani bawan Allah ne mai suna Katsaura mutumin Nahuce ne. Shehu Ɗan Moriki (2020).

    3. ƘOFAR RAWAYYA

    Ƙofar Rawayya kamar ƙofar Kwatarkwashi take an kafa ta ne saboda mutanen Rawayya, su ke shigowa ta wannan ƙofa idan sun zo kasuwanci Gusau, haka mutanen Gusau idan zasu tafi Rawayya ta wannan ƙofa suke bi.     4. ƘOFAR JANGE

    Ƙofar Jange asalin muhallin da ƙofar take mashaya ce wato wuri ne da yake magudanar ruwa mutane na ɗibar ruwa a wurin kuma suna shayar da dabbobinsu. Jange sunan wani mutum ne mayaƙi, Jarumi, maharbi da ke zaune a wurin yana farautar namun daji.     5. ƘOFA MATSATTSA

    Ƙofa Matsattsa mazauninta yana nan a Marnar Talikai gaba da injinin niƙa kusa da makarantar Allo ta Malam Sanda. An yi wannan ƙofa ne a sanadiyyar wani mutum da ake kira "Kako" (Kakan su Sanata Hassan Nasiha da Muhammadu Buwai) mutumin Katsina ne ya fito daga 'Yan Tumaki. Mun yi hira da wani mutum mai suna Muhammadu Nakungun mai shekaru ɗari da 'yan kai yana nan zaune a Marnar Talikai, sunan kakansa Muhammadu Ɗan mairi shi ne wanda ya yi tsaron wannan ƙofa ta Matsattsa.     6. ƘOFAR MANI

    Abdulmalik A da Murtala I Gusau (2019 : 109) Ƙofar Mani na É—aya daga cikin Æ™ofofin Gusau, ta samu sunanta ne daga wani mutum da ake kira Mani, haka kuma an sakawa sunan unguwar Æ™ofar Mani. Kamar yadda bincike ya nuna, Æ™ofar Mani tana nan a hanyar zuwa Kanwurin Sarki, idan ka matsa kaÉ—an zaka cimma Ƙofar Mani daidai  wata kasuwa, a gefe kuma akwai tsohon gidan Mani inda ake sayar da hatsi.

    7. ƘOFAR TUBANI

    Ƙofar Tubani tana dab da gidan Malam Muhammad Noma kusa da injinin niÆ™a dab da wata Æ™aramar gada da kuma makarantar Islamiyya da  Gangaren Na Dumau. Haka kuma akwai tsohon gidan Dumau yana nan kusa da Æ™ofar, amma a wancan lokacin gidan yana cikin baici ne. Asalin sunan Æ™ofar an samo shi ne daga wani mutum da ake kira da suna Tubani, shi manomi ne, sai dai zuwa wannan lokaci babu sauran birbishin zuri'arsa. A halin yanzu, mun samu waÉ—ansu bayanai ne daga wani dattijo mai suna Sani Madugu mai shekaru tamanin da biyar (85), da kuma wani mutum mai suna Sani ÆŠankwamma mai kimanin shekaru saba'in da biyar (75).

    8. ƘOFAR DOKAU

    Abdulmalik A da Murtala I Gusau (2019 : 111) Ƙofar Dokau ko Dogo? An sami saɓani dangane da sunan wannan ƙofa. A ruwayar wasu marubuta da suka wallafa littatafai da ke ɗauke da tarihin Gusau sun kawo cewa sunan ƙofar ita ce, ƙofar Dogo ba Dokau ba. Kamar yadda muka ba da bayanai ana raɗa wa ƙofa suna ne a sanadiyyar wata a salsala ko munasaba, idan muka duba tsofaffin garuruwa dukkan ƙofofinsu suna da wata munasaba da ta sa aka raɗa masu suna. Haka abun yake anan garin Gusau ƙofofin namu sun samu ne sanadiyyar wasu dalilai. Dalilin da yasa ake kiranta da wannan suna Ƙofar Dokau saboda samun wani gari da ake kira Dokau shiyasa ake kiranta da wannan suna Ƙofar Dokau.

    9. ƘOFAR GOJE

    Abdulmalik da Gusau (2019: 113), kamar yadda muka yi wannan bincike akwai wannan ƙofa ta Goje, amma cikin binciken da muka yi ba mu samu tabbacin inda wannan ƙofa take ba. Bayan haka kuma duk mutanen da muka tuntuɓa suna faɗa mana cewa Gusau tana da ƙofofi har guda tara (9) amma ba su san inda muhallin wannan ƙofa take ba, saboda haka wannan ƙofa mutanen mu saboda sakaci da riƙon sakainar kashi tarihin wannan ƙofa ya kucce masu. Dan haka a iya binciken da muka yi bamu samu tabbacin inda wannan ƙofa take.

    Dukkan waɗannan ƙofofi an yi su ne domin tabbatar da tsaro a garin Gusau. Haka kuma dangane da kulawa da ake yi daga mahara akwai wata hasumiya da ake amfani da ita domin hango mahara, wasu kuwa suna tsaron ƙofofin idan na saman hasumiyar suka hango ayari ko runduna tafe, musamman mayaƙa, sai su buga ƙugen yaƙi domin sanar da sauran jama'a, su kuwa 'yan dakon da suke a bakin ƙofa suke da alhakin buɗewa ko rufewa ga duk wani baƙo da zai shigo a cikin garin, domin kare barazanar 'yan samame da mahara. Haka kuma duk wanda almuru ta yi masa a wajen bakin ƙofa to ba zai shiga garin ba sai gari ya waye.

    Kafin zuwan Turawan mulkin mallaka sarakuna sune gaba wajen yin ayuka, kai tsaye a matsayin shuwagabanni a masarautunsu. Don haka suke da hakkin tabbatar da tsaro, ke nan su ne wuƙa su ne nama a wannan ɓamgaren. Haka su ke ba da muƙamai kamar Dakarai ko Jarumai da ke ƙarƙashinsu domin su ba da kulawa da kuma kariya ga al'umma, da dukiyoyinsu, dama gari baki ɗaya.

    Yusuf Wada da wasu (2014 : 17), sun bayyana cewa, duk waɗannan dogarai da aka zayyana babban aikin su, shi ne bayar da cikakkiyar kariya da tsaron lafiyar sarki, da wani abu ya samu sarki gara su rasa rayuwarsu, haka kuma waɗannan mutane suna da asiri iri daban-daban saboda ƙoƙarin kulawa da sarki, sannan sauran dogarai sukan zagaya a cikin gari domin kula da irin abubuwan da ke faruwa a cikin gari, ma'ana suna kwantar da duk wata hayaniya, da sasanta tsakanin talakawa, da kuma kawo rahoto ga sarki, a kan irin abubuwan da su ke faruwa a cikin gari.

    4.3 YANAYIN TSARO NA ZAMANI

    Yusuf Wada da wasu (2014:19), a cikin kundin bincikensu mai taken "yanayin tsaro jiya da yau a garin Ɗandume. Sun bayyana cewa, a yau (wato wannan zamani) yadda ake gudanar da tsaro ya sha bamban da yadda ake gudanar da shi a da, saboda tsaro a yau ya ta'allaƙa ne kacokan a hannun gwamnati (ma'ana a irin mulki na zamani) domin a yau gwamnati ita ce ke da wuƙa da nama a wajen gudanar da aikin tsaro.

    Kamar yadda muka sani cewa ana gudanar da tsaro ta amfani da ma'aikatan tsaro da gwamnati kan É—aukar aiki, musamman don haka. Irin waÉ—annan ma'aikata sun haÉ—a da 'yan sanda da sojoji da sauran ma'aikatan tsaro. Su ne waÉ—anda gwamnati kan É—auka kuma take biyansu albashi, domin su tabbatar da bin doka da kuma tabbatar da tsaro a garin Gusau.

    Haka kuma ana gudanar da tsaro ta hanyar amfani da sarakunan gargajiya. Haka kuma dogarai amfaninsu ya tsaya ne ga tsaron sarakunan gargajiya. Su kansu sarakunan ana amfani da su domin tsawata wa mutanensu idan buƙatar hakan ta taso domin kuwa har yanzu ana girmama sarakuna a garin Gusau. Haka kuma ƙungiyoyin 'yansakai suna taka muhimmiyar rawa ta fuskar tsaro a yau. Irin waɗannan ƙungiyoyin sun haɗa da 'yanbanga (Vigilante) da masu gadi. Haka kuma masu kuɗi kan taimaka, wa irin waɗannan ƙungiyoyin na 'yansakai da kayan aiki kamar su takalma da fitilu da kayan saƙi (Uniform) da sauran abubuwan da suke buƙata.

    Kasancewar gwamnati ke da wuƙa da nama a harkar tsaro a yau, takan yi ƙoƙarin samar da kayan aiki irin na zamani tare da kulawa da jami'an tsaro don tabbatar da cikakken tsaro ga al'umma da dukiyoyinsu, ta kuma samar da duk wani abin da jami'an tsaro ke buƙata ta fuskar aikinsu tare da kulawa da jindaɗinsu domin su samar da cikakkiyar kariya ga al'umma daga duk wata barazana da ka iya tusgowa ta fuskar tsaron lafiya da dukiyoyi.

    A yanzu akwai tsaron iyakar garin Gusau wanda wasu nau'o'in jami'an tsaro ke gudanarwa. Aikinsu shi ne kula da masu shiga da fice (Immigration Service), kamar yadda aikin Sarkin ƙofa yake a da. Sannan akwai kuma masu kula da shige da ficen kaya (Custom) domin hana miyagun kaya shigowa kamar ƙwayoyi a cikin garin Gusau. Bayan haka kuma gwamnati kan raba ayyukan tsaro zuwa sassa daban daban don sauƙaƙa aikin tsaro, kamar turasu a Unguwanni daban-daban da ke a cikin garin Gusau.

    A garin Gusau a wannan zamani akwai masu gudanar da aikin tabbatar da zaman lafiya iri daban-daban da suka haÉ—a da jami'an tsaro na gwamnati, da kuma na 'yansakai, da suke aikin tabbatar da tsaro ga rayuka, da dukiyoyin al'umma, da shuwagabanni baki É—aya.

    4.3.1 KAYAN DA AKE AMFANI DA SU.

     A yau kayan aikin da ake amfani da su, a sha'anin tsaro sun sha bamban da waÉ—anda ake amfani da su a lokacin da, wannan kuwa ya faru ne saboda irin cigaban da ake samu a Duniya ta fuskar kimiya da fasaha. Kayan da ake amfani da su a yau suna da yawa, amma ga kaÉ—an daga cikin su.

    4.4 SU WA YE 'YAN TA'ADDA?

    Hibbatullahi da wasu (2014 : 27), a cikin kundin bincikensu mai taken "Nazari a kan matsalolin da ke haifar da ta'addanci a unguwar Sabon Fegi Gusau. Sun yi bayanin cewa 'yan ta'adda su ne waÉ—anda ke tayar da zaune tsaye, ta hanyar tashe-tashen hankulla a cikin al'umma, wato ta hanyar yin faÉ—ace-faÉ—ace ko kawo rikici a cikin al'umma. Su waÉ—annan 'yan 'ta'adda, sukan iya tayar da tashin hankali ne haka kawai ko kuma kawo rikici na siyasa a cikin al'umma da sauransu.

    4.4.1 IRE-IREN 'YAN TA'ADDA

    4.4.2 AYYUKAN 'YAN TA'ADDA

    Ba za a rasa wasu ayyuka da 'yan ta'adda ke yi ba, musamman ayyuka marassa kan gado wato ayyuka marassa kyau a harkokinsu na yau da kullum a cikin al'umma. Misali: idan 'yanta'adda suna jin yunwa sukan fito farauta a cikin gari lungu da saƙo, haka kuma, duk wanda suka samu yaro ko babba za su ƙwace abin da ke hannunsa, misali abinci ne ko kuɗi ko kuma wayar hannu.

    4.4.3 ABUBUWAN DA KE HAIFAR DA TA'ADDANCI

     1. Rashin kyakkyawar tarbiyya

    Yusuf Umar Auta (2021). Wannan kusan ana iya cewa yana ɗaya daga cikin dalilan da suka hardasa wannan baƙar ɗabi'a shi ne babban dalili da ke saka matasa a cikin sha'anin harkar ta'addanci. Sau da yawa yaro zai taso a gaban iyayensa sai su saka masa ido ba su kula da tarbiyyarsa ko don gudun ɓacin ransa ko don nuna soyayya ga yaran. Wannan lamari na rashin kula da tarbiyya yara shi ke sa idan yara suka girma suka zama matasa ba su tsoro ko shakkun kowa, kuma sai su aikata abin da suka ga dama.

    Irin wannan lamari iyaye ne suke yin ko - oho ga lamarin kula da yaransu, wato ba su kai su makarantu kamar na addini da na zamani kuma ba su tsawatawa idan yaran suka aikata abin da ba daidai ba. Idan kuwa iyaye ba su tsawata na yaro ba, saboda lalacewar tarbiyyar yaro zaka tarar baya ganin girman iyayensa ban lantana yaga girman kowa idan suka tashi aikata wani abu ko da ba mai kyau ba ne. Saboda haka da wannan lamari na rashin tarbiyya yana daga cikin dalilan da suke hardasa wannan lamari na ta'addanci.

    2. Jahilci

    Hussaini Muhammad (2020). Dalilin da yasa nace jahilci shi ke kawo ta'addanci a cikin al'umma, saboda duk inda aka ce al'umma ta rasa ilimi to tabbas wannan al'ummar ta gurɓata. Ba wani jindaɗi da zai wanzu a cikin wannan al'ummar saboda bata da ilimin da zata yi amfani da shi don gyara al'umma a kan tafarki mai kyau, jahilci yana da illolin da dama da suke zama barazana a wajen al'umma baki ɗaya tun daga matasa dattawa da sauran al'umma baki ɗaya.

    3. Shaye - shayen miyagun ƙwayoyi

    Alkali Bashir Mahe (2020). Shaye-shayen miyagun ƙwayoyi yana daga cikin dalilan da suke hardasa ta'addanci. Saboda idan muka lura za mu ga cewa, ba kowa ne zai iya aikata wani aiki na ta'addanci a bainar jama'a ba, ba tare da ya kawar da hankalinsa ba. Sheye - shaye wani lamari ne na shan kayan barasa (maye) don kawar da hankalin wanda yasha. Haka kuma shaye-shaye yana iya zama wani yanayi na shan ƙwayoyi ko sinadari da zai kawar da hankalinsa ɗan wani lokaci, wannan yanayi na shan kayan maye domin kawar da hankali da aikata wani abu mararsa kyau galibi matasa ne ke yinsa, kuma sukan sha kayan mayen ne idan za su aikata wani lamari na ta'addanci kamar sare - sare ko zage - zage ko tashin hankalin jama'a.     Hamisu Halliru (2021). Rashin adalci, idan muka diba za mu ga cewa, hukuma ita kanta tana daga cikin manyan dalilan da suka sanya matasa cikin lamarin ta'addanci. Hukuma ta bayar da gagarumar gudummawa wajen samar wa ta'addanci gindin zama a cikin al'umma, saboda gazawa wajen samar wa matasa aikin yi da kuma yi masu hukuncin da ya dace a lokacin da suka aikata aikin ta'addanci. Rashin adalcin da hukuma ke yi wajen hukunta wanda ya aikata ta'addanci sai a sake shi da zaran aka ba su kuɗi. Wani lokaci kuma sai a gaya ma jami'an tsaro cewa yaron manya ne, su sa ke shi ko a raba su da aikinsu. Wannan duk sakacin hukuma ne da take da shi wajen hukunta mai laifi, kuma wannan yana ƙara wa yaran ƙwarin guiwar sake aikata mummunan ta'addanci.

    4.4.4 KALMOMIN ‘YAN TA'ADDA

    'Yanta'adda Kamar yadda muka sani cewa ba za a rasa wasu kalmomi da suke amfani da su ba, a matsayin ɓad da sau. Su na amfani da salon magana ko, karin magana ko, kuma zaurance haka kuma idan muka duba yadda ilimin ma'ana ya ke zuwa da kalmomi masu sarƙaƙƙiya ta yadda dole sai an walwala ma'anar wannan kalma.

    Misalin irin wannan kalmomin da suke amfani da su, sun haÉ—a da:

    1- (An kar - an kar) ana nufin a kiyaye.

    2- (Ga lakwaye na tafe) idan aka ga jami'an tsaro tafe.

    Ibrahim Mahe (2020). Rashin tsaro a cikin garin Gusau, ya haifar da taɓarɓarewar kasuwanci a cikin garin Gusau, za a tarar da shagona a rufe da ƙananan Kasuwanni a rufe, a kan matsalar da ke faruwa ta, ta'addanci a cikin wannan gari na Gusau.

    Haka kuma, illar ta'addanci ya haifar da durƙushewar ilimi a cikin garin Gusau, musamman irin yadda aka rufe makarantun sakandare da Furamare, yara su na zaune a gida su na zaman banza zaman kashe wando, muna roƙon Allah ya kawo muna zaman lafiya mai ɗorawa.

    4.5 MATSALOLIN DA TSARO YAKE FUSKANTA WAJEN AL'UMMA DA JAMI'AN TSARO

Rashin bayar da kyakkyawar kulawa ga wanda ya jikita ko ya rasa rayuwarsa a wajen aikinsa; mafi akasari gwamnati nayi da kaine idan kana da lafiya da zarar an ce ka naƙasa to shi ke nan sai ajefar da kai, an riga anci muriyar ganga, haka ga iyalan wanda ya rasa rayuwarsa a wajen gudanar da aikinsa da zarar aka ba su kuɗin sallama shi ke nan babu wani tallafi da za a sake ba su.

    Matsalar rashin muhalli. Wani lokaci aikin kantaso da za a nemi ma'aikaci da gaugawa, amma saboda inda yake zaune ba kusa da wajen aikinsa bane zai yi wuya a samu damar haɗa ma'aikata fiye da goma a cikin ɗan ƙan ƙanin lokaci. Haka kuma akwai

    4.6 RAWA DA JAMA'A KE TAKAWA WAJEN KAWAR DA AYYUKAN TA'ADDANCI

    Al'umma na iya ƙoƙarinsu na wajen ganin al'ummar garin nan ta gyaru, musamman idan muka diba ƙoƙarin da iyaye keyi wajen tabbatar da al'umma sun samu kyakkyawar tarbiya.

    1. Kai rahoto ga jami'an tsaro a lokacin da abun yake faruwa

    2. Iyaye sukan kira É—iyansu domin ba su shawarwari tare da yi masu nasiha

    3. Haka kuma a kan samar masu da aikin yi kamar turasu a gona da samar masu sana'a domin hana su zaman banza.

    4. Haka kuma malamai sukan taka rawa wajen ganin an samu nagar tacciyar al'umma.

    5. Haka kuma akwai Hakimi da mai Unguwa da dattawan Unguwa, da limamai su kan taka rawa wajen ganin al'umma sun samu kyakkyawar tarbiyya.

    6. Daga ƙarshe kuma akwai hukuma mai zaman kanta domin kawar da ɓata gari a cikin garin Gusau. Kamar hukumar Hizba.

    4.6.1 RAWA DA HUKUMA KE TAKAWA WAJEN KAWAR DA AYYUKAN TA'ADDANCI

    Hukuma ta kan bi hanyoyi da dama wajen ganin ta ɗauki mataki ga ayyukan 'yan ta'adda domin tabbatar da samun zaman lafiya a cikin gari Gusau. Da farko dai hukuma ta kan bi hanyoyin samar da kayan aiki ga ma'aikatan tsaro, domin su gudanar da aikin su yadda ya kamata, haka kuma hukuma ta kan ɗauki matakin hana kai ma 'yan'ta'adda miyagun ƙwayoyi irin na shaye-shaye, da kuma ɗaukar matakin duk wanda aka kama da makami a hannun shi za a kamashi, bayan haka hukuma ta kan bi hanyoyin tura jami'an tsaro a cikin gari, domin tabbatar samun kwanciyar hankali, tare da tura 'yan leƙen asiri a cikin unguwanni daban-daban, domin su sanya ido ga al'umma, haka kuma hukuma ta kan ɗauki matakin duk wanda zai shigo cikin garin Gusau, sai an bincike shi, ina ya fito kuma ina zaya tafi, sannan kuma suna binciken kayan da aka ɗauko a cikin mota. Hukuma ta kanbi hanyoyi da dama, domin ganin an tabbatar da samun tsaro a cikin garin Gusau, daga ƙarshe kuma hukuma ta kan taka rawa wajen bayar da shawarwari ga matasa da kuma al'umma baki ɗaya.

    4.7 MUHIMMANCIN TSORO A GARIN GUSAU

    Tsaro shi ne ginshiƙin duk wani cigaba, domin kuwa babu wani cigaba da za'a iya samu idan har akwai fargaba a zukatan 'yan gari. Haka kuma ta hanyar tsaro ne gwamnati ta ke tabbatar da abin doka ga 'yan gari, sannan yana daga cikin ma'aunin da ake auna cigaban gwamnati da ta samu ko akasin haka, ta hanyar tsaro ne a yau ake kare lafiyar 'yan gari, ta hanyar hanasu shaye-shaye na miyagun ƙwayoyi. Haka kuma ana kula da irin kayan da ake shigowa da su a cikin gari, ta haka gwamnati kan samu kuɗaɗen shiga ta hanyar tsaro, domin akwai harajin da ake sanyawa, a wasu daga cikin sana'o'in kayan da ake shigowa da su, sannan daga baya a baka izinin shiga gari.

    Haka nan ma yakan kawo haÉ—in kai ga ma'aikatan tsaro, domin kuwa sukan zama tsintsiya maÉ—aurinki É—aya a kowa ne lokaci don tabbatar da aikin su. Haka nan ta hanyar tsaro,  jama'a da dama sun sami aikin yi, domin kuwa a yanzu a kan bayar da albashi ne ga dukkan ma'aikatan tsaro, wanda hakan ya taimaka wajen hana zaman banza a cikin al'umma.

     

    4.8 NAÆŠEWA

    Kamar yadda muka kammala wannan babin, ya fara ne da gabatarwa tare da bayani a kan yanayin tsaro na gargajiya da na zamani, haka kuma an kawo  ire-iren 'yan ta'adda da kuma abubuwan da ke haifar da ta'addanci, da kuma irin kalmomin da 'yan ta'adda ke amfani da su, domin sakaya zancen su na yau da kullum, da illolin da ayyukan ta'addanci yake haifarwa, haka kuma an bayyana irin matsalolin da tsaroyake fuskanta da, kuma bayani a kan irin rawar da al'umma da hukuma ke takawa wajen ganin an magance matsalar ta'addanci a garin Gusau daga Æ™arshe kuma an kawo muhimmancin tsaro a garin Gusau.


    BABI NA BIYAR

    SAKAMAKON BINCIKE:

    5.0 GABATARWA

    A wannan babi na biyar, mai taken sakamakon bincike, za a duba muhimman abubuwa kamar haka: Sakamakon bincike, Ta’arifin wasu kalmomi na (Rataye), da shawarwarin da za a kawo da suka shafi wannan bincike.

    5.1 SAKAMAKON BINCIKE

    A wannan babi za a yi bayani ne a kan sakamakon da aka samu a wannan bincike da aka gudanar. Sakamako yana nufin abun da aka gano sanadiyar wani bincike da ake gudanarwa ko gwaji (Asibiti ko makaranta). Sakamakon bincike a fagen ilimi yana nufin abun da wani malami ko É—alibi ya gano ko masana suka gano wajan wani bincike da suke gudanarwa. Wannan bincike da aka gudanar an gano abubuwa  muhimmai kamar haka:

    1. A cikin wannan bincike da aka gudanar an gano cewa yanayin tsaro ya samo asali ne daga sarakunan gargajiya, tun a lokacin da.

    2. Wannan bincike ya gano cewa a da, sarakuna su ke da alhakin samar da tsaro ga al'ummarsu.

    3. Haka kuma a yayin gudanar da wannan bincike an zaƙulo wasu keɓaɓɓun kalmomi da yan ta'adda ke amfani da su domin kawar tunanin jami'an tsaro ko jama'a.

    4. Bugu da ƙari wannan bincike ya gano wasu tsofaffin ƙofofin garin Gusau, waɗanda ake amfani da su a da wajen tsare garin.

    5. Haka kuma binciken ya bayyana irin matakan da al'umma ke bi wujen ganin an magance yaduwar ayyukan ta'addanci.

    6. Duba da kutsen zamani kuwa, binciken ya gano cewa a yanzu yanayin samar da tsaro ya koma a hannun jami'an tsaro da wasu hukomi.

    7. Har ila yau binciken ya bayyana irin yadda jami'an tsaro su ke jajircewa wajen ganin an kawar da yaÉ—uwar ayyukan ta'addanci, tare da samar da tsaro ga al'umma.

    8. Haka kuma wannan bincike ya gano garin Gusau, a lokacin da tana da ƙofofi har guda tara, amma saboda rikon sakainar kashi da kuma sakaci da sukayi wa ƙofa guda (1), ta ɓace ba a san inda mazaunin wannan ƙofa take ba.

    5.2 RATAYE

    A wannan É“angaren za a kawo ta’arifin wasu kalmomi na rataye, keÉ“aÉ“É“un kalmomi na nufin wasu kalmomi ko alamomin magana da wasu Æ™ungiyoyi ko mutane ke amfani da su wajen gudanar da harkokin su na yau da kullum.

    1. Tsikata; wato gitta wata abu ce mai kamar gatari, sai dai ita tsikata tana da tsini daga bayanta, a gabanta kuma tana da faÉ—i, ita ma ana amfani da ita wajen sara ko suka.

    2. Gariyo; ƙarfe ne mai kama da lauje yana da lankwasa a gaba kuma yana da kaifi daga waje, shima ana amfani da shi waje sara ko jan wuyan abokan gaba.

    3. Majaujawa; wata igiya ce da ake sakawa takaba ana ƙullata cikin hikima sai ayi mata gurbi da za a iya sanya dutsi domin yin jefa mai nisa.

    4. Baka ; wato kibau, wani abu ne mai lankwasa wanda ake ɗaurawa igiya mai ƙwari, ana amfani da shi wajen harba kibiya.

    5. Garkuwa; wani makari ne da ake yi da fata ko kuma baƙin ƙarfe wanda ake amfani da shi domin kare sara ko suka, musamman a harbin kibiya, ko sukar mashi, ko sarar takobi.

    6. Sulke; wata riga ce, ta saƙa a kan sanyata a jiki, domin tare sara ko sukar jikin mutum.

    7. Gora; wani icce ne da ake shukawa yana da ƙullutu a ƙasansa, ana amfani da shi wajen yin duka.

    8. Takobi; wani dogon ƙarfe ne mai kama wuƙa, sai dai shi yafi wuƙa tsawo, yana da kaifi ciki da waje, mafi akasari ana yin sa ne da farin ƙarfe.

    9. Mashi; wani ƙarfe ne dogo mai tsini daga saman sa, ana amfani da shi wajen suka ga abokan gaba, a fagen yaƙi.

     

     

    5.3 SHAWARWARI

    Shawara ba a fagen bincike kaɗai take ba ko a harkokin mu na yau da kullum tana da mutuƙar muhimmanci ɗari bisa ɗari. Wannan ne muka ga yakamata a matsayin mu, na ɗalibai da muke gudanar da wannan bincike na yanayin tsaro a garin Gusau, domin mu isar da shawarwarin mu ga masana da ɗalibai, da malamai, da gwamnati, da ƙungiyoyin tsaro, da manazarta al'ummomi da ke gudanar da aikin tsaro.

    1. Yakamata hukumar jami'an tsaro ta ƙara ƙyami wajen sa ido ga jami'anta domin ganin sun gudanar da ayyukansu yadda yakamata.

    2. Haka kuma iyaye su bada kyakkawar kulawa ga Æ´aÆ´ansu, tare da basu tarbiya da ilimin addani da na boko.

    3. Har ila yau gwamnati yakamata ta samar da ayyukan yi ga matasa, domin magance zaman kashe wando wanda shi ne ummul aba isin ayyukan asha.

    4. Iyayenmu sarakuna na da rawar da su ke iya takawa wajen ganin a magance yaduwar ayyukan ta'addanci ta hanyar amfani da wasu daga cikin sarautu na gargajiya kamar: sarkin samari, sarkin baki, da ƴan rahoto/ ƙamshin gari.

    5. A karshe yakamata gwamnati ta yi amfani da yan banga da duk wani wanda yake iya taka rawar a zo a gani wurin ganin an magance ayyukan ta'addanci, ta hanyar yi masu ihisani.

    5.4 NAÆŠEWA
