    TAƘAITACCEN TARIHIN GUSAU DA SANA’O’INTA

    “DA ƊAN GARI AKAN CI-GARI”

     

    3.0 GABATARWA

    Wannan babi zai yi magana ne a kan taƙaitaccen tarihin Gusau, da mutanen garin da ke ciki, domin a san su ko waɗanne irin mutane ne, haka kuma wannan babi zai yi magana a kan ma’anar sana’a da ire-iren sana’o’in mutanen garin Gusau da suka haɗa da Noma da Ƙira da Fawa, Wanzanci da kuma Su (kamun kifi) da sauransu.

     

    Haka kuma wannan babi zai yi magana a kan ma’anar sarauta, da amfanin sarauta da matsalolin sarauta, da kuma ire-iren sarautun gargajiya da suka haɗa da: Sarautar Noma da Sarautar Ƙira da Sarautar Fawa da Sarautar Aska, da kuma sarautar Ruwa.

     

    3.1 TAƘAITACCEN TARIHIN GARIN GUSAU

    “Gusau ta Sambo Dandin Hausa”

    Gusau ta Malam sambo kowa ya zo abi nai shi gusa”. An kafa garin Gusau a shekarar (1811), garin Gusau na ɗaya daga cikin manyan garuruwan tsohuwar jahar Sakkwato, kafin daga bisani ya zama babban birnin jahar Zamfara a shekarar (1996) yadda kundin bayanin ƙasa na shekara (1920) ya nuna garin yana bisa kan titin Sakkwato zuwa Zariya ne, kilomita (179) tsakaninsa da zariya (210), kuma tsakaninsa da Sakkwato. Daga gabas ya yi iyaka da ƙasar Katsina da Kwatarkwashi, daga Arewa, kuma ya yi iyaka da Bunguɗu ta ɓangaren kudu kuma ya yi iyaka da ƙasar Ɗansadau da kuma Tsafe (Gusau, 1979:7).

     

    Malam Sambo Ɗan Ashafa shi ne ya kafa garin Gusau wanda yake shi da jama’arsa ba ruwansu da harkokin da suka shafi bautar iskoki, ko tsafi, irin wanda Hausawa ke yi kafin zuwan addinin Musulunci, Garin Gusau baya da tarihin jahiliya. Haka tasa duk al’adun Gusauwa al’adu ne irin na Musulunci, kuma shigowar wasu mutane wato baƙi a garin na Gusau ba ta gurɓata waɗannan kyawawan al’adun ba, don kuwa mafi yawan baƙin da ke zuwa Malamai ne na Musulunci da Almajirai, Fulani da wasunsu da kan zo garin don tsira da addininsu da mutuncinsu da kuma dukiyarsu.

     

    Ta ɓangaren faɗa kuwa, duk Umarnin da zai fito zai kasance na da dabra da abin da musulinci ya yadda da shi na, kyawawan ɗabi’u da al’adu musamman, kuma da yake, kusan duk sarakunan da aka yi a garin Malamai ne na Musulunci masu taƙawa da tawali’u.

     

    Da wannan shinfiɗa ne al’adun garin Gusau ke gudana dabra da koyarwar addinin musulunci da kyawawan al’adu irin na Fulani da Hausawa waɗanda basuci karo da shari’a ba.

     

    Irin wannan yanayi ne kwararowa baƙi da ƙungiyoyin mutane daban-daban musamman a zamanin Sarkin Katsinan Gusau Malam Muhammadu Modibbo (1867m/1282h – 1877m 1291h) tasa garin ya samu bunƙasa a cikin ƙanƙanin lokaci.

     

    Samun sukunin gudanar da harkokin addinin Musulunci waɗanda suka shafi karatu da karantarwa da kuma ibada batare da wata tsangwama ba. Samun cikakken tsaro ga rayuka da dukiya sakamakon ganuwa da garin yake da shi. A haka sai aka wayi gari babu abin da ya shama mutanen garin Gusau kai sai harkokin karatu da noma da kuma kasuwanci.

     

    Nan take sai haɗuwar waɗannan ginshiƙan rayuwa guda uku a wuri ɗaya ya samar da wani kyakkyawan yanayi a garin da kuma samar da nagartattar aƙida da yalwar arziki da kwanciyar hankali suka kama ƙasa suka bunƙasa a garin.

     

    Zuwan Bature da cinsa, ƙasar Hausa da shinfiɗa tsarin ilimin boko, yasa wasu al’adu tsiruwa. Ana cikin haka sai ga shari’ar Musulunci ta sake kunno kai ta godaben Tajdidi wannan sabon lamari a wannan ƙarni shi ma ya kawo canje – canje na al’heri ga al’adun mutanen garin Gusau a matsayin shi na babban birnin jaha. Mutane da suka shahara da gudanar da tafsiri a masallatan juma’a da wasunsu a garin na Gusau.

     

    A bisa ƙididdiga da taƙaitawa garin Gusau a daidai lokacin da aka gudanar da wannan aiki yana da masarauta ɗaya (1), babban Sarki ɗaya (1), Wakilai, uwayen ƙasa goma sha uku (13); yan majalisa goma sha takwas (18), Sarautun fada, kuma akwai kimanin ɗari ɗaya da huɗu (104), masallatan juma’a ashirin da uku (23), ƙananan makarantun boko sittin da huɗu (64), matsaƙaita kuma arba’in da uku (43). A ya yin da ake da manyan makarantu guda huɗu (4) rak, makarantun allo kuma guda talatin da ɗaya (31). Haka kuma akwai manyan kasuwanni guda uku (3); kamfanin kasuwanci kuma ashirin da bakwai (27).

     

    A yayin da ake da manyan Malaman addinin musulunci tsakanin rayayyu da waɗanda suka riga mu guda sittin da biyar (65), bankunan kasuwanci kuma da na Noma akwai guda ashirin da uku (23) a yayin da ake da attajirai manya da matsakaita da ƙanana da masu tasowa kimanin ɗari da talatin da biyar (135) da sauran abubuwa da dama.

    3.2 MUTANEN GARIN GUSAU 

    “Shimfiɗar Fuska ta fi ta Tabarma”

    Mutanen garin Gusau Hausawa ne da kuma Fulani, amma a kan samu wasu ƙabilun daban- daban baƙi da suke zuwa daga wani wuri. Mutanen garin Gusau akwai su da son junansu da girmama baƙi, da kuma taimakon juna. Da yawa mutun ke raba gidansa ya ba baƙo, ya zauna aro ko kuma kyauta don girmamawa ga baƙo da taimakonsa sun zauna zaman lafiya da jin daɗi kamar dangi ɗaya.

     

    Saboda kasancewar mutanen garin Gusau na zaune da junansu lafiya da kuma son baƙi da suka zo, ya sa duk wanda ya zo Gusau ko da da kwana ɗaya ne baya son ya barta, idan ma ya barta to, Gusau kan zame masa abar so ya dawo mata. Har ma ma’aikata da ake kawowa daga Sakkwato idan sun zo ba su son tashi don jin daɗin zaman garin domin ba fitina ba kuma tashin hankali.

     

    Mutanen garin Gusau, mutane ne masu son baƙin dake zuwa wajensu, son baƙi da ke gare su ya samo asali ne tun daga magabata da suka ce; “Gusau baƙi za su cika ta fal har a rasa wurin da zasu zauna” Don haka mutumin Gusau baya gudun baƙo, ko daga ina ya zo yana maraba da shi. Akwai lokacin da Sarkin Katsinan Gusau Muhammadu Mai Akwai ya shirya wuraren shagulgula don baƙi su shigo garin wannan shi ne asalin kirarin.

    Allah ya horewa mutanen garin Gusau wadata da yalwar arziki, kasancewar ƙasar Nom ace mutanen garin manoma ne ‘yan kasuwa da ke saye da sayarwa da kuma sauran sana’o’in da suka haɗa da Ƙira, Fawa, Wanzanci, Su (kamun kifi), da sauransu da dama.

     

     

     

     

     

     

    3.3 MA’ANAR SANA’A

    “Sana’a Maganin zaman banza”

    Masana sun tofa albarkacin bakinsu wajen kawo ma’anar sana’a daga cikin su sun haɗa da.

     

    Bargeri (1986) ya bayyana ma’anar sana’a da cewa sana’a na nufin duk wata hanyar saye da sayarwa kuma sauran al’umma da ɗan adam ke yi domin samun kwabon kashewa da buƙatunsa na yau da kullum.

     

    Yahaya (1992); ya ce sana’a hanyace ta amfani da azanci da hikima da sarrafa albarkatu da ni’imomin da ɗan adam ya mallaka don buƙatunsa na yau da kullum. Don haka kenan sana’a aba ce wadda mutum ya jiɓanci nufin samun abin masarufi don gudanar da harkokin rayuwa.

     

    Haruna da wasu (2011) a cikin wata takarda da suka wallafa mai taken sana’o’in Hausawa na gargajiya da ke kwalejin Ilimi ta-tarayya da ke (FCE) Zaria. Sun bayyana ma’anar sana’a da cewa aba ce wadda yin kimiya da fasaha da ni’imomin da ke tattare da ɗan adam da sha’anin kasuwanci na saye da sayarwa da ciniki.

     

    3.4 IRE-IREN SANA’O’IN MUTANEN GARIN GUSAU

    “Sana’a maganin zaman banza”

    Gusau kamar kowace ƙasa cikin ƙasashen Hausa ta tashi da yin sana’o’in gargajiya iri-iri kuma ta shahara da kwarewa ga resu daga cikin su akwai Noma, Ƙira, Fawa, Wanzanci, Su (kamun kifi) da sauran su da dama.

    3.4.1 SANA’AR NOMA 

    Noma sana’a ce da ake yi domin samun abinci da za a ci da kuma wanda za a sayar domin samun kuɗin da za a yi amfani da su wajen gudanar da lamurran rayuwa na yau da kullum. Noma na ɗuƙe tsohon ciniki kowa yazo duniya kai yattaras, Noma wata tsohuwar sana’ace da aka gada tun kaka da kakanni domin samun abinci. A kwai sarakunan noma a garin Gusau suka shahara ga harkar noma daga cikin su sun haɗa da.

    Ƙira sana’a ce da ake yi domin samar da kayan aikin noma a lokacin rani, duk da yake ana yinta a kowane lokaci domin samun kayan aikin gida na yan da kullum, ƙira wata daɗaɗɗiyar sana’a ce mai matuƙar muhimmanci da ake amfani da ita wajen samar da kayan yaki domin kare kai da kuma dukiya. A garin Gusau akwai sarakunan ƙira da suka haɗa da.

    Wanzanci wata tsohuwar sana’a ce da aka gada tun kaka da kakanni, babu wata al’umma da ba ta da irin wannan sana’ar domin ta kasance ta shafi tafiyar da rayuwar al’umma, sana’ar wanzanci sana’ace ta amfani askar aski domin yin aski da gyaran fuska da yin kaciya da kuma amfani da kalaba da koshiya domin cire hakin wuya da sauransu. Kasancewar wannan sana’a daɗaɗɗiyar sana’ace ya sa akwai sara kunan aska a garin Gusau da suka haɗa da:

    Su sana’a ce mai daɗaɗɗen tarihi, kuma ta samo asali mai kyau. Su sana’a ce ta kamun kifi da sauran naman ruwa, akan shiga ruwa ko dai kai tsaye- a yi amfani da hannu, ko kuma a yi amfani da wani abu don kama kifi. Ana kamun kifi ne domin a ci ko a sayar domin samun kuɗin da za a yi amfani da su wajen tafiyar da al’amurran rayuwa na yan da kullum.

     

    Masuntan da suka shakara a fannin ruwa su kan taimaka wajen gano mutane ko wani abu da ya ɓata cikin ruwa, don haka ne ma garin Gusau yake da sarakunan ruwa da suka haɗa da.

    3.5 MA’ANAR SARAUTA

    Sarauta aba ce wadda ta ƙunshi yi wa jama’a jagoranci da ɗaukar nauyinsu da jan ragamar gudanar da harkokinsu na yan da kullun sarauta shugabanci ce da shimfiɗa mulki da iko a bayan kaka, kuma halifanci ce da Allah ke ba da ita ga wanda ya zaɓa. Sarkin shi ke ba da umarni, ya yanke hukunci ga mutanensa, haka kuma ya yi masu sulhu ya sasanta tsaƙaninsu, ya yi masu kyauta ya tausaya masu ya girma masu ya kuma darajjasu a matsayinsu na mabiyansa masu mashi biyayya.

     

    Hakan yasa aka samu wasu hujjoji na adabi daban- daban daga cikinsu akwai waƙa da karin magana da sauransu.

     

    Waƙar Sani Aliyu Ɗandawo – Ta Sarkin Minna Ummaru, akwai wasu baitoci da yake cewa:

    “Sarkin Minna Shiryayye,

    duba ko ga shiri nai ga Mutane da Dawaki,

    Duk abun da akai duniyar ga Allah ya yi ma Ummaru.

     

    Ya baka Mutane kuma ya baka ƙasagga ka riƙa kar kayi wargi,

                Iya kacin Ɗan Sarki ga rayuwar shi yi sarki

                Ummaru ya yi sarautar Minna ya cimma na hwarko.    

     

    Ya kai faruku Minna yau sai yadda kayyi,

    Yanzu kai ka kiran kowa ka hwaɗa mai ya ji sarki,

    Ummaru ja a sakamma.

     

    3.5.1 AMFANIN SARAUTA

    “Sarauta garkuwa ga ƙasa:

    Amfanin sarauta na da matuƙar yawa ga rayuwar al’umma, domin ta kasance shugabanci ce da  jagorantar rayuwar al’umma.

     

    Kasan cewar sarautar shugabanci ce yasa kowace irin al’umma ta duniya ko da ba su da sarki to suna da wani mai shugabantarsu. Idan ko basu da mai shugabantarsu to wannan al’ummar ba za ta cigaba ba, haka kuma amfanin sarauta ya ƙunshi fannoni daban-daban na rayuwar al’umma domin kare su da dukiyoyinsu da yi masu shari’a, tare da yi masu adalci, da sasanci a tsakanin su, da tallafa masu tare da yi masu kyauta da tausaya masu da sauran su. Akwai hujjojin adabi da suka tabbatar da haka daga cikin su sun haɗa da:

     

    Waƙar Sani Aliyu Ɗandawo - Ta Sarkin Gombe Shehu a cikin waƙar yana cewa:

    “Sarakunan farko da yau da duk wanda ya yi Sarkin Gombe,

    Ba ai irin ka mai dubun komai ba, ba ai irinka mai Dawaki ba,

    Allah shi ja zamanin Shehu,

    Amin muna ta addu’a kullun.

     

    Mutan Gombe tun ana yaƙi ba a kai maku faɗa ba tun farko,

                Bale na yanzu in an zo,

    Gambun gabas na Sarkin yamma tun zamanin ana yaƙi,

                Da anga Gombe sassani ya kai,

     

    Kwasassan Gombe Shekara huɗu, bana yazzo zai ga Gombe ta can za,

                Kamar ba Arewa kazzo ba,

                Haddai a ce maka gidan Sarki,

                Kamar irin ginin ƙasar Turai.

     

    Haka kuma akwai waƙar Alh. Musa Ɗanƙwaito – Ta Sarkin Muri Ummaru Abba.

    A wasu baitotan ya na cewa:

                “Ku Sarakuna duk na zamani,

                Ku ɗauki halin Ummarun Abba,  

                Ku sarakuna duk na zamani,

                Ku ɗauki halin Ummarun Abba.

     

                Ranar yaƙi,

                Baiji tsoro ba,

                Kuma ranar kyauta,

                Bai ji tsoro ba.

     

    Inna gida zaune Alhaji Musa nigga takardar Ummarun Sarki,

                Sai yace muje Jalingo,

                Ɗan ƙwairo na sauka Jalingo,

                Raj Juma’a nis sauka Jalingo,

                Sai niyyi kiɗa a gidan Galadima.

     

                Galadima da ya sallame ni,

                Ran assabar sai nijje gidan Sarki,

                Ɗanƙwairo nan niyyi hira Sarki yayman kyauta ta mamaki,

                Alhaji Musa Ɗanƙwairo ga babbar riga ya baka ga kufta.

     

    Kuma ga alkibba ga rawani, kuma ga jar hula, hadda agogo da takalmansu.

                Ɗan ƙwairo ya baka Two thousand,

                Gautan kiɗi da shi da Marafa,

                Kowane ga babbar riga tai, su biyu sai yab basu two thousand.

     

                Yaran Ɗanƙwairo goma sha uku kowa riga da Two Hundred Naira,

                An kayi total anka haɗa kuɗin kwairo da na yara,

                Sun zama Fiɓe thousand siɗ hundred Naira,

                Su Ummarun Abba yab bani.

     

    3.5.2 MATSALOLIN SARAUTA  

    Kowa ne lamari na rayuwa ba ya rasa wasu matsaloli a cikin shi, haka ma sarauta a kan  samu wasu matsaloli a cikinta. Sarauta tana da matsaloli idan aka samu rashin shugabanci nagari kan haifar da rashi, ko in kula ga haƙƙoƙin jama’ar da ake shugabanta, haka kuma a kan samu matsalar tauye haƙƙi wajen yin hakunci ga jama’a, mafi yawan sarakuna idan ba na gari ba ne sai su ƙasance suna zaluntar jama’arsu. Akwai rashin kyautatawa jama’a da rashin yi masu kyauta da kuma rashin ko in kula ga rayuwarsu da kuma dukiyoyinsu.

     

    3.6 IRE-IREN SARAUTUN SANA’O’IN GARGAJIYA

    Kowa ce sana’a tana da mai jagorantarta ko mai shugabantarta, hakan kan ƙarawa Sana’ar ƙima a idon duniya, ƙwarewa da kuma nuna ƙwazo da kuma gado shi ke sa waɗanda suka shahara ga sana’o’in su su zama masu jagorantar masu sana’ar daga cikin ire-iren sarautun sana’o’in gargajiya sun haɗa da; sarautar Sarkin Noma, sarautar Sarkin Ƙira, Sarautar Sarkin Fawa, sarautar Sarkin Wanzamai, sarautar Sarkin Ruwa da sauransu.

     

    3.6.1 SARAUTAR SARKIN NOMA

    Sarautar Sarkin Noma ta samu ne daga sana’ar Noma, Sarkin Noma shi ne mai wakiltar ko shugabantar masu wannan sana’ar ta hanyar tsara hanyoyin kiyaye lafiya da dukiyar masu wannan sana’ar tare da shinfiɗa dokoki da zartar da hukunci a garesu.

     

    Ana samun wannan sarauta ta hanyar gado ko jarunta ko kuma ƙwarewa ga sana’ar, kuma sarki ko hakimin gari ke ba da ita, haka kuma akwai wasu ƙananan sarautu da ke ƙarkashin sarautar ta Sarkin Noma da: Galadiman Noma, da Jagaban Noma, da Madakin Noma da sauransu.

     


     

    3.6.2 SARAUTAR SARKIN ƘIRA

    Ita ma sarauta ce da ake samunta ta hanyar gado, ko ƙwarewa kan sana’ar, Sarkin ƙira shugaba ne na gungun masu sana’ar ƙira shi ke tsara hanoyin gudanar da kasuwanci, ta hanyar shimfiɗa dokoki da umarnin da ya bayar ga jama’arsa. Haka kuma wannan sarauta sarki ko hakimin gari ke ba da ita, akwai wasu ƙananan sarautu da ke ƙarƙashin ta da suka haɗa da; Madakin Ƙira da Galadiman Ƙira, da sauransu.

     

    3.6.3 SARAUTAR SARKIN FAWA

    Sarautar da tafi kowace muhimmanci a sana’ar Fawa ita ce Sarkin Fawa. Wannan Sarauta ana samun ta ne ta hanyar gado ko ƙwarewa kan sana’ar, sarautar fawa jagoranci ne, ko shugabanci ne na masu gudanar da sana’ar fawa, Sarkin Fawa shi ne shugaban mahauta, mai jagorantar sana’arsu ta hanyar shinfiɗa dokoki wajen tafiyar da mulki, tare da hukunci, da kare rayuwarsu da dukiyoyinsu, da sada zumunta a tsakanin su mahauta rundawa, da sauran masu sana’ar gargajiya. Ita wannan sarauta sarki ko hakimin gari ke ba da ita, haka kuma akwai ƙananan sarautun da ke ƙarƙashinta da suka haɗa da; Wakilin Fawa da Ajiyan Fawa da Sarkin Zango da sauransu.

     

    3.6.5 SARAUTAR SARKIN WANZAMAI

    Sarautar Wanzanci babbar sarauta ce a ƙasar Hausa, babu wata al’umma da ba ta da ta’ammali da harkar Wanzanci, domin ta shafi ɓangaren lafiyar al’umma. Sarkin Wanzamai shugaba ne na masu wannan sana’a, shi ne mai jagorantar su ta fuskar mulki tare da shinfiɗa dokoki wajen tafiyar da harkokin wanzanci. Sarautar wanzanci daɗaɗɗiyar sarauta ce da aka gada tun kaka da kakanni, ita wannan sarauta sarki ko hakimin gari ke ba da ita. Ana samun ta ta hanyar gado ko kwarewa a kan sana’ar wanzanci, haka kuma akwai ƙananan sarautun da ke ƙarƙashin ta da suka haɗa da; Galadiman Aski da Madawakin Aski da Majidaɗin Aski, Ajiyan Aski da sauran su.

     

    3.6.5 SARAUTAR SARKIN RUWA

    Sarautar sarkin ruwa, sarauta ce mai matuƙar muhimmanci a ƙasar Hausa, Sarkin ruwa shi ne mai kula da duk wasu lamurra da suka shafi ruwan gari, haka kuma shi ne shugaban duk wasu masu sana’ar su, wato masunta, ta hanyar tsara masu dokoki da yin hukunci gare su. Sarautar Sarkin ruwa tana taimakawa wajen gano wani abu ko wasu mutanen da suka ɓata cikin ruwa, ita wannan sarauta ana samunta ta hanyar gado ko shahara a kan sana’ar su, sarki ko hakimin gari ke ba da ita. Haka kuma akwai wasu ƙananan sarautu a ƙarƙashinta da suka haɗa da Taru da sauransu.

     

    3.7 KAMMALAWA 

    Wannan babi ya yi magana a kan taƙaitaccen tarihin garin Gusau, da mutanen da ke ciki, da ire-iren sana’o’insu, haka kuma wannan babi ya yi magana a kan ma’anar sarauta da amfaninta da kuma matsalolinta daga ƙarshe babin ya yi magana a kan ire-iren sarautun sana’o’in gargajiya na garin Gusau.
