Harshen Hausa da Sadarwa: Gudunmawarsu Ga Cigaban Al’ummar Nijeriya

Harshe wata baiwa ce da Allah ya baiwa d’an Adam. Babban amfanin harshe shi ne k’ok’arin bayyana manufofi ko tunani ko buk’atocin mutum zuwa ga waninsa. Sadarwa kuwa a d’ayan fuskar tana nufin abin da muke yi domin bayyana tunaninmu ko sha’awarmu ko muradinmmu . Amfani da harshen Hausa wurin sadarwa ya taimaka ainun wurin ci-gaban al’ummar Najeriya ta fuskoki daban-daban. ‘Dabi’un kowace al’umma a kowace k’asa tamkar wani madubi ne da za a kalla a iya gane irin rayuwarsu ta yau da kullum . Wannan mak’ala za ta yi nazarin yadda harshen Hausa ya ba da gudunmawa a fagen sadarwa a k’ok’arin sauya d’abi’un al’ummar Najeriya domin samun ci-gaban k’asa. Bisa ga wannan, wannan mak’alar ta yi nazarin gudunmawar sadarwa ta amfani da harshen Hausa a wajen wanzar da ci-gaban k’asa musammam abin da ya shafi ‘bangarorin rayuwa da suka danganci ci-gaban tattalin arziki, da  ilimi, da shugabanci, da al’ada, da kuma addini.      

GABATARWA


Harshe shi ne sadarwa tsakanin mutum da waninsa. Ita wannan hanya, ba ganinta ake yi ba. Jin ta ake yi kawai. Ma’ana a nan  ita ce, hanyar sadarwar d’an Adam ce masu ma’ana da ake furucinsu sannan kunnen mai sauraro ya ji su, basirarsa ta fahinci sak’on gwargwadon yadda ake buk’ata. Dangane da ma’anar harshe kuwa, masana da dama sun tofa albarkacin bakinsu kamar haka: Yakasai (2003:5) ya rayaito Barijos(1975) da Blom (1933) da Langacker (1972) da Egbez (1978) sun yi tarayya a kan cewa :

 “ Harshe hanya ce ta sadarwa a tsakanin

                                            Al’ummomi daban-daban, wadda take

                                             Fayyace tarihinsu da al’adusu’

Haka a wata ruwayar Yakasai (2012:2) a cikin aikin Lado (1964:11) ya bayyana harshe a matsayin rai ko kuma zuciyar duk wani tunani da aiki na d’an Adam musammam dangane da abin da mutum ke ji game da kansa ko k’asarsa ko addininsa ko kuma yadda shi kansa ya d’auki kansa. Shi kuwa Skinner (1977) ya ce, harshe shi ne magana. ‘Dantumbishi (2005:73) ya rawaito Fromkin & Rodman (1978:1) suna cewa, harshe shi ne ‘Mutuncin d’an Adam wanda ya sa ya yi fice.’

Baiwar da d’an Adam yake da ita ta amfani da harshe shi ya bambanta shi da sauran halittu, duk da yake, dabbobi ma suna da nasu hanya ta sadarwa. Idan aka ce mutum masani harshe ne kuwa, ana nufin shi ne wanda ya nazarci harshe ta fuskar kimiya. Saboda haka, idan mutum zai iya bayyana tunaninsa a fili ta hanyar amfani da sautukan magana,  har mutane su gane abin da sautukan ke nufi ; to a nan muna iya cewa an samu sadarwa mai nagarta, kuma wannan mutum ya san harshe. Ba a haihuwar mutum da harshe, koyonsa ake yi kuma a nak’alce shi. Harshe da sadarwa tamkar Danjuma ne da Danjummai, harshe da sadarwa suna taka muhimmiyar rawa wurin bunk’asa al’umma, musammam ta fannoni kamar ilimi, da tattalin arziki, da al’ada da siyasa.

Harshen Hausa, kamar sauran manyan harsunan duniya, ana amfani da shi wurin ma’amala ko huld’a, k’ulla abota, bukukuwa, tarbiya da sauransu. Wannan kuwa ba zai rasa nasaba da irin bunk’asa da kar’buwa da harshen ya samu ba a cikin gida Najeriya da sauran k’asashen duniya.

2.0 AMFANI DA HARSHEN HAUSA DOMIN SAUYA HALAYYAN JAMA’AR    HAUSAWA


A ruwayar Yakasai (2006:3)  a cikin aikin Adegbola (2006:3)  ya ce :

                                    “Ana k’ara fahintar lamarin zamanantar da Duniya daga wasu siffofi hud’u

                                  Wad’anda suka shafi tsari, ayyuka da kuma sabbin dabaru na zamantakewa

//                               da ke hana kowace irin togiya ta al’ada ko gusar da ita, tattalin arziki da            

                                   kuma yanayin da ka iya zama cikas. Haka kuma, wannan na iya shafuwar

                              fad’ad’a ayyukan zamantakewa da kuma dogaro da kai da k’arfafa      

                              taimakekeniya a cikin al’uma”.

Bisa ga wannan, za mu ga cewa, amfani da harshen Hausa a matsayin harshen sadarwa domin sauya halayyan jama’a da ci-gaban  k’asa zai ba da damar sauya tunanin al’umma zuwa ga gina k’asa. Ta hanyar amfani da harshen Hausa, ana iya zaburar da al’umma ga yunk’urowa wajen kasuwanci da bayanan siyasa da gina sha’awa ga kimiya da fasaha. Haka kuma ana iya nuna muhimmancin ilimi ga al’umma gaba d’aya.

A wannan zamani, harshe na taka muhimmiyar rawa a cikin fasahar sadarwa (Information Technology ). Sannan kuma ya kasance jagora ga bunk’asar al’umma. Sadarwa ta zamani watau (world wide web, www) cike take da fasahar harshe. Domin harshe shi ne ginshik’in sadarwa. Yakasai  (2010:117)  ya ce :

                         ‘Daya daga cikin siffofin harshe ita ce kasancewa

                         kafa da ilimin d’an Adam yake damfare a ciki.

                         Haka kuma yadda yanar sadarwa ta duniya (w w w)

                          za ta ci gaba da samar da bayanai ta amfani

                         da ilimin, haka harshe zai ci gaba da kasancewa

                        hanya ko sinadari na samun nasara ta ha’baka ilimi.

Duk wad’annan nasarori na harshe kuwa, ba a bar harshen Hausa a baya ba, domin shi ma a yanzu cike yake da hanyar sadarwa na zamani. Wannan kuwa za mu iya tabbatar da shi idan muka dubi yadda manazarta da sauran d’aliban ilimi musammam masu bincike a wannan fanni na Hausa, suka duk’ufa wajen zak’ulo bayanai ta wannan hanya.  wad’annan bincike-bincike suna taimakawa wajen sauya halayyan jama’a su zama ‘yan k’asa masu kishin k’asarsu. A nan za mu ga harshen Hausa ya taka muhimmiyar rawa ta wannan fuska.

3.0  DANGANTAKAR HARSHEN HAUSA DA CI-GABAN K’ASAR NAJERIYA


Al’umma na iya zama k’abilu daban –daban mazauna wuri d’aya. A k’amussan Hausa an bayyana ma’anar al’umma da cewa : Jama’ar k’asa d’aya, ko masu addini d’aya ko wad’anda wani abu guda ya had’a su.(k’amussan Hausa 2006:15) Haka kuma Bargery (1951: 26) ya bayyana cewa al’umma na nufin rukunin jama’a ko mutane ko k’asa da ke zaune a wuri d’aya. Inda duk aka samu fiye da d’an Adam guda a wuri d’aya to damar huld’a ta samu. Wannan mu’amula kuwa ba ta cika sai da magana, watau kenan amfani da  harshe ya zama tilas, domin da harshe ne ake sadarwa. A nan za mu ga cewa sadarwa ta amfani da harshen Hausa ya taimaka ta fuskoki daban-daban a fagen ci-gaban k’asar Najeriya.

Harshe yana da matuk’ar muhimmanci ga rayuwar d’an Adam baki d’aya. Trudgill (1974 ) ya raba manyan ayyukan harshe zuwa gida biyu kamar haka:

  1. Sadarwa ko kuma isar da sak’o ta bayani.

  2. Tabbatar da alak’a da dangantaka a tsakanin al’uma, ita kuwa dangantaka tana wanzuwa ne a tsakanin d’aid’aiku da kuma al’ummomi.


Al’umma ko d’aid’aikun jama’a suna da manufofi a cikin rayuwarsu . Domin k’ok’arin samun rayuwa mai inganci sai aka kasa wad’annan manufofi ruwuwa zuwa gida shida wanda kowane d’aya daga cikinsu harshe shi ne kan gaba wurin cimma wannan buri. Ganin kowace al’umma babban k’ashin bayanta na ci-gaba ba zai rasa nasaba da wad’annan ‘bangarori shida na rayuwa ba.  (Yakasai 2012) Ta amfani da harshe al’umma ke iya fahintar wad’annan ‘bangarori na rayuwa da ke k’asa.

-Shugabanci              -Fahintar Addini                        -Kyautata Shari’a

-Bunk’asa Ilimi                -Bunk’asa Tattalin arziki             -Raya Al’adu

Abin nufi shi ne, akwai dangantaka ta kusa tsakanin harshe da wad’annan manufofi. Domin kowane d’aya daga cikin wad’annan manufofi da harshe ne ake aiwatar shi. Hasali ma, lamarin shugabanci, da addini, da shari’a, da ilimi, da tattalin arziki, da al’adun al’umma sun dogara ne a kan harshe domin da shi ne babban kafa na bunk’asa su.

Harshen Hausa kamar sauran harsuna , ana iya tsara  manufofi wad’anda ke cikin rayuwar d’an Adam. Harshen Hausa ya yi matuk’ar tasiri wajen sauya halayen jama’a da kuma kawo sauyi mai nagarta domin ci-gaban k’asa ta wad’annan fuskoki a cikin al’umma kamar haka:

3.1 SHUGABANCI


Shugabanci shi ne tsarin jagorantar jama’a don kiyaye addininsu da lafiyarsu da harkokin siyasarsu da samar masu hanyoyin jin dad’in rayuwa masu kyau da kyautata hanyoyin tattalin arzikinsu da duk wasu al’amurra na yau da kullum, musamman da d’an Adam zai buk’ata na inganta rayuwarsa. Wannan ya k’unshi iko da mulki (Alhassan, 1982:74). A cikin wak’ar  Musa Dank’wairo ta sarkin Daura yana cewa:

                                  “Rik’e talakkawanka da kyawo

                                  Kai musu hairi, ka sa su hanyoyin Musulunci,

                                In sun tank’ware ka tank’waso su,

                               In kau sun k’iya ka ba su kashi

                              Sai an canza musu hali,

                             Talakka bai san talakka ne ba…….”

                            (Dank’wairo, Wak’ar Sarkin Daura)

Ta fuskar mulki, watau shugabanci, za a ga cewa, harshen Hausa ya taka muhimmiyar rawa wurin ilimantar da al’ummar Hausawa tsarin mulkinsu. Domin shugabanci cikin kowace al’umma wajibi ne,  kuma shugabanci ne kad’ai zai tabbatar da zama lafiya yadda kowa zai samu damar walwala bisa ga harkokinsa na yau da kullum. Ta wanzuwar ingantaccen shugabanci ne al’umma kan sake su samu damar neman abinci da arziki. Idan babu ingantaccen shugabanci, haka na iya haddasa yamutsi ko hargitsi a cikin al’umma. Wannan kuwa na iya sanya al’umma cikin halaka domin babu wanda zai samu sukunin neman abinci balle arziki. Saboda a samu tabbatar  zaman lafiya, ya kamata a sami fahintar juna tsakanin talakkawa da masu mulki. A nan, za a ga mafi kyawon hanyar samun zaman lafiya ita ce ta amfani da harshe domin fahintar juna. Misali idan muka dubi tsarin Daulolin Hausawa da na Yarbawa da sauransu, za a ga cewa, saboda amfani da suka yi da harsunansu na uwa ne aka samu fahintar  juna sosai, aka samu had’in kai da kishin k’asa da kuma harsunansu .Wannan shi ya taimaka wajen tafiyar da mulkinsu kafin zuwan Turawa da yin katsalandan cikin mulki. Wannan ya nuna cewa shugabanci na buk’atar harshen, domin yana taimakawa ga samun zaman lafiya da lumana, musamman wajen kawar da yak’e-yak’e. A tak’aice, amfani da harshe zai hana yak’e-yak’e, a koma ga tattaunawa.

3.2 BUNK’ASAR ILIMI


A k’amussan Hausa (CNHN 2006:205) an bayyana Ilimi a matsayin “sani musamman na shari’a da addini ko karatu na fannin kimiya da adabi, wato ganewa ko fahinta”. A k’amus d’in Turanci na Oxford Advanced Leanner’s Dictionary (2000:371) an bayyana Ilimi a matsayin hanya ta koyo da koyarwa musamman a makarantu da kwalojoji. Wannan ya nuna Ilimi shi ne duk wani basira ko k’warewa da mutum zai samu a rayuwarsa tun daga lokacin da aka haife shi har zuwa ranar mutuwarsa.

Babu shakka  ilimi babban jigo ne na rayuwa. Ilimi shi ne k’ashin bayan bunk’asar tattalin arzikin kowace k’asa ta duniya. Don haka, neman ilimi tilas ne don inganta rayuwa.Yakasai (2012:53) ya rawaito Lepage (1964 ) yana cewa:

A k’asashe masu tasowa ilimi mabud’i ne ga muhimman abubuwa guda biyu :

1.Mabud’i ne ga samun abinci .Ta hanyar ilimi ana iya kyautata noma da kuma sana’o’i da fasaha da tattalin arziki.

  1. Mabud’i ne ga kyautata al’adun al’umma da had’a kan jama’a da samar da alk’ibla ko manufa guda da huld’a kyakkyawa.


A dukkan wad’annan matakai, babbar hanyar cimma wannan muradi na sauya d’abi’un al’umma domin samun sauyin k’asa mai inganci ita ce ta amfani da harshe. Wannan mak’ala na da ra’ayin cewa, harshen Hausa shi ne mafi cancanta a Arewacin Nigeriya domin shi ya fi kar’buwa. Wannan shi ya sa wasu ke ganin cewa harshen da yaro ya tashi da shi, shi ya fi tasiri a kansa wajen gina basirarsa da hankalinsa da k’warewarsa da wayonsa a cikin al’umma. Misali: idan muka dubi dangantakar bunk’asar Ilimi da gudunmawar harshe da sadarwa za mu ga cewa, harshen Hausa ya taimaka ta wannan fuska a ‘bangarori da dama. Misali Ilimi mai nagarta na haifar da samun  k’wararrun da za su bunk’asa tattalin arzikin k’asa, a dubi ma’aikatun Bankuna da Inshora da Kamfanoni da sauransu. Ta hanyar ilimi ana iya koyar da matasa sana’o’i iri daban daban. Wannan kuwa zai taimaka wa matasa samun aikin yi wanda zai haifar da ci-gaban k’asa. Bunk’asar ilimi na iya taimakawa wajen bunk’asa al’adun al’umma. Dalili kuwa shi ne masu ilimi na iya tallata al’adunsu ta hanyar yin bayanai a gidajen radiyo da talebijin da kuma rubutawa a jaridu da littattafai, wad’anda ke iya karatu su karanta. A nan za mu fahinci duk wad’annan ‘bangarori na amfani da harshe wurin cimma wad’annan muradai, kuma harshen Hausa ya ba da gudummawa sosai ta wannan hauji musamman idan muka dubi yadda za a iya amfani da ilimi wajen sarrafa harshe domin samun ci-gaban k’asa.

3.4 KYAUTATA SHARI’A


A k’amussan  Hausa an bayyana ma’anar shari’a da cewa : ‘ k’a’idoji ko dokoki na gudanarwa ta addinin Musulunci’  CNHN (2006:205). Shi kuwa Bargery (1951) ya bayyana shari’a a matsayin dokoki ko hanyar wanzar da adalci a tsakanin al’umma.Wannan na nuna shari’a wasu dokoki ne da jama’a suka zayyana domin su jagorancesu a mu’amalolinsu na yau da kullum. Kowace al’umma tana da buk’atar  samun tsarin shari’a  domin tabbatar da adalci wajen shugabanci. Harshe yana taka muhimmiyar rawa tafiyar da tsarin shari’a. Wajibi ne ga jama’a su fahinci irin dokokin da ake amfani da su  k’asarsu, domin su tabbatar wa kansu da duk wani hukunci da aka yi a shari’ance. A Arewacin Najeriya, harshen Hausa ne ake amfani da shi wajen shari’a a kotunan shari’a, kuma, ana amfani da shi a kafofin yad’a labarai a arewacin Nijeriya. A matsayinsa na babban harshe yana da mutane masu yawa da ke iya magana da shi da kuma karantawa. Bunza A M (2012:14)

                               Da harshe za a tsara dabarun zaman lafiya ,

                              da dokokin k’asa , da tsarin mulki da hukumar

                             da za ta tsare martabar dokoki, ta hukunta

                             wad’anda suka sa’ba mata . Ai wannan ita ce hujjar

                            cewa, mutum ba zai zama alk’ali ba , a kowace

                           k’asa ta duniya, face yana sa k’osasshen ilimin

                          harshen da ake zartar da shari’a da shi. Haka kuma,

                         ba za a yi wa mutum hukunci ba , face yana fahintar

                         harshen da ake yi masa hukunci da shi dalla-dalla.

Idan aka yi nazarin wannan d’an bayani da ke sama,  za a ga muhimmancin yin amfani da harshen Hausa a kotunan Arewacin Nigeriya.Wannnan zai ba da damar k’ara fahintar dokokin k’asa sosai. Ta yin amfani da harshen Hausa a kotunanmu na Arewacin Najeriya, ana samun sauk’in fahintar hukunce-hukunce, sannan kuma an samu canji wajen d’abi’un al’umma ta ‘bangaren shari’a. Wannan ya kyautata shari’a a Arewacin Najeriya. Kyautata shari’a kuwa wani ‘bangare ne na ci-gaban k’asa wanda duk harshe ke samar da shi.

3.5 RAYA AL’ADU


Dangane da ma’anar al’ada, masana da dama sun tofa albarkacin bakinsu daga cikinsu akwai irinsu Bunza (2006: xxxii) ya ce: ‘Al’ada tana nufin dukkanin rayuwar d’an Adam tun daga haihuwarsa har  zuwa kabarinsa’. Amma a ra’ayin Dangambo (1984:6) ya ce: Al’ada ita ce abin da aka saba yi yau da gobe’. Shi kuwa Umar (1987) yana da ra’ayin cewa: ‘Al’ada ita ce sababbiyar hanyar rayuwa wadda akasarin jama’a na cikin al’umma suka amince da ita’. A  k’amussan Hausa na CNHN (2006:9) an bayyana al’ada a matsayin hanyar rayuwar al’umma. Idan muka yi nazarin wad’annan ma’anoni na masana da ke sama, muna iya cewa al’ada ta k’unshi duk wasu ‘bangarori na rayuwar d’an Adam baki d’aya. A nan za a fahinci cewa, harshe shi ne kad’ai hanyar da za a iya fahintar al’ada. Ma’ana idan aka d’auki gundarin abin da wannan bayani ke nunawa shi ne, al’ada dai kamar ita ce ginshik’in rayuwar al’umma. Harshe shi ne rumbun ajiyar kalmomi. Harshe ne ginshik’i na dogaro ga kowace al’ada, kuma shi ne kad’ai mafi muhimmanci daga cikin dukkan hanyoyin bayyana da kuma adana ita kanta al’adar . Wannan dangantakar tamkar ta jini da tsoka ce, wato nazarin al’ada ba zai yi yu ba sai da harshe. Hausawa na da al’adu kyawawa wad’anda suka zama abin koyi ga sauran k’abilu. Misali idan aka dubi tsarin al’dun Hausawa, akwai tarbiya kyakkyawa da ke nuna biyayya tsakanin shugabanni da talakkawa, da kuma yara da mahaifansu .

Ta fuskar tasirin al’ada kuma a kan harshe, za a ga cewa akwai abubuwa da dama da suke shigowa a ‘bangarori na harshe. Misali ta fuskar koyon harshe, ana d’aukarsa a matsayin canjin hali ko d’abi’a. Dangane da wasu halayya kuma, mutum zai fi iya k’warewa ga harshe idan ya fahinci wasu bambance bambance da ake samu tsakanin ma’anonin da ke ‘boye na al’adu a kan bak’in kalmomi. Wato kowace al’ada ta kan d’auki dokokin da take  dangantawa ga al’umma.Yawancin dokokin sukan rinjayi irin ma’anoni da hanyar sarrafa sigogin harshe. Don haka, kamar yadda kowace al’umma take da nata harshe, to haka ma kowace al’umma take da nata al’ada. Bunza  (2012:12)

                           “Wanda ya rasa al’ada bai san wurin da ya fito ba,

                              ya manta da wurin da ya dosa”.

Amfani da harshe shi ke inganta walwalar kowace al’ada. Bisa ga wad’annan dalilai da ke k’asa, za mu fahinci harshe da sadarwa sun ba da gudummawa sosai wajen bunk’asa al’ada ta fuskoki daban daban kamar haka: Da farko dai mu sani cewa harshe ke raya al’da, ita al’ada adana harshe take ta hanyar kalmomin da ake samu masu alak’a da ita, na sunayen abubuwa, kamar kayan kid’a da sauransu, sunayen abubuwa masu rai da marasa rai da sauransu. Saboda raya al’ada duk bai wuce rawar da harshe ke takawa ba kan al’ada. Misali, al’adar Karin magana da ake amfani da su cikin magana, wad’anda ke d’auke da bayanai kan al’adun al’umma.

Akwai salo na wak’ar baka da ke raya al’adun Hausawa. Salon wak’ar addini daban, na wak’ar jama’a daban. Dukkan wad’annan na raya al’adun Hausawa, wanda harshe ne ke jagoranta. Akwai raye-raye na Hausawa da sunayensu daban daban, duk wannan gudummawar harshe ce ga al’ada .Akwai wasanni iri-iri da sunnyensu na gargajiya. Wannan duk raya al’ada ce da harshe ke wa al’umma. Akwai sunayen bukukuwa na Hausawa da yawa, samunsu bunk’asa al’ada ne da harshe ya yi. Akwai sunayen abubuwan amfani kamar na sana’o’i ko muhalli da abubuwan hawa da kayayyakin ayyuka na yau da kullum. Duk wad’annan sun k’unshi al’adun Hausawa.

Bisa ga wad’annan bayanai da suka zo a sama, za mu fahinci cewa mak’alar ta tabbatar muna da cewa, amfani da harshen Hausa zai taimaka wajen sadarwa musamman a k’ok’arin sauya halayyan jama’a don ci- gaban k’asa.

3.6 FAHINTAR ADDINI


Kalmar addini ararriyar kalma ce daga larabci, mai nufin hanyar da d’an Adam ke dogara a gareta domin bauta wa mahalicci da kuma bin hukunce-hukuncen shari’a domin kwad’ayin kyakkyawan sakamako duniya da lahira. Farouk (2006:49) A k’amussan Hausa na (CNHN.2006:3) an bayyana addini da cewa: ‘ Hanyar bautawa ubangiji’. Haka kuma Los (1951) ya ce: Addini yarda ce da mutum ke yi da Allah, matuk’ar k’urewa wadda ke haifar da wata ke’ba’b’biyar yarda da mutum ke yi yana ganin ita rayuwar nan ta duniya rayuwa ce ‘yar k’ank’anuwa, rayuwar lahira ce ta har abada.  A fahintar Muhamud, (2006:14) ya ce addini na nufin mutum ya fifita wani abu, ya kuma bauta masa. Ya k’ara da cewa, addini yana nufin yadda mutane suke bauta wa abin da suka fifita, ko dai suna ganinsa ko ba su ganinsa.                                    Yakasai  (2012:54)

               “Kowace al’umma kan dogara ga wani abu a matsayin

               mai wanzar da rayuwa. A al’ummomin da suka waye,

              akwai addinai da suka kudurce akwai ubangiji.”

  Idan aka dubi tasirin harshe a kan addini kuwa,  za a ga cewa addini shi ne hanyar gudanar da ibada ga abin bauta.  Abubuwan da ke gudana a kan addini tun daga fahintar addini da kuma  aiwatar da shi, harshe  ya taimaka sosai ta wannan fuska. Fahintar addini kuwa wata kafa ce ta samun ci-gaban al’umma. Tasirin harshe ga addini na d’aya daga cikin hanyoyin kawo ci-gaban k’asa ga al’umma. Da farko, harshe na kawo fahintar addini sasai. Na biyu yana ba da gudummawa ga tafiyar da addini. Na uku da shi ake aiwatar da addini kansa. Na hud’u da shi ake rubuta duk wata fatawa da za ta amfani al’umma. Bisa ga wad’annan dalilai da wasu, harshen Hausa na taimakawa ga ci-gaban addinin musulinci. Da shi aka fassara Al’k’ur’ani mai girma na sheikh Gumi da Nasiru Kabara. An fassara litattafai na ‘bangarori da dama na addinin Musulunci. An rubuta abubuwa da suka shafi sallah, da Azumi, da Zakka da rabon gado da sauransu. An fassara ‘Bible’ na kirista. Ana wa’azi cikin harshen Hausa , ana karantarwa, ana rubuta mujallu da kudayen bincike na manyan d’alibai da k’anana. Duka wannan na taimakawa ga fahintar addinin Musulunci da na kirisata a k’asar nan.

Fahintar addini na samuwa daga k’ok’arin Malamai da masana da marubuta ke bayarwa ga tafiyar da addini . Duk gudummawar da wad’annan ke bayarwa na samuwa daga taimakon harshe, wanda na Hausa a Nijeriya ke kan gaba ga wannan hauji.

Gudummawar da kafofin yad’a labarai kamar rediyo da talabijin ke bayarwa ba abin mantawa ba ne. A yanzu, wad’annan kafafe na taimakawa ga fahintar addini sosai. A nan sadarwa ta taka muhimmiyar rawa. Saboda haka, an samu canji na d’abi’un al’umma, domin an samu k’arin fahinta sosai na addini. Fahintar addini sosai na taimakawa ga ci-gaban k’asa, domin yana rage matsaloli na fad’ace-fad’ace da rigingimun addini da ake da su a k’asar nan. Harshe da sadarwa ne ke taka muhimmiyar rawa ta wannan ‘bangare.

Misali kowace al’uma tana tink’aho da  addininta domin samun ci-gaban k’asa. Harshen Hausa yana d’aya daga cikin harsuna mafi ingancin da ake  amfani da shi wurin karantar da addinai daban- daban musamman a wannan k’asa. Wannan ba zai rasa nasaba da irin yawan kalmomin da harshen Hausa ke amfani da su ba, wad’anda ke iya fassara dukkanin littafan kowane addini. Da kuma irin yadda harshen ya mamaye sauran manyan harsunan k’asar.

4.0 DALILAN AMFANI DA HARSHEN HAUSA WURIN SADARWA DOMIN KAWO CI-GABAN K’ASA


Duk da yake cewa, Nigeriya k’asa ce mai al’ummai da k’abilu da yawa,Wikipedia (2009) yana ganin cewa akwai kimanin harsuna guda 510 a Nigeriya wad’anda kimanin mutane miliyan 150 ne ke amfani da su. An karkasa harsunan Nigeriya zuwa matsayi daban daban kamar haka :’yan tsiraru wad’anda suka ha’baka da masu ha’baka da marasa ha’baka (chumbow 1990). Don haka, daga cikin manyan harsuna akwai Hausa da Igbo daYoruba. Wannan mak’alar na hasashen cewa harshen Hausa shi ne mafi dacewa wurin sadarwa wanda k’asa za ta yi amfani da shi baki d’aya a k’ok’arin da take yi na inganta tunanin jama’a da kuma kawo sauyi a k’asa musamman saboda wad’annan dalilai na k’asa kamar haka:

  • Domin shi ne babban harshe da aka fi huld’a da shi a cikin  k’asa. Hatta da makwabtan Hausawa suna amfani da harshen wurin mu’amularsu ta yau da kullum. Wannan kuwa duk bai rasa nasaba da sauk’insa wurin koyo ba.

  • Hausa kuma na da hanyoyin rubutu biyu wato ajami da boko. Domin akwai rubuce-rubuce da dama da aka yi a kansa , kuma wannan ya taimaka wajen k’ara fahintar Hausa a sauk’ak’e.

  • Kamfanonin buga littafai da jaridu na Hausa irin su gaskiya ta fi kobo da NNPC sun taimaka wajen adana da kuma inganta bunk’asa adabin Hausa. Ba domin aikinsu ba da kila wasu al’adu sun ‘bace kamar yadda na sauran wasu k’abilu suka ‘bace.

  • Gudunmawar da Turawa suka bayar,Turawa irin su J F. Schon da Dr R. M. East da Henns Vischer da Westerman da Robinson da sauransu, sun taimaka ainun wurin ci gaban harshen Hausa . Domin wasu sun rink’a d’aukar bayanai da kalmomin Hausa inda suka yi ta bincikensu . Haka kuma, wasu sun rubuta littafai da dama. Misali Bergery ya buga babban k’amus na Hausa.

  • Gidajen Radiyo tun daga na cikin gida Nijeriya har zuwa Afrika da ma duniya baki d’aya duk suna amfani da harshen Hausa a shirye –shiryensu. Wannan ne ma ya sa kalmomin harshen Hausa suka samu bunk’asa wanda a nan gaba ana hasashen harshen zai k’ara wani matsayi a duniya.

  • Haka kuma, hukuma ta kafa hukumr kula da harshen Hausa (Hausa language board ) domin k’ok’arin daidaita yadda ake rubutun Hausa. Wannan shi ya taimaka wajen samar da ingantaccen hanyar rubuta Hausa bai d’aya. Haka kuma, hukuma ta sa ana koyo da koyar da harshen a cikin makarantu manya da k’anana.


5.0 SHAWARWARI


Akwai buk’atar a bunk’asa wannan harshe ta hanyar tanadin k’amus-k’amus na fannoni daban- daban da suka shafi kimiyya da fasaha , da tattalin arziki da kiwon lafiya da sauransu. Haka kuma, akwai buk’atar amfani dokar kare k’ananan harsuna ta UNESCO (1993) Duk da yake an san cewa banbancin k’abilu da al’adu a Nigeriya na haifar da matsaloli na rashin had’inkai da gina k’asa. Amma da tsarin fasalta harshe (Langauge planning) zai iya taimakawa a kuma amfana matuk’a.

Bayan haka,  akwai buk’atar a k’ara k’wazo wajen zamanantar da harshen Hausa a cikin fasahar zamani , ta yadda harshen zai iya gogayya da sauran manyan harsunan duniya.

Akwai buk’atar  gwamnati ta samar da wani yanayi na inganta rayuwa da rage rad’ad’in talauci ga al ‘uma ta hanyar amfani harshen gida (Hausa). K’asar nan tana fama da k’arancin hanyoyin yad’a bayanai. A halin yanzu da aka d’auki Ingilishi a matsayin harshen k’asa, mafi yawa za ka tarar al’uma ba ta fahinci manufofin gwamnatoci ba saboda matsalar fassara da kuma sadarwa ya sa an sami gi’bin fahintar manufin gwamnati ta yadda al’uma za ta iya ba da nata gudunmawa domin inganta rayuwa . Idan kuwa haka ne, harshen gida (Hausa) shi zai fi dacewa a yi amfani da shi domin cimma wannan manufa.

Akwai buk’atar a inganta shirin nan na k’asa na  NPE wanda ya samar da hurumin amfani da harsunan al’uma a cikin kusance wajen koyarwa a makarantun firamare a shekaru uku na farko.Wannan matsalar ana iya ganinta a fili idan aka dubi makarantu masu zaman kansu inda tuni suka yi watsi da wannan. Saboda buk’atar Iyaye ita ce, yaransu su kama iya yin Ingilishi.

Bayan wannan kuma, akwai buk’atar iyaye su tashi tsaye wurin kulawa da tarbiyan ‘ya’yansu musamman abin da ya shafi koyon harshe da ilimi da al’adu da zamantakewa da tattalin arzikinsu. Don haka, wannan mak’ala na hasashen ta amfani da harshen Hausa,wannan k’asar za ta cimma nasara wajen kyautata rayuwar al’uma da kuma kawo sauyi na gari a k’asa.

6.0 KAMMALAWA


Wannan mak’ala ta kawo tasirin harshe ga al’umma, musamman irin rawar da harshen Hausa ke takawa wurin kyautata halayyan al’umma da kuma kawo sauyin ci-gaban k’asa. Bisa ga wannan ne mak’alar ta kawo gudunmawar harshe (Hausa)  ta fuskoki da daban-daban kamar yadda aka gani cikin tattaunawar da aka yi cikin wannan binciken. Bayanai da takardar ta kawo sun nuna a fili, yadda harshe da sadarwa suke taimakawa ga ci-gaban  k’asa.

Ba shakka, harshe da sadarwa sun taimaka a wad’annan  matakai da aka kawo a matsayin hujjojin da kan nuna muhimmancinsu. Shi kuwa lamarin kyautata halayyan al’umma da kawo sauyin ci-gaban k’asa ba ya samuwa sai da harshe da sadarwa ingantattu. A yau ana samun ci-gaba ta ‘bangarorin shugabanci, da ilimi, da addini, da shari’a, da tattalin arziki da kuma al’adu. Harshe da sadarwa ne suka tabbatar da samun ci-gaban da aka samu  yanzu.  Idan aka dubi yawan ‘yan Nijeriya  za a ga cewa mafi yawansu ba su jin Ingilishi da ake amfani da shi a matsayin harshen huld’a. Sai dai abin takaici shi ne, duk da irin tagomashin da ingilishi yake da shi, kimanin kashi 30 cikin d’ari (100) ne kawai na ‘yan Najeriya suke amfani dashi. Yakasai (2006:279).  Harshen Hausa na da matuk’ar muhimmanci, domin shi ne harshen da mafi yawan al’umar k’asar nan ke amfani da shi wurin sadarwa, Domin Hausa harshe ne na miliyoyin mutane a Arewacin Nijeriya da kudancin Nijar. Haka kuma baya ga Larabci, harshen Hausa ne kan gaba daga cikin dukkan harsunan da ake Magana da su a Afirka sannan harshen Swahili na bi masa. Sar’bi (2005:59) Don haka shi ne  harshe mafi dacewa a yi amfani da shi a k’ok’arin kawo gyara da kyautata halayyan al’umma domin kawo sauyi mai nagarta domin ci-gaban k’asa.
