Assalamu alaikum, malam. Ina yi muku fatan alheri da lafiya. Allah Ya karɓa mana ibadunmu. Tambayata ita ce: Shin azumin da ake yi a ranar Idi na Layya kowa zai yi? Ko kuwa wadanda suka yi yanka ne kaɗai za su yi? Allah Ya saka da alheri.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
Alhamdu lillahi rabbil ‘ālamīn, was-salātu was-salāmu ‘alā rasulihil karīm.
Allah Ya karɓi ayyukanmu da ibadunmu.
A farko dai, dole ne a fayyace
cewa babu wani azumi na wajibi ko na sunna da ake yi a ranar Idi .
Ranar Idi ranar biki ce, kuma an hana yin azumi a ranakun Idi (Babbar Sallah da
Karamar Sallah) saboda hadisin Annabi (SAW) da ya ce: “Babban
biki (Idi) da ranar tashriq (kwanakin layya) kwanakin cin abinci ne da sha da
ambaton Allah.” (Sahih Muslim). Don haka, wannan ba azumi
ba ne a ma’anar hana cin abinci gaba ɗaya har zuwa faduwar rana. Mafi
daidai shi ne a kira shi “jinkirta cin abinci har sai an dawo daga sallah” ko kuma “kame baki” (to
refrain from eating), ba azumi ba.
KASHI NA 1: HUKUNCIN KAME BAKI (JINKIRTA CI) A RANAR
IDI
1. Ma’anar “Kame Baki” Ba Azumi Ba Ne
A ranar Idi na Layya (10 ga
watan Zul-Hijja), Sunnah ce a jinkirta cin abinci tun
daga safe har sai an dawo daga sallar Idi, sa’annan a ci daga naman layya idan
an yi yanka. Wannan ba shi da alaƙa da azumi na gaskiya (wanda ake nufin hana dukkan
abin da ke warware azumi daga fitowar alfijir zuwa faɗuwar
rana). A’a, wannan kawai jinkirtawa
ne don a ci abinci na farko
daga naman hadaya da girmama wannan rana.
Hujja: An ruwaito daga Abdullahi ibn Buraidah (RA)
cewa mahaifinsa ya ce: “Annabi (SAW) ba zai fita (don sallar) ranar
Karamar Sallah ba sai ya ci (abin da zai ci), amma a ranar Babbar Sallah ba ya
cin komai har sai ya dawo (daga sallah).” (At-Tirmidhi,
Hadith No. 542; kuma Sheikh al-Albani ya inganta shi). Wannan hadisi yana nuna
cewa jinkirta cin abinci Sunnah ce a ranar Idi, ba
azumi ba.
2. Dalilin Jinkirta Cin Abinci
Ibn Hajar (Allah ya jiƙe shi) ya ce: “Dalilin
jinkirta cin abinci a ranar Idi na Layya shi ne don kada
mutane su yi tunanin cewa za su ci gaba da azumi har sai sun gama sallah – kuma don su ci abincin farko daga naman
hadayarsu domin samun falala.” Wannan yana nuna cewa babu wata
niyyar azumi a ciki, sai dai jinkirtawa kawai.
Imam an-Nawawi (Allah ya jiƙe shi) ya ce game da wannan
hadisi: “Yana da kyau a jinkirta cin abinci a ranar Idi na
Layya har sai an dawo daga sallah, sa’annan a ci daga naman hadaya idan akwai.”
KASHI NA 2: WANE NE WANNAN SUNNA TA SHÃFI?
1. Wanda Ya Yi Layya (Mai Hadaya)
Wanda ya yi niyyar yanka layya shi ne wanda aka fi so ya jinkirta cin abinci
har sai ya dawo daga sallah, sa’annan ya ci daga naman hadayarsa a matsayin
abinci na farko a wannan rana. Wannan shi ne ainihin abin da Annabi (SAW) ya
yi, domin shi da kansa yakan jinkirta ci har sai ya dawo, sa’annan ya ci daga
naman layyarsa.
A cikin hadisi, an ce: “Annabi
(SAW) ba ya cin komai a ranar Idi na Layya har sai ya dawo daga sallar Idi.” (Musnad
Ahmad, At-Tirmidhi). Wannan ya nuna cewa wanda ya yi layya yana da kyau ya yi
koyi da Annabi (SAW) ta wannan hanya.
Wani malamin Hanbali (Ahmad ibn
Hanbal) ya keɓance
wannan shawara ga mai layya ne kaɗai –
wato, wanda ba ya yin layya, to babu laifi ya ci abinci kafin sallah ko bayan
sallah ba tare da an jinkirta ba.
2. Wanda Ba Ya Yi Layya
Wanda ba zai yi layya ba (saboda rashin wadata ko wasu dalilai), to shi
ma za a iya jinkirta ci, amma ba a wajabta masa ba kuma ba a ce shi ma ya yi
koyi ba. Mafi yawan malamai sun ce wannan sunna ta keɓance
ga mai hadaya domin ya ci daga naman hadayarsa a matsayin abinci na
farko.
Wata majiya ta bayyana a sarari:
“Wannan ya shafi mai layya ne domin ya ci daga naman hadayarsa.
Wannan bai shafi sauran iyali ko wanda bai yi layya ba.”
Wata majiya kuma ta ce: “Ahmad
ibn Hanbal ya keɓance shawarar jinkirta ci a ranar Idi na Layya
ga mai hadaya.”
Duk da haka, wasu malamai sun ce
duk Musulmi yana da kyau ya jinkirta ci (ko da bai yi layya ba) don ya nuna
girmamawa ga wannan rana kuma ya bi sunnar Annabi (SAW) a matsayin al’umma ɗaya,
amma ba a tilasta masa ba.
3. Wanda Zai Yi Yanka Bayan Ranar Farko (Ranar 11,
12, 13)
Idan mutum zai yi layyarsa a
rana ta 11 ko 12 ko 13 ga Zul-Hijja (saboda rashin samun dabba ko wani dalili),
to malamai sun ce ba a buƙatarsa
ya jinkirta cin abinci a ranar farko ta Idi (ranar 10) . Domin dalilin jinkirtawa shi ne don ya ci
daga naman hadayarsa kai tsaye. Idan ba zai yanka ba a wannan rana, to ba
ma’ana ya jinkirta ba .
Wani malamin Hanafi ya ce: “Yana
da kyau a jinkirta cin abinci a ranar Idi na Layya har sai an gama sallar Idi,
idan za a yi yanka a wannan rana. Amma idan jinkirin yanka ya faru (zuwa rana
ta 11 ko 12), to babu laifi a ci komai.”
KASHI NA 3: FALALAR CIN NAMAN HADAYA A RANAR IDI
1. Cin Hanta Ko Nama a Matsayin Abinci Na Farko
Yana daga cikin Sunnah cewa
abu na farko da mai layya zai ci a ranar Idi shi ne naman
hadayarsa, musamman ma hanta. An ruwaito cewa Annabi (SAW) ya
ci hanta a matsayin abinci na farko.
Wata majiya ta ce: “Abu
na farko da ya kamata mutum ya ci a ranar Idi na Layya shi ne hantar dabbar da
ya yanka (hadaya).” (Ahmad da al-Bayhaqi; kuma an inganta
shi a Hashiyat al-Kurdi). Wannan ya nuna cewa cin naman hadaya a wannan rana
yana da falala ta musamman.
2. Idan Ba a Yi Yanka Ba
Idan mutum bai yi layya ba
(saboda rashin wadata), to zai iya ci daga abin da ya samu bayan sallar Idi ba
tare da wani keɓantacce ba. Babu wani hadisi da ya ce dole ne ya
jinkirta cin abinci ko ya ci takamaiman abinci.
Wani malamin Hanafi ya ce: “Sannan
ko da bayan sallar Idi, idan ba a yi yanka ba ko akwai jinkiri, to babu laifi a
ci ko a sha abin da ake so.”
KASHI NA 4: BAMBANCI TSAKANIN RANAR IDI NA KARAMAR
SALLAH DA BABBAR SALLAH
Yana da kyau a kula da wannan
bambanci mai muhimmanci:
Ranar Karamar Sallah (Id
al-Fitr): Sunnah ce a ci
abinci kafin fita zuwa sallah – yawanci dabino guda ɗaya
ko uku (kamar yadda Anas ibn Malik (RA) ya ruwaito). Dalili kuwa: don nuna cewa
ba a yin azumi a ranar Idi, saboda ranar Idi ranar biki ce, kuma a haka ake
rarrabe tsakanin azumi na watan Ramadan da ranar Idi .
Ranar Babbar Sallah (Id
al-Adha): Sunnah ce a jinkirta
cin abinci har sai an dawo daga sallah, sa’annan a ci daga
naman hadaya. Dalili: don cika sunnar Annabi (SAW) da kuma samun falalar cin
daga hadayar mutum a matsayin abinci na farko a wannan rana.
KASHI NA 5: HUKUNCIN WANNAN SUNNA GAM DA MAI LAYYA DA
RASHIN LAYYA
Don taƙaitawa, ga matakan hukunci:
Wanda ya yi layya:
·
Yana da kyau (mustahabbi / Sunnah) ya jinkirta cin abinci tun
daga safe har sai ya dawo daga sallar Idi.
·
Bayan sallah, ya kamata ya ci daga naman layyarsa (musamman
hanta) a matsayin abinci na farko.
·
Wannan ba wajibi ba ne (ba haramun ba idan ya ci kafin sallah).
·
Idan ya ci kafin sallah, babu wani zunubi a kansa, amma ya rasa
falalar sunna.
Wanda bai yi layya ba:
·
Ba a wajabta masa jinkirta cin abinci ba. Zai iya ci kafin
sallah ko bayan sallah kamar yadda ya ga dama.
·
Amma idan ya so ya jinkirta don ya bi al’adar Musulmai a
matsayin al’umma ɗaya, to babu laifi.
·
Idan ya ci bayan sallah, zai iya ci daga abin da ya samu na yau
da kullum, ba dole ba ne naman layya.
Iyali da ke zaune tare da mai
layya:
·
Malamai sun bambanta. Wasu sun ce su ma za su iya jinkirta ci
tare da shugaban iyali don su ci tare da shi daga naman hadaya.
·
Wasu sun ce jinkirtawa ta keɓance ga mai hadaya ne kaɗai,
sauran iyali za su iya ci kafin sallah.
·
Mafi aminci shi ne duk iyalin su jinkirta tare domin su ci tare
da gaba ɗaya kuma su sami falalar cin daga hadaya tare.
KAMMALAWA
A taƙaice, babu
wani azumi a ranar Idi na Layya.
Maimakon haka, Sunnah ce ta jinkirta cin abinci har
sai an dawo daga sallar Idi, musamman ga wanda ya yi layya domin
ya ci daga naman hadayarsa a matsayin abinci na farko. Wannan jinkirtawa ba ta
shãfi wanda bai yi layya ba daidai da yadda take shãfi mai layya, amma duk da
haka ana iya yinta don nuna girmamawa ga ranar biki.
Allah Ya karɓi
ayyukanmu, Ya ba mu ikon yin layya da sauran ibadoji, kuma Ya sanya mu daga
cikin mãsu bin Sunnar Annabi Muhammadu (SAW) daidai. Ameen.
Allah ne Mafi sani.
