Assalamu alaikum Malam, barka da yamma. Don Allah Malam, tambayata ita ce: Ina son in sami karin haske akan hadisin da wani sahabi ya ruwaito cewa akwai lokacin da suke tare da Annabi (SAW) sai matsananciyar buƙatar fitsari ta kama shi, sai Annabi (SAW) ya je ya yi fitsari. Sahabin ya ce Annabi (SAW) bai yi fitsarin a tsugune ba saboda wurin ba shi da tsafta. Shin idan ya tsuguna ne, to abin da bai dace ba zai taɓa jikinsa ko kuma wata najasa za ta shafe shi? Allah Ya ƙara wa Malam lafiya da nisan kwana da ilimi mai amfani. Wassalam.

Wa
alaikumussalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu.
Barka da
wannan tambaya mai muhimmanci. Wannan hadisi da kake magana a kai ingantaccen
hadisi ne wanda yake cikin manyan littattafan hadisi guda biyu, wato
Sahihul Bukhari da Sahih Muslim. Sahabin da ya ruwaito shi shi ne Huzaifah
dan Yaman (Allah ya yarda da shi).
HUJJAR
HADISIN:
Hadisin yana
cikin littafin Sunan An-Nasa’i da kuma Sahihul Bukhari.
An ruwaito daga Huzaifah (R.A) ya ce:
Arabic:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَتَى
سُبَاطَةَ قَوْمٍ فَبَالَ قَائِمًا
Hausa
fassarar:
"Lalle ne Annabi (SAW) ya je zuwa ga juji (wurin ajiyar shara) na wasu
mutane, sai ya yi fitsari a tsaye."
(Sunan An-Nasa’i, Hadith No. 26; Sahihul Bukhari)
A cikin wani
ruwayar da yake cikin Sunan An-Nasa’i kuma, Huzaifah (R.A) ya
ce: "Manzon Allah (SAW) ya je zuwa ga juji na wasu mutane, sai ya yi
fitsari a tsaye." A cikin ruwayar Sulaiman bin Ubaidullah, ya kara da
cewa: "Kuma ya shafa a saman khuffansa (takalmin fatarsa) biyu."
YADDA LAMARIN
YA FARU A CIKAKKEN BAYANI:
Huzaifah (R.A)
ya bayyana cewa: "Na kasance tare da Annabi (SAW) sai ya tafi zuwa ga juji
na wasu mutane (wurin da ake tara shara ko tsummokara), sai ya yi fitsari a
tsaye." Huzaifah ya ci gaba da cewa: Sai ya matsa nesa domin kada ya
takura wa Annabi (SAW). Amma Annabi (SAW) ya yi masa ishara da hannu ya
ce: "Kusanto." Sai Huzaifah ya kusanto har ya tsaya
a kusa da bayansa (bayan diddigensa) domin ya zame masa kariya ko garkuwa daga
idon mutane. Bayan ya gama ne sai ya yi alwala, ya kuma share saman khuffansa
biyu (takalmin fata).
DALILAN DA YA
SA ANNABI (SAW) YA YI FITSARI A TSAYE:
Kamar yadda ka
bayyana a tambayarka, malaman musulunci sun bayyana dalilai da dama da suka sa
Manzon Allah (SAW) ya yi hakan, saboda dabi'arsa ta yau da kullum ita ce yin
fitsari a zaune (ko tsugune). Dalilan sun hada da:
1. Yana yin
fitsari a Wurin (Latura): Wurin da ya karkata ya yi fitsarin
"juji" ne (wato ma'ajiyar shara ko datti). Da a ce ya tsuguna a
wurin, da datti ko najasar da ke ƙasa ta bazu jikinsa ko
tufafinsa. Yin tsaye shi ne mafi aminci daga fantsamar najasa a wannan lokacin.
Wannan shi ne babban dalilin da ya sa Annabi (SAW) ya zaɓi yin fitsari a tsaye a wannan
lokaci na musamman.
2. Nuna
Halalci: Annabi (SAW) ya yi hakan ne sau ɗaya ko kaɗan don ya nuna wa al'ummarsa
cewa yin fitsari a tsaye ya halasta idan bukata ta taso, kuma
ba haramun ba ne. Malaman lafiya da na hadisi sun ambaci cewa wani lokacin
mutum na iya samun matsala ta ciwon baya ko gwiwa ko gaba wanda zai hana shi
tsugunawa. Don haka, Annabi (SAW) ya koyar da al'umma cewa akwai saukin da zama
a cikin addini.
3. Gargadi
daga 'Aisha (RA): A wani ruwayar da yake cikin Sunan An-Nasa’i daga Aisha
(RA), ta ce: "Duk wanda ya gaya muku cewa Manzon Allah (SAW)
ya yi fitsari a tsaye, kada ku yarda da shi, domin shi bai kasance yana yin
fitsari ba sai a tsugune." (Sunan An-Nasa’i, Hadith No. 29;
Hasan). Wannan yana nuna cewa dabi'ar Annabi (SAW) ta yau da kullum ita ce yin
fitsari a tsugune, kuma abin da ya faru sau ɗaya a tsaye saboda wani dalili na musamman ne.
HUKUNCIN
MASANA FIKHU GAME DA WANNAN HADISI:
Malaman fikhun
musulunci sun fitar da hukunci daga wannan hadisi kamar haka:
1. Asali da
Fifiko: Yin fitsari a zaune (ko tsugune) shi ne mafi ɗaukaka, mafi cikar sutura, da
kuma dabi'ar Annabi (SAW) mafi yawa. Wannan shi ne abin da aka fi so
(mustahabbi) kuma shi ne mafi kyau a aikatawa.
2. Halalci a
yanayi na musamman: Halal ne mutum ya yi fitsari a tsaye muddin ya cika
sharudda guda biyu: Ya tabbatar cewa fitsarin ba zai fantsama ya taɓa jikinsa ko tufafinsa ba. Kuma
ya tabbatar cewa wurin ya kasance a ɓoye ta yadda kowa ba zai gani ko ya kalli al'aurarsa ba. A wani
ruwayar da yake cikin Sunan An-Nasa’i daga Abdur Rahman
bin Hasanah, Annabi (SAW) ya yi fitsari zuwa ga wata ƙaramar garkuwa
da ya aza a ƙasa domin ya ɓoye kansa daga
mutane.
3. Matsayin
Makruh (abun kyama) a mazhabar Hanafiyya: A mazhabar Hanafiyya, an
ce yin fitsari a tsaye makruh tanzihi ne (wato abin da ya fi
kyau a bari, amma ba zunubi ba ne idan aka yi). Ana ɗaukarsa a matsayin wani abu da
bai dace ba idan babu wani dalili na musamman.
4. Rukhsah
(sauƙaƙawa) a cikin masallatan zamani: Malaman
sun faɗi cewa idan
mutum yana cikin wani wuri mai ƙazanta (kamar ban daki na zamani da ake tsaye), ko kuma yana
cikin wani yanayi da ya sa yin fitsari a tsugune zai jawo wa jikinsa najasa, to
babu laifi ko kaɗan ya yi
fitsari a tsaye.
SASHIN
TATTAUNAWA TA MALAMAI: Sashin tattaunawa ta malamai a ƙasashen
Hausawa na ɗaukar fitsari
a tsaye a matsayin rashin kamala ko ladabi saboda al'ada, amma ta fannin
shari'a idan akwai latura (misali a ban dakin zamani na tsaye ko rashin tsabtar
ƙasa), babu
laifi ko kaɗan. Muhimmin
abin da ake buƙata shi ne: Tsabtata jiki daga fitsari, tsabtata tufafi, da kuma
ɓoye al'aura.
Duk wanda ya cika waɗannan
sharudda, to sallarsa tana nan.
KAMMALAWA:
Wannan hadisi
ya nuna wa al'ummar Musulunci cewa addinin Musulunci addini ne na sauki.
Idan akwai buƙata ko wani dalili na musamman (kamar rashin tsaftar wurin,
ciwo, ko wani hali), to yin fitsari a tsaye ya halatta. Amma asali da fifiko
shi ne yin fitsari a tsugune, domin wannan shi ne mafi kyau ga sutura, mafi
nisa daga fantsamar najasa, kuma shi ne dabi'ar Annabi (SAW) mafi yawa. Kuma a
koyaushe, mutum ya kula da tsaftarsa, ya kuma guji duk wani abin da zai iya ɓata sallarsa.
Allah ne Mafi
sani.
