Hukuncin Yin Sallar Nafila a Lokacin Da Ake Hudubar Juma'a

Assalamu alaikum malam. Shin ya halatta a yi sallar nafila (sallar karin kai) a lokacin da aka fara khutbah (huduba) ta ranar Juma'a?

Amsa (Answer)

Wa Alaikumus Salam Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh.

Alhamdu lillahi was-salatu was-salamu ‘ala Rasulillah. Godiya ta tabbata ga Allah, kuma salati da aminci su tabbata ga Manzon Allah, Muhammadu (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), da iyalansa, da sahabbansa, da kuma duk wanda ya bi tafarkinsa har zuwa ranar sakamako.

Tambayar da kuka gabatar tana daga cikin muhimman batutuwan da suka shafi ladabin Juma'a da girmama khutbah. A takaice dai, ba a halatta yin sallar nafila a lokacin da imam ya fara khutbah, sai dai akwai wata sallah guda daya da aka keɓe wa wanda ya shigo masallaci a lokacin khutbah—wato sallar Tahiyyatul Masjid (sallar gaisuwar masallaci) da ake yi har sau biyu (rak'ah biyu) da gajarta. Bayan haka, duk wata sallar nafila ta haramun ne a lokacin khutbah.

Muhimmancin Khutbah da Wajibcin Sauraro

Khutbah (huduba) wani bangare ne na sallar Juma'a wanda ba za a raba shi da sallar ba. A hakika, sallar Juma'a ba ta cika ba tare da khutbah ba. Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) bai taba yin sallar Juma'a ba tare da khutbah ba, kuma ya ce:

الْحَدِيثُ: «صَلُّوا كَمَا رَأَيْتُمُونِي أُصَلِّي»

Fassarar Hausa: "Ku yi sallah kamar yadda kuka ganni ina yin sallah." (Sahih al-Bukhari, 631)

Idan khutbah bai kasance daga cikin sharuddan Juma'a ba, da Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) zai bar ta a wani lokaci don ya nuna cewa ba ta zama sharadi ba, amma babu wani labari da ya nuna hakan. Don haka, khutbah wani bangare ne mai girma na ibadar Juma'a .

Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala) Ya yi umurni da sauraro a lokacin da ake karatun Alƙur'ani, kuma malaman tafsiri sun ce wannan umurni ya shafi khutbah ma:

الآيَةُ: ﴿وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ﴾

Fassarar Hausa: "Kuma idan an karanta Alƙur'ani, sai ku saurara gare shi kuma ku yi shiru, domin a yi muku rahama." (Surat Al-A'raf, 7:204)

Dalilan Haramcin Yin Sallah Ko Magana A Lokacin Khutbah

Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ya yi kakkausar gargadi game da yin magana ko shagala a lokacin khutbah. Abu Hurairah (Radhiyallahu Anhu) ya ruwaito cewa Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ya ce:

الْحَدِيثُ: «مَنْ قَالَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ: أَنْصِتْ، فَقَدْ لَغَا»

Fassarar Hausa: "Duk wanda ya ce wa abokinsa a ranar Juma'a alhali imam yana khutbah: 'Yi shiru,' to ya yi abin da bai dace ba (laga)." (Sahih al-Bukhari, 934; Sahih Muslim, 851)

Wannan hadisi yana nuna cewa ko da faɗar "yi shiru" don tunatar da wani ya yi shiru, yana ɗaukar hukuncin "lagw" (magana mara amfani) wadda ta ɓata ladan Juma'a. Idan haka ne ga tunatarwa, to yaya za a ce game da yin sallah da karatun Alƙur'ani da zikiri da sauran ayyuka a lokacin khutbah? Duk wannan yana cikin abubuwan da aka haramta, domin sun shagaltar da mai su daga sauraron khutbah.

Wani hadisi kuma ya ƙarfafa wannan ma'ana. Ibn Abbas (Radhiyallahu Anhuma) ya ruwaito cewa Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ya ce:

الْحَدِيثُ: «مَنْ تَكَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ فَهُوَ كَمَثَلِ الْحِمَارِ يَحْمِلُ أَسْفَارًا، وَالَّذِي يَقُولُ لَهُ: أَنْصِتْ لَيْسَ لَهُ جُمُعَةٌ»

Fassarar Hausa: "Duk wanda ya yi magana a ranar Juma'a alhali imam yana khutbah, to kamar jaki ne da ke ɗaukar littattafai. Kuma wanda ya ce masa: 'Yi shiru,' ba shi da (lada) Juma'a." (Musnad Ahmad, 2107; Sheikh Al-Albani ya inganta shi)

Malamai sun fassara wannan cewa ladan Juma'a yana ɓacewa ga wanda ya yi magana ko ya shagala da wani abu a lokacin khutbah, ko da kuwa maganar ta kasance abin da ake tunanin "kyau" ne kamar tunatarwa. Saboda haka, yin sallah a lokacin khutbah wanda ke buƙatar motsi da karatu da karkata zuciya, ya fi dacewa a ce yana ɓata ladan Juma'a.

Imam Ibn Qudamah (Rahimahullah) ya ce a cikin Al-Mughni: "Yana zama wajibi a yi sauraro tun da zarar imam ya fara khutbah, domin ba a halatta yin magana da kowa a cikin masallaci ba."

Keɓantacce: Sallar Tahiyyatul Masjid Ga Mai Shigowa A Lokacin Khutbah

Duk da haramcin yin sallolin nafila a lokacin khutbah, akwai wata sallah guda daya da aka keɓe ga wanda ya shigo masallaci a lokacin da imam ke khutbah: sallar Tahiyyatul Masjid (gaisuwar masallaci) mai rak'ah biyu kuma a gajarta.

Jabir ibn 'Abdillah (Radhiyallahu Anhu) ya ruwaito cewa:

الْحَدِيثُ: «جَاءَ رَجُلٌ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالنَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ، فَقَالَ: أَصَلَّيْتَ؟ قَالَ: لَا. قَالَ: قُمْ فَارْكَعْ رَكْعَتَيْنِ»

Fassarar Hausa: "Wani mutum ya zo ranar Juma'a alhali Annabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) yana khutbah. Sai ya ce: 'Ka yi sallah?' Ya ce: 'A'a.' Ya ce: 'Ka tashi ka yi rak'ah biyu.'" (Sahih al-Bukhari, 931; Sahih Muslim, 875)

Wannan hadisi ya nuna karara cewa mutumin da ya shigo masallaci a lokacin khutbah, ya kamata ya yi sallar Tahiyyatul Masjid da gaggawa da gajarta, sannan ya zauna ya saurari khutbah. Wannan keɓantacce ne na musamman ga wannan sallah kawai, ba ga sauran sallolin nafila ba.

Malamai sun yi sharhi cewa sai an gajarta wannan sallah sosai, kada ta shagaltar da mai ita daga sauraron khutbah. Idan kuma mutum ya shigo masallaci a lokacin da imam ya riga ya hau mumbari (minbar), ya kamata ya yi wannan sallah da sauri sannan ya zauna.

Bambanci Tsakanin Juma'a da Sallar Idi

Yana da muhimmanci a lura cewa akwai bambanci tsakanin khutbah ta Juma'a da khutbah ta sallar Idi. A sallar Idi, ba a buƙatar sauraron khutbah kamar yadda ake buƙata a Juma'a. A sallar Idi, mutum na iya tafiya ko zama ko ma barin masallaci bayan sallah. 'Abdullah ibn As-Sa'ib (Radhiyallahu Anhu) ya ruwaito cewa Annabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ya ce:

الْحَدِيثُ: «مَنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَنْصَرِفَ فَلْيَنْصَرِفْ، وَمَنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ لِلْخُطْبَةِ فَلْيَجْلِسْ»

Fassarar Hausa: "Wanda ya so ya tafi, to ya tafi; kuma wanda ya so ya zauna don khutbah, to ya zauna." (Sunan An-Nasa'i, 1596; Sheikh Al-Albani ya inganta shi)

Saboda haka, a sallar Idi, yin sallolin nafila ko karatun Alƙur'ani a lokacin khutbah ba shi da wannan haramcin kamar yadda yake a Juma'a. Amma a Juma'a, khutbah wani bangare ne na sallar kanta, don haka wajibi ne a saurare shi.

Shawara A Ga Wadanda Basu Fahimci Khutbah Ba

Wata matsala da take tasowa ita ce: ya game da mutumin da bai fahimci yaren da ake yin khutbah ba? Shin zai iya yin sallah ko karatun Alƙur'ani a lokacin khutbah?

Malamai sun ce idan mutum baya jin muryar imam (saboda nisa ko kurma) ko kuma baya fahimtar yaren da ake yin khutbah, to wajibcin sauraro ya ɓace masa domin babu wani amfani da zai samu. A wannan yanayin, yana iya shagaltar da kansa da zikiri ko karatun Alƙur'ani a ransa (ba a bayyane ba), domin kada lokaci ya ɓata masa. Amma idan yana jin muryar imam kuma yana iya fahimta, to wajibi ne ya yi shiru ya saurara, ko da kuwa baya son abin da ake faɗa .

Imam Al-Kasani (Rahimahullah) ya ce a cikin Bada'i' Al-Sana'i': "Sauraro da shiru wajibi ne kawai ga wanda yake kusa da imam, domin ya iya yin tunani da fahimta. Wanda ke nesa kuma ba ya jin muryar imam, to yana iya yin karatun Alƙur'ani ko zikiri a ransa."

Duk da haka, wannan rukhsad (sauki) ne ga wanda baya jin muryar imam. Amma ga wanda ke jin muryar imam, ko da baya fahimtar yaren, wasu malamai sun ce ya kamata ya yi shiru don girmama khutbah, kuma kada ya shagaltar da kansa da wani abu na zahiri kamar sallah ko karatun Alƙur'ani da ake gani, domin hakan na iya dagula wa mutanen da ke kusa da shi.

Takaitacciyar Jagora

Kafin Khutbah: Idan kun shigo masallaci kafin imam ya hau mumbari ko kafin a fara khutbah, zaku iya yin sallar Tahiyyatul Masjid (rak'ah biyu) ko wasu sallolin nafila, amma da gaggawa don ku shirya don khutbah.

Lokacin Khutbah: Da zarar imam ya fara khutbah, ku daina duk wani sallah ko karatu ko zikiri mai bayyana. Ku yi shiru ku saurara da kyau, ko da baku fahimci yaren ba (sai dai idan ba ku jin muryar imam kwata-kwata).

Keɓantacce: Idan kun shigo masallaci ne a lokacin khutbah (kafin a tafi sallah), ku yi sallar Tahiyyatul Masjid mai rak'ah biyu da gajarta, sannan ku zauna ku saurara.

Bayan Khutbah: Bayan an gama khutbah kuma aka tafi sallar Juma'a, babu wani abin da ke hana yin sallolin nafila, amma yana da kyau a fara da sallar Juma'a ta farilla.

Kammalawa

A takaice dai, ba a halatta yin sallar nafila a lokacin khutbah ta Juma'a, domin khutbah wani bangare ne na sallar Juma'a kuma wajibi ne a saurare shi cikin nutsuwa. Sai dai an keɓe wa mutumin da ya shigo masallaci a lokacin khutbah, yana iya yin sallar Tahiyyatul Masjid mai rak'ah biyu da gajarta, kamar yadda Manzon Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ya umarci mutumin da ya shigo a daidai lokacin khutbah. Wannan keɓantacce ne na musamman ga wannan sallah kawai.

Muna roƙon Allah Ya taimake mu mu girmama ibadarmu, Ya sa mu saurari khutbah da hankali da fahimta, kuma Ya karɓi sallolinmu da ayyukanmu.

Wallahu A'alam (Allah ne Mafi sani).
