TAMBAYA TA 3247
Assalamu alaikum.
Dan Allah Malam bakance na yi me tsauri sosai, shin akwai wata hanyar da zan bi domin in sauke bakancen da nayi?
Misali kamar kayi alkawaren cewa indai ka kara aikata wani
aikin laifi kaza sai na yi azumi dubu.
To amman Malam ban kai ga yin hakan ba, amma wallahi ina tsoron
tsautsayi Duk da nasan ba zan kara aikata wannan aikin laifin ba, Tun da yanzu
haka nakai shekara guda ban sake yin hakan ba.
AMSA
Wa alaikumus salam wa rahmatulLahi wa barakatuhu.
Shi dai bakance kala biyu ne. Akwai bakancen yin biyayya ga
Allah, akwai kuma na sa'bon Allah. Shi yasa Manzon Allah ﷺ ya ce "WANDA ya yi BAKANCEN ZAI BI ALLAH, TO YABI SHI.
AMMA WANDA ya yi BAKANCEN ZAI SA'BA WA ALLAH, KADA YA SA'BA MASA".
(Sahihul Bukhariy hadisi na 6,696).
Shi wannan bakancen naka, yana daga cikin bakancen da aka yishi
ne domin aikata wani aikin bin Allah. Sai dai kuma ka yanko wa kanka abu mai
wuya, kuma babu wata mafita gareka mutukar ka aikata wannan laifin fa, sai ka
aikata bakancen nan tun da alkawari ka yi wa Allah cewa zaka bauta masa.
Saboda tausayin al'ummah da guje musu ɗaukar nauyin abin da ba
zasu iya ba, shi yasa Manzon Allah ﷺ
ya hana yin bakance kamar yaddd Imamu Muslim ya ruwaito ta hanyar Sayyiduna
Abdullahi bn Umar (radhiyalLahu anhuma) ya ce:
"Manzon Allah ﷺ
watarana ya ha'du yana hanamu yin bakance. ya ce saboda shi bakance ba ya mayar
da kaddara, sai dai ta dalilinsa dai akan fidda (dukiya) daga hannun marowaci".
Ta kowacce fuska dai mafitarka guda ɗaya ce kaɗai. Ita ce kada ka kuskura ka aikata wancan abun.
ƘARIN BAYANI
Wa alaikumus salam wa
rahmatulLahi wa barakatuhu.
Abin da ka tambaya yana cikin
abin da ake kira bakance (nadhr) a Musulunci. Malamai sun bayyana cewa bakance
iri biyu ne: akwai bakancen da ake yi domin yin biyayya ga Allah (kamar azumi,
sadaka, ko wani aikin alheri), sannan akwai bakancen da ake yi kan abin da ya
shafi sabo. Idan bakancen ya shafi biyayya ga Allah, to wajibi ne a cika shi
idan sharadin da aka ɗaura
ya faru. Amma idan ya shafi sabo, ba a yarda mutum ya aikata shi ba.
Manzon Allah ﷺ ya bayyana wannan ƙa’ida a hadisi sahihi, yana
cewa duk wanda ya yi bakance na biyayya ga Allah to ya cika shi, amma wanda ya
yi bakance na sabo to kada ya aikata sabo saboda bakancen. Wannan yana nuna
cewa Musulunci yana girmama alkawarin da aka yi da Allah, amma ba ya yarda da
abin da zai kai mutum ga sabo.
Hadisi:
Arabic:
«مَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يُطِيعَ اللَّهَ فَلْيُطِعْهُ،
وَمَنْ نَذَرَ أَنْ يَعْصِيَهُ فَلَا يَعْصِهِ»
Hausa:
“Duk wanda ya
yi bakance zai yi biyayya ga Allah, to ya yi masa biyayya. Kuma duk wanda ya yi
bakancen zai saɓa
masa, to kada ya saɓa
masa.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadisi na
6696)
Dangane da bakancen da ka yi –
wato cewa idan ka sake aikata wani laifi za ka yi azumin guda dubu – wannan
bakance ne da aka ɗaura
shi a kan wani sharadi. Ma’ana, idan ba ka aikata abin da ka ɗaura bakancen a kansa ba,
to bakancen bai zama wajibi a gare ka ba. Tunda ka ce yanzu shekara guda kenan
ba ka sake aikata wannan laifin ba, wannan alama ce ta alheri da tsoron Allah.
Saboda haka mafi muhimmanci gare ka shi ne ka ci gaba da nisantar wannan laifi.
Haka kuma ya kamata a sani cewa
Annabi ﷺ
ya karantar da mu kada mu yawaita yin bakance mai nauyi, domin bakance ba ya
sauya ƙaddarar
Allah. Sau da yawa ma yana iya jefa mutum cikin wahala idan ya ɗaura wa kansa abin da zai
gagare shi. Wannan dalili ne da ya sa Annabi ﷺ ya hana yawan yin
bakance.
Hadisi:
Arabic:
«نَهَى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنِ النَّذْرِ، وَقَالَ:
إِنَّهُ لَا يَرُدُّ شَيْئًا، وَإِنَّمَا يُسْتَخْرَجُ بِهِ مِنَ الْبَخِيلِ»
Hausa:
“Annabi ﷺ ya hana yin bakance,
ya ce: shi bakance ba ya mayar da wani abu (daga ƙaddara), sai dai kawai ana fidda wani abu
daga hannun marowaci ne ta dalilinsa.”
(Sahih Muslim)
Haka kuma Al-Kur’ani ya yaba wa
bayin Allah masu cika bakance idan sun yi shi domin alheri. Wannan yana nuna
muhimmancin kiyaye alkawari da Allah.
Al-Kur’ani:
Arabic:
يُوفُونَ بِالنَّذْرِ وَيَخَافُونَ يَوْمًا
كَانَ شَرُّهُ مُسْتَطِيرًا
Hausa:
“Suna cika
bakance, kuma suna tsoron wata rana wadda sharrinta zai yadu sosai.”
(Surat Al-Insan 76:7)
Saboda haka, a halin da kake
ciki, mafita mafi kyau ita ce ka ci gaba da tsoron Allah kuma ka nisanci wannan
laifin gaba ɗaya. Idan
har ba ka aikata shi ba, bakancen bai zama dole ka cika shi ba. Amma idan –
Allah ya kiyaye – mutum ya aikata abin da ya ɗaura
bakancen a kansa, to dole ne ya cika bakancen, sai dai idan ya kasance abin da
ya wuce ƙarfin
mutum sosai, a irin wannan yanayi malamai sukan ba da shawarar neman fatawa ta
musamman domin a duba halin mutum da abin da zai iya.
Allah Ya tabbatar da mu a kan
alheri, Ya kuma taimaka mana mu nisanci abin da zai jefa mu cikin wahala ko
sabo. Idan kana so, zan iya ƙara maka bayanin hukuncin bakancen da ya
yi nauyi sosai a fikihu da abin da malamai suka ce game da irin wannan misali
na azumi mai yawa.
ﺳُﺒﺤَﺎﻧَﻚَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻬُﻢَّ ﻭَﺑِﺤَﻤْﺪِﻙَ ﺃﺷْﻬَﺪُ ﺃﻥ ﻟَﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻪَ ﺇِﻻَّ ﺃﻧْﺖَ ﺃﺳْﺘَﻐْﻔِﺮُﻙَ ﻭﺃَﺗُﻮﺏُ ﺇِﻟَﻴْﻚ
