TSAƘURE

Siyasa wata aba ce da ta jiɓinci rayuwar al’umma ta duniya, kuma ta yi tasirin gaske cikin jininsu. Don haka, marubuta waƙoƙin Hausa suke dubin irin wannan tasirin da siyasa take ɗarsawa cikin al’umma ga rayuwarsu ta yau da kullum musamman a Jihar Taraba. Ganin haka, ya sa mawaƙan suka duƙufa wajen yin rubutattun waƙoƙin da nufin tallata ‘yan takara da jam’iyyun siyasa ga jama’ar da suke cikinsu dangane da muhimmancin shiga jam’iyya da kuma zaɓen shugabanni nagari. Takardar za ta zaƙulo gudummuwar da marubuta waƙoƙin siyasa suke badawa wajen tallata ‘yan takara da kuma jam’iyya.

ABSTRACT

Politics is an issue that affects people’s life with profound impact. Because of this, Hausa poet therefore relate the impact of this politics on society in their ɓarious songs. In doing this, lots of them compose song to popularize politicians and their parties because of its importance in electing better leaders. The aim of this paper is to eɗamine the role of political poetry during election campaigns with particular reference to Taraba State: Eɗamples from poems of Shu’aibu Ibrahim Muhammad Aska.

1.0 GABATARWA

Waƙoƙin siyasa waƙoƙi ne da suka sha nazari a hannun malamai da ɗalibai masu nazarin adabin Hausa.An sami ayyuka da dama ta wannan ɓangaren. Daga cikin waɗannan ayyuka akwai Hiskett (1977), da Birniwa (1987), da Funtua (2003), da Ɗangulbi (2003), da Yahaya (2010), da Ɗan ‘illela (2010), da Adamu (2012), da Dunfawa (2013) da ma wasu. Malamai sun kawo ma’anar siyasa a cikin ayyukan da tarihin kafuwar jam’iyyun siyasa da nazarin waƙoƙin siyasa dangane sa jigoginsu da salonsu da irin gudummuwarsu ga kafuwar dimokuraɗiya. A wannan takarda za a dubi wani muhimmin salo ne a wasu waƙoƙin Shu’aibu Ibrahim Muhammad Aska. Wannan salon kuwa shi ne yadda mawaƙin ya yi amfani da kwantar da harshe ko mu ce daɗin baki wajen tallata wasu ‘yan takara ga talakawan jihar Taraba wajen ganin sun zaɓe su.

Akwai dabaru da salailai masu yawa da mawaƙan siyasakan yi amfani da su waɗanda suke ba da gagarumar gudummuwa wajen tallata ‘yan takara a lokacin yaƙin neman zaɓen waɗanda suke yi wa waƙa Dunfawa (2013)

Wannan takarda an ɗora ta ne kan ra’in Dunfawa (2013) wanda ya gabatar a kan waƙoƙin siyasa tare da duba salailan cikinsu. Wannan ne aka yi amfani da shi wajen fito da dabarun tallata ‘yan takara kamar yadda za a gani, amma misalai daga wasu waƙoƙin siyasa na Shu’aibu Ibrahim Muhammad Aska.

1.1 TAƘAITACCEN TARIHIN RAYUWAR SHU’AIBU IBRAHIM MUHAMMAD ASKA

An haifi Shu’aibu Ibrahim Muhammad Aska a ranar 16/10/1972, a ƙaramar hukumar Lau da ke jihar Taraba. Ya yi karatun allo a wurin mahaifinsa Malam Muhammad a cikin garin Lau dake ƙaramar hukumar Lau.Ya yi Makarantar Firamare a Central Primary School Lau daga shekara ta 1980-1986.Shu’aibu bai yi ƙasa a guiwa ba, ya halarci Makarantar koyon sana’a (Ɓocational Training Centre) dakeƙaramar hukumar Ganye da ke jihar Adamawa daga 1986 zuwa 1991.

Ya shiga harkar rubuta waƙoƙin Hausa a shekara ta 2000 har zuwa yau 2017.Ya yi waƙoƙi da dama da suka danganci faɗakarwa, da ilmantarwa. Bai tsaya a nan ba, ya yi waƙoƙin nishaɗantarwa, kamar soyayya. Har ila yau ya yi wa kamfanoni da ma’aikatu, da ƙungiyoyi na gwamnati da hukumomi da ba na gwamnati ba (NGO) waƙa. Bai tsaya a nan ba ya yi waƙoƙin siyasa da dama waɗanda jimilarsu a taƙaice za su kai ɗari da hamsin (150).

Ya yi waƙoƙi masu yawa da suka haɗa da: na sarauta da kafofin yaɗa labarai (Media) kamar su Muryar Amurka (ƁOA) da Rediyo Faransa da wasu da dama a nan gida Najeriya. Shu’aibu na da mata biyu da ‘ya’ya bakwai.

1.2 MA’ANAR TALLATAWA/TALLA

CNHN, (2006) ya bayyana ma’anar talla ta lugga ta fuskoki uku kamar haka:

Yawo da kaya don sayarwa.

Rubuta bayanin wani abu a jaridu, ko maƙala takardu a bango ko jikin wani abu, don neman mai saye.

Bayyana sirrin wani.

Ɗangulbi (2003) Tallatawa na nufin wayar wa jama’akai a kan wani abu da ake buƙatar su saye ko su aminta da shi. Watau talla a cikin waƙoƙin siyasa ita ce a fitar da jam’iyya fili da kyawawan manufofinta don mutane su so ta.

Dunfawa (2013) ya bayyana ma’anar tallatawa da dabara ce ta fito da kyawawan manufofi da zummar wayar wa al’umma kai akan abin da ake buƙata su aminta da shi.

Saboda haka marubuta waƙoƙin siyasa suna taka gagarumar rawa wajen cusa wa mutane son jam’iyyunsu baki-rai-baki-fama. A cikin wannan tallarce suke kawo sunayen wasu mashahuran mutane da aka san su da adalci da riƙon amana da kuma yin tsaye ga ƙwato wa talakan ƙasa yancinsa da haƙƙinsa a duk lokacin da aka ba su dama ta hanyar zaɓensu a muƙaman siyasa. Ambaton sunayen irin waɗannan shugabanni a cikin waƙa yana sa talakawa ko jama’a su rungumi jam’iyya.

Mawaƙan siyasa sukan dubi irin alheri ko kyauta da mutane ke yi wa talakawa da maƙwabtansu sai su ambace su cikin masu kyawawan ɗabi’u da halaye na kirki da ake son kowane ɗan siyasa ya kasance yana da su. Don haka da waɗannan ɗabi’u na kirki ne mawaƙan za su tallata waɗannan mutane har jama’a su zaɓe su a majalisu daban-daban.

Har ila yau marubata waƙoƙin siyasa na tallata jam’iyyu da ‘ya’yan jam’iyunsu dangane da ƙwarewarsu ga aikin hukuma ko wajen hulɗa da ƙasashen waje da sauran harkoki na kasuwanci. Ta hanyar wannan tallar ɗabi’u da ƙwarewa ga sha’anin mulki na wasu shugabanni da ‘ya’yan jam’iyyu ke sa mutane su shiga jam’iyyu daban-daban.

1.3 DAƊIN BAKI

Daɗin baki na nufin a faɗa wa wani magana mai faranta masa rai domin samun wata biyan buƙata daga gare shi koda kuwa maganar ba gaskiya ce ake faɗa masa ba. Shu’aibuya yi amfani da irin waɗannan salailan a cikin waƙoƙinsa don tallata wasu ‘yan takara ga talakawan jihar Taraba. Daga cikin irin waɗannan salailan da ya yi amfani da su akwai:kyaun hali dakyauta da iya mulki da farin-jini da kawar da tsoro da buri/manufa. A kan waɗannan ne wannan takarda za ta yi sharhi kamar yadda ya yi amfani da su cikin waƙoƙinsa na siyasa.

1.3.1 KYAUN HALI

Kyaun hali shi ne kasancewar mutum managarci.Da yawa mawaƙan siyasa ke danganta kyaun hali ga wanda da suke yi wa waƙa ko da kuwa sun san baya da kyaun halin domin su yi wa masu jefa ƙuri’a daɗin bakisu so shi kuma su zaɓe shi.

(Dunfawa,2013: 2)

Shu’aibu ya yi amfani da wannan salon don tallata wata ‘yar takara a waƙarsa mai taken “Maman Taraba Ta Iso”.Ga abin da ya cea wannan baiti:-

Adalci sanin haƙƙin jama’a sune ta sa a gaba,

Sannan kuma da kare mutuncin kowa ba batun gaba,

Aisha Alhassan da shiri ta taho domin ta kai mu gaba,

Mu yunƙura duk mu ɗau ƙuri’u musaka mata zata goya mu.

(bt, 8)

A wannan baitin mawallafin na tallata ‘yar takarar ce dangane da kyawawan halayenta inda ya bayyana kaɗan daga cikin halayen nata da suka haɗa da baiwa talakawa haƙƙinsu, da kare mutuncin kowa.

Mawallafin ya tallata wani ɗan takarar a waƙarsa mai taken “Taraba 2015 Gwamna Kai Muke Ƙauna”.Ga abin da yake cewa danganeda kyawawan halayenɗan takarar:-

Mai farin-jinin Jama’a zuciyarsa farau ne,

Ga al’umma shi ya ƙara burge ni,

Taimako da sada zumuncinsa ne ya ratsa ni,

Zuciyarsa ba hassada dukkaninmu shaida ne.

(bt, 6)

A wannan baitin mawallafin ya bayyana wasu kyawawan halayen wani ɗan takarar kamar haka:mutum ne mai taimako da sada zumunci marar hassada.

Don haka duk wanda ya ji an ambaci waɗannan kyawawan halaye ga wani zai ji yana son sa. Mawaƙin kan cusa irin wannan so ne a cikin zukatan mutane game da wanda yake yi wa waƙar. Abin na iya zama akasin abin da aka faɗa, shi dai burinsa kawai ɗan takarar ya sami karɓuwa ga talakawa.

A baitukan da suka gabata an ga yadda mawaƙin ya jingine waɗannan kyawawan halayen ga waɗannan ‘yan takara da nufin tallata su ga al’ummar jihar Taraba, don ganin sun sami karɓuwa. Jingine waɗannan kyawawan halaye kan samar wa ‘yan takaran soyayya da farin-jini gun talakawa, har ya kai ga su zaɓe su a kujerun da suke takaran, haka kuma kyakkyawar dabara ce wajen tallata ‘yan takaran ga talakawa.

1.3.2 KYAUTA

CNHN, (2006) ya bayyana kyauta ta fuskoki guda biyu:

-Kyauta bai wa mutum wani abu don ra’ayi ba tare da ya yi wani aiki ba.

-Kyauta yin abin kirki ga wani.

Mawaƙan siyasakan yabi wani jigo ko ɗan takara ta hanyar amfani da irin kyautar da yake yi wa jama’a, don su amince da shi kuma su zaɓe shi.

Shu’aibu yayi amfani da wannan dabarar ya tallata wani ɗan takara dangane da irin kyautar da yake yia waƙarsa mai taken “GwamnaTu O Sabin Taraba”. Ga abin da yake cewa a waɗannan baitocin:-

Ga kyauta da son jama’a baba,

Zuciyarsa ba ta ɗagawa ba,

Sannan Baido bai gaji rowa ba,

Tausayinsa ke daɗa burge ni.

Mai kyauta ya sake ƙarawa,

Alkhairinsa bashi yankewa,

Ƙofofi yake ta buɗewa,

Na arziƙi wajen Ibadullah.

A Taraba martabarka ta ƙaru,

Kyautarka ta haɓaka ta ruru,

A zuciyarka talaka ta ƙaru,

Ai dole ‘yan uba su ƙyale ka.

(bt, 5,7,9)

A waɗannan baitocin mawallafin ya yi amfani da kyautar da wannan ɗan takara yake yi wa mutane ya tallata shi, ga ma abin da yake cewa mai kyauta, da son jama’a, bai gaji rowa ba, mai kyauta ya sake ƙarawa, alherinsa bai yankewa,kyautarsa ta haɓaka ta ruru, son ka a wajen talakawa sai ƙaruwa yake yi.

Mawallafin ya yi amfani da irin kyautar da Aisha Jummai take yi, ya tallata ta. Ga abin da ya ce a waƙarsa mai taken “Twenty Fifteen A Taraba ZaMu Ga Canji Sabo”

Mai haƙuri da tausayi mai ƙaunar al’umma,

Ga fara’a da kyauta Aisha har da karama,

Akwai ta da ilimi na mulki a cikin al’umma,

Ga adalci ga tawakkaligun Allah mai girma.

(bt, 18)

A wannan baiti mawallafin na ya bayyana ‘yar takarar ce dangane da halinta na haƙuri da ƙaunar al’umma ga fara’a da kyauta.

Ambaton waɗannan halayen ga ɗan takara kan sa ya sami tagomashi a wajen talakawa kuma ya dishe hasken abokan adawarsa.

1.3.3 FARIN -JINi

CNHN, (2006) Farin-jini ƙaunar da mutum ko wani abu yakan samu a wurin mutane.

Mawallafin ya yi amfani da farin-jinin wata‘yar takara,ya tallata ta a waƙarsa mai taken “Twenty FifteenA Taraba ZaMu Ga Canji Sabo” Ga abin da yake cewa a waɗannan baitoci:

Dukkan al’umman Taraba muna bayan ki,

Babu taraddadi ko shakka mune naki,

2015 randa zamu zo tarban ki,

Ƙoyinmu da kwarkwata zamu fito domin ki Aisha.

Sarakai al’umma kowa ka ji sai zancen ki,

Har da ma’aikatanmu nagwamnati na ƙaunar ki,

Har yaranmu ‘yan makaranta sai begen ki,

Aisha Alhassan girgije inuwar alheriJummai.

(bt, 12, 13)

A waɗannan baitocin mawallafin na tallata ta ne dangane irin farin-jini da take da shi a wurin talakawan jihar Taraba. Ga ma abin da yake cewa; dukkan al’ummar Taraba muna bayan ki, babu shakka mune naki, ƙwanmu da kwarkwata zamu fito domin ki.

Ya ƙara da cewa sarakai, al’umma kowa sai zancen ki, ma’aikatan gwamnati, da ‘yan makaranta na ƙaunar ki, yara da ‘yan makaranta na begen ki.

Mawallafin ya yi amfani da farin-jinin da wani ɗan takara yake da shi a wajen talakawa a ya tallata shi a waƙarsa mai taken “GwamnaTu O Sabin Taraba”. Ga abin da mawallafin ke cewa a wannan baiti:-

Yau dai Baido sai ka ƙara godewa,

Ga Allah ka ƙara dagewa,

Masoyanka basu ƙarewa,

Kullum safiya akwai sabbi.

  (bt, 11)

A wannan baiti mawallafin na shaidawa ɗan takarar da ya godewa Allah ganin irin yadda masoyansa kullum sai ƙaruwa suke yi.

Farin-jini da ɗan takara ke da shi a wajen al’umma kantaka muhimmiyar rawa wajen samar masa da tagomashi, kuma ya sami karɓuwa na sosai da sosai, har ma ya kai ga ya sami ƙuri’un talakawan a lokacin zaɓe.

1.3.4 IYA MULKI

CNHN, (2006) Mulki gudanar da harkokin hukuma kan jama’a. Mawallafa waƙoƙin siyasa kan tallata ɗan takara da suke yi wa waƙa ta fuskar iya mulki a wasu lokutan ma sukan nuna babu wanda ya fi shi iya gudanar da mulki.

Shu’aibu ya yi amfani da wannnan dabarar a waƙarsa mai taken “Twenty FifteenA Taraba ZaMu Ga Canji Sabo” wajen tallata wata ‘yar takarar. Ga abin da yake cewa a wannan baiti:-

Mu duba al’ummanmu Taraba mu yo talifi,

Aisha Alhassan mun san ta ba wani haufi,

A fannin mulki da siyasa ta riƙi kofi,

Zaku yi shaida lambar girma aka bata da yabawa.

(bt, 10)

A wannan baiti mawallafin na bayyana iya mulkin ‘yar takarar ce wadda ya kai ga ta sami lambar yabo. Ga abin da yake cewa Aisha Alhassan mun san ta ba wani haufi, a fannin mulki na siyasa ta riƙi kofi, zaku yi shaida lambar girma aka ba ta da yabawa.

Iya mulki kyakkyawar hanya ce ta tallata ‘yan takara da mawaƙan siyasa kan yi amfani da shi wajen cusa wa talakawa so, da ƙaunar wadda suke yi wa waƙa. Har ila yau wannan dabara kan sa ɗan takara ya sami ƙima a wajen talakawa.

1.3.5 KAWARDA TSORO

Kawar da tsoro na nufin bawa mutum tabbacin abu da yake tababa acikin zuciyarsa game da shi, idan wani yana kifi-ido-kifi-bado game da yadda wani abu zai kasance, to akan kawar masa da tsoro ta hanyar faɗa masa wasu batutuwa masu ba shi tabbacin abin da yake tsoro da dukkan alama bazai faru ba.(Dunfawa 2013)

Mawallafin ya yi amfani da wannan dabarar a waƙarsa mai taken “Twenty FifteenATaraba Za Mu Ga Canji Sabo”. Ga abin da yake cewa a wannan baiti:-

Ba bambanci na ƙabila ko addini,

Kowa nasa ne a Taraba kowani fanni,

Hausawa, Fulani da Mummuye kowani ƙarni,

Wurkum har da Jenjo ga Junkun, Tiɓ kuma har ma Yarbawa.

(bt, 8)

Mawallafin yana kawar da fargabanda talakawa jihar Taraba suke ji na ƙila ‘yar takarar zata nuna musu bambancin addini daƙabila. Ya ci gaba da bayyana wa talakawan cewar bata da bambancin ƙabila, ko na addini, kowa nata ne a jihar Taraba a kowani fanni yake.

An samimisalin kawar da tsoro a waƙar mawallafin mai taken “Maman Taraba Ta Iso”. Ga abin da yake cewa a waɗannan baitoci:-

Na ji ma’aikatanmu nagwamnati na wasu zantuka a gari,

Bayan gwamnatin nan ta kau za su shige cikin haɗari,

Wa zai ƙarfafa musu albashi balle kuɗin garari,

Ai ko na ce musu ga albishir Aisha hero ce.

Aisha Alhassan ta ɗaura shiri domin kare haƙƙinku,

Zata kula da ku tamkar ƙoyi da biyan buƙatunku,

Albashinku har da kuɗin hutu da sauran muradunku,

Ku ɗunguma duk mu ɗauƙuri’u ku fito mu saka yaudara illa ce.

(bt, 13, 14)

A waɗannan baitocin mawallafin ya kawar da tsoro da ma’aikatan gwamnati ke ji na faɗawa cikin haɗari na rashin ƙarfafa musu albashi, da kuɗin garari bayan shuɗewar wannan gwamnati.Don haka mawallafin yakekawar musu wannan tsoron inda ya ce musu ga albishir Aisha hero ce.

Mawallafin ƙara dacewa ‘yar takarar a shirye take domin ta kare haƙƙinsu,da kula da biyan buƙatunsuna biyan albashi da zata yi har da basu kuɗinsu na hutu.

Jin waɗannan zantuttukakanƙarfafa wa talakawa gwiwa da sakin jiki wajen zaɓen wacce aka tallata musu. Kawar da tsoro makami ne na kare dange da ke taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen janyo hankalin talakawa a lokacin neman zaɓe.

1.3.6 BURI/MANUFA

Buri shi ne fatan da mutum yakan sa a ransa don cimma biyan buƙata a rayuwarsa. CNHN,(2006). Mawaƙan siyasa kan yi amfani da kyawawan burace-buracen ‘yan takaran da suke yi wa waƙa don tallata su a wajen talakawa don samun ƙuri’unsu a lokacin zaɓe.

Mawallafin ya yi amfani da burin wata ‘yar takara ya tallata ta da shi a waƙarsa mai taken “Maman Taraba Ta Iso”. Ga abin da yake cewa a waƙar:

Noma har da ruwa hanyar mota wannan muhimmi ne,

Ilimi, lafiya, haske na wuta wannan farilla ce,

Inganta harkar masana’antu wannan sahihi ne,

Wannan ɓangaren manufa neda ta fara shiryawa.

(bt, 12)

A wannan baitin mawallafin ya bayyana kyawawan buri/manufofin ‘yar takarar ceidan aka zaɓe ta ya ce zata yi na inganta harkar noma, da samar da ruwan sha, da gina hanyoyin mota, da samar da ilimi, da magunguna a asibitoci, da hasken wuta, da inganta masana’antu. Duk wanda ya ji waɗannan kyawawan manufofi ko buri da aka zayyana zai ji yana son wannan ‘yar takara.

Mawallafin ya yi amfani da buri don tallata wani ɗan takara a waƙarsa mai taken “U.T.C Muke So A Taraba 2015”. Ga abin da yake cewa a waɗannan baitocin guda biyu:-

Alhaji Garba shi ne mutum mai kishinmu,

Shi burinsa shi ne mu kwana da ‘yancinmu,

Yai mana ayyuka ko’ina a Taraba,

Bai ware addininmu ko ko ƙabila ba.

Burinsa kullum Taraba mu zauna ƙalau,

Baya son ya ɗau tsegumin mabiya Jatau,

Baya zama da mai yaɗa gulma faufaufau,

Sabon Gwamna ba ya alaƙarsa da miyagu.

(bt, 5, 6)

A waɗannan baitocin mawallafin ya kawo kyawawan burin ɗan takaran na ganin talakawa sun zaɓe shi inda yake cewa mutum ne mai kishinsu, wanda burinsa shi ne talakawa su kwana da ‘yancinsu, haka kuma zai yi ayyuka a ko’ina a jihar Taraba, bai ware wani addini ko ƙabila ba. Zai samar da zaman lafiya a jihar Taraba wanda Hausawa ke cewa ya fi zama ɗan Sarki. Babu ruwansa da sauraron tsegumi, baya zama da magulmata da miyagu.

Mawallafin ya yi amfani da wannan dabara na kyawawan buri ya tallata wata ‘yar takara a waƙarsa mai taken “Twenty Fifteen A Taraba Za Mu Ga Canji Sabo”. Ga abin da yake cewa a wannan baiti:-

Ba sauran zaman kashe wando gun al’umma,

Zamu zama kamar a ƙasar Turai don ƙima,

Domin dogaro da ƙafafu babu nadama,

Aisha Alhassan burinta ya zama lalaci ya ƙaura.

(bt, 20)

A wannan baitin mawallafin ya shimfiɗo kyawawan ƙudurori da wata ‘yar takara take da shi idan har an zaɓe ta.Inda yake cewa burinta shi ne, tasamar da ayyukan yi ga matasa, ta gyara jihar Taraba ya zama kamar ƙasar Turai, zata samar wa jihar ƙima.Har ila yau yana daga cikin burin ‘yar takara ta kau da lalaci a jihar Taraba.

Jin waɗannan kyawawan burace-burancenko manufofin ‘yan takara kan sa talakawa su so su, su zaɓe su idan lokacin zaɓe ya zo. A nan ma za mu iya cewa buri/manufofin ‘yan takara kyakkyawar hanya ce ta tallata ‘yan takaran.

1.4 KAMMALAWA

Bisa bayanan da suka gabata an bayyana tallar ‘yan takara dabara ce da Shu’aibu ya yi amfani da ita wajen fito da ƙimar ‘yan takara. An ga yadda ya yi amfani da kyaun hali da kyauta da farin jini da iya mulki da kawar da tsoro da buri/manufa, aka yi bayaninsu ta fuskar kwarzonta ‘yan takara a jam’iyya da jama’arta.

Takardar ta fahimci mawaƙan siyasa sukan ja hankalin masu jefa ƙuri’a su zaɓi ‘yan takararsu da jam’iyyoyinsu.
