As-Salamu Alaikum. Game da maganar Manzon Allaah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam): Babu I’tikaaf sai a Masallatan nan guda uku (Harami, da Madinah, da Qudus). To, a ina aka samo hukuncin yin I’tikaafin a masallatan sauran ƙasashe? Ma’ana: Yanzu yin I’tikafin a masallacin garinmu ya halastta?

Wa'alaikumus
Salam Warahmatullahi Wabarkatuhu.
Mas’alolin
Fiqhu suna da mabambantan fuskoki a wurin malamai mujtahidai . Yadda wani yake
duban mas’ala ba haka wani yake dubanta ba. Don haka ake samun saɓani a tsakanin
maganganunsu da fatawoyinsu. Ba su da wani laifi a kan haka. Abin ƙyama dai kawai shi ne bin son-zuciya da sha’awar-rai a
wurin mabiya, da ƙyale gaskiya. Kuma dole mu san cewa duk
lokacin da mujtahidai suka samu saɓani a kan wata mas’ala daga cikin mas’aloli, to guda ɗaya ce kawai daidai
sauran kuma kuskure ne, kodayake kuma wanda ya faɗi abin da ya saɓa wa daidai ɗin ba za a zarge
shi ba, tun da ma har lada guda za a ba shi, kamar yadda Annabi (Sallal Laahu
Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya nuna a cikin hadisinsa sahihi:
»إِذَا حَكَمَ الْحَاكِمُ فَاجْتَهَدَ ثُمَّ
أَصَابَ فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ ، وَإِذَا حَكَمَ فَاجْتَهَدَ ثُمَّ أَخْطَأَ فَلَهُ
أَجْرٌ «
Idan mai
hukunci ya yi ijtihadi a wurin hukunci sai kuma ya dace, to yana da lada biyu;
idan kuma ya yi ijtihadi a hukuncin sai kuma ya yi kuskure, to yana da lada ɗaya. (Al-Bukhaariy:
7352, Muslim: 1716)
Shiyasa idan
malami muttabi’i ya zo irin wannan wurin dole shi ma hanya guda ɗaya yake bi da
gwargwadon abin da ya bayyana masa na ƙarfin hujjojin mujtahidan da suka saɓa a gabaninsa.
Kamar matafiyin da ya zo mararrabar hanya, dole hanya ɗaya kaɗai zai bi. Ba zai
iya bin dukkan hanyoyin a lokaci guda ba.
Daga cikin
irin waɗannan mas’alolin na
saɓani ne, wannan
mas’alar ta nau’in masallacin da ake yin i’tikafi a cikinsa:
Malamai sun
saɓa wa juna a kan
haka ne saboda kalmar ‘Masallatai’ da ta zo a cikin maganar Allaah Ta’aala:
وَلَا تُبَـٰشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنتُمۡ عَـٰكِفُونَ فِی
ٱلۡمَسَـٰجِدِۗ
Kuma kar ku
shafi juna da su (matanku) alhali kuma yin i’tikaafi a cikin masallatai.
(Surah
Al-Baqarah: 187)
(i) Al (Alif
da Laam) na cikin ‘ Al-Masaajid’ (Masallatai), wasu malaman sun ɗauke shi na
istigraaq ne, watau wanda ya haɗe kowane irin masallaci. Don haka, suka halatta yin
i’tikafi a cikin kowane irin masallaci a duniya: Babba ko ƙarami, kuma
na-Jumma’a ko ba na-Jumma’a ba!
Sai dai
yawancin malaman Fiqhu ba su yarda da wannan ra’ayin ba, domin da farko dai ba
a ƙaramin masallacin da ba na-Jumma’a ne Annabi (Sallal
Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya yi nasa i’tikafin ba. Sannan kuma in aka
yarda da wannan fassarar, to yaya za a yi idan ranar Jumma’a ta zo alhali mutum
yana cikin i’tikafin? Fita zai yi zuwa masallacin Jumma’a don sallar Jumma’a ya
bar i’tikafin, ko kuwa i’tikafin zai cigaba da yi ya manta da sallar Jumma’ar?!
(ii) Wasu
malamai kuma sun zaɓi cewa Al a cikin Al-Masaajid ɗin na Al-’Ahd ne,
watau wanda ya tattaru a kan abin da zuciya ta riga ta san shi, watau: Waɗannan Masallatan da
aka sani ɗin nan, waɗanda a cikinsu ne ake iya yin i’tikafi ! Suka ce: Don
haka, ana iya yin i’tikafi a duk wani babban masallacin Jumma’a a ko’ina a
cikin duniya, tun da shi ne ya yi kama da masallacin da Manzon Allaah (Sallal
Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya yi nasa i’tikaafin a cikinsa. Kuma dayake
mai i’tikafi a cikinsu ba zai buƙatu ga fita zuwa Jumma’a a wani wurin
daban ba. Wannan shi ne ra’ayin da yawancin malamai suka ɗauka.
(iii) Wasu
malaman kuwa cewa suka yi: Sauran masallatan Jumma’a na duniya ba su yi daidai
da irin Masallacin da Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya yi
i’tikafi a cikinsa ba, saboda dalilai kamar haka:
1. Darajarsu
ta fi ta sauran masallatan duniya, kamar yadda ya nuna a cikin hadisai: Yin
sallah a masallacina ya fi sallah dubu (1,000) a cikin wanda ba shi ba, sai dai
masallacin Harami. Yin sallah a masallacin Harami kuma ya fi sallah dubu ɗari (100,000) a
cikin wanda ba shi ba. (Ahmad, kuma Al-Albaaniy ya sahhaha shi a cikin
Al-Irwaa’u: 1129).
Game da
Masallacin Qudus kuwa, an riwaito cewa: Yin sallah a cikinsa ya fi na sauran
masallatai da daraja dubu hamsin (50,000) ne. Sai dai bai inganta ba.
(Al-Irwaa’u: 1130).
2.
Masallatan uku su kaɗai ne aka yarda a ɗaura sirdi domin a tafi yin ibada a cikinsu. Annabi
(Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya ce: Ba a ɗaura sirdi sai dai
zuwa ga Masallatan nan guda uku: Masallacin Harami da Masallacina wannan, da
Masallacin Qudus.
3. Sannan
kuma ga shi su kaɗai ne Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya
ware su da cewa: A cikinsu ne kaɗai ake yin i’tikaafi .
Don haka, waɗannan malaman ba su
yarda a yi ƙiyasin sauran masallatai a kan waɗannan masallatai
uku ba, saboda bambancin reshe da asali. Sun kafe a kan lafazin maganarsa
(Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) cewa: Babu i’tikafi sai dai a cikin
masallatan guda uku.
Waɗancan malaman kuma
suka ce: Da farko dai akwai tababa game da ingancin wannan hadisin. Sannan kuma
ko da ya inganta, fassararsa ita ce: Babu i’tikafi kammalalle ko cikakke sai a
cikin masallatan guda uku . Amma ba kore yiwuwar yinsa a cikin sauran ba ne!
Sai su kuma
suka amsa da cewa: A wurinmu wannan hadisi ingantacce ne, babu wata tababa a
kansa. (Dubi yadda As-Shaikh Al-Mujaddid Al-Albaniy (Rahimahul Laah) ya
tattauna a kan haka, kuma da irin martanin da ya bayar ga mai musun hakan a
cikin mashahurin littafinsa: Silsilah Al-Ahaadeeth As-Saheehah: 2786)
Amma kuma
fassarar da kuka bai wa hadisin ba daidai ba ne, domin a asali harafin
istisnaa’i (illaa) a irin wannan wurin korewa ta matuƙa ya ke yi
sai dai abin da ya togace kawai, amma ba wai kore kamala ko cika kawai yake yi
ba.
Da Manzon
Allaah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya ce:
لَا تُشَدُّ الرِّحَالُ إِلَّا إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ
الثَّلَاثَةِ
Babu ɗaura sirdi sai dai
zuwa ga Masallatan nan uku
Zai yiwu ku
iya yi masa irin wancan fassarar: Babu ɗaura sirdi kammalalle ko cikakke…?!
Ko kuwa a
inda ya ce:
(Laa Ilaaha
Illal Laah)
(Babu abin
bautawa da gaskiya sai Allaah)
zai yiwu shi
ma a fassara ma’anarsa da cewa: Babu abin bautawa kammalalle ko cikakke…?!!
A taƙaice dai akwai maganganu masu yawa da faɗi a irin waɗannan mas’alolin da
malamai suka saɓa wa junansu a cikinsu, waɗanda kowannensu za
ka ga yana da dalilinsa a kan abin da ya tafi a kansa, kuma yana da dalilai ko
martani ga dalilan da wasu malaman suka ɗauka. Don haka dai, su malaman da suka ga dacewar yin
i’tikafi a kowane babban masallaci, har da na garinmu suna da na su dalilai,
kamar yadda ka ji.
Sai dai mu a
Markazu Ahlil-Hadeeth a cikin rubuce-rubucenmu kamar na: Goron Azumin Ramadan
da makamantansa muna ƙoƙarin tafiya a kan doron hadisai sahihai
ne, kamar yadda manyan malamai masana hadisin suka bayyana. Kuma muna fatar
hakan ya zama kyakkyawar mafita gare mu da sauran al’umma a duniya da barzahu
da lahira, in shaa’al Laah. Domin malamai muhaqqiqai sun tabbatar da cewa:
Hanyar malaman hadisi ita ce hanya sahihiya ingantacciya wacce a cikinta babu
irin matsalolin da sauran hanyoyin suke fama da su. (Dubi littafina: Darajar
Malaman Hadisi).
Amma ba mu
cewa sauran malamai waɗanda suka saɓa a cikin mas’alolin fiqhu daga wannan matafiyar da
ijtihadinsu , ko don bin malamansu mujtahidai , ɓatattu ne ko
hallakakku ne! Musulmi ne Ahlus-Sunnah ’yan uwanmu matuƙar dai sun
nufaci dacewa da gaskiya ne, ba sun bi sha’awar-rai ko son-zuciya ba ne.
Allaah ya haɗa mu gaba-ɗaya a Ranar Lahira
tare da waɗanda Allaah ya yi musu Rahama: Daga cikin Annabawa da
Siddiƙai da Shuhada’u da Salihai.
