Yadda Ake Yin Alkaki

Wannan ɗaya ne daga tsarabar da muke kawo muku daga Ummu Amatulqahhar Kitchen.

Alkaki ɗaya ne daga cikin abinci nau'in soyawa wanda yake da tsohon tarihi a tsakanin Hausawa. Yana da daɗi matuƙa sannan yana da daraja. Na ce yana da daraja ne saboda abinci ne nau'in girma wanda ko a bukukuwa, ba koyaushe ake samun alkaki ba. Idan aka yi alkaki lokacin biki kuwa, lallai hakan zai ƙara masa armashi.

Yayin da za ki yi alkaki, za ki tanadi kayan haɗi kamar haka:

a. Alkama

b. Mangyaɗa ko butter (ko duka biyu)

c. Ruwan tsamiya ko nono (kindirmo)

d. Sugar (ruwan sugar da aka dafa)

Ga yadda ake alkaki dalla-dalla

1) Da farko za ki gyara alkamarki, ki bushe ki cire duk wani datti da yake ciki, sai ki barza shi, kar ya yi laushi sosai kuma kar ya yi guda-guda sosai, kamar dai biski.



2) (Za ki jiƙa tsamiya ki barshi ya kwana ko ya yi kamar awa hudu yadda zai jiƙu sosai).

3) Daga nan sai ki kawo Ruwan tsamiyar nan ki tata ki saka a kan alkamar da aka barza, za ki saka ba da yawa ba daidai, sai ki saka ruwa ma daidai (Ruwan tsamiyar yafi normal ruwa yawa).

3) Idan ba ki da tsamiya ana yi da nono, maimakon ruwan tsamiyan da za ki saka sai ki saka nono (kindirmo) ki kwaɓa da shi da ruwa.

4) Za ki saka mangyaɗa kadan, misali idan alkamar gwangwani hudu ne sai ki saka mangyaɗa ludayi ɗaya.

4) Sannan za ki iya amfani da butter maimaikon mangyaɗa.

5) Za ki saka yis ki kwaɓa tare da shi (wasu suna sakawa wasu ba sa sakawa).

5) Za ki hade su ki kwaɓa gaba ɗaya, kar ya yi tauri kuma kar ya yi laushi sosai tsaka-tsakiya.

6) Daga nan sai ki rufe ki barshi ya kwana, (za ki kwaɓa da dare ki bari ya kwana).

7) Da safe za ki saka masa ruwan kanwa kadan ki hade shi sosai.

8) Daga nan sai ki saka a turmi ki daka shi yadda zai zama ya kama jikinsa, ko ki yi amfani da hanunki ki buga shi sosai.

9) Daga nan sai ki dinga gutsura kina mulmulawa kina fitar da shape din alkaki din.

10) Bayan kin gama sai ki soya shi. (Ba a saka masa wuta sosai, sabida in kika saka wuta sosai cikin ba zai soyu ba).

11) Bayan kin soya kina fitarwa sai ki saka a cikin ruwan sugar da kika dafa wato scrub.

12) Za ki bari ya kama jikinsa iya yadda kike so sai ki fitar da shi.

Shikenan kin kammala alkaki dinki.

Mataki na huɗu: Za a juya sannan a naɗe ɗaya ɓangaren ma.
A lura: A wannan misalin ƙananan naɗi aka yi. Za ki iya yin manyan naɗi da suka fi waɗannan.
