Alaikum. Malam, wai ko akwai wani dalili ne da ya nuna sai miji ya faɗa wa matarsa ko matansa
na gida cewa zai ƙara wani auren?

Salaam Wa Rahmatul Laah.
A gaskiya ban
san wata doka daga cikin Al-Kitaab Was Sunnah da ta ɗora wa miji cewa sai ya sanar da matarsa ko
matansa, ko kuma sai ya nemi yarda ko amincewarsu ba da farko kafin ya fara
neman ƙarin
auren wata matar.
Hasali a ƙa’ida fa ba sharaɗi ne ba sai kowa-da-kowa
ya san cewa za ka yi aure, an dai so ne kawai jama’a da yawa su san hakan.
Domin ga Abdurrahman Bn Auf (Radiyal Laahu Anhu) ɗaya
daga cikin Al-Asharatul Mubassharuun Bil Jannah ya yi aure amma har Annabi
(Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) bai sani ba. (Sahih Al-Bukhaariy:
5153).
Sannan kuma a
lokacin yaƙin
Khaibar da Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya auri Safiyyah
Bint Huyay (Radiyal Laahu Anhaa) yawancin musulmi ba su sani ba. Har ma cewa
suke yi:
إِنْ حَجَبَهَا فَهْىَ مِنْ أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ، وَإِنْ لَمْ
يَحْجُبْهَا فَهْىَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ يَمِينُهُ
Idan ya yi
mata hijabi, to ita ɗaya
daga cikin Ummuhaatul Mu’mineen ce. Idan kuwa bai yi mata hijabi ba, to ita ɗaya daga cikin kuyanginsa
ce. (Sahih Al-Bukhaariy: 5085).
Amma dai miji
ya sanar da matar gida ko matan gidansa batun ƙarin aurensa domin su zama cikin shiri,
musamman a wannan zamani da lokacin da muke ciki, abu ne mai kyau ƙwarai.
Ko ba komai dai, duk abin da ake jin tsoron sa na ɓacin rai da tashin hankalinsu a farko, shi ɗin ne dai zai iya aukuwa
a lokacin da suka samu labari daga baya.
Kuma tun farko
shi miji dole ne ya zama namijin gaske a gidansa, ta hanyar ɗaukar nauye-nauyen
iyalinsa da gwargwadon ƙarfi da ikonsa. Ya yi tsayin daka wurin tarbiyyar matansa da ’ya’yansa iyakar iyawansa. Kar ya zama mai kaushin hali ko
mayaudari ko maha’inci
a gare su. Kuma kar ya zama shashasha santolaɓi
mara iya jagorancin gidan. Watau dai ya zama mai ƙarfi ba da zalunci ba, kuma mai tausayi
ba da shashanci ba.
Shari’a ta
halatta ƙarin
aure ga namijin da yake da iko kuma wanda zai iya yin adalci a tsakanin dukkan
matansa na gida da mai shigowa a cikin abubuwan da suke a bayyane na haƙƙoƙinsu
a kansa, kamar ta fuskar abinci da tufatarwa da rabon kwana da makamantansu.
Kuma dole ne miji ya yi tsayin daka wurin kare mutunci da lafiya da matsayi da
sauran haƙƙoƙin
kowacce daga cikin matansa a cikin amana da adalci.
Idan miji ya
tsare waɗannan
abubuwa da gwargwadon hali da iko a cikin matsakaicin matsayi abin yabo - ba da
ƙoro
ko almubazzaranci ba - babu dalilin wani tsoro ko rashin natsuwa balle kuma
tayar da hankali a wurin mace musulma, domin mijinta musulmi zai auro wata
matar musulma, ko kuma domin za ta auri namiji musulmi mai aure da wata matar
musulma.
Allaah ya ƙara
mana fahimta da shiriya.
