Mene ne Hukuncin Ɗora Alƙur'ani Ko Littafin Addini Akan Gadon Da ake Jima'i Akansa?

Babu saɓani tsakanin malamai akan wajabcin girmama Alƙur'ani da
kulawa dashi.
Nawawi rahimahullahu yace: Malamai sun haɗu akan wajabcin
kulada Alƙur'ani da girmama shi. Almaj-Mu'u (2/85)
Malamai sun amabaci halaye dayawa waɗanda sanya ƙur'ani a cikinsu
wulakantashi ne, daka cikinsu akwai:
1. Jefar da Alƙur'ani akasa.
2. Ko ajiyeshi awajan najasa.
3. Ko tofa masa majina.
4. Ko takashi da tuƙun ƙunashi.
Dasauran sifofi wanda suke na wulaƙanta ƙur'anine wanda suke
nuna yi wa zancen Allah hawan kawara da wulakantarwa.
Amma Ajiye Alƙur'ani akan shimfida ko katifa ko gadon da ake
jima'i akansa baya cikin wulakanta alƙur'ani yahalatta babu laifi akan hakan.
Wani mutum yatambayi Abdullahi Ɗan Abbas yace: zan iya sanya Alƙur'ani
akan shimfidar danake jima'i akai? Saiyace: (Na'am).
Abdurrazaƙ yaruwaito a cikin Musannaf dinsa (2/171), da Ibnu
Abiy dauda a cikin Al-masããhif (446) sannan aduba "muƙaddimar Asasiyyah fy
Ulumul ƙur'an na Abdullahi Yusuf jadeed (562)
Malama lajnatul da'imah sukace: yahalatta mutum ya karanta ƙur'ani
aɗakin baccinsa da shimfidar baccinsa, idan bashida janaba, dakaranta Alƙur'ani
idan yanada Alwala. fatawa lajnah (3/67)
Inda a ce haramun ne sanya Alƙur'ani akan shimfidar jima'i ko ɗakin
da ake bacci wanda galibi a cikinsu jima'i tsakanin ma'aurata yake gudana
haramunne da Annabi yabayyanawa sahabbai hakan dakuma an kuzuzuta abun saboda
bukatar mutane zuwa gareshi.
Saboda haka babu laifi dora Alƙur'ani akan shimfidar kwanciya
bacci ko gado ko ɗakin bacci matukar wurin yanada tsarki.

ƘARIN BAYANI
Mene ne hukuncin ɗora Alƙur’ani ko
littafin addini a kan gadon da ake jima’i a kansa?
Wasu mutane suna tambaya: shin ya halatta a ajiye Alƙur’ani ko wani littafin
addini a kan gado ko katifar da ake kwanciya a kai, wanda kuma a wasu lokuta
ma’aurata suke jima’i a kansa? Ko wannan yana cikin wulaƙanta Alƙur’ani ne?
Amsa:
A shari’ar Musulunci, babu saɓani
tsakanin malamai game da wajibcin girmama Alƙur’ani da kiyaye shi daga duk wani
abu da zai nuna wulaƙanci. Alƙur’ani kalmar Allah ce, don haka wajibi ne
musulmi ya girmama shi, ya kuma nisanci duk wani abu da zai nuna rashin ladabi
gareshi. Allah Madaukakin Sarki Ya ce:
ذَٰلِكَ
وَمَن يُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِن تَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ
“Haka ne, kuma duk wanda ya girmama
abubuwan da Allah Ya tsarkake, to hakika wannan yana daga cikin tsoron Allah na
cikin zuciya.”
(Suratul Hajj 22:32)
Malamai da dama sun bayyana cewa
wajibi ne a kula da Alƙur’ani da mutuntaka. Babban malamin fikihu Imam
al-Nawawi ya ce malamai sun haɗu a kan wajabcin girmama Alƙur’ani da kare shi
daga duk wani abu na wulaƙanci.
Malamai sun ambaci wasu abubuwa da
suke bayyana wulaƙanta Alƙur’ani, kamar jefar da shi a ƙasa ba tare da dalili
ba, ajiyeshi a wurin najasa, tofa masa majina, ko taka shi da ƙafa. Duk
waɗannan abubuwa ne da suke nuna rashin girmamawa ga zancen Allah, kuma haramun
ne a aikata su.
Amma game da ajiyewa a kan shimfiɗa,
katifa, ko gado da ake kwanciya a kai, malamai da dama sun bayyana cewa wannan
ba ya shiga cikin wulaƙanta Alƙur’ani muddin wurin yana da tsarki kuma ba a yi
hakan da niyyar raina shi ba. An ruwaito cewa sahabin Annabi ﷺ Abdullah ibn Abbas an tambaye shi ko mutum zai iya ajiye
Alƙur’ani a kan shimfiɗar da yake kwanciya a kai, sai ya ce:
نَعَمْ
“Eh, zai iya.”
“I, yana iya yin hakan.”
Wannan riwaya ta zo a cikin
littattafan hadisi kamar Musannaf na Abd al-Razzaq al-Sanani. Haka kuma malamai
sun bayyana cewa ya halatta mutum ya karanta Alƙur’ani a cikin ɗakin kwanciya
ko a kan shimfiɗarsa muddin yana cikin tsarki. Malaman Permanent Committee for
Islamic Research and Ifta ma sun bayyana cewa babu laifi mutum ya karanta
Alƙur’ani a cikin ɗakin kwanciyarsa idan ba shi da janaba, kuma yana da alwala
idan yana riƙe mushafi.
Saboda haka, ajiye Alƙur’ani a kan
gado ko katifa ba laifi ba ne muddin wurin yana da tsarki kuma ba a yi hakan da
niyyar wulaƙanta shi ba. Haka kuma kasancewar ma’aurata suna jima’i a wannan
gadon ba ya sa ajiyewa a wurin ya zama haramun, domin wannan abu ne na halal a
cikin aure. Amma duk da haka, yana daga cikin kyakkyawan ladabi mutum ya ajiye
Alƙur’ani a wuri mai tsabta kuma mai daraja domin nuna cikakkiyar girmamawa ga
kalmar Allah.
Allah ne mafi sani.
