I Will Shatter the Sky

I've set my goal like a bull

in the eye of time and 

though narrow the path

it must part for the arrow

I've left the bow, bold 

like a shooting star and

though the sky is clouded

it must turn for the thunder

I've subdued the dews

shed by the morning and  

though the cold might fold

over and over I shall blaze

I've halved the ladder

towards the last rung and

though the way is weighing 

I shall nail the mountain  

I will slay the dragon 

unfold the garb of flames  

and stretch and spread 

and shatter the sky!
