Shin Allah Yana Yafe Kowanne Zunubi Ko da Shirka Ne?

Shin gaskiyane Allah yana yafe ko wanne zunubi amma banda shirka, wanda ya yi sata ko ya cucu jama'a  fa?

Na'am gaskiyane Allah yana yafe kowanne zunubi da bawa ya mutu yana aikatawa, idan yaga dama ga wanda yaso amma banda shirka hada shi da Wani bawansa wajan bauta. Kamar yanda Ayoyi da hadisai ingantattu da dama Suka nuna. Hatta ita shirka idan ka tuba kafin kamutu Allah yana karɓan tuban wanda yatuba.        

Sata tana daka cikin haƙƙin bayi. Akwai sharudda wajan tuba daka haƙƙoƙin dasuke shafi tsakaninka da bayi., shi ne Abun da ka zalunci mutum ka mayar masa, koka war-ware in ƙazafine ko sharri. Saboda hadisin da Bukhari ya ruwaito ( 2449) daka Abu huraira Allah yaƙara masa yarda yace; Manzan Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ya ce: ( Wanda akwai wani abu daya zalunci ɗan'uwansa a mutuncinsa ko wani abu yaje ya war-ware shi yau dinnan kafin ya zama dinari ko azurfa, idan yana da kyakkyawan aiki a dauka daka ladan aikinsa gwar-gwadon zaluntar ɗan'uwansa da ya yi abashi, idan bashi da kyakkyawan aiki adakko mummunan aikin wanda ya zalunta ajibga masa).            

Nawawi Ya ce: Saɓo idan tsakanin bawane da Ubangijinsa bashi da alaƙa da haƙƙin ɗan adam yana da Sharudda guda uku:

1. Dena zunubin.

2. Nadama a kan saɓon.

3. Ya ƙudurci niyyar bazai sake aikata aikin ba.

Idan aka rasa ɗaya daka cikin ukun nan tuba bai tabbata ba.        

Idan saɓo yanada Alaƙa da ɗan adam ne kawai, sharuddansa guda huɗu ne, wadancan guda ukun, sai barranta daka haƙƙin ɗan'uwanka, idan dukiyace ko wani abu ka mayar masa, idan ƙazafine ka sanar da shi koka nemi afuwarsa, idan gulmar sa kayi sai kaje ka war-ware gulmar.

Idan mutum yasaci dukiyar wani, kuma yanajin nauyin fada masa, saboda yana tsoran zumuncinsu zai yanke, ko abokantarsu, ba dolene ya bashi labari ba, zai mayar masa da dukiyarsa ta dukkan hanyar dazata iyu, kamar ya shigar masa da shi cikin kayansa, koya baiwa wani yabashi abarsa.        

Idan wanda kaiwa sata bakasanshi ba, to zakayi sadaka da ƙiyasin abun da ka satar masa da niyyar  shi kayiwa sadakar.

Wajibine ka mayar da dukiyar da ka sata zuwa ga wanda ka satarwa, ko zuwa ga magadansa idan ya mutu, idan ka kasa ganeshi, zakayi masa sadaka da ita, da sharadin duk sanda kuka haɗu zaka bashi zabin a kan sadakar dakayi idan yayarda abarshi asadakar shikenan, in yace dukiyarsa yakeso dole ka nemo ka bashi.        

Idan ka jahilci iya yawan dukiyar da ka sata, saika rinjayar da Abun da mafi rinjayen zatonka ya karkata ka barranta da ita, idan zatonka ya rinjyar maka misali tsakanin dubu takwas da goma, saika rinjayar da goma.     

Abun da ka kasa mayarwa na kayan sata bashi ne akanka, bazaka kubuta daka zargi a kan saba sai ka bayar dashi, abun da yake wajibi akanka anan, shi ne ka tabbatar da shi a cikin wasiyyarka, dan tsoran kada Mutuwa tazo maka kafin ka bayar dashi, saboda hadisin da Bukhari ya ruwaito (2738) da Muslim (1627) daka Ibnu Umar yaji Manzan Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ya ce: ( haƙƙine a kan duk wani musulmi da ya san akwai haƙƙin wani abu a kansa da zai wasiyya a kansa ya yi kwana uku face wasiyyar sa tana rubuce, Abdullahi ɗan Umar ya ce: Babu wani dare da zaizo ya wuce tun daga lokacin da naji Manzan Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam ya fadi wannan, batare da wasiyyata tana nan arubuce ba.

Wanda ya tuba, tuba na gaskiya kuma ya yi kokarin bayar da dukiyar daya sata gamai ita, sai mutuwa tazo masa, ana fatan Allah ya yi masa afuwa ya biya masa, yasa masu dukiyar su yafe masa ranar Alkiyama, zaka yarda da wannan daka hadisin da Bukhari ya ruwaito (2387) daka Abiy Huraira Allah yaƙara masa yarda ya ce: ( Wanda yadauki dukiyar mutane yanasan biyansu Allah zai biya masa, wanda ya dauki dukiyar mutane da nufin ya wulaƙanta musu ita, ( Lalata musu ita) Allah zai wulaƙanta shi).

Ha'inci kuma saika yawaita nemewa wanda ka ha'inta koka cucesu gafara awajan Allah, tare da kyautata halayenka da ƙara yawaita nagartattun ayyuka, domin dangane da Tuba Allah ya ce: ( Ni mai gafara ne ga wanda ya tuba ya yi imani ya yi aiki nagari sannan ya shiryu) Suratul Daha aya ta (82).
