The above picture shows the four female writers from Ghana and Nigeria who just completed their 4- week stay at the Ebedi International Writers Residency in Iseyin Nigeria with the well-known feminist, Erelu Bisi Adeleye- Fayemi (middle of picture).
The writers are Left to Right: Evelyn Addai Acheampong (Ghana) Justine Perfect Alorwu (Ghana) Princess Miracle Attah (Nigeria) and Chidinma Mary Ndukwo ( Nigeria)
Erelu Fayemi who is also the immediate past First Lady of Ekiti State interacted with the Writers before awarding them their official Certificates as Fellows of the Residency.
The Ebedi International Writers Residency a private initiative for the free use of Writers has hosted 190 Writers from 12 African Countries since its inception in 2010.
A long-standing friend of the Ebedi International Writers Residency, Erelu Fayemi's NGO, ABOVE WHISPERS FOUNDATION sponsored the writers stay at the Residency.
