Mene ne hukuncin wanda ake bin sa azumi har wani azumin ya zo bai rama ba yaya zai yi?

Idan kuma mutum yajinkirta bashin azumi har wani Ramadan ɗin ba zai fita daka halaye biyu ba.

1. Ya zama jinkirin akwai uzuri a cikinsa, kamar mara lafiyan da cuta ta cigaba ajikinsa har wani azumin ya zo, wannan babu zunubi akansa wajan jinkirta azumin, domin shi mai uzurine, babu Abun da zai yi sai dai yarama azumin kawai.

2. Yakasance jinkirin narashin uzurine, kamar wanda yasamu damar ramawa Amma yaƙi ramawa harwani azumin ya zo.

Wannan yana da zunubin jinkirinsa, malamai sun yi ittifaƙi a kan ramuwar tana nan akansa, sai dai sun yi Saɓāni a kan Shin wajibine ya ciyar dakowanne miskini kowacce rana ko ba zai ciyarba ramuwa kawai zai yi?

Imamu Malik da shafi'i da Ahmad sun tafi a kan zai ciyar, sun kafa hujjah dacewa hakika an ruwaito daka wasu sahabbai kamar Abu huraira da Ibnu Abbas Allah yakara yarda da su.

Abu hanifa yatafi a kan ba wajibi ba ne ciyarwa akansa rama azumin kawai zai yi.

Yakafa hujjah da cewa Allah bai Umarni ga wanda yasha azumi dakomai ba, sai rama azumin kawai, bai Ambaci ciyarwa ba.

Allah madaukakin Sarki ya ce:

ﻭﻣﻦ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻣﺮﻳﻀﺎ ﺃﻭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻔﺮ ﻓﻌﺪﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻳﺎﻡ ﺃﺧﺮ ﺍﻟﺒﻘﺮﺓ / 185 .

Wanda yake ahalin rashin lafiya ko ahalin tafiya sai ya sha azumi, yarama awasu kwanakin daban.

Duba Almajmu'u Na nawawi (6/366) da Al-mugny (4/400).

Wannan zancen nabiyu shi ne imamul bukhari yazaba, a cikin sahihin littafinsa ya ce:

Idan mutum ana binsa ramuwar azumi bai ramaba har wani Ramadan ɗin ya zo, zayi azumin ne kawai ba zai ciyar ba, ana Ambatan wata magana daka Abu huraira da ibnu Abbas cewa: Mutum zai ciyar tareda rama azumin, sai Bukhari ya ce; Allah bai Ambaci ciyarwa ba, kawai cewa ya yi ( sai ya rama awasu kwanaki daban).

SHaik Usaimeen ma ya tabbatar da wannan maganar tarashin ciyarwa a kan wanda ya yi sakaci bai rama bashin azuminda ake binsaba har wani azumin ya zo.
