Assalamu Alaikum dan Allah tambayar ita ce shin akwai
wani hadith ko Aya wacce ta nuna cewa cin naman doki haramun ne?

To Ɗan'uwawa babu wata aya
baro-baro ko wani hadisi wanda ya haramta cin naman doki, kuma mafi yawan
malamai sun tafi a kan hallacin cin naman doki, saboda hadisin Asma'u 'yar
Abubakar, inda take cewa: "Mun soke wani doki a zamanin Annabi s.a.w sai
muka cinye shi" Bukhari: 5191.
Sai dai Ibnu Abbas da Imamu Malik sun tafi a kan haramcinsa,
saboda Allah ya faɗa a cikin suratu Annahl aya ta: 8 cewa ya halicci doki
ne don a hau, a kuma yi ado, wannan sai yake nuna ba za a ci ba.
Zance mafi inganci shi ne hallacin cin naman doki,
saboda hadisin da ya gabata, sannan ayar da Imamu Malik ya kafa hujja da ita ba
ta fito baro-baro ta hana cin doki ba, domin kasancewar an ce ana hawansa ko
ana ado da shi, ba ya hana a ci.

AYA KO HADISI DA SUKA HARAMTA CIN NAMAN DOKI, KUMA MENE NE MATSAYIN MAGANAR
MALAMAI AKAI?
Tambaya:
Shin Musulunci ya halatta cin
naman doki ne ko kuwa ya haramta shi? Wannan tambaya tana neman bayani ne akan
hujjojin da malamai suka dogara da su, musamman ganin cewa akwai sabani
tsakanin manyan mazhabobin fikhu game da wannan dabba da ake amfani da ita
wajen hawa da yaki.
Amsa:
Halaccin Cin Naman Doki Da
Sabanin Malamai
Batun cin naman doki yana daya
daga cikin rukunonin fikhu da malamai suka yi bayani akai daki-daki. Mafi yawan
malamai (Jumhurul Ulama), ciki har da Imamul Shafi'i, Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, da
wasu daga cikin malaman mazhabar Malikiyyah da Hanfiyyah, sun tafi akan cewa
cin naman doki halal ne.
1. Hujjar Masu Halatta Cin Naman
Doki
Mafi ƙarfiyar hujja da masu
halattawa suka dogara da ita ita ce hadisin da aka rawaito a cikin Sahihi guda
biyu (Bukhari da Muslim) daga Asma'u bint Abubakar (R.A):
نَحَرْنَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى
اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَرَسًا، وَنَحْنُ بِالْمَدِينَةِ، فَأَكَلْنَاهُ
"Mun soke wani doki a
zamanin Manzon Allah (صلى الله
عليه وسلم) muna a Madina, sannan muka cinye shi." (Sahihul Bukhari:
5191).
Wannan hadisi ya nuna karara cewa
sahabbai sun ci naman doki a gaban Manzon Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) kuma bai hana su ba,
wanda hakan shaida ce ta halaccinsa. Haka kuma, akwai hadisin Jabir bin
Abdullahi (R.A) wanda yake cewa:
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ
وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ، وَأَذِنَ فِي لُحُومِ
الْخَيْلِ
"Manzon Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم)
ya haramta cin naman jakin gida a ranar (yakin) Khaibar, amma ya bayar da izini
(halaccin) cin naman dawakai." (Sahihul Bukhari da Muslim).
2. Hujjar Masu Karhanta Ko
Haramtawa
Wasu daga cikin malamai, musamman
Imam Malik da Imam Abu Hanifa (a wani zancen nasa), sun tafi akan cewa cin
naman doki ba ya halatta ko kuma abin ƙyama ne (Makruh). Sun dogara ne da ayar
Alkur'ani a cikin Suratul Nahl:
وَالْخَيْلَ وَالْبِغَالَ وَالْحَمِيرَ لِتَرْكَبُوهَا
وَزِينَةً ۚ وَيَخْلُقُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
"Kuma (ya halicci) dawakai,
da alfadarai, da jakai, domin ku hau su, kuma su zama ado (gare ku). Kuma Yana
halittar abin da ba ku sani ba." (Suratun Nahl: 8).
Malaman da suka tafi akan
haramcin sun ce Allah ya ambaci "hawa" da "ado" ne kawai a
matsayin dalilin halittar doki, bai ambaci "ci" ba kamar yadda ya
ambata a ayoyin da suke magana akan dabbobin gida (Aw'am). Saboda haka, a
wurinsu, ambatar hawa kadai yana nufin an ware su ne don wannan aikin, ba don
abinci ba.
3. Tattaunawa Da Rinjaya
Mafi yawan malaman bincike
(Muhaqqiqun) sun tafi akan cewa hujjojin masu halattawa sun fi karfi saboda
dalilai kamar haka:
Hadisai Baro-baro: Hadisan Asma'u
da Jabir (R.A) sun yi magana kai-tsaye akan cin naman, yayin da ayar Alkur'anin
ba ta fito ta haramta cin naman ba (ba ta ce haramun ne gare ku ba).
Ka'idar Hawa: Kasancewar ana hawa
dabba ba ya nufin ba za a iya cin namanta ba. Misali, raqumi ma ana hawansa
kuma ana ado da shi, amma babu sabani akan halaccin namansa.
Khaibar: Haramta jakin gida da
halatta doki a rana daya yana nuna cewa akwai banbanci tsakanin dabbobin guda
biyu a hukuncin abinci.
Duk da haka, an samu wasu malamai
da suke ganin cewa cin naman doki Makruh ne (abin kyama) saboda ana bukatarsa a
matsayin kayan yaki da sufuri, musamman a lokutan da dawakan suke da karanci.
Amma ta fuskar tsantsar hukuncin shari'a, naman doki halal ne.
Kammalawa
Bisa ga ingantattun hadisai na
Sahihi, cin naman doki ya halatta a Musulunci. Sabanin da aka samu daga Imam
Malik (R.A) ya ginu ne akan fahimtar ayar Suratul Nahl, amma hadisan Manzon
Allah (صلى الله
عليه وسلم) sun kara bayyana cewa izinin cin naman yana nan. Saboda haka,
wanda ya ci naman doki bai aikata laifi ba, kuma ba ya cikin haramun.
Allah ne mafi sani.
