Mahaifiyata Tana Fushi Da Ni Ba Da Haƙƙi Ba, Ya Hukuncina?

    Assalamu alaikum, malam mahaifiyata tana fushi da ni saboda na ki mayar da 'ya'yana kanana gurin ubansu, kuma abinda ya sa na rabu da shi ba shi da aikin yi sai shaye shaye da bin mata, kuma har yanzu ba shi da aure a tasha yake kwana, saboda gidan hayar sun kore shi, kuma mahaifansa sun rasu, amma na fahimtar da ita makota sun fahimtar da ita amma ta ki, a yanzu haka sai makota ne suka ba ni wurin zama nake Sana'a nake kula da karatun 'ya'ya nawa, shin Allah zai kama ni da fushin nan nata?

    Wa'alaikumus Salamu, A shar'ance, wadda ta fi cancanta da kuma haƙƙin kula da ƙananan 'ya'ya ita ce mahaifiyarsu har sai ta yi aure, ko da kuwa mahaifin nasu ba shi da matsalar kulawa da su, sai dai fa idan mahaifiyar tana da kasawar kula da su, ko kuma ta sarayar da haƙƙin ga shi mahaifin yaran, saboda hadisi ya tabbata daga Abdullahi ɗan Amru cewa; Lallai wata mata ta ce:

    "Ya Manzon Allah, lallai wannan ɗan nawa ya kasance cikina shi ne jaka ta rayuwa a gare shi, cinyata ita ce shimfiɗarsa, nonona kuma nan ne abin shansa, sai ga shi mahaifinsa yana yunƙurin kwace shi daga gare ni" sai Annabi ﷺ ya ce mata: "Ke ce kika fi cancanta da riƙe yaron matuƙar ba ki yi aure ba"".

    Duba Musnadul Imami Ahmad 6707, ko Abu Dáwud 2276, ko Sunanud Dáraƙuɗniy 3808.

    Wannan hadisi dalili ne da ke nuna cewa a matsayinki na uwa, ke ce kike da haƙƙin kula da tarbiyyar waɗannan ‘ya’ya, kuma haƙƙi ne na wajibi a kan iyaye su ba ‘ya’yansu kyakkyawar tarbiyya, babu wani mahaluƙi a bayan ƙasa da ya cancanta ya hana iyaye su ba ‘ya’yansu kyakkyawar tarbiyya matuƙar ana aiki da abin da ya kamata, daƙile wannan damar a tsakanin ‘ya’ya da iyayensu, ba abu ne mai kyau ba. Kuma ba a yin biyayya sai ga abin da yake dai-dai ne a Shari'a, shi kuma wannan umurni na mahaifiyar taki ba za a lissafa shi a cikin abin da yake dai-dai da Shari'a ba, saboda matuƙar aka mayar da ‘ya’yan nan ga irin wancan uban, to tarbiyyar ‘ya’yan nan zai shiga mummunan hali, sai hakan ya sa ba za a lissafa ki a cikin waɗanda suka ƙuntata wa iyayensu ba saboda wannan umurni na mahaifiyarki ya saɓa wa Shari'a, dalili a kan haka shi ne:

    Ya tabbata a hadisin Manzon Allah ﷺ cewa: Lallai Annabi ﷺ ya aiki wata runduna, sai ya sanya wani mutum ya shugabance su, sai wannan mutumin ya kunna wuta, ya ce wa waɗannan Sahabban su shiga wannan wuta, sai wasu suka yi nufin shiga, sai sauran mutanen suka ce: to ai wutar muka guje wa (ta yaya kuma za mu shige ta?), da suka dawo sai suka ba Manzon Allah ﷺ labari, sai Manzon Allah ﷺ ya ce ma waɗannan da suka yi nufin shiga wutar: "In da kun shiga cikinta, da ba za ku gushe ba kuna cikinta har zuwa ranar Alƙiyama", sai ya faɗi magana mai kyau ga waɗanda ba su yi nufin shiga ba ya ce: "Babu biyayya ga saɓa wa Allah, biyayya ana yin ta ne ga abin da yake dai-dai".

    Bukhariy 7257, Muslim 1840.

    Wannan hadisin yana nuni a kan cewa ba a yi wa kowa biyayya sai a abin da yake ya dace da shari'a, saboda idan da a ce biyayya ana yin ta ba tare da lura da kyau ko rashin kyau na abin da za a yi biyayya a kai ba, to da Manzon Allah ﷺ ya goyi bayan wancan mutumin da ya shugabantar a kan shiga wutar da ya ce mabiyansa su yi. Wannan sai ya zama dalili da ke nuna cewa ƙin bin umurmin mahaifiyarki wajen mayar da waɗannan ‘ya’ya naki ga mahifinsu da shi kan shi ba shi da tarbiyyar kulawa da su bai zama laifi ba, ballantana Allah ya kama ki da laifin uƙuƙul walidain (wato ƙuntata wa iyaye).
