Tasirin Arc. Muhammadu Namadi Sambo a Tsarin Karatun Tsangaya A Jihar Kaduna

Duk abin da cikin ɗaki ya samu, albarkacin ƙofa ce. Labarin kafuwar makarantun Tsangaya a jihar Kaduna ba zai kammalu ba, in ba a kawo gudummuwar Arc. Muhammadu Namadi Sambo ba. Saboda a shekarar 2009 a ƙarƙashin jagorancinsa ne ya ƙirƙiri shirin kafa makarantar Tsangaya ta kwanan ɗalibai. Makarantar Firamare ta farko da aka kafa ita ce wadda take a Marabar Gwanda a ƙaramar hukumar Sabon gari. Bayan Arc. Namadi Sambo ya zama mataimakin shugaban ƙasa, wanda ya gaje shi marigayi Sir Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa, wanda shi ma mai kishin ilimi ne a jihar Kaduna, ya ba da gagarumar gudummuwa wajen gani tsarin karatun Tsangaya ya tabbata. Wannan a ya sa a ranar 5th Mayu, 2012 ya ƙaddamar da shirin karatun Tsangaya a jihar Kaduna. A yanzu haka makarantar na da yawan ɗalibai 186. A shekarar 2015/2016, ɗalibai 82 suka kammala karatunsu. Makarantar na da malaman koyarwa da marasa koyarwa guda 35.

Gabatarwa

Wannan aiki, bincike ne wanda ya shafi gano shukar da Arc. Muhammadu Namadi Sambo ya yi na ƙirƙirƙirar makarantun Tsangaya domin binciko halin da suke ciki a yanzu. Shin wane ƙoƙari gwamnati ke yi wajen farfaɗo da rayuwar yara waɗanda aka fi sani da almajirai masu karatun allo suna bara a gidaje da kasuwanni?

A yunƙurin tsohon shugaban ƙasa Goodluck Ebele Jonathan na cim ma shirin muradun ƙarni wajen ilmantar da dukkan `yan ƙasa, ba tare da wariya ba, gwamnatinsa ta ƙarfafa wani shiri wanda Gwamnatin Muhammad Namadi Sambo a lokacin yana Gwamnan a Jihar Kaduna ya ƙirƙira a shekarar 2010. Wannan wani tsari ne da aka fito da shi, na haɗakar karatun allo tare da na boko.

Tarihin Rayuwar Arc. Muhammad Namadi Sambo GCON

 

Shi dai Arc. Muhammadu Namadi Sambo, an haife shi a ranar 2 ga watan Agusta a shekarar 1954 cikin garin Zariya ta jihar Kaduna. Ya halarci makarantar Firamare ta Baptist da ke Kakuri Kaduna. Da kuma makarantar Firamare ta Kobi a jihar Bauchi a shekarar 1959.

Daga shekarar 1967 zuwa 1971 ya zarce zuwa makarantar Sakandare ta Alhudahuda College Zariya. Alhaji Muhammadu Namadi Sambo ya shiga Jami`ar Ahmadu Bello Zariya daga 1973 zuwa 1978. A wannan Jami`a ya karanci fannin taswirar zanen gine-gine.

Ya yi wa ƙasa hidima a shekarar 1979 a ma`aikatar ayyuka da gidaje da ke jihar Oyo.

An zaɓe shi a matsayin gwamnan jihar Kaduna daga shekarar 2007 zuwa 2010. Bayan rasuwar tsohon shugaban ƙasa Umaru Musa `Yar aduwa ya rasu, sai Jonathan Ebele Goodluck ya zame shugaban ƙasa. Daga nan sai ɗauko Arc. Muhammadu Namadi a matsayin mataimakinsa, a lokacin yana gwamnan jihar Kaduna. Ya yi mataimakin shugaban ƙasa Goodluck daga 2010 zuwa 2015.

Alhaji Muhammadu Namadi Sambo yana da mata ɗaya mai suna Amina da `ya`ya shida. Shi ne wanda ya fara kafa makarantar Tsangaya ta kwana a Marabar Gwanda a ƙaramar hukumar Sabon Garin Zariya da ke Jihar Kaduna.

 

Bayani game da samuwar Almajiri da Allo da Boko

Kafin tafiya ta yi nisa, bari a yi bayanin yadda bara ta samo asali, har ya kasance waɗannan yara suna yi. Daga nan kuma sai mu bi diddigin yadda aka yi karatun boko ya shigo Arewacin ƙasar nan. Amma bari mu fara da bayanin waɗannan kalmomi uku: (i) almajiri (i) allo (iii) boko. Yin haka zai ƙara mana haske game da wannan bincike.      

Almajiri: Addinin Musulunci, Annabi Muhammadu (SAW) ne ya zo da shi, daga Allah (SWT). An haife shi a garin Makka a shekarar 571 AD. Ya taras da iyaye da kakanninsa suna bautar gumaka.

A lokacin da ya fara yaɗa addinin Musulunci ya sami gagarumar adawa a garin Makka da kewayenta, daga Sarakuna da masu arziki, da `yan ta`addan gari. Ya yi shekara goma sha uku yana kira a bauta wa Allah shi kaɗai, amma mafi yawan mutane ba su fahimce shi ba. Wasu kuma sun fahimta, amma sun kangare. Shi da magoya bayansa sun fuskanci wulaƙanci iri-iri, ciki har da kora da kisan maza da mata.

Wannan shi ne ya tilasta wa Manzo (SAW) da mabiyansa yin hijira daga garin Makka zuwa Madina. To a lokacin nan duk Musulmin da ya yi hijira daga Makka zuwa Madina, ana kiransa ‘Almuhajir’ wato wanda ya yi hijira.

A lokacin da Musulmi suka bar garin Makka, sun bar shi ne ba tare da wani cikakken shiri ba. Sai ya kasance `yan`uwansu Musulmi da ke garin Madina sun riƙa taimaka masu, da abinci da wurin kwana da wasu abubuwan buƙatar rayuwa. 

Sunan ‘Almuhajir’ shi ne a ƙasar Hausa ake amfani da shi ga duk wanda ya bar garinsu ya tafi neman ilmi, sai ana ce masa Almajiri. Saboda haka duk inda ya je yana buƙatar taimako. Wannan shi ya sa dukkan yaran da iyayensu suka tura su wasu garuruwa ake kiransu da sunan Almajirai.

Allo: Da harshen Larabci, itacen da aka sassaƙa shi ana rubutun Alƙur`ani, ana kiransa da sunan ‘Allauhun’ Wannan kalma ita ce Bahaushe ya Hausantar da ita ta koma Allo. Saboda haka duk makarantar da ake amfani da Allo, sai ana kiran ta da sunan makarantar Allo.

Boko: Akwai mabambantan fahimta na masana dangane da inda aka samo asalin kalmar ‘Boko.’ A fahimta ta farko, wasu na ganin an samo ta ne daga kalmar ‘Book.’ Wato littafi. Wannan kalmar ce Bahaushe ya Hausantar da ita ta koma ‘Boko.” Bunza. (2002: 24)

Fahimta ta biyu: A ƙasar Hausa tun kafin zuwan Turawa, akwai abin da ake kira: “Amaryar Boko.” Idan an ɗaura aure, bisa al`ada akwai amare iri biyu: Akwai amaryar ƙarya, wata `yar ƙaramar yarinya ce, wadda za a fara kai ta ɗakin Ango. Bayan Amaryar boko ta shiga ɗaki, daga bisani, sai Amaryar gaskiya ta bi bayanta. Wannan shi ne kwatancin karatun boko, da karatun addinin Musulunci. Karatun addini shi ne na gaskiya, na boko kuma na ƙarya. Abdullah. Hira. (BBC: 2014)

Tsarin Karatun Allo: Shi dai tsarin karatun allo, a cikin masallaci ko a farfajiyarsa ko kuma a ƙofar gida ko a Tsangaya ake yin sa. Tsari ne wanda iyaye daga garuruwa ke turo `ya`yansu zuwa ga wani malami. A irin wannan tsari iyaye ba sa biyan kuɗin makaranta, babu kuma wani tanadi na abinci da aka yi wa Almajiran. Mafi yawan yaran sun dogara ne da bara a kullum suna yi domin su sami abin kalaci. (Abdulmalik 2010)

Manufar Bincike

A duk lokacin da mutum ya ɗauki alƙalami domin gudanar da bincike, a cikin zuciyarsa akwai dalilai day a sa yake son gudanar da wannan binciken. Shi ma wannan bincike, ba a bar shi a baya ba. Akwai dalilai da dama da suka sa za a gudanar da wannan bincike: Daga cikin waɗannan dalilai akwai:

i.         Rawar da Arc. Muhammadu Namadi Sambo ya taka wajen kafuwar makarantun Tsangayu a jihar Kaduna.

ii.       Shin malam sun karɓi wannan shiri na tsarin karatun tsangaya a jihar Kaduna?

iii.     Gano wane tasiri wannan tsarin karatu na tsangaya ya yi a kan malamai da ɗaliban wannan shiri?

iv.     Binciko nasarorin da wannan tsari na karatun Tsangaya ya samu a jihar Kaduna.

v.       Binciko ƙalubalen da ke fuskantar wannan shiri na karatun Tsangaya a yanzu.

Hanyoyin Gudanar Da Bincike

A yayin gudanar da wannan bincike, ana sa ran za a ziyarci wurare kamar haka:

i.         Ma`aikatar ilimi ta jihar Kaduna da ta tarayya, domin samun ƙarin bayani ta yadda suke gudanar da tsarin koyarwa na Tsangaya a makarantunsu.

ii.       Ziyartar wasu makarantun Tsangaya a jihar Kaduna da tattaunawa da malamai da ɗalibai domin jin yadda suke gudanar da tsarin koyarwa a makarantunsu.

iii.     Sannan za a yi hirarraki da wasu wasu shugabannin al`umma domin jin ra`ayoyinsu dangane da wannan tsarin karatu na Tsangaya.

Bitar Ayyukan da Suka Gabata

“Da na gaba ake ganin zurfin ruwa.” Tsarin karatun Tsangaya ya samo asalin tun da Hausawa suka karɓi addinin Musulunci. Akwai masana da dama da suka gudanar da bincike game tsarin tsangaya da almajirci. Daga cikin magabata da suka tofa albarkacin bakinsu game da almajirci da almajirai akwai:

Bunza (2002) Ya yi bayanin cewa: Kafin a gabatar da ilimin karatun boko a yankin Arewa, sai da Gwamna Lugga ya sa aka yi bincike don gano yawan makarantun allo da ake da su, da kuma yawan almajiransu. A farkon ƙarni na ashirin an gano makarantun allo fiye da 25,000.00 da yawan ɗalibai fiye da 218, 618.00 a Arewa.

Saboda haka kafin gwamnati ta fara kafa makarantun boko, sai da ta yi gyare-gyare a fanin bayar da ilmi, ta yadda zai dace da irin al`ummar da za ta mulka, domin kar a sami tangarɗa.

Bisa wannan dalilin a 1909 Gwamna Lugga ya zaɓi wani Bature mai suna Sir Hans  Vischer wanda aka fi sani da sunan Ɗan Hausa. Aka naɗa shi jami`in ilimi a jihar Arewa. Bayan ya kama aiki, sai aka tura shi domin ya ziyarci Misra, da Sudan, da waɗansu ƙasashen Musulmi. An yi haka ne domin ya nazarci yadda suke gudanar da tsarin iliminsu, wanda ya haɗa da ilimin addini da karatun boko, ta yadda zai dace da mutanen Arewa.

Bayan ya dawo daga ziyarce-ziyarcen da ya yi a wasu ƙashen Afirka, sai aka buɗe makarantar gwamnati ta farko a Nasarawa Kano a shekarar 1909. Wannan ita ce makaranta ta farko wadda aka fi sani da sunan makarantar Ɗan Hausa. Kafin a fara koyarwa sai da Ɗan Hausa ya zaɓi ƙwararrun malaman Arabiyya domin su taimaka masa wajen koyarwa. Samar da makarantu da aka yi, ya taimaka wajen yaɗuwar karatun boko a ƙasar Hausa.

Fafunwa (1974) Ya yi bayanin cewa: Addinin Musulunci ya shigo ƙasar Hausa tun a ƙarni na sha huɗu (Ƙ.14) A sakamakon ziyarce-ziyarcen kasuwancin shahararren malamin addinin musuluncin nan daga Afrika ta Arewa Almaghili.

A nasa bayanin, Yahaya (1988: 90) ya yi tsokaci a kan yadda Turawan mulkin mallaka suka shigo yankin Arewa har suka yi nasarar kakkafa makarantu a sassa mabambanta a yankin Arewa.

Yahaya (1988), Ya ƙara da cwa, Turawa ba kawai karatun boko suka yi yuƙurin kafawa a Arewa ba, har da makarantun Tsangaya. An yi tsari ta yadda za a haɗa karatun boko da na addinin musulunci a makarantun da suka kakkafa.

Musa (2008) Shi kuma ya kalli tsarin karatun Tsangaya ne jiya da yau. A inda ya danganta tsarin da karɓar addinin musulunci da Sarakunan Kenam Borno suka yi. Bilkisu (2013), Ita kuwa ta yi ƙoƙari ne wajen binciko manufofin da suka sa aka kafa makarantun Tsangaya.

Tahir (2013) Shi kuwa ya yi tsokaci ne kan yadda ya kamata makarantun Tsangaya su kasance a yanzu. A bayaninsa ya ga dacewar kafa makarantun Tsangaya iri biyu: Ta farko ita ce wadda za a kafa a makarantun allo in da ɗalibai ke karatunsu na yau da kullum. Wato almajirai na zaune tare da malamansu na allo, sai kuma a sami wasu malamai na boko su riƙa zuwa makarantar suna karantar da su, a wasu ranaku na musamman.

Tsari na biyu kuwa, shi ne in da za a gina cikakkiyar makaranta ta zamani, a ɗauki ɗalibai da malamai masu koyar da karatun boko, da kuma masu koyar da karatun allo.

Tattara Bayanai

Shigar Kwamitin Bayar Da Ilimi Na Bai Ɗaya Da Hukumar Tallafa Wa Ilimi ta ƙasa

Jihar Kaduna na ɗaya daga cikin jihohi goma sha biyar da suka ci gajiyar UBE tun a wajen shekar 2006. Wannan shiri (Integration of Ƙur'anic and Tsangaya education (IƘTE)) an sanya shi a cikin tsarin nan na ilimi bai ɗaya. (Uniɓersal Besic Education UBE)

Hukumar da ke gudanar Tsarin Ilimi na bai ɗaya ya umarci Kowace jiha da ta gudanar da abubuwa kamar haka:

i.                    Kafa kwamiti na jiha wanda zai kula da tsarin gudanar da karatun Tsangaya. Wannan kwamiti zai ƙunshi dukkan wakilan ma`aikatun ilimi da ƙungiyoyi masu zaman kansu.

ii.                  A tattara bayanan farko game da makarantun Alƙur`ani da ake da su a kowace jiha.

iii.                A tsarin shirin faɗakarwa da neman goyon domin a sami goyon bayan aiwatar da shirin.

iv.                A gano manyan buƙatun da makarantun ke buƙata.

Daga ƙarshe an kafa kwamitin zartarwa na jiha mai ɗauke da membobi kamar haka:

i.                    Ƙungiyar Jama`atu Nasirul Islam (JNI)

ii.                  Ma`aikatar ilimi

iii.                Hukumar Kula da al`amurran addinin Musuluci

iv.                Ofishin mai girma gwamna a ƙarƙashin jagorancin mai ba gwamna shawara a kan harkokin addinin Musulunci.

v.                  Ƙungiyar mata Musulmi ta ƙasa (FOMWAN)

vi.                Masu ƙudurin cim ma muradun ƙarni

vii.              Cibiyar ilimi ta ƙasa (ERC)

viii.            Sakatare zai fito daga hukumar ilimi na bai (UBE)

ix.                Ƙungiyar Alarammomi ta jiha

Kafa kwamitin ke da wuya, sai ya duƙufa wajen gudanar da ayyukansa. Daga cikin manyan ayyukan wannan kwamiti akwai:

a.       Yunƙurin binciko dukkan makarantun allo da ke ƙananan hukumomi 23 na jihar Kaduna.

b.      Shirya wayar da kai ko faɗakarwa da shirya tarurruka da ziyartar iyayen ƙasa Sarakuna da shugabannin addini da alarammomi da ke jihar Kaduna. Daga ƙarshe sai aka kafa makarantun Tsangaya na somin-taɓi guda 35 a dukkan faɗin jihar Kaduna domin su fara shirin na gwaji a jihar Kaduna. Waɗannan su ne makarantun gwaji da aka amince da su waɗanda hukumar SUBEB, za ta tura ƙwararrun malamai masu karantarwa a Firamare ta gwamnati domin su riƙa karantarwa a waɗannan makarantu. Duk da yake makarantun za su kasance a ƙarƙashin kulawar alarammomi wato masu su na ainihi. Waɗannan alarammomi su ne za su riƙa karantar da karatun Alƙur`ani da sauran fannoni da suka shafi ilimin addinin musulunci. Su kuma malaman da aka tura, za su riƙa koyar da karatun boko. Kafa harsashin wannan tsari wanda aka yi shi a shekarar 2008, an gano abubuwa kamar haka:

i.                    Makarantun allo na Alƙur`ani 5,108

ii.                  Yawan ɗalibai 196, 249

iii.                Alarammomi/Malamai 7768

A bisa amincewar kwamiti na ƙasa mai kulawa da tafiyar da tsare-tsaren gudanar da bayar da ilimin Tsangaya, ya amince da a tafiyar da shirin makarantun Tsangay nau`i uku kamar haka:

Tsari Na 1

Aiwatar da karatun Tsangaya a ainihin makarantun Tsangayoyi a mazauninsu na asali. Ba tare da ɗalibai sun je ko`ina ba. A ƙarƙashin wannan shirin, an tanadi abubuwa kamar haka:

i.                    Gina farfajiya mai ɗauke da azuzuwa karatu guda 2 da Ofishi da ɗakin ajiye kaya.

ii.                  Babban ɗaki wanda zai iya ɗaukar ɗalibai 50

iii.                Famfon ɗiban ruwa na tuƙa-tuƙa

iv.                Babban falo na karatun Alƙur`ani

v.                  Sannan a tanadi makewayi

Tsarin karatun Tsangaya na II

Shi kuma wannan tsarin karatun Tsangaya, za a aiwatar da shi ne a makarantun Islamiya wato Ma`ahad. Za a riƙa koyar da karatun Islamiyya da na boko a tare. A ƙarshin wannan tsarin za a gyara makarantun da samar masu da duk wasu buƙatun makarantun.

Tsarin Karatun Tsangaya na III

A ƙarƙashin wannan tsari, za a gina cikakkiyar makaranta ce ta zamani mai ɗauke da abubuwa kamar haka:

i.                    Gina ɗakunan karatu guda shida ko bakwai ko fiye da haka

ii.                  Gina ɗakin bincike guda 2 da ɗakin ajiyar kaya guda 2

iii.                Ofishin malamai da cibiyar na`ura mai ƙwaƙwalwa

iv.                Tsarin sanin makamar aiki da cibiyar koyar da sana`o`i

v.                  Bangajin falo wanda zai ɗauki ɗalibai 200

vi.                Ɗakin cin abinci da ɗakin ajiyar abincin

vii.              Bangajin ɗaki na karatun Al`ƙur`ani

viii.            Gidan shugaban makaranta da sauran malamai

Shirin Tallafa wa ilimi na ƙasa (Support By Education Sector Support Programme In Nigeria (ESSPIN)

Shirin nan na tallafa wa ilimi a Nijeriya (Education Sector Support Programm in Nigeria) (ESSPIN) ya yi tasiri sosai wajen ci gaban tsarin karatun Tsangaya a Tsangaya a jihar Kaduna. Wato (Integrated Ƙur`anic Tsangaya Education) (IƘTE)

Hanyoyin da yake bi wajen tallafa wa wannan tsari na karatun Tsangaya akwai:

i.                    Tsara yadda za a tafiyar da yanayin koyarwa a makarantun jiha.

Nasarorin Da Shirin Karatun Tsangaya Ya Samu

i.                    Horar da Malaman Makarantun Tsangaya:

A ƙarƙashin wannan shiri an horar da malamai guda 200 domin su sami ƙwarewa a kan wannan tsari na haɗa karatun allo da kuma karatun boko.

ii.                  Tsarin Ciyar da abinci a makarantun:

A makarantun kwana ne kawai ake ciyar da ɗalibai. Hukuma na kashe wajen Naira Miliyan 4 a kowane wata domin gudanar da makarantun kwana guda uku a jihar. Wato makarantar Tsangaya ta Marabar Gwanda a ƙaramar hukumar sabon Gari da ta Birnin Gwari da kuma ta Huƙuyi a ƙaramar hukumar Kudan. Akwai kulawa sosai wajen kiwon lafiyar ɗaliban da sauran buƙatunsu na rayuwa.

iii.                Raba wa ɗalibai suturu da litattafai:

Tun da aka kafa makarantun Tsangaya a shekarar 2010, ɗalibai ana ba su suturu da litattafai kyauta ne. Hukumar SUBEB ce ke da alhakin bai wa ɗalibai litattafai da suturu idan buƙatar haka ta taso.  

iv.                Biyan Malamai Alawans na taimakawa:

Alarammomi da ke koyarwa a makarantun farko guda 35 ɗin nan ana biyan su alawans na dubu #9,000.00 a duk ƙarshen wata huɗu. Wannan ya ƙunshi ɗaukacin malaman da ke koyarwa a ɗaukacin jihar Kaduna.

v.                  Shigar da karatun boko cikin karatun Tsangaya ba tare da ƙyama ba

vi.                Kafa makarantar firamare ta Tsangaya ta kwana ta farko a Marabar Gwanda, wanda gwamnatin jiha ta yi.

vii.              Haɗu guiwa da cibiyar gudanar da shirin nan na tallafa wa ilimi (ESSPIN) wajen samar da ilimin farko a makarantun Tsangaya guda 181 a jihar Kaduna. A sakamakon wannan haɗin guiwa, an samar da abubuwa kamar haka:

a.       Samar da hanyar gudanar tsarin karatun Tsangaya a jihar Kaduna

b.      Shigo da malamai `yan sa-kai cikin tsarin, guda 246 da bas u alawans na #4000 a duk wata. Waɗanda aka tantance su, aka horar da su, sannan aka tura su zuwa makarantun da suke aiki a yanzu.

c.       Kai kayayyakin aiki zuwa makarantun kamar litattafan koyar da Ingilishi da Lissafi da dai duk wasu kayan tallafa wa karatu. Wannan ya haɗa da kayan zuba ruwa.

d.      Shigar da aikin noma cikin tsarin. Wannan zai taimaka wa Alarammomi wajen samar wa kansu yadda za su ciyar da kansu, da almajiransu. Wannan zai taimaka wajen hana su barace-barace. A ƙarƙashin wannan shirin, ana tallafa masu da irin shuka da takin zamani da maganin ƙwari. Sannan akwai malaman gona suna bas u shawarwari.

Duk da yake ƙalilan daga cikin Alarammomin sun zaɓi duk wata a ba su #3000, a maimakon yin noma.

Matsalolin da makarantun Tsangaya ke fuskanta

i.                    Rashin halartar makarantu da ɗalibai ba sa yi sosai. Wasu kan je jefi-jefi ne.

ii.                  Hijirar da ɗalibai ke yi. Wasu ɗaliban ba zaunannu wuri ɗaya ba ne. Sukan zo ci-rani ne. Da zarar damuna ta faɗi, sai su koma garuruwansu na asali. Wannan na haifar da matsaloli.

iii.                Ƙarancin malamai masu karantar da karatun boko. A wasu makarantun da ke da ɗalibai fiye da ɗari, sai ka ga malami ɗaya ne ke koyar da su.

iv.                Rashin isassun kayan aiki. A wasu makarantun kayan aikin da ake kai masu ya yi ƙaranci saboda yawan ɗaliban.

v.                  Rashin yanayin koyarwa mai kyau a sakamakon rashin isassun makewayi. Sannan akwai ƙarancin azuzuwa da tebura da kujeru da litattafan karatu.

Kammalawa

Duk abin da ciki ya samu, albarkacin baki ne. Ta yin la`akari da nasarori da wannan shiri na karatun Tsangaya ya samu a jihar Kaduna, za mu ce lallai Arc. Muhammadu Namadi Sambo ya yi dogon tunani da ya ƙirƙiri wannan shiri. Ba domin tunaninsa ba, ƙila da duk waɗannan nasarori ba a same su ba.

Shawarwari

Gwamnatin jihar Kaduna na yin iyakacin bakin ƙoƙarinta na ganin shirin nan ya ɗore. Duk da haka ya kamata a sake duba wasu abubuwa kamar haka:

i.                    Ƙara buɗe sababbin makarantu, saboda waɗanda ake da su a yanzu sun yi ƙaranci.

ii.                  Samar da kayan aiki ga ɗalibai. A yanzu a wasu makarantun ba su da isassun kayan rubutu.

iii.                Gina sababbin azuzuwa domin guje wa cunkoso a cikin aji

iv.                A tabbatar da yaran da ake ɗauka almajiran ne. Wasu iyaye saboda alaƙarsu da wasu malamai ko ma`aikatan gwamnati, ba almajirai ba ne, amma sai su kai `ya`yansu makarantun ganin cewa komi kyauta ne.

v.                   Ɗaukar sababbin malamai, musamman masu karantar da karatun boko.
