Malamai FUƘAHA'U sun yi Saɓani akan wannan Mas'ala ta Limancin ƙaramin yaron da bai balaga ba, mafi yawan FUƘAHA'UN da ke Mazhabobin HANAFIYYA, MALIKIYYA, HANABILA, suntafine akancewa daga cikin Sharuɗɗan yin Limanci a Sallar Farillah dolene Liman yakasance baligine, suka ce idan ƙaramin yaron da bai balagaba ya yi Limanci ga Mutanen da suke Baligai to Sallarsu taɓaci, amma idan a Sallar Nafila ce kamar Sallar Tarawihi (Tahajjud) ko Sallar rokon Ruwa dadai sauran Nafilfili suka ce anan ya halatta yayi, Sai dai HANAFIYYA suka ce ko da a Sallar Nafila ɗinma bai halattaba yayiwa Baligai Limanci ba, daga cikin Dalilansu sunkafa Hujja da wannan Hadisi na Mαиzoи Aʟʟαн (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) da Yake cewa:

" ﺭﻓﻊ ﺍﻟﻘﻠﻢ ﻋﻠﻲ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ، ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﺼﺒﻲ ﺣﺘﻲ ﻳﺒﻠﻎ، ﻭﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺋﻢ ﺣﺘﻲ ﻳﺴﺘﻴﻘﻆ، ﻭﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻨﻮﻥ ﺣﺘﻲ ﻳﻔﻴﻖ " (ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﺃﺑﻮ ﺩﺍﻭﺩ)

MA'ANA: An ɗauke Alƙalami (na rubutun lada ko zunubi) akan Mutane guda uku, ƙaramin Yaro harsai ya Balaga, da maiyin barci harsai lokacinda yafarka, da kuma Mahaukaci harsai lokacinda yasamu hankali.

Sai dai kuma su Mazhabin SHAFI'IYYA suntafine akancewa ya halatta ƙaramin yaron da bai balagaba ya yi Limanci a kowacce irin Sallah Farillah ko Nafila, kuma sunkafa Hujjarsune da Hadisin Amru-Ɗan-Salama, yayin da Mutanem garinsu sukazo wajen Mαиzoи Aʟʟαн (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) suka Muslunta kuma yakoya musu Sallah, da za su tafi sai Ya ce:

" ﻳﺆﻡ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﻡ ﺃﻗﺮﺅﻫﻢ ﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ " (ﺭﻭﺍﻩ ﻣﺴﻠﻢ)

MA'ANA: Wanda ya fi iya karatun Al'kur'ani shi yakewa Mutane Limanci

Danhaka kuma duk cikinsu babu wanda yakai wannan Yaron dan Shekara (7) haddar Al'kur'ani, sai yakasance shi ne yake yiwa Mutanen garinsu Limanci a lokacin Mαиzoи Aʟʟαн (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), Amma dangane da hukuncin Limancin ƙaramin yaro akan Yara sa'annunsa anan dukkan Malamai sun yi IJMA'I akancewa ya halatta.

Danhaka kenan magana mafi inganci ita ce ya halatta ƙaramin yaron da bai balaga ba ya yi Limanci ga manyan Mutane, hakanan yana iyayin Limancin ko da a Sallar Juma'ane musamman idan yakasance ya'iya karatun Al-Ƙur-Ani sosai kuma yasan hukunce-hukuncen Sallah da Sharuɗɗanta to babu laifi yayi, domin an yi a lokacin Mαиzoи Aʟʟαн (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) kuma bai hanaba, wannan ke nuna cewa yin hakan ya halatta.

ﻭَﺍﻟـﻠَّـﻪُ ﺳُـﺒْـﺤَـﺎﻧَـﻪُ ﻭَﺗـَﻌَــﺎﻟـَﻲٰ ﺃَﻋْـﻠَـﻢُ

Tambaya

Shin ya halatta ƙaramin yaro da bai balaga ba ya yi limanci ga manyan mutane?

Amsa

Wannan mas’ala ta limancin ƙaramin yaro na daga cikin mas’alolin da malamai suka yi sabani a kai, kuma sabanin ya samo asali ne daga fahimtar sharuɗɗan limanci da kuma hujjojin Sunnah.

1. Ra’ayin Mafi Yawan Malamai (Hanafiyya, Malikiyya, Hanabila)

Mafi yawan malamai sun ce:

Ba ya halatta ƙaramin yaro da bai balaga ba ya yi limanci a sallar farilla ga manyan mutane

Idan ya yi, sallar mabiyansa ba ta inganta a wurinsu

Amma a sallar nafila, wasu daga cikinsu sun halatta (ban da Hanafiyya)

Dalilinsu daga Hadisi

﴿رُفِعَ الْقَلَمُ عَنْ ثَلَاثَةٍ: عَنِ الصَّبِيِّ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ، وَعَنِ النَّائِمِ حَتَّى يَسْتَيْقِظَ، وَعَنِ الْمَجْنُونِ حَتَّى يُفِيقَ﴾

(Sunan Abī Dāwūd: 4403 – Hadisi Sahihi)

Hausa:

An ɗauke alkalami (na lada da zunubi) daga mutane uku: ƙaramin yaro har sai ya balaga, mai barci har sai ya farka, da mahaukaci har sai ya farfaɗo.”

👉 Sun ce tunda yaro ba a ɗora masa wajibai ba, bai dace ya jagoranci waɗanda wajibai suke kansu ba.

2. Ra’ayin Mazhabin Shafi’iyya

Mazhabin Shafi’iyya sun ce:

👉 Ya halatta ƙaramin yaro da bai balaga ba ya yi limanci, ko a sallar farilla ko nafila, muddin yana iya karatu da sharuɗɗan sallah.

Babbar Hujjarsu: Hadisin Amru bn Salamah

﴿كَانُوا يَأْتُونَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ، فَيَتَعَلَّمُونَ مِنْهُ، فَقَالَ: يَؤُمُّ الْقَوْمَ أَقْرَؤُهُمْ لِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ﴾

(Sahih Muslim: 673)

Hausa:

Sai Annabi ya ce: wanda ya fi kowa iya karatun Al-Qur’ani shi ne ya fi cancanta ya yi limanci.”

A cikin wannan labari:

Amru bn Salamah ƙaramin yaro ne (kimanin shekara 6–7)

Shi ne ya fi kowa haddar Al-Qur’ani

Ya yi limanci ga manyan mutanen garinsu

Annabi bai hana hakan ba

👉 Wannan ya nuna halaccin limancin ƙaramin yaro.

3. Ijma’i Akan Limancin Yaro Ga Yara

Malamai duk sun yi ijma’i cewa:

👉 Ya halatta ƙaramin yaro ya yi limanci ga yara irinsa, babu sabani a wannan.

4. Wanne Ra’ayi Ya Fi Ƙarfi?

Mafi rinjayen hujja a wurin malamai masu bincike ita ce:

👉 Ra’ayin Shafi’iyya ya fi ƙarfi, saboda:

Hadisin Amru bn Salamah ingantacce ne

An aikata hakan a zamanin Annabi

Babu wata hujja sahihiya da ta nuna an haramta

Saboda haka:

Ya halatta ƙaramin yaro da bai balaga ba ya yi limanci

Ko da a sallar farilla

Muddi:

Yana iya karatun Al-Qur’ani daidai

Ya san sharuɗɗa da rukunnan sallah

Ya fi sauran jama’a karatu ko fahimta

5. Lura Mai Muhimmanci

Wannan ba tilas ba ne, amma halas ne

Idan akwai baligi mai iya karatu daidai, shi ya fi dacewa ya yi limanci domin fita daga sabani

Amma idan yaro ne ya fi kowa karatu, limancinsa sahihi ne

Kammalawa

Mas’alar tana da sabani

Amma hujja sahihiya ta nuna halaccin limancin ƙaramin yaro

Musamman idan shi ne ya fi kowa karatun Al-Qur’ani

وَاللَّهُ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ أَعْلَمُ
