Hukuncin Wanda Ya Ki Yin Layya

    𝐓𝐀𝐌𝐁𝐀𝐘𝐀

    As-Salaam Alaikum Wa Rahmatul Laah. Hadisin da ya ce: Wanda duk ke da hali yin layya sai kuma ya ki yi, to kar ya kusanci masallacinmu. Shin wannan hadisin ya inganta?

    Wa Alaikumus Salaam Wa Rahmatul Laah Wa Barakaatuh.

    Hadisin da Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya ce:

    مَنْ وَجَدَ سَعَةٌ فَلَمْ يُضَحِّ ، فَلَا يَقْرَبَنَّ مُصَلَّانَا

    Duk wanda ya samu yalwa kuma sai bai yi layya ba, to kar ya yi ko kusa da wurin sallar idinmu.

    Al-Imaam Ahmad (a cikin Al-Musnad: 8256) da Al-Imaam Ibn Maajah (a cikin As-Sunan: 3242) da Al-Haakim (a cikin Al-Mustadrak: 7576) suka riwaito shi ta hanyar Abdullaah Bn Ayyaash, daga Abdurrahman Al-A’raj, daga Abu-Hurairah, daga Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam).

    Sai dai kuma shi Ibn Ayyaash ɗin malamai sun ce: Yana da ɗan rauni, shiyasa Muslim ya riwaito riwayarsa a cikin littafinsa a matsayin shaida ga wata, kamar yadda Al-Haafiz Al-Asqalaaniy ya faɗa a cikin At-Taqreeb.

    Amma kuma wannan hadisin yana da wata riwayar da ta ƙarfafe shi. Ita ce riwayar Ubaidullaah Bn Ja’afar da ya riwaito daga Al-A’raj, daga Abu-Hurairah, mauqufiyah gare shi. Haka Ad-Daaraqutniy ya kawo a cikin (Al-Ilal: 2023).

    Amma kuma duk da haka, tana da hukuncin riwaya ce marfu’iyyah. Domin ba zai yiwu Abu-Hurairah ya faɗi wannan kawai da ra’ayi ko ina-gani fahimta daga tunaninsa ba.

    Wani daga cikin malaman hadisi ya faɗi cewa wai maruwaicin hadisin, watau: Ibn Ayyaash ya yi idtiraab a cikin riwayar. Sai dai kuma wannan ba idtiraabi ne mai cutarwa ba, domin babu cin-karo ko saɓani da juna a cikin ma’anarsa a tsakanin dukkan riwayoyin, kamar haka

    1. ‘Wanda ya samu yalwa sai kuma bai yi yanka ba…’

    2. ‘Wanda ya kasance yana da yalwa kuma sai bai yi layya ba…’

    3. ‘Wanda a wurinsa akwai yalwa…’

    4. ‘Wanda ya kasance yana da dukiya…’

    5. ‘Wanda ya samu yalwar da zai iya yin layya, sai kuma bai yi ba, to kar ya halarci wurin sallarmu.’

    A taƙaice dai, manyan malaman hadisi irin su: Al-Haakim da Az-Zahabiy duk sun sahhaha shi, sannan kuma a cikin Sahih Ibn Maajah: (3123) Shaikhul Islaamil Albaaniy ya hassana shi.

    Wannan hadisin ɗaya ne daga cikin hadisan da waɗansu malaman suka kafa hujja da su wurin cewa, layyar wajiba ce a kan mai hali. Domin tun da aka hana shi kusantar wurin sallar idi wannan ya nuna cewa abin da ya bari wajibi ne, kamar dai cewa ake yi: Babu wata fa’ida gare shi ga kusantar masallaci tare da barin wannan wajibin!
