Hukuncin Sayar Da Wata Gaɓa Daga Cikin Gaɓoɓin Jikin Ɗan Adam

Aslm Alkm. Ko ya halatta Musulmi ya bayar da kyautar wata gaɓa daga cikin gaɓoɓin jikinsa kamar ƙodarsa, ko ya sayar da ita ga wani mabuƙaci, musamman dayake ana cewa mutum yana iya rayuwa da ƙoda ɗaya? Domin abin ya fara shigowa cikin jama'rmu a yau.

Wa'alaikumus Salam warahmatullahi Wabarkatuh

Manyan malamai a wannan zamanin, da manyan cibiyoyin koyarwa da amsa fatawoyin addinin musulunci a duniya sun amsa wannan tambayar tun a shekarun baya. Sai dai da yake babu wani nassi sarihi ƙarara, watau kai-tsaye a kan matsalar sai suka sha-bamban a kan bayyanansu, da gwargwadon yadda suka kalli abin.

Waɗansu sun yarda cewa yin hakan Halal ne, waɗansu kuma sun ɗauke shi Haram ne muɗlaƙan. Kuma kowanne sashe daga cikinsu ya bayar da hujjojin da ya dogara a kansu domin kare matsayarsa. Kamar yadda Al-Imaam As-Shanƙeetiy ya kawo a cikin littafinsa: Ahkaamul Jiraahatit Tibbiyyah.

Abin da muka fi natsuwa da shi daga cikin maganganunsu shi ne:

A asali mutum ya yi sadaka ko kyauta ko ya sayar da wani sashen jikinsa kamar ƙodarsa ga wani mabuƙaci, ko a halin yana da rai ko bayan mutuwarsa, bai halatta ba saboda dalilai kamar haka:

1. Maganar Allaah Ta'aala:

وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ

Haƙiƙa mun karrama Bani-Adam.

Cirewa ko yanke wani abu daga cikin sassan jikinsa, in ba abin da Allaah Ta'aala ya yi umurni da shi ba, ya saɓa wa wannan ayar, domin bai yi daidai da wannan matsayin na karramawa da Allaah ya yi masa ba.

2. Sannan kuma a cikin hadisin da Al-Imaam Muslim (116) ya fitar da shi, Sahabi Jaabir Bn Abdillaah (Radiyal Laahu Anhu) ya faɗi labarin wani daga cikin waɗanda suka yi hijira zuwa Madinah, wanda kuma yanayin garin bai karɓe shi ba. Don haka da rashin lafiya ya yi masa tsanani sai ya ɗauki makami ya yanyanka gaɓoɓin hannuwansa. Jini kuma bai daina zuba ba har sai da ya mutu!

Daga baya da maruwaicin Hadisin ya yi mafarki da shi kuma ya gan shi cikin kyakkyawan hali saboda hijirarsa, amma kuma an lulluɓe hannuwansa, sai ya tambaye shi dalilin haka. Sai ya ce: Faɗa min aka yi cewa:

لَنْ نُصْلِحَ لَكَ مَ أَفْسَدْتَ

Ba za mu taɓa gyara maka abin da ka lalata kai da kanka ba.

 

A ƙarshe da aka gaya wa Manzon Allaah (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) labarin wannan mafarkin sai ya ce:

اللَّهُمَّ وَلِيَدَيْهِ فَاغْفِرْ

Ya Allaah! Domin hannuwan nasa ka yi gafara.

Malamai suka ce: Wannan hadisin ya nuna cewa, duk wanda ya yanke wata gaɓa daga cikin gaɓoɓin jikinsa kamar ƙodarsa, ya bayar da ita kyauta ko sadaka ga wani, to za a tashe shi a Ranar Ƙiyama ba tare da wannan gaɓar ba, domin ya zama wani horo, ko wata uƙuba a gare shi!

3. Sannan wurin hana wannan abin da dalili na hankali, malamai sun nuna cewa:

A ƙa'ida, shi mutum yana yin sadaka ko kyauta da abin da yake da cikakkiyar mallaka da iko a kansa ne. Amma abin da bai gama mallakarsa gaba-ɗaya ba, kuma abin da ba a yi masa izini daga wanda ya ba shi ikon ajiya ko tsare abin ba, wannan kam ba shi da ikon yin sadaka, ko kyauta, ko sayar da shi.

Wannan ne ya sa mutum ba ya iya yin kyauta, ko sadaka, ko sayar da ɗansa ko matarsa, irin yadda yake iya yi da rigarsa ko motarsa, misali.

Kamar haka kuma, mutum ba zai iya yin sadaka ko kyauta ko sayar da wani sashen jikinsa, kamar ƙodarsa ba.

4. Amma kuma duk da haka zai iya yiwuwa a yarda da bayar da kyautar ƙoda ko wata gaɓa makamanciyarta, in ji malamai, idan aka cika waɗansu sharuɗɗa kamar yadda As-Shaikh Bakar Abu-Zaid (Rahimahul Laah) ya kawo a cikin Fiƙhun Nawaazil:

(a)  Ya zama an tabbatar akwai larura mai ƙarfi da ta wajabta yin hakan, kamar tsananin rashin lafiyar wanda za a dasa masa ƙodar. Kuma a kan hakan, ya zama an samu cikakken bayani mai natsar da rai, kuma mai gamsarwa, daga wani ƙwararren likita, ba kowane irin mai magani ba.

(b) Kuma lallai ya zama an bincika kuma an tabbatar cewa, babu wata hanyar da za a bi don yin maganin wannan matsalar, sai dai ta hanyar yi masa wannan dashen ƙodar kaɗai.

(c) Ya zama wanda zai yi aikin cirewa da dashen ƙodar ƙwararren likita ne a kan fanninsa, ba wani makoyi ko ɗan-acaɓa ba ne a fannin likitanci.

(d) Kuma a tabbatar da cewa wanda ake ciro ƙodar daga gare shi ba zai shiga cikin wani hatsari ba dangane da lafiyar jikinsa ko rayuwarsa a lokacin da ake cirewa, ko a bayan an gama aikin cire ƙodar.

Maganar cewa mutum na iya rayuwa da ƙoda guda ɗaya tal, ya kamata dai a ƙara bincike sosai game da ita. Domin a nan duk mai hankali zai iya tambayar cewa:

 

Idan har ƙoda ɗaya ta ishi mutum rayuwa a duniya, me ya sa Allaah Mabuwayi Mai Girma ya halitta masa guda biyu?

Wannan bai zama kamar aikin banza ba kenan, wanda kuma duk mun yi imani cewa Allaah Maɗaukakin Sarki ya tsarkaka daga aikata shi?

Idan kuma aka ce ɗaya ƙodar tana matsayin kamar 'reserve' ne domin shirin ko-ta-kwana, a nan ma ana iya tambayar cewa:

To, shin zai yiwu mai hankalin da ke son yin doguwar tafiya a duniya ya shiga jirgin saman da aka tabbatar masa cewa ɗaya daga cikin injunansa biyu ne kawai yake aiki?!

(e) A tabbatar da samun yaƙini ko kyakkyawan zaton cin nasarar aikin dashen ƙodar ga wanda aka yi masa dashen.

(f) A tabbatar cewa wanda za a ciro ƙodar daga gare shi ya yarda, ya amince, kuma ya cancanta a ƙa'ida a karɓi yardarsa da amincewarsa.

(g) Kuma a samu irin wannan amincewa da yardar daga wanda za a dasa masa ƙodar, ko kuma yarda da amincewar majiɓincin al'amuransa, idan shi bai kai matsayin wanda za a yarda da amincewarsa ba.

(h) A ƙarshe kuma lallai wanda za a ciro ƙodar daga gare shi ya zama kafiri ne, ba musulmi ba.

Saboda abin da Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi Wa Alihi Wa Sallam) ya ce:

كَسْرُ عَظْمِ الْمَيِّتِ كَكَسْرِعَظْمِ الْحَيِّ فِي الْإِثْمِ

Karya ƙashin mamaci kamar karya ƙashin rayayye ne a wurin zunubi.

Abu-Daawud da Ibn Maajah suka riwaito shi, kuma a cikin littafin Irwaa'ul Ghaleel: 763 As-Shaikh Al-Albaaniy ya ce sahihi ne.

Wannan, in ji malamai, ya nuna Haram ne a karya ƙashi ko a cire wata gaɓa (kamar ƙoda) daga jikin rayayye ko matacce, sai dai idan akwai izinin yin hakan daga Shari'ar Musulunci.

Amma shi kafiri dayake ba shi da irin alfarmar da Musulmi yake da ita, shiyasa ya halatta a ciro wata gaɓarsa bisa sharuɗɗan da suka gabata, don ceto rayuwar Musulmi, amma ba akasi ba.

Ana fahimtar wannan a fili daga yadda addinin musulunci ya hana a tone ƙabarin musulmi, amma ya yarda da tone maƙabartar kafirai, domin amfanin musulmi.

Wannan shi ne abin da muka fahimta, kuma muka amince da shi daga cikin maganganun malamai a kan wannan matsalar. In mun dace da daidai wannan daga Allaah ne,  idan kuma ba mu dace ba, abin daga shaiɗan ne da kuma rai mai yawan umurni da saɓo.

Allaah Ta'aala kaɗai nake roƙo ya yafe mana kura-kuranmu, ya karɓi kyawawan ayyukanmu, kuma ya sa mu cika da imani.
