1. Ƙauli na farko shi ne, abinda Mazhabin Malikiyya da kuma Hanabila suka tafi a kansa cewa tsiraicin mace a gaban muharramanta ya game dukkan jikinta ne amma banda fuskarta, hannayenta, kafafuwanta, da kuma gashin kanta. Amma ba ya halatta a gareta ta bayyanar da kirjinta ko nonuwanta a gabansu. Danhaka haramun ne muharraminta ya ga kirjinta ko nonuwanta, ko da kuwa mahaifinta ne shi, sannan kuma ko da ba da nufin sha'awa ko jin daɗi ya kallaba.

3. Ƙauli na uku shi ne abin da Mazhabin Shafi'iyya suka tafi a kan cewa tsiraicin Mace a gaban muharramanta shi ne tsakanin cibiyarta zuwa guiwowinta kaɗai, sukace ya halatta Muharraminta ya iya ganin fuskarta, hannayenta, kafafuwanta, gashin kanta, kirjinta, nonuwanta, cikinta, da kuma bayanta. Shin muharramin nan Ɗan'uwanta ne shaƙiƙi na jini ko kuma Ɗan'uwanta ne da suka sha nono tare, duk hukuncinsu ɗaya ne.

To amma sai dai maganar da mafi yawan Malamai sukafi rinjayar da ita ita ce,  Ƙaulin da Mazhabin MALIKIYYA suka tafi a kansa na cewa dukkan jikin mace tsiraici ne, sai dai ya halatta muharramanta su iya ganinta a yanayin da a bisa al'ada a ke iya ganin wasu wurare sukan bayyana a jikin mace idan tana yin wasu aikace-aikace irin na cikin gida.

Amma dangane da hukuncin tsiraicin Mace a gaban 'yan'uwanta Mata ko da kuwa waɗannan matan 'yan'uwanta ne na jini, wasu daga cikin Malamai sukace tsiraicin mace a gaban 'yan'uwanta mata dai-dai yake da hukuncin tsiraicinta a gaban muharramanta, danhaka sukace ba ya halatta mace ta bayyana tsiraicinta kamar cinyoyinta da nonuwanta da cikinta zuwa cibiya a gaban wasu Matan, sai dai in da wata larura mai ƙarfi, amma sai dai wasu Malaman sun tafi ne a kan cewa hukuncin tsiraicin Mace a gaban 'yan'uwanta mata dai-dai yake da hukuncin tsiraicin namiji a gaban ɗan'uwansa namiji, wato daga cibiya zuwa guiwa, to haka suma Mata a tsakaninsu daga cibiya zuwa guiwa,
