Assalamu Alaikum. Shin ya halasta na bi wasu hanyoyi wadanda ba saduwa ba na biya wa Mijina bukata lokacin da nake jinin haila? Kuma mijina zai iya shan nonona?

Miji yanada hurumi da 'yanci yaji daɗi da matarsa ta duk inda ya so ajikin matarsa, itama haka, ba'a haramta masa komai na jikinta ba sai saduwa da ita ta dubura, wato kaciyarsa ta shiga duburar ta, da kuma saduwa lokacin da take haila ko jinin haihuwa, banda wannan guri, da lokuta yana da damar yaji daɗi da ita da duk abunda yaso yaji daɗin dashi na jikinta, kamar kiss, da kallo, da shafa, da makamantansu.

Koda zai sha nononta, ba'a cewa ruwan nonon zaiyi tasiri idan ya sha lokacin dayake sha, ya shiga cikin jin daɗi da matarsa da duk inda yaso a jikinta, domin babba dan yasha nonon mace baya tasiri wajan ta zamto haramun agare shi, shayarwar da take tasiri itace wacce take haramta auren macen da kasha nono ɗaya da ita shine wanda zaka sha kana dan shekara biyu ne kawai.

Shaikh Saleh Al-Uthaimeen Rahimahullah) yace: shayarwar babba bata tasiri, Ma'ana babba yasha ruwan nonon mace baya tasiri wajan ta zamto haramun a gareshi, shan da ya ke tasiri shine wanda yakai sha guda biyar ko sama da haka cikin shakaru biyun farko na rayuwar mutum kafin ayayeshi, Amma shan babba baya tasiri, abisa wannan daza'a kaddara mutum yasha nonon matarsa kota shayar dashi, ba zai zamto kamar danta ba wajan haramcin aure a tsakanin su.

Ya halasta ga miji yaji dadi da dukkan jikin matarsa, banda dubura da kuma lokacin da take jinin haila, da lokacin da take jinin haihuwa, dakuma lokacin da sukai ihrami dan aikin hajji ko umrah, har sai sun kammala aikin hajjin ko umara sun cire ihrami

Amma halaccin yaji daɗi da dukkan jikinta ga kaɗan daka maganganun malamai:

Ibnu Qudamah {Rahimahullah} yace: Babu laifi mutum yaji daɗi da matarsa koda tsakankanin duburar ta ne matukar bazai sa kaciyarsa ciki ba, domin Sunnah ta ruwaito haramcin hakan ta dubura, an keɓance shine da kada ya sanya kaciyarsa ciki kawai, ko kuma saboda cewa wajene na kazanta, sai aka keɓance haramcin hakan gareshi.

Al-kisãny yace: Yana daga hukunce-hukuncen aure ingantacce halaccin kallan komai na mace da kuma shafawa tun daga kanta har zuwa dun-duniyarta alokacin da take raye, domin saduwa tana samuwa ne ta hanyar kallo da kuma shafa, sai ya kasance halaccin sa halaccin kallo da shafa sune hanyar farko

{Bada'i'u sana'i'i, 2/231}.

Ibnu Abideen yace: Abu Yusuf ya tambayi Abu hanifa game da mutumin dayake shafa farjin matarsa tana shafa farjinsa dan yaji daɗi da ita shin kana ganin hakan laifi ne?, sai Abu hanifa yace: a'a ina fatan ma ladansu ya girmama.

(Raddil mukhtaar, 6/367).

Hakika Annabi salallahu Alaihi wa sallam ya nassanta wannan halaccin da haramta saduwa da mai haila ta farjinta da halatta sauran gurare na jikinta, alokacin da bata haila halaccin yafi fitowa karara.

Shaeik Saleh Al-Uthaimeen rahimahullah yace: faɗin Annabi salallahu Alaihi wasallam cewa mutum karyayi jima'i da matarsa intana haila, ana nufin zaiji daɗi da ita a sauran jikinta indai ba farji ba, ya halatta yaji daɗi da ita daga cibiyar ta dama abunda yake kasa da cibiyar ta, sai dai ya kamata tayi kunzugu, sabida Manzon Allah salallahu Alaihi wa sallam yakan umarci Aisha tayi kunzugu in tana haila ya rungumeta, umarnin da Manzon Allah salallahu Alaihi wa sallam yayi na tayi kunzugu, dan kada yaga abunda baya so na jinin haila tare da ita ne, idan mutum yaso yaji daɗi da ita ta tsakanin cinyoyin ta babu laifi.

Idan wani yace toh yaya zakayi da faɗin Manzon Allah salallahu Alaihi wa sallam lokacin da aka tambaye shi menene ya halatta ga mutum ajikin matarsa idan tana haila, sai yacewa mai tambayar _"daga cibiyar ta zuwa sama"_ ai wannan dalili ne yake nuna abunda ya halatta ga mutum kawai ajikin matarsa idan tana haila shine daga cibiyar ta zuwa sama.

Saika Amsa masa da wadannan jawaban;

1. Annabi ya haramta ne dan tsarkake mutum daga shi jinin, da kuma tsoratarwa ga abunda ake tsoran mutum ya auka na saduwa da ita tana haila.

2. Hadisin zaka dora shi akan saɓanin lokuta, faɗin sa salallahu Alaihi wa sallam _"ku aikata komai dasu idan suna haila, saduwa ce kawai baza kuyi dasu ba"_ Wannan ga wanda zai iya mallake kansa zai iya wasa da matarsa ko tayi masa duk abun da zatayi masa tagama, zai iya mallake kansa bazai jewa farjin ta ba.

Faɗin sa kuma da yace daga saman cibinta zuwa sama, ga wanda bazai iya mallake kansa ba kodai sabida karancin addinin sa ko sabida karfin sha'awarsa.

Sabida waɗannan maganganu ya halatta kibi hanyoyin da zaki iya gamsar da Mijin ki idan kina jinin haila ko na nifaasi.
