Idan idin ƙaramar sallah ko babba ya faɗo ranar Jumu'a to akwai maganganun malamai guda uku:
1• Zaiyi idi kuma Juma'a ba za ta faɗi a kansa ba, saboda Juma'a wajibi ce a kan kowa don haka ba za ta faɗi saboda idi ba, wannan ita ce maganar Malikiyya da Hanafiyya.
2• Ya halatta
ga waɗanda suke '‘yan ƙauye
subar Juma'a, idan sun yi idi sai su koma gida, Ba dole sai sun halarci Juma'a
ba, saboda hakan zai wahalar da su, tunda ba a gari suke
ba, ga shi kuma
babu ƙuntatawa
a cikin musulunci.
3• Wanda ya yi
idi zai iya barin Juma'a, saboda Ibnu Majah ya rawaito hadisi daga Ibnu Umar a
lamba ta: 1312 cewa:
Manzon ALLAH
{s.a.w} ya yi rangwame idan Juma'a ta haɗu
da idi a ƙyale
sallar juma'a.
Zance na uku
yafi inganci saboda hadisi yana goya masa baya, tare da cewa, ya wajaba ga
wanda baije Juma'a ba ya yi Azahar, tunda anyi rangwame a kan barin Juma'a ne
saboda wahalarwa a cikin haɗa
biyun, hakan kuma babu shi a Azahar .
Wanda yake Liman ne zaiyi Juma'a saboda waɗanda zasu halarta, saboda
faɗin Annabi {s.a.w}
Lokacin da ya yi sauƙi game da Juma'a.

ƘARIN BAYANI

Idan ranar Eid (ƙaramar
ko babbar sallah) ta faɗo
a ranar Juma’a, shin mutum zai iya zuwa sallar Eid kuma ya bar sallar Juma’a,
ko kuma ya haɗa biyun?
Wane ne hukuncin wannan haɗuwar
a shari’a?
Amsa
Wa alaikumus salam wa
rahmatullahi wa barakatuh. Wannan tambaya tana ɗaya
daga cikin muhimman mas’aloli a cikin shari’ar Musulunci, musamman saboda tana
haɗa sallar Juma’a da
sallar Eid, biyu daga cikin manyan ibadu waɗanda
suka shafi al’umma gaba ɗaya.
Dole ne a fahimci kowanne daga cikin su da sharudansa kafin yanke hukunci.
1. Hanyar Malamai Akan Haɗuwar Eid da Juma’a
Malamai sun yi bayani akan wannan
mas’ala a hanyoyi guda uku:
A. Ra’ayin Malikiyya da
Hanafiyya:
• Su na cewa Idin zai yi nasaba
da ranar Eid amma sallar Juma’a ba za ta taɓa
sauya ba.
• Dalili: sallar Juma’a wajibi ce
ga kowane Musulmi da yake cikin hali da zai iya halarta.
• Saboda haka, idan Eid ta faɗo ranar Juma’a, mutum zai
yi sallar Eid, amma ba zai bar Juma’a ba; wato Juma’a tana ci gaba da kasancewa
wajibi.
• Wannan ra’ayi yana jaddada cewa
ba a yi rangwame ga wajibin Juma’a saboda Eid.
B. Ga mutanen karkara ko masu
wahala:
• Masu wannan fahimta sun ce: ga
wadanda suke ’yan ƙauye ko masu wahala wajen tafiya zuwa sallar Juma’a, ana iya barin Juma’a idan sun yi sallar Eid,
domin matsaloli da wahala a hadawa biyun.
• Wannan ra’ayi yana nuna rahama
a shari’a, domin Musulunci baya ɗaukar
wahala ga masu ibada.
• Wato, idan mutanen karkara sun
yi Eid a masallaci, suna iya barin tafiya zuwa sallar Juma’a.
C. Ra’ayin da Ibnu Majah ya
ruwaito daga Ibnu Umar (Sahabi):
• Hadisi mai lamba 1312 na Sunan
Ibnu Majah ya nuna:
Arabic:
إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَذِنَ إِذَا تَصَادَفَ
يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالْعِيدُ فَتَرَكَ الْجُمُعَةَ
Hausa:
Annabi Muhammad (SAW) ya yi
rangwame idan ranar Juma’a ta haɗu
da Eid, ya kyale mutane su bar sallar Juma’a.
• Wannan yana
nuna cewa Annabi (SAW) ya yi sassauci idan Juma’a ta haɗu da Eid.
• Hukuncin da
ya fi inganci daga wannan fahimta shi ne: wajibi ne ga wanda bai yi Juma’a ba
ya yi sallar Azahar, domin an yi rangwame ne kawai don sauƙaƙe haɗin biyun salla, amma ba a
sauya ibadar Azahar ba.
2. Hukuncin Liman a irin wannan
rana
• Liman zai
ci gaba da yin sallar Juma’a saboda akwai mutane da za su halarta, saboda
Annabi Muhammad (SAW) ya ce a lokacin sauƙi:
Arabic:
أَمَّا نَحْنُ فَنَصَلِّي الْجُمُعَةَ
Hausa:
Amma mu za mu yi sallar Juma’a.
• Wannan yana
nuna cewa Liman yana yin Juma’a domin masu halarta, yayin da sauran jama’a za
su iya yin Eid a masallaci ko a gida bisa yanayinsu.
3. Bayani daga littattafai
• Duba
Mudawwanah 6/153 da Al-Mugni 2/105, inda malamai suka yi bayanin cewa:
o Haɗuwar Eid da Juma’a ba ta hana Eid ba.
o Ga waɗanda zasu yi Eid amma suna cikin wahala don
Juma’a, ana iya rangwame musu, amma wajibi ne a bi Azahar.
• Wannan yana
tabbatar da cewa shari’a tana ba da rahama amma har yanzu tana kiyaye wajibai.
4. Kammalawa da Shawara
A taƙaice:
1. Idan Eid ta faɗo ranar Juma’a:
o Zai yi Eid, domin ibadar Eid
tana da sharadi daban.
o Ba lallai ne a bar Juma’a ba,
sai dai idan akwai wahala ko dalili.
2. Malamai sun bayar da hanyoyi
guda uku:
o Malikiyya/Hanafiyya: Yi Eid
amma kada a bar Juma’a.
o Mutanen karkara ko masu wahala:
Za su iya barin Juma’a.
o Ra’ayin Ibnu Majah/Ibnu Umar:
Annabi (SAW) ya yi rangwame idan Juma’a ta haɗu
da Eid; wanda bai yi Juma’a ba zai yi Azahar.
3. Liman zai ci gaba da yin
Juma’a domin wadanda za su halarta.
4. Wannan ra’ayi na uku yana da inganci saboda hadisi na Annabi (SAW), kuma ya nuna rahama a cikin shari’a domin sauƙaƙe wa jama’a haɗa biyun salla.
ﺳُﺒﺤَﺎﻧَﻚَ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻬُﻢَّ ﻭَﺑِﺤَﻤْﺪِﻙَ ﺃﺷْﻬَﺪُ ﺃﻥ ﻟَﺎ ﺇِﻟَﻪَ ﺇِﻻَّ ﺃﻧْﺖَ ﺃﺳْﺘَﻐْﻔِﺮُﻙَ ﻭﺃَﺗُﻮﺏُ ﺇِﻟَﻴْﻚ
